Prices too exaggerated and too steep and sauce is always forgotten

We sometimes order from Irmak and it occurs to us that they always forget the sauce and often forget to drink. That's just annoying

Assalamu alaikum, one person regrets eating from this Irmak Grill and the other one regrets not eating it. May God bless Mr. Gazi and his brother Mehmet, they have a very nice gastronomy service and very good hygienic quality food and they treat the guests not as customers but as members of the family and show interest and concern. It is a shop where money is not everything. It is suitable for the family, it has friendly staff, it is a reliable and very clean family place.

Actually applies to the large grill house 2 intersections away. Was sent away hungry even though I had money. I wanted to pay by card, but it's only from 10 euros. But I didn't see the need to take anything else. So the gentlemen preferred not to earn any money at all. I have no idea who would think of such nonsense. Everyone knows that more payment methods = more sales. Zero hospitality. Service 0 stars.

If I could I would give 0 stars, unfortunately that's not possible. You call ahead and ask if the dish will be delivered with rice and salad and the answer will be yes. The food comes without rice or salad and is cold. Never be rude again

I've been in Berlin for 6 months, it was the worst doner kebab I've ever eaten and it's expensive, there's no meat in it, it tastes very bad.

Meat was delicious (3 stars only for that reason), salad just fine (mint only sticks, old lettuce leaves). We ordered a mixed grill platter for 25 euros (it was ok considering we waited almost an hour) and my friend Saç Kebap for 15 euros with a bit of yogurt. Unfortunately, my girlfriend also paid 26 euros for 2 cans of cola. For yoghurt we charged an extra 4.50 :(, for Saç Kebap City 15 we charged 17 (when we looked at the menu the waiter said it was the old menu) before my food arrived she was already finished with hers. I often go there. Unfortunately, this time is the last time I'm kidding myself

The food was delicious, the chicken fillet shashlik was very well made and very tender. The portions were large and fairly affordable. The service was very bad; the server never came to ask if everything was okay with our food and was staring at their phone indoors even though we waited a very long time for the check. The service had a very rude attitude. It seemed like the server was deliberately delaying bringing the check. One more thing needs to be mentioned – there were some foreign objects in the salt shakers.

It's unbelievable that the office should go and check three times ordered three times stomach cramps and diarrhea... Something can't be right... I'll never order from them again and don't recommend it... It's a shame I always liked it

I have to honestly admit that I find it very unreasonable to charge €7 for a “small” side dish of salad served in a soup that is thick and tastes not too sparkling. Service didn't ask me if I wanted something to drink nor did he come back. When it comes to the atmosphere, I can't complain

The Irmak grill house gets 4 out of a possible 5 points from me today! Unlike others, I addressed my concerns directly to the boss! The problem was solved confidently and to my satisfaction! Other writers should try this too! My impression is that the boss cares about his company! ,,, point deduction, just for the circumstances why I contacted him. 4 points for his problem-oriented actions.

Exceptionally clean and delicious! Thank you for your best dishes like manti, adana, burgers and fries, they are super good! The staff is always nice. I never have heartburn after eating, which means there is no need to change the oil when frying and cooking. Great restaurant! ♥️🙏

The employee took old fries from an old plate with his bare hands and threw them into my kebab box. Neither the fries nor the meat were fresh. I don't expect that from a kebab shop, but you should maintain a bit of hygiene. Disgusting!

This is one of the most expensive doner kebabs you can eat in this area. Normally it's already 7€, but they charged 8€ because they added 1 spoon of cheese. 200 grams of cheese costs 2€ in the market? 😅 You wouldn't pay 8€ for doner kebab even at the Kreuzberg Hasır Restaurant, which has become a world-famous restaurant. The taste of the meat is classic Berlin doner. At the same time, whenever I go here to buy doner kebab, I am subjected to strange looks from the men in front of the door. The food is great. I am also satisfied with the service. Then why 3 stars? The standard dishes, such as kebab in bread etc. were increased in price too much. A standard kebab, which is really good but nothing special, now costs €7. There are cheaper and better prices from some competitors. Just not in Residenzstr. Increased prices for rent and raw materials cannot be a reason. In much more popular locations in the city there are sometimes better kebabs (e.g. at Kotti). For this reason, I eat these dishes at Irmak less often than before. The plated meals and lunch are now almost worth more. All in all, it's still a recommendation if you're in the area. Please don't increase the prices any further! Haha.

Rude on the phone when you want to order something to take away

I came to the restaurant in the evening. The table I sat at was not reserved. The waiter, who does not speak English, came and explained to me that it was Ramadan iftar time and I had to sit at another table using sign language, but it was a small table and pressed against the wall. I said that I would order for two people, but I would sit in my place. They rejected my request. And I left the restaurant

I ate a kebab box on site The waiter was really nice and attentive But then came the hammer! The meat was totally fatty and not crispy at all, just cut it off the skewer without waiting for it to become a little crispy again Then the fries and sauce only at the bottom of the box... A good kebab man makes it to the side so that you can get to the fries and meat at the same time, so unfortunately not again..

The best kebab plate I have eaten so far, the meat is of great quality and the fries are nice and crispy. I paid €12 for the plate, €0.21 for the coke and €2 and the bread, which was delicious and warm, was on the house. The service was friendly and nice. Definitely try it out.

Waren zu dritt dort, hatten Falafel, Iskender und Adana Kebab. Vorspeise Linsensuppe, war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu wässrig aber geschmacklich gut. Größe und Preis ok. Fleisch obere Mittelklasse. Service auch in Ordnung.

Ich habe Dürüm Falafel bestellt: Es waren 4 kleine Falafelplatten drin, kaum Soße und fast nur Kopfsalat - Für 7€. Immerhin wirken die Zutaten von der Qualität ganz gut. Nochmal geh ich hier aber nicht hin

Sehr freundlich und sauber. Was ich absolut toll fand war das die Soßen beim Dönerteller extra gereicht wurden. Gern wieder.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war sensationell.

Ein guter Standard Döner, wie man ihn erwartet, nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Das Fladenbrot war schön kross und Saucen gut portioniert. Gemüse frisch, dafür Falafel recht klein. Geschmacklich insgesamt gut. Preislich hat sich der Döner wieder auf ein normales Level eingependelt. Daher auch das Update auf nun 4 Sterne.

Solider Standard Döner. Leider war mein Brot doch deutlich zu kross geraten. Eigentlich hätte man es so nicht mehr rausgeben dürfen. Dafür war der Rest wirklich lecker und ich gebe dem Laden bei neuer Gelegenheit sicher nochmal eine Chance. Allen voran wegen des angemachten Rotkohl. Dieser ist wirklich hervorragend gewesen. Daher gebe ich auch wohlwollend 4 Punkte. Weil dieser ließ den Ärger ob des verkorksten Brot etwas vergessen.

Kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und echt schlechter Service. Der Auberginensalat ist wirklich gut, aber der Rest des Essens ( Köfteteller, Döner, Pommes) naja...lohnt das Geld mE auf keinen Fall. Unser Tisch wurde abgeräumt obwohl unser Sohn noch nicht fertig war mit dem Essen, wir aber mit den Kindern gleichzeitig auf Toilette mussten und daher paar Minuten niemand am Tisch saß. Wir hatten noch nicht bezahlt, Pommes, ein Teil vom Döner halb volle Getränke waren noch auf dem Tisch und zwei kleine Spielsachen. Wir haben sogar Bescheid gesagt, dass wir nur auf Toilette gehen. Als wir zurück kamen, war der Tisch dennoch abgeräumt, die Spielsachen weg. Mein Sohn fing an zu weinen, er wollte noch seine Pommes und seinen Döner aufessen und noch was trinken. Wir mussten trotz des Vorfalls alles bezahlen, es gab nichts als Trost für den weinenden kleinen Jungen ausser immerhin seine Spielsachen zurück und einer Entschuldigung. Schon vor dem unschönen Ende wäre ich nicht wieder gekommen und bin nun eine Erfahrung reicher, wie schlecht Service sein kann.

Hier wird das Fleisch noch auf Holzkohle gegrillt, sehr lecker. Die grillplatte für 2 ist was für den großen Hunger...super freundliche Bedienung. Eine wohlfühl Oase.

Aktualisiert am 30.04.2023: Leider muss ich sagen, dass die Qualität der Menge des Gerichts "gemischter Grillteller" im Restaurant Irmak seit meinem letzten Besuch stark abgenommen hat. Zwar wurden die Preise angehoben, was angesichts der allgemeinen Preisentwicklung verständlich ist, jedoch halbierte sich die Menge der Zutaten deutlich. Früher erhielt man für 15,80/17,90 Euro zwei lange Hackspieße, einen Hähnchenspieß sowie 2 Lammkoteletts und 4 Stücke Lammfleisch vom Spieß. Heute muss man für den neuen Preis von 22 Euro mit nur einem und halb so großen Hackfleischspieß, einem Kotelett von geringerer Größe, sowie 4 Hähnchen- und 4 Lammstücken vom Spieß Vorlieb nehmen. Obwohl die Menge der Zutaten noch akzeptabel ist, finde ich den Preis nicht mehr angemessen. Für diese Portionsgröße sollte man meiner Meinung nach höchstens 15-18 Euro zahlen. Es ist schade, dass die Qualität und Quantität des Gerichts im Restaurant Irmak nicht mehr das Niveau erreicht, das ich sonst gewohnt war.

Great gastronomic experience, great service, fair prices. We had the mixed grill for 2 which comes with sauces and salad and It was huge and super nice! The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the coffee, but food was nice and fresh and service excellent.

Früher war der laden mal top aber zur heutigen zeit naja nicht mehr so. Zum döner kann ich nur sagen ist wie über all man zahlt 6 euro für eine kinder portion das nicht mal satt macht. Daher 2 sterne abzug, personal ist grenzwertig aber versuchen mehr recht als schlecht ihren job zumachen.

Tolles Essen...bissel mehr Gemütlichkeit würde es noch schöner machen. Service top...

Ist ein gutes, leckeres, Grillhaus, die Ambiente ist halt solala aber für ein schnelles Mittag oder Abendessen ist es okay aber verweilen würde ich da jetzt nicht so lange

Lieferstatus: geliefert. Ich habe mein Essen nicht erhalten, der Kurier behauptet, dass meine Türklingel nicht funktioniert. Die Klingel funktioniert, habe ich überprüft. niemand telefonisch kontaktiert

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Das Fleisch des Döners ist aus meiner Sicht nicht gut. Vom Preis gar nicht zu reden. Ich wollte keine Sauce und keine Zwiebeln. Wollte dafür nur etwas Käse. Dafür wollten sie nochmal extra 1 €. Mit Service und Qualität hat das nichts mehr zu tun. Niemals mehr werde ich dort etwas kaufen.
