2 errors in one order :( 1 wrong pizza that was then delivered later And 2 my Mezzo Mix was forgotten

I often order from Lieferando. Today I ordered directly online. I got the wrong thing twice. This time it was spaghetti carbonara. A red sauce can't be carbonara. The burger and side dishes are so-so. I'd rather have normal prices and good food than 15% off.

Four people ordered food and it was delivered on time. Everyone enjoyed the food. Keep it up, see you next time.

They mixed it up and put cheese, which I can't stand, on my pizza. They ruined the evening and my late dinner.

Half of the order was missing and the delivery person was extremely unfriendly.

The food is really really tasty

Food was cold when it arrived. You couldn't eat the fries, they were completely soggy and sticky. First and last time sorry.

We had been a customer there for years... then a driver with the boss's car destroyed our parked car. Total loss. When I asked about his insurance over the phone, there was no apology and nothing. Didn't even get the insurance number. Three weeks later we are still waiting for money because the boss here doesn't think it's necessary to inform his insurance company. So of course she doesn't pay. So be careful of people like that who don't even admit their mistakes. Addendum: Now the car should not be insured....

Food cold, boss unfriendly! The first two times the food was great. This time the pizza was only lukewarm and the cheese was already solid. I called them and was told not to touch the pizza, a new one would arrive and the old one would be taken away. After another half hour I asked where the pizza was and the boss said he wouldn't exchange the pizza. When I told him that I would give a corresponding review, I got the arrogant answer that he didn't care, after all, he had over 2000 customers. I then threw away the pizzas and got the children something to eat at McDonalds. In addition to the cold food, the boss's arrogant manner was even worse. You really don't have to give yourself that!

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. There were communication problems even on the phone: the telephone number and other details were misunderstood, which made ordering very difficult. When it came to the salad, it was noticeable that the salmon wasn't prepared bite-sized, which somewhat detracted from the enjoyment - a shame, because the salad itself was otherwise okay. Meat had several flavors. I also specifically asked for cutlery, which was missing. Because of this experience I will not order there again!

Uncomplicated ordering process, fast delivery, friendly drivers and - last but not least - very tasty, thin, crispy pizza. Gladly again!

Hello, pizza is mega inadequate, tuna with onions is mega, taste more of onions than of tuna, honestly on a tuna pizza salad onions belongs instead of dead onions, belongs in salad just not on a tuna PIZZA. Honestly 0 points.

In 2023 we ordered a salad for just under 5 euros, which unfortunately only consisted of a few ingredients (two slices of cucumber, three old tomato slices, some carrot and huge lettuce leaves). Unfortunately the quality was disappointing.

Pizza is super good! The topping, the sauce and the dough are very good and of great quality. Otherwise, the Aoli is great!!!!

After more than an hour there was still no food. When asked, they said it was now in the oven. Since I no longer wanted the order, I was told never to order again. Yes, I promise!!! ;-)

Better than many others in Solingen

It is very difficult to rate the Grand Grill. Sometimes the food is really great and the toppings are really good, sometimes there is hardly anything on the pizza and sometimes this even happens during a delivery, one pizza has good toppings and the other has hardly any at all. The employees are friendly, but in the store itself you can often notice tension among the employees.

The order was not communicated correctly via Lieferando and the employees had no understanding that my order had been delivered to me incorrectly and when I explained this, shortly afterwards the person hung up, unbelievably... What you just replied to me is not true as I wrote, I was talking and then it hung up…. Why would you hang up while someone is talking? Doesn't make sense?😅

Never experienced anything so disrespectful! Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for the food, then nothing came, so we called and they said that the delivery didn't work. Their argument was that they called and rang the bell, but there was nothing, no call and no one rang, then instead of NICE on on the phone and apologizing, the worker on the phone says “Let me finish Ma now” if it had rung then we would have heard it because we were really waiting in front of the door. We also have a dog that barks as soon as someone is at the door is and no one barked. Today I also fasted and didn't eat until 2 hours after breaking my fast

Delivery is always great, it's super quick, the food is warm and tastes great. The burgers are particularly recommended and the fries are nicely seasoned! Service is also great and always friendly, highly recommended

These were by far the worst pizzas we had tried. Yes! We couldn't eat the pizzas. Ordered via Lieferando. Since we still had a 5€ code, we of course used it. We wanted to try something new and discovered the grand grill. But my 5 year old daughter can bake pizza better. I ordered a hollandaise broccoli onion pizza. But there is no topping! When I buy a pizza for €12.50, I expect some toppings!!!! Requests such as extra garlic and spicy in a separate container were not followed up and were simply spread on the pizza so that it was inedible. (I ordered both separately because the sauce doesn't taste good everywhere and I wanted to try it out. Pizzas also arrived cold. Although I think it's less bad. End of the song. That was anything but good, will never order there again!!!!

Been ordering food here for a while until one day pizza ordered home with a burnt fly 🪰 There were 2 different guy working mainly there, one was friendly and compensated another meal for free. The other guy was unbelievable and denied that it's impossible to have fly on the pizza.

Die Mitarbeiter, ob jetzt vor Ort oder auch die Lieferanten, sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Die Pizza ist mega lecker, besonders der Teig, wenn man extra Wünsche zum Belag hat, überhaupt kein Problem. Die Bürger sind auch super lecker, genauso wie das Schnitzel. Lieferung war schnell, essen ist warm, Lieferant war freundlich. Preis ist günstig, leider schmeckt es auch so. Die Pizzabrötchen, gefüllt mit Schinken und Käse, sowie die Pizza Hawaii schmecken beide nicht, es scheint vor allem am Schinken zu liegen. Die Lasagne schmeckt merkwürdig intensiv nach Muskat, allerdings war sie nach Art des Hauses, evtl. Ist das einfach nicht unser Geschmack gewesen. Die Pizza Salami mit Peperoni ist ok. Nachtrag: Ich dachte gerade, die Rezension wäre evtl. Etwas zu hart aber… die Pizza Hawaii ist echt nicht essbar. Desto kühler sie wird, desto schlimmer schmeckt sie - es ist schon fast witzig

Hi, ich bestelle hier oft und gerne essen :), ich empfehle die Pizza Diablo und Pizzabrötchen, leider kann ich nicht viel zu dem Ambiente vor Ort mitteilen weil ich immer nach Hause bestelle, aber das Essen und der Service sind Klasse. Sehr zu empfehlen Lg Lukas

Meeega Pizza die eine Mega Bewertung verdient. Nach angekündigten 45 min Wartezeit, was Anfang des Monats auch jeder einplanen sollte, kam die Pizza noch heiß an. Der Fahrer war freundlich und hatte gute Laune. Mein Mann schwärmt noch jetzt nach über einer Stunde von seiner Pizza. OTON: Die beste Pizza nach langem. Sonntag Abend und super schnelle Lieferzeit! Pizza und Baguette waren sehr gut, der Salat hatte ein paar nicht so schöne Blätter drin. Alles in allem aber gut und wir werden gern wieder bestellen!

Wir haben das erste Mal bei GrandGrill bestellt und ich kann die Pizzen und den Salat einfach nur empfehlen.Der Teig ist einfach der Wahnsinn, dünn geschmacksintensiv und qualitativ einfach umwerfend. Auch am Belag wurde nicht gespart,der auch Qualitativ sehr geschmacksintensiv überzeugt hat.Auch wenn sich bei der Lieferung ein kleiner Fehler eingeschlichen hat, wurde nach kurzer Rücksprache binnen kürzester Zeit gehandelt. Wir sind mehr als zufrieden
