Arrived, despite having reserved outside, seated inside! But it didn't seem to be an isolated incident, and the neighboring table had the same story. The restaurant strives to create a sophisticated atmosphere. Thus, one finds many high-sounding decorative items and a corresponding menu featuring dishes like oysters, caviar, US beef, truffles, and so on. The service seems unprofessional, disorganized, and even at times unmotivated, making it impossible to return. The bright spot here was the chef. He was interested in our concerns and offered solutions. However, when we asked to take a vacant table on the terrace, as reserved, new guests were seated two at a table for four. Upon inquiry, we were told that these were regulars and that their parents would be arriving later. The table was set for two people, and no one came up later. Glasses were somehow brought to the table, the pepper mill fell into my food, etc. In general, I believe that when you promise big things with big prices, you'll easily find them reflected in the service, the food, and the glass. So, we had a Bellini for just under 16 euros to start with, but it was completely negligible. The music eventually changed from a jazzy background to dominant 90s techno, making conversation difficult. When this misguided interlude abruptly ended, there was applause from the guests. The beef fillet was poorly trimmed in places, making about 30% inedible. The plain schnitzel with truffle sauce, truffle mashed potatoes, and spinach was not very well-crafted. The schnitzel was swimming in an overly seasoned truffled sauce (probably butter or truffle oil). The mashed potatoes were overwhipped and had a paste-like consistency. The homeopathic dose of spinach, which cost about nine euros extra, was inedible due to the large pieces of garlic. This was complained to the wait staff. This led to the only bright spot of the evening: the chef came to our table, understood the complaint, apologized, and brought a very tasty carpaccio on the house. The schnitzel and the beef fillet were not to be charged. However, the wait staff later decided to charge for the beef fillet after all. This was very odd, after the chef at the table had a different opinion. At the cash register, I could only shake my head at this, and although I had intended to pay for the carpaccio and leave a corresponding tip, thanks to the chef, this was no longer necessary.

Well, unfortunately, my experience with the restaurant wasn't that good. That evening, I was given a champagne that wasn't chilled enough. I was able to bring it to the right temperature using ice cubes. My recommendation: when there's a large selection of champagne, ask for the most common type. Maybe you'll have a better chance of getting a freshly opened and well-chilled champagne that way. And regarding the food, I can say that the idea of ​​decorating the food with gold leaf didn't appeal to me. You can supposedly eat it. Once you try it and chew on it, you realize it just tastes metallic. So, it has no value for the palate. And you can achieve a more unusual look in other ways. I set the gold aside. Then the meal was very tasty. The sea bream wasn't filleted very well. I still had quite a few bones to sort out. Only because we were treated to two desserts as a small consolation, and because I understand their intention to offer something a little more unusual, I'm giving them more stars than I originally intended. All in all, I was rather disappointed with the food. Hence the lower number of stars.

EMPLOYEES ARE NOT PAID... I/We worked for this junky store. The name/decor attracts unfamiliar customers. The store just isn't doing well/where it's not doing well, it's not fresh...the store is empty. 6-8 customers a day at most during the week, 20-30 customers on weekends. There's no chef. My brother tries to cook (but still has a lot to learn). The employer is very, very arrogant and aloof. But the employees are NOT paid. 4.8 out of 5 stars 🤣🤣🤣🤣. You can buy anything these days.

We visited Grand Culinas two days ago for the first time, and probably not the last. Until now, the term "champagne bar" had always put us off, as it sounded too pretentious. But we were pleasantly surprised on our visit. A lovely ambiance, attentive service—the glasses were even pre-chilled!—and an attractive menu with reasonably reasonable prices. However, guests should also be shown the menu with the menus offered online. It's very commendable that bread, etc., is served at the beginning. The food was excellent and very attractively presented. The portions were just right. Conclusion: A successful, enjoyable evening.

Jedes Gericht war ein wahres Geschmackserlebnis, meisterhaft zubereitet und präsentiert – wirklich eine Gaumenfreude! Allerdings kommt dieses Erlebnis nicht ohne seinen Preis, denn die Kosten sind eher gehoben. Dies mag zwar zu der Qualität der Speisen passen, fühlt sich jedoch insgesamt etwas unverhältnismäßig an, insbesondere im Hinblick auf einige andere Aspekte des Restaurants. Die Bedienung war freundlich und bemüht, jedoch nicht ganz auf dem Niveau, das man in einem solch exklusiven Ambiente erwarten würde. Auch die musikalische Untermalung stellte sich als Herausforderung dar: Sowohl die Lautsprecher als auch das später einsetzende Klavierspiel waren deutlich zu laut, was es schwer machte, sich in entspannter Atmosphäre zu unterhalten. Das Ambiente selbst wirkte etwas "gewollt teuer" – elegant und opulent, aber nicht authentisch. Dies stand für uns im Widerspruch zur ansonsten eher bodenständigen Bedienung und verstärkte das Gefühl, dass hier Stil und Substanz nicht vollkommen harmonierten. Insgesamt ein Ort, den man für das Essen definitiv besuchen sollte, aber der noch Raum für Verbesserungen in puncto Gesamterlebnis bietet.

Wir hatten ein 3-Gänge-Menü. Nach einer Dreiviertelstunde kam die Hummersuppe, lauwarm, mit einem winzigen Stückchen Hummer, aber ansonsten geschmacklich gut. Als Hauptspeise gab es Seeteufel mit Süßkartoffelcreme. Die Süßkartoffelcreme war erst kalt, nach erfolgter Reklamation auch nur mäßig warm. Den Fisch musste man mit der Lupe suchen, aber so ist das eben in einem Gourmetrestaurant. Der Chef bediente selbst und wirkte arrogant und selbstgefällig.

I was so excited to go to this restaurant again, but this time it was disappointing. Because of March 8th there was only a 4 course menu priced at 89 euros per person. and no other choice... We wanted to celebrate our birthday and wanted to eat something else, our guest also wanted a salad, but that wasn't possible. The food was nicely served, but the taste was mediocre, tiramisu was very dry... Ah, and there was live music - unfortunately not that good and too loud, which made entertainment impossible... Too bad... 3 people - 300 euros was definitely not worth it.

It was our first time here and probably the last time too. Unfortunately, our conclusion is “more appearance than reality”. When we arrived there was only one waitress there and it was immediately apparent that she had little or no experience in medium to high-end catering. When ordering we couldn't order a Limoncello Spritz because there was no sparkling wine. Oysters were also out, even though they were on the menu. The Bellini (champagne with peach puree) was only available after I pointed out that it was made with champagne and not sparkling wine (you had champagne there after all), but it cost €4 more than stated on the menu. All in all, a bad start. The table next to us also received their greeting from the kitchen before us, even though we were there before them. I was then brought the wrong food, but in the meantime at least the boss was there and apologized, gave me a wine on the house and corrected the food order. A well-intentioned attempt, but one that couldn't make it work. We expected a much better standard here, especially when you're in this price segment. There are better alternatives in a big city like Cologne.

Unfortunately, all in all a big disappointment. The menu, price level and reviews suggest a great restaurant, where unfortunately everything apart from the food leaves more than to be desired. Starting with the fact that 80% of the aperitif menu cannot be ordered because there is no longer any sparkling wine (in a self-proclaimed champagne bar - but they are not willing to sacrifice it as a substitute), parts of the menu are not available, the prices on the drinks menu are no longer correct because they have neglected to update them, etc. The crowning point is the unprofessional handling of this chaos. Despite all the excessive demands, people still believe they have the capacity for food delivery. You're looking for the hidden camera. Here, inexperienced service staff are left alone and on too many guests. During the course of the evening, the supposed owner family, including their children, suddenly appeared and tried to save what could no longer be saved, suddenly changed the "lighting concept" so that one could think it was a power outage and tried to excuse what a professional service would have long ago taken care of. The positive thing at the end: the cuisine is of a really high standard that lives up to the demands that the menu promises.

I made a reservation a week before Valentine's Day. I went to the website several times because there were some dishes that we really like and wanted to order On Valentine's Day we were only given a menu card, which was supposed to be on the website. The question is how long, because I also saw other guests who surprisingly looked at the menu cards. So we had to eat what was on the menu, but not what we wanted. Ok. There were scampi, monkfish, Pasta in truffle sauce, almost everything to our taste. But then..... Everyone got bread, we didn't. We came at 9:30 p.m., we had the main course at 11 p.m., then we wanted to go to sleep. If we had a question or wanted to order drinks, everyone didn't have time, even though they were just standing at the counter and then when they were at the table you couldn't finish the sentence, we were always told we were fully booked. The cat tables were close together, which I don't like at all. We were just happy when we were outside. It's a shame, because the kitchen is really great, but that's not enough for a second visit.

We were looking forward to a special evening and were unfortunately disappointed. The first impression was that there was a lack of organization here. When we finally got a table, we were shocked at how close the tables were, you could hardly get between the tables to sit down. We had to stay here for 3.5 hours for the 4-course menu on Valentine's Day. Only this menu was served that day, so it couldn't be better for a restaurant in terms of preparation. Now the chaos began. The waiters had no idea who was and how far into their courses. The bread as a starter was served to us with the first course, for which we had to wait over an hour, and only half an hour for drinks after we had ordered them 3 times. The courses were served even though there was no cutlery at the table. This chaos created a great hectic pace, because the wandering around of the aimless waiters destroyed the beautiful ambience. The service staff still has a lot to learn here. It's a shame, because such a high-priced restaurant should have trained staff. My compliments go to the kitchen, the taste of the food was absolutely recommendable.

We asked for another table where it would be a little quieter, but they couldn't give it to us. Last but not least, we ordered a bitter lemon, which unfortunately expired in August 2023. Only after pushing did we finally get the bill. The jackets that were kindly taken away upon arrival were not found without our help. 200 euros is too much for 2 people here. The waiters tried very hard, but unfortunately this didn't lead to anything. For the demands and the price level, not again.

When we arrived we found the music to be very loud. When asked, it was turned down, but after a while it got louder again. A veal schnitzel didn't taste good at all because it had something like fat/cartilage in the middle, we found that impossible given the prices. Even though we said this and almost all of the schnitzel remained, there was only an 'oh, I'm sorry'. The service also seemed pretty bad-tempered. We're definitely not coming back.

Wir sind aufgrund unseres dort einlösbaren AMEX-Kreditkartenguthabens in diesem Restaurant eingekehrt. Vorweg macht die Homepage Lust auf mehr. Alles macht einen sehr guten und professionellen Eindruck. Vor Ort war zunächst auch alles in Ordnung. Die Inneneinrichtung ist geschmackvoll, wenn auch für meinen Geschmack ein wenig drüber: Dom Pérignon - Flaschen auf der Bar drapiert und Ferrari- sowie Porschebücher lassen wahrlich Fürstliches erwarten. Die Tische sind leider sehr eng gestellt und der Geräuschpegel ist dementsprechend (vor allem zu fortgeschrittener Stunde) recht hoch. Wir waren recht früh am Abend da und es war noch leer im Restaurant. Als Aperitif hatten wir ein Glas Champagner, alles fein. Vor- und Hauptspeise waren sehr gut, daran gibt es nichts zu meckern. Meiner Frau wurde leider pauschal ein Rotwein statt des bestellten Weißweines gereicht, auch kein Beinbruch. Sehr zu Wünschen übrig ließ leider den ganzen Abend lang der sehr überforderte und in weiten Teilen unprofessionell wirkender Service. Wir saßen Ewigkeiten vor leeren Tellern und die Getränke wurden ebenfalls nicht nachgeschenkt. Allein zu Bezahlen hat ca. 40 Minuten gedauert. Alles in allem deutlich verbresserungswürdig. Ich würde eigentlich 3 von 5 Sternen geben, da das Essen wirklich sehr gut war. Jetzt zum Knackpunkt: Anstatt sich mit sachlich vorgebrachter Kritik professionell auseinanderzusetzen, lassen die Betreiber des Restaurants sämtliche Bewertungen <3 Sterne bei Google wegen „Verleumdung“ entfernen. Lächerlich und unsouverän. So ist es mir und sehr vielen anderen Reviewern ergangen. So kann ich vor dem Besuch dieses Hauses nur dringend abraten - mehr Schein als Sein. Good bye.

Zuerst möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass die hohe Bewertung auf Google darauf zurückzuführen ist, dass negative Rezensionen systematisch gelöscht werden. Das zeigt einen klaren Mangel an Professionalität und die Unfähigkeit, Kritik anzunehmen, um den Service zu verbessern. Das Niveau des Restaurants ist ziemlich durchschnittlich, und das Essen rechtfertigt in keiner Weise die hohen Preise. Der Service war einfach katastrophal – unorganisiert und völlig unprofessionell. Ich kann dieses Restaurant absolut nicht empfehlen.

This is a must for your times here in Köln as on Saturday nights there is a lasting night with all sorts of surprises. There is also a pre-fixe menu which you dont have to do - we did it by accident thinking it was the only option - we waited and waited between courses as the patrons continued to leave - My suggestion is to mention at the host stand that this is optional - we arrived at 17:45 and could not leave until 22:15 because the restaurant was waiting for each person to finish each course - other than that the food was phenomenal and the entertainment so so so great that it made up for it all - also, great service staff - very very understaffed for a Saturday night but they did great and with a smile - we will be back!

We purchased a New Year's Eve package and unfortunately the evening did not live up to our expectations. Spoiler: Unfortunately I can't recommend this place. Eat: The starters were okay, apart from a dip that tasted reminiscent of ready-made products. The main course was average - we ate it but it didn't leave a lasting impression. The dessert was the biggest negative point for us. We tried it, but left most of it alone. The taste was not what we expected from a restaurant of this category. Service: The staff was friendly, but there were organizational problems. There was a mix-up in orders and it seemed like the team was overwhelmed. Entertainment: Unfortunately the evening was a failure in this respect. The announced DJ performance was actually just someone from management playing music sporadically. The transitions were bumpy, the volume was often not adjusted, and overall it seemed unprofessional. The singer was the only bright spot of the evening. At the turn of the year itself there was no recognizable organization. There was no countdown and the announced fireworks display started with a considerable delay. Many guests had already turned to other locations' fireworks displays when the in-house fireworks display was even being prepared. Conclusion: The event was advertised as high quality, but the execution lacked professionalism and attention to detail. It left us with the impression that the evening was organized with as little effort as possible, which doesn't justify the price of the New Year's Eve package.

Deshalb versuche ich es erneut, um unsere ehrliche Erfahrung zu teilen. Essen: Die Vorspeisen waren in Ordnung, abgesehen von einem Dip, der geschmacklich an Fertigprodukte erinnerte. Das Hauptgericht war durchschnittlich – wir haben es gegessen, aber es hat keinen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Das Dessert war für uns der größte Minuspunkt. Wir haben es probiert, aber den Großteil stehen lassen. Es war geschmacklich nicht das, was wir von einem Restaurant dieser Kategorie erwartet haben. Service: Das Personal war freundlich, aber es gab organisatorische Probleme. Es kam zu Verwechslungen bei den Bestellungen, und es wirkte, als wäre das Team überfordert. Viele Gäste hatten sich bereits dem Feuerwerk anderer Orte zugewandt, als das hauseigene Feuerwerk überhaupt erst vorbereitet wurde. Fazit: Das Event wurde als hochwertig beworben, aber in der Umsetzung fehlte es an Professionalität und Detailgenauigkeit. Es hinterließ bei uns den Eindruck, dass der Abend mit möglichst geringem Aufwand organisiert wurde, was nicht den Preis des Silvester-Pakets rechtfertigt.

Das Essen ist ziemlich gut, der Service allerdings nicht auf dem Niveau, das man angesichts der Preisgestaltung erwarten würde, sondern leider desorientiert und unaufmerksam. Die Atmosphäre ist so mittelmäßig, die Tische stehen sehr eng,wenn es voller wird,ist es sehr laut. Unglaublich unsouverän finde ich,dass das Restaurant anscheinend systematisch unbequeme Googlebewertungen (also < 5 Sterne) löschen lässt anstatt auf konstruktive Kritik einzugehen.

Grand Culinas - Highly recommended! I spent my last evening here with my friends before returning to Korea, and it was a truly special experience. The food was really exquisite and delicious. Each dish was like a work of art, and I was truly impressed by the fresh ingredients and delicate combination of flavors. The service was great too! I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably thanks to the friendly and attentive staff. And the atmosphere of the restaurant was elegant yet warm, making it perfect for having a good time with friends. If I have the chance to come here again, I definitely want to visit again. It was truly the best choice! :)

Der Service war leider echt nicht so toll. Das Essen war gut, aber man hat sich nicht so wohl gefühlt. Es wurde nicht mal nach Dessert oder Kaffee gefragt.

Food was very good, especially the starters, but relatively expensive, very small, closely spaced tables, hence the train station bistro atmosphere. Service was sometimes hard-working and very nice (e.g. buffetier) but in the overall context (and again, given the price level) it was catastrophic (no request for further drink requests, eternal waiting for the clearing up and the bill). We were only there to redeem credit card balance, but wouldn't necessarily come back at full price, there are better alternatives.

Wir hatten für den 26.12. Reserviert, magisch angezogen von der Website, die einem ein einzigartiges Winter-Wonderland-Ambiente versprach, im Rahmen des Christmas-Specials. 1. Das Restaurant sollte nichts auf der Website versprechen, was es nicht halten kann. Ein metallener Adventskranz und ein Baum in der Ecke, machen kein Winter-Wonderland. 2. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht, aber spürbar jung. 3. Wir hatten einen wirklich grottigen Tisch - aus einem 4er Tisch zwei 2er-Tische zu machen, so dass private Gespräche nicht mehr möglich sind und einem ständig die Kellner durch den Rücken rutschen, um die Gäste nebenan zu bedienen, ist weit weg von gemütlich. Desweiteren hatten wir das Pech direkt im Bar-Bereich zu sitzen: es war laut, hektisch, von ruhigem Weihnachtsambiente keine Spur. 4. Das Essen war gut, bis sehr gut. Ich fand das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen. Recht kleine Portionen, zu hohen Preisen, inkl. Fehlendem Winter-Wonderland. Über den Kühlschrankkalten Kartoffelsalat hätte man vllt hinweg gesehen, wenn der Rest gestimmt hätte. :) 5. Trotz recht gutem Essen und hochwertiger Getränke werden wir nicht wiederkommen. Für bemühten Service und Essen von anständiger Qualität gibt es 3 Sterne.

We had for December 26th. Reserved, magically attracted by the website, which promised a unique winter wonderland ambience as part of the Christmas special. 1. The restaurant should not promise anything on the website that it cannot deliver. A metal Advent wreath and a tree in the corner do not make a winter wonderland. 2. The staff was friendly and tried hard, but noticeably young. 3. We had a really terrible table - turning a table for 4 into two tables for 2, so that private conversations are no longer possible and the waiters are constantly shuffling around to serve the guests next door is far from comfortable . We also had the misfortune of sitting directly in the bar area: it was loud, hectic, and there was no trace of a quiet Christmas atmosphere. 4. The food was good to very good. I didn't find the price-performance ratio appropriate. Quite small portions, at high prices, including the lack of a winter wonderland. You might have overlooked the fridge-cold potato salad if the rest had been right. :) 5. Despite pretty good food and quality drinks, we won't be coming back. There are 3 stars for good service and food of decent quality.

Der Service war hervorragend und die Speisen waren bis auf die Rinderbrühe auch sehr gut. Die Suppe hätte heiß und etwas besser gewürzt sein müssen. Sie war leider nur lauwarm und etwas fad im Geschmack.

So ich war am Sonntag Abend 4 Advent da.Hatte meine Frau zum Geschäftsessen Jahresabschluss eingeladen.Was soll ich sagen,wir kehren in den besten Restaurants ein.Aber das war das schlechteste seid Jahren.Punkt eins es war sehr kalt und ungemütlich.So das meine Frau und andere Gäste mit Decken da sassen. Es dauert wahnsinnig lange bis etwas kam.War nicht voll das Restaurant.Vorspeise fast gefroren.Die Garnelen waren trocken.Dann weiter Hauptmenü dauert 1,5h.Ungeniesbar.Meine Frau ihr essen wurde noch einmal aufgewärmt.🙈Auf Nachtisch hatten wir keine lust mehr.Meine Frau hatte dem Chef dann alles erklärt.Er dachte mit einem Glas Sekt ist alles gut.Nein ich wollte kein Glas.Dann kam das beste 235,-,€+wollten noch 10 15 oder20%Trinkgeld.Hammer.Habe gedacht sie Endschädigen,nichts kam.Habe 250,-€Bezahlt.Leider sehr sehr schade.

Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber es hat keine Begeisterung hervorgerufen.  Leider wurden wir genau neben dem Eingang und der Garderobe hingesetzt. Der Beilagen Salat war unterirdisch. Dafür waren der Nachtisch gut. Und man merkte, dass Mitarbeiter fehlten. 

Vielleicht hatte ich einfach Pech, aber das Restaurant wird den Erwartungen die es selber aufbaut nicht gerecht.

This is a must for your times here in Köln as on Saturday nights there is a lasting night with all sorts of surprises. There is also a pre-fixe menu which you dont have to do - we did it by accident thinking it was the only option - we waited and waited between courses as the patrons continued to leave - My suggestion is to mention at the host stand that this is optional - we arrived at 17:45 and could not leave until 22:15 because the restaurant was waiting for each person to finish each course - other than that the food was phenomenal and the entertainment so so so great that it made up for it all - also, great service staff - very very understaffed for a Saturday night but they did great and with a smile - we will be back!

We were celebrating two birthdays and came in on a Latin night. It was an amazing experience!!! The restaurant had live singer and dancers!!! The waitress kept on bringing us more comp appetizers and everyone was extremely nice!!! They treated us as family!!! We had an amazing evening and a superb experience!!! We would definitely come back and will recommend this place!!!

Leider kann man einen Besuch im Grand Culinas nur sehr eingeschränkt empfehlen. Das Essen ist gemessen am Preis einigermaßen gut, ebenso das Ambiente, dafür ist der Service grottenschlecht und verdient eigentlich noch nicht einmal einen Stern. Wir hatten mit drei Personen einen Tisch gebucht. Als wir ankamen teilte uns die Dame mit, dass sie nur einen Tisch für zwei hätten. Angeblich würde dies auch so in Ihrer elektronischen Buchung stehen. Wir mussten dann in unseren Emails nach der Bestätigung suchen. Natürlich hatten wir für drei gebucht. Sie gab sich dann zwar Mühe einen Tisch für uns zu finden, aber wir mussten erst einmal ziemlich blöd im Eingang rumstehen und warten. Dies wäre eigentlich nicht so schlimm, aber die ganze Zeit über hatten wir das Gefühl, als wenn wir absolut unerwünscht wären, so nach dem Motto, wir werden sie nicht wieder los. Nachdem wir dann endlich einen Tisch bekommen hatten bekamen zeigte man uns die ganze Zeit über wenig Beachtung. Bei anderen Gästen die man scheinbar privat kannte war dies aber anders. Als ich dann etwas über die Weine wissen wollte konnte mir die Kellnerin nichts dazu sagen, da sie keine Weine mögen würde. Wow, das Glas kostet ja auch nur ab 12,- EUR aufwärts, also echt, da kann ich keine Beratung erwarten. Auch der herbeigerufene Chef konnte uns nur sagen nehmen Sie den und den. Null hilfreich. Bei einem Preis von rd. 250,- EUR für drei Personen (wobei unserer Sohn nur eine Kinderportion hatte) war die Leistung sehr schlecht. Da erwarte ich deutlich mehr. Das Essen selbst war gut, aber für den Preis kann ich auch 50-75 EUR p.P. drauf legen und fange mit einem Sternemenü an. Das Steak war dann etwas zu scharf angebraten. Das Essen selbst wurde nicht gleich angemacht geliefert sondern bei meiner Frau war Gemüse auf dem Teller bei mir in einer separaten Schale. Alles sehr unprofessionell. Zu guter Letzt wurde bei unserem Sohn dann auch noch eine Pommes zu viel abgerechnet. Müssen wir nicht wieder hin.

It was a great dinner! Everything was very tasty and beautifully presented! My grilled octopus and pumpkin puree was amazing! The desserts also delighted me and my friends! Excellent service, thank you for this evening!

An outstanding restaurant. The food is suoerb, the service excellent and the ambience most agreeable. I can especially recommend the octopus and giant prawns, but all the diners in our party were pleased with the quality of their dishes, which were beautifully and subtly flavoured and elegantly presented. Admittedly pricey, but good value for money

Alles Schick, es war schöne Italienisch Live Musik , wegen Parkplatzsuche , sollte man paar Minuten früher losfahren ;-)

Wir hatten den Termin gebucht.Haben nicht gewusst das es ein Menu gibt.Wir wollen gerne a‘la carte essen.Dann wollten wir ein Kir Royal zum Aperitif trinken.Kannte die Kellnerin nicht.Also für so ein Restaurant mit dem Ambiente,schlecht.Dazu kommt das das Personal total überfordert war .Schade,wir sind gegangen.Ist Ihnen vielleicht auch egal,da der Laden läuft.Aber wir können sie nicht weiterempfehlen.

Wenn man sich auf die spezielle Atmosphäre einlässt, hat man einen tollen Abend. Sonderwünsche für Cocktails, Essen und Getränke, die nicht auf der Karte stehen, werden, falls möglich, erfüllt. Insgesamt ein besonderer und vergnügter Abend :-)

An all-round successful evening.

We had great food however the service was very bad: 1) the waitress didn't serve us the wine for our starter and even when we reminded to her, she didn't even apologize for it. 2) the waitress brought the wrong bottle of wine and we asked her to check with the wine menu since we knew it was not the one we ordered (next to that she didn't know anything about wines). 3) the waitres had a fight with one of her colleagues (almost threw a glass of wine), clearly she was having an argument and we could see it from our table 4) the team forgot to bring the bread and the olives at the beggining of the meal. The place is great and food quality as well but the service needs to be improved, we didn't find it acceptable and because of that we will not come back. My husband did put a review on Google and it was removed, apparently the restaurant said it was a fake review, now we understand how come this restaurant gets so high reviews on Google, because the bad reviews are being removed. Also this is not an honest way of doing business.

An exceptionally good restaurant with very tasty food and friendly staff. You feel comfortable and welcome there. The truffled mashed potatoes and crepe were the highlight for me! 100% recommendation.

I was there with my family since and the first impression was all good. But the food is not worth it for that amount of price that I payed at the end. It was too expensive for what they offered. In overall I would say I wasn´t that impressed. But the service was good and it was quite a nice place to have a talk :)

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und der Service sehr freundlich. Die Weinkarte war super. Wir würden das Restaurant jederzeit wieder besuchen und weiter empfehlen. Das Restaurant bietet auch eine sehr schöne Bar an und im Wechsel gibt es öfter Livemusik.
