The doner kebab isn't that great, but the Adana, the kofte, and the grilled meat are good. The fries and tea are also very good. The ambiance is very nice, and the service is also extremely good. The staff are very friendly.

However, Irmak clearly scores highly for its ambiance: Both inside and outside, it's unusually pleasant for a snack bar of this category—clean, tidy, and above-average in terms of atmosphere. The service deserves special mention: very friendly, fast, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests leave satisfied. Overall, the price-performance ratio is reasonable. Bottom line: A clear recommendation for grilled dishes, soups, and fries. Those who come primarily for the doner kebab probably won't be impressed—but the rest of the menu more than makes up for it. 4 out of 5 stars.

The doner kebabs and Turkish pizza are super delicious and very fresh, and the staff is very friendly! We've been loyal to this snack bar for over 15 years when it comes to doner kebabs!

I had two kebab meals delivered to my home yesterday. There was a hair in the first kebab, and the fries tasted very cold and mushy. The fries were soggy. One star is actually too much!

On the evening of Sunday, April 20, 2025, my wife and I ordered one lamb sis and one chicken sis by phone. We were already out by car, so we picked up the food and placed our order to take home. When we got the food and came home, we noticed that the meat in both orders was quite burnt (photos are attached). We called and reported the situation, the authorized person gave us a phone number and asked us to document our complaint with photographs via WhatsApp. I also sent the attached photos. The authorized person asked for our address and said he would send our order again. Since we were very hungry at this stage (and my wife was still breastfeeding our 5-month-old daughter), we ordered some of the existing orders until the new order arrived; We ate it by separating the burnt parts. About half an hour later, there was a knock on our door and the officer in front of us, bringing the new orders, also demanded the old orders, some of which we ate! I have never in my life seen an order that was deemed faulty by the restaurant and was requested back. I somehow packed the rest into boxes and delivered them to him. At that moment, the officer realized that the boxes were not heavy enough, called his manager in the presence of my wife and daughter, and reported the situation in an extremely disrespectful manner, saying "THEY ARE FOOD". Afterwards, I wrote again to the WhatsApp number I contacted and reported the situation. The answer I got was that it was okay for us to eat the food and that he wanted to show it to his master. This is of course very cheap , a 3rd class song cunning; If we had not touched that burnt meat, it would probably have been given to another customer. (Note: the second orders were not burned and were delicious in every way. However, the treatment we were subjected to was very humiliating)

May God bless Mr. Gazi and his brother Mehmet, they have a very nice gastronomy service and very good hygienic quality food and they treat the guests not as customers but as members of the family and show interest and concern. It is a shop where money is not everything. It is suitable for the family, it has friendly staff, it is a reliable and very clean family place.

Actually applies to the large grill house 2 intersections away. Was sent away hungry even though I had money. I wanted to pay by card, but it's only from 10 euros. But I didn't see the need to take anything else. So the gentlemen preferred not to earn any money at all. I have no idea who would think of such nonsense. Meat was delicious (3 stars only for that reason), salad just fine (mint only sticks, old lettuce leaves). We ordered a mixed grill platter for 25 euros (it was ok considering we waited almost an hour) and my friend Saç Kebap for 15 euros with a bit of yogurt. Unfortunately, my girlfriend also paid 26 euros for 2 cans of cola. For yoghurt we charged an extra 4.50 :(, for Saç Kebap City 15 we charged 17 (when we looked at the menu the waiter said it was the old menu) before my food arrived she was already finished with hers. I often go there. Unfortunately, this time is the last time I'm kidding myself

The food was delicious, the chicken fillet shashlik was very well made and very tender. The portions were large and fairly affordable. The service was very bad; the server never came to ask if everything was okay with our food and was staring at their phone indoors even though we waited a very long time for the check. The service had a very rude attitude. It seemed like the server was deliberately delaying bringing the check. One more thing needs to be mentioned – there were some foreign objects in the salt shakers.

The food is great. I am also satisfied with the service. Then why 3 stars? The standard dishes, such as kebab in bread etc. were increased in price too much. A standard kebab, which is really good but nothing special, now costs €7. There are cheaper and better prices from some competitors. Just not in Residenzstr. Increased prices for rent and raw materials cannot be a reason. In much more popular locations in the city there are sometimes better kebabs (e.g. at Kotti). For this reason, I eat these dishes at Irmak less often than before. The plated meals and lunch are now almost worth more. All in all, it's still a recommendation if you're in the area. Please don't increase the prices any further! Haha.

The best kebab plate I have eaten so far, the meat is of great quality and the fries are nice and crispy. I paid €12 for the plate, €0.21 for the coke and €2 and the bread, which was delicious and warm, was on the house. The service was friendly and nice. Definitely try it out.

Waren zu dritt dort, hatten Falafel, Iskender und Adana Kebab. Vorspeise Linsensuppe, war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu wässrig aber geschmacklich gut. Größe und Preis ok. Fleisch obere Mittelklasse. Service auch in Ordnung.

Ich habe Dürüm Falafel bestellt: Es waren 4 kleine Falafelplatten drin, kaum Soße und fast nur Kopfsalat - Für 7€. Immerhin wirken die Zutaten von der Qualität ganz gut. Nochmal geh ich hier aber nicht hin

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war sensationell.

Ein guter Standard Döner, wie man ihn erwartet, nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Das Fladenbrot war schön kross und Saucen gut portioniert. Gemüse frisch, dafür Falafel recht klein. Geschmacklich insgesamt gut. Preislich hat sich der Döner wieder auf ein normales Level eingependelt. Daher auch das Update auf nun 4 Sterne.
