From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortlessly elegant yet welcoming. The Grace Dessert Platter for Two is an absolute must-try! It’s worth every bite and perfect for sharing. Special mention goes to the cheesecake, which was simply out of this world—creamy, flavorful, and truly unforgettable. The location itself is stunning, set within the elegant Hotel Zoo Berlin. The sophisticated atmosphere perfectly complements the dining experience. Just in front of the restaurant is a chic bar with great music, making it an ideal spot to grab a drink either before or after your meal. Definitely don’t miss it—it’s a wonderful addition to the evening. Every detail, from the ambiance to the impeccable service, was executed flawlessly. I can’t wait to dine here again—it’s a place I would recommend without hesitation. Grace truly delivers a five-star experience!

Totally overrated tourist trap.

We are two well-groomed ladies and come from far away. The bouncer Mohammed is very rude and insulting. The manner is also not easy to accept. Apparently there were a lot of reservations. We were allowed to order something in the foyè and were able to see him letting in friends and others who hadn't made a reservation. He said we don't fit in with society today. But next time. We would have to accept a “NO”. Our colleagues wanted to let us in, but Mohammed remained stubborn. We cannot recommend this bar to anyone. It doesn't fit for a 5 star bar!

A stylishly furnished restaurant that impresses with sophisticated design elements. Still only 3 stars because… The food was good, but as fine dining connoisseurs the prices were a bit overestimated for this standard in our opinion. There was nothing that surprised us about the meal. The service was very friendly and accommodating. There was no wine recommendation or accompaniment to the meal. At 9 p.m. there was a shift change for the guests. As a fan of good, high-quality and sophisticated cuisine, you suddenly found yourself very out of place between scantily clad women and their companions, who were looking quite dark. We therefore decided not to have a digestif at the bar. We have therefore discarded the initial idea of ​​staying in the attached Hotel ZOO on our next visit to Berlin. You no longer felt comfortable and unfortunately the chic ambience couldn't make up for it.

We have enjoyed coming to Grace for several years and appreciate the beautiful ambience, the excellent food and the extremely good service. I regularly go to the best fine dining restaurants in Berlin and Grace is at the top of my list!

Trotz Reservierung und Hinterlegung ein Kreditkarte wurden wir als Gäste, vermutlich wegen fehlender Coolness, abgewiesen. Warum die Bar Reservierungen anbietet bleibt rätselhaft. Wir haben das Grace von unserer Liste sowohl als Restaurant als auch als Bar gestrichen.

The food was great and definitely justified the prices quoted. Unfortunately, the service was quite overwhelmed (you had to ask several times to be allowed to order; things were brought to you that you didn't order several times, and the waiter then tried the tables in the area). The ambience and furnishings were good, but it was very loud. All in all, it was okay because the food was really outstanding.

Went to the Halloween party. Mega decoration and great staff. Drinks prices top. I/We'll be back!!!!

Wir haben 40 Minuten auf unsere Bestellung gewartet. Die Cocktails waren verdünnt und ohne reichhaltigen Geschmack wie üblich. Wir verließen das Lokal früher, als wir geplant hatten. 😕 Dieses Mal war die Erfahrung nicht ganz zufriedenstellend.

Terrible service and arrogant staff. They also use intimidation tactics through their legal team to suppress negative reviews on Google, which is the only reason why their ranking is above a 4.

One of the best restaurants in Berlin. Very attentive service, great food and a pleasant atmosphere. A place where you feel comfortable. There is a very interesting crowd here. Interesting people with a conscience and not mainstream.

Grace is anything but; its mostly frequented by pretentious posers who are as arrogant and boring as it's staff. But if you like to overpay for mediocre food and drinks while being made to feel like you're doing the staff a favour, this is definitely the place for you.

We had a wonderful evening at GRACE! The ambience is aesthetically tasteful and pleasantly quiet. The service was very courteous and attentive. The food, absolutely outstanding! Following a recommendation, we shared the menu consisting of a starter, main course and dessert between the three of us, a very good decision because every single one of the many dishes tasted simply outstanding! (Tip: Singapore Salmon) Fine, perfectly balanced flavors and very light. Also particularly recommended is the alcohol-free Pomelo Sprizz. THANKS! We'd love to come back!

We had dinner in the restaurant last night. I can say in advance: we had a great evening! The service was very courteous and attentive. Right at the beginning there was a starter and non-alcoholic champagne. Afterwards, the three of us shared appetizers, which were all very light and yet special. We particularly recommended the salad with truffles and the salmon ceviche! Even while waiting for the main course we were not forgotten and we were offered more drinks. The non-alcoholic Pomelo Spritz was particularly great. The three of us also shared the main courses and there were lots of vegetables and very fresh and selected dishes. We sat in this cozy atmosphere for a while and of course finally shared a dessert plate with fresh fruit and mini cheesecakes. Thanks for the great evening! We'd love to come back.

We had a very nice evening there. The food was delicious! Everything we ate was a familiar dish at first glance, but each had a great and original taste interpretation in its own way. The service was super friendly and attentive. We felt very welcome and comfortable. Another positive aspect is that, in addition to a large selection of alcoholic drinks, there was also a good selection of non-alcoholic wines, sparkling wine and cocktails.

Grace is by far the best restaurant in all of West Berlin. The waiters are super friendly, remember the guests' names after the second visit, the service is top and the steak is by far the best you can get. Side dishes are exquisite and the ambience is amazing. If you want to eat high class in a beautiful ambience, Grace is the right place for you. West Berlin's finest. Always my pleasure!

Went there for the second time yesterday and it was terrifying. It's definitely not hard to get in, suit or dress with high heels. Unfortunately a lot of chubby guys. who were standing in front of the hotel/bar, splashing ridiculous champagne. I've already visited several high class clubs/bars but unfortunately the crowd is terribly chubby, especially the men. To flee!

You can also relax in its truly exclusive location above the rooftops of Berlin. Not so with the GRACE Garden Rooftop. From booking (Vivienne) to service (Daniel) to the kitchen team, everything meshes perfectly. We had an unforgettable evening!

PASCAL (PACCO) worker of restaurant verbally and physically assaulted and harassed my friends and I (20 year old girls). Threatened to hurt us physically. Trust me If you can DONT GO to this place I would never set foot in this establishment again where the workers don’t respect woman or HUMAN BEINGS. Disgusting.

We stopped by the restaurant before heading to the rooftop. The interior design is incredible, which got us excited, hoping that the food would match the decor. We opted to sit outside, but the first disappointment was the cheap metal chairs with barely any cushion—30 minutes in, I wanted to leave. My cod arrived, along with a side of rice. The marinated salad was quite unpleasant, and the rice had an odd taste, like plain rice cooked in a dirty pot. The fish itself was just okay. For €45, I expected much better. My girlfriend's crunchy avocado salad, on the other hand, was pretty good. The service was very poor: dirty knives were not replaced, plates were not changed, service was slow, and the overall experience felt far from high class. Next, we had a reservation upstairs in the lounge. When we reserved, we were informed that the minimum spend was €120, which we figured was nothing between six people. However, after an hour and a couple of drinks, around 11 pm on a Thursday night, we wanted to go home, only to be told that the minimum spend was €120 per person, not per table. This felt like a scam, so be cautious about the lounge. Out of the four high-class places I visited in Berlin, this was by far the worst. Very disappointed, we ended up spending €150 in the restaurant and another €100 for just two drinks in the lounge due to the misleading €120 minimum.

Doesn't keep what it promises, unfortunately. When you come into the hotel and the restaurant, you immediately relax and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. So far so good. When you check in you are kindly informed that you only have the table for two hours, which is very tight if after an hour the food is still not there and you then politely ask. Another 15-20 minutes pass. until the food finally arrives (they had simply forgotten about us, we assume). With 2 hours max. it was getting tight and when the main course was finally served, we kindly pointed out that the 2 hours max would probably be no longer necessary. The service was ok, but really not outstanding. Please don't expect any steps to be explained to you, as this won't happen. The food was very good, but you should be prepared that if you order a steak, you will only find a small steak on the large plate. Nothing else. Really nothing. No decoration, nothing. A piece of meat, lonely and abandoned in the vast expanse of the huge plate, completely loveless. We laughed heartily...;-) The audience is very young, lots of 'wannabes', lazy people and those who still want to become one. It was quite loud and very cramped. At around 10 p.m. the music got a lot louder again, so that it was no longer possible to have a conversation without having to shout at each other, so we said goodbye. 'Willingly and not able' comes to mind when it comes to Grace. Unfortunately we weren't welcomed as guests, which is a shame because of the good food.

Completely humiliating Your cleaning staff who “enjoyed” their smoke break at the back exit max 10 minutes ago are judgmental and spiteful.

Very expensive, but also really exceptionally tasty food (e.g. tuna tartare or tenderloin were excellent, super tasty marinades and sauces,…). Only the dessert was a bit disappointing. Everything was fine with the service.

Die Grace Bar ist wirklich einen Besuch wert, dass Ambiente ist sehr schön und die Atmosphäre sehr entspannt. Die Getränke sind wirklich ein Erlebnis an sich, super Geschmack. Immer wieder einen Besuch wert.

We really enjoyed it! Very professional and friendly service! Everything is taken care of, even a place for your handbag! The sommelier was fantastic and the food was outstanding! It's not cheap but we didn't expect it to be. The Grace Sharing Menu was a sensation, we can only recommend it! We are Berliners and will definitely come back! For anyone who visits Berlin, likes something special and would like to eat well, Grace is a must! Many thanks to the team for a great evening!

Very nice, very good food, we were able to order everything even at 10:30 p.m. Even at 11 p.m. when two people came along, they still received great service on almost everything.

I booked a table in a restaurant online and as they did not know if rooftop bar gonna be open so I’ve called them later and asked if rooftop is gonna be open for that date,so I planned my birthday there and they knew about that and confirmed my booking by call, they asked time and my name and said that they booked a table for me on the rooftop, and when I went there for my birthday, they did not allow me to go there as they had private event and forgot to inform me about that, I was standing there dressed with family member, wasted my time, trusted my day to them and they just told you can’t go, tho I had reservation. And when I’m telling about the problem to the reception worker(blonde hair woman and same about the manager), she was super rude and was not even watching me when I was talking to her, have never seen something like this before,no respect to the guest who had birthday and they just do not care, dont want to help. Will never go there again and will tell all my friends not to go there, because not proffesional,they just destroyed my planned birthday…

The cocktails taste like expired milk. After the cocktails I had food poisoning - complaint was written! So I understand the negative reviews!

You should quickly think about whether the “selector” is the right one for this job. Scares away well-paying customers.

If it were possible I would give 0 stars. They think they're really great, no matter how much money you have in your pocket - there's supposedly a dress code. I'm still looking for the clue ^^ Apart from that, everyone has paid for their drink directly at the bar and yet it's clearly signaled to you that You are not welcome because you don't fit into their concept. Then don't accept reservations... In addition, when you order, you have to make sure that the waiter doesn't charge anything incorrectly (different prices were quoted several times for the same drinks ).. I could write more here, but it's not worth my time. Ultimately, utopian prices, waiters who don't seem to want their job and bouncers who think they're someone else... I think that's enough to give the place a wide berth...

The cleanliness and the effort put into the aesthetics were evident and truly appreciated. 🌟✨ Additionally, the dishes were cooked perfectly, and the cocktail menu offered unique, delicious choices. However, the service we received was disappointing—it felt rushed and somewhat unfriendly. We even had a minor issue with being overcharged, which thankfully, I noticed before paying the bill. 🚫💸 Considering the issues with service and the billing error, I felt the overall experience wasn't quite worth the higher price point. Also, the ambiance made it a bit difficult to have private conversations, so I wouldn't recommend it for business meetings. I'm willing to return in hopes of a better service experience, as the ambiance, attention to detail, and some of the food were impressive.

My experience: Arrogant demeanor at the entrance, bouncers extremely unprofessional, very high load of ladies for sale in the bar, style and real exclusivity are definitely NOT there. There are many other and much more pleasant locations in Berlin!

Top! Directly in the Hotel Zoo, location directly on the Ku'damm, it couldn't be better. Food perfect (really always). The tacos are crazy good. We can only warmly recommend the sommelier Mr. Weidenberg, he had perfect and really spot-on recommendations. Service from Mr. Golde was attentive and friendly & not intrusive like in many restaurants. 100% a recommendation

Nice staff, cozy and luxurious atmosphere. The only regret is that the drinks and appetizers were delicious. The main dish was too ordinary, we ordered 4 different main dishes but all of them were nothing special.

There's no place like GRACE! For me by far the number 1 in Berlin (restaurant AND bar) - there is nothing like it in the city. The service is outstanding and the food and drinks are a real treat every time!

Wow What an experience. I was thrilled as soon as I entered the restaurant. Beautiful Christmas decorations but not kitsch. Great ambience. And then the food - truly a delight paired with attentive service. But everything was stopped by Ben, the sommelier. I have rarely met such an experienced connoisseur of wine. He knew immediately what we liked and went well with the food. Although the wine list leaves nothing to be desired, it didn't offer us any overpriced wines. Thank you for the unforgettable evening. Until a while ago, I was a loyal customer of Grace Hotel but after a recent disappointing experience, I will never again come to Grace Hotel bar or restaurant. Another day in October, I came with two friends; all European men dressed in black tie, Berlin residents. All of us were constant guests of Grace bar and restaurant, always ordering champagne. To my huge surprise, when we arrived, the selector by the door asked us whether we had reserved our seats. Being known to the hotel, we never had to reserve seats before and have always stood by the bar stand with orders of many champagne bottles. Shockingly, the selector denied us from coming in the bar for whatever obscene reason, making strange, disrespectful and provocative remarks about us. The selector was a young black man, who I think had some kind of personal issue with us. The security near him had said they had no issues with us but that everyone had to be regulated by the selector. A question to the management of Grace Hotel; why do you hire a selector who lets in people with rucksacks but not those dressed in black tie and constant customers of your establishment? This selector makes a disservice to Grace Hotel and gives a bad reputation. Because of this treatment, I will never come to Grace Hotel bar or restaurant again and will make sure that all my acquaintances know about my terrible experience here.

Completely unacceptable location - unfriendly & arrogant. The highlight were the two bouncers (18.11.) who can hardly be surpassed in arrogance - it is clear why they are only bouncers, but the operator should know that this is the first impression for guests. Otherwise, poor price/performance. Definitely the last time there & there are better alternatives in Mitte instead of KuDamm. The best alternatives are definitely BAR TAUSEND, or SOHO HOUSE (but the later only as a hotel guest or club member)

Das Essen im Grace ist fantastisch. Bedienung freundlich und aufmerksam. Musik für meinen Geschmack zu laut, man kann sich kaum unterhalten. Komme trotzdem immer gerne wieder.

Abend zu viert mit Champagner zum Anstoßen, Wein und Cocktails zum Abschluss, Vorspeise, Hauptgang und einem Dessert, Rechnung von fast 700€. Das Essen war gut aber nicht überdurchschnittlich, die Portionen waren in Ordnung. Service bemüht, aber leider nicht bis ins Detail aufmerksam (wir saßen nach der Vorspeise etwas 20 Minuten vor unseren leeren Tellern). Beim sehr späten Hauptgang wurde die Musik schon mächtig aufgedreht, das war mir etwas zu früh, da wir uns nicht mehr unterhalten konnten. Wir hatten bereits vier Wochen zuvor reserviert und wurden dann direkt neben dem Tisch für Ersatz Besteck, Wasser und Co platziert, wo es super laut und wuselig ist ... Das sollte echt der letzte im Restaurant besetzte Tisch sein, weil er einfach unglaublich ungemütlich ist 👎
