As always, nice with a great meal

Portions smaller than other Goschs. Payment with suggested tip on credit card - very bad! Good outside seating. There are many better Gosch restaurants.

The food was average and unfortunately nothing special.

The four of us sat down very well for the evening and had really great fish, all in good portions

The ambiance of the restaurant is good, with a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The portion sizes are just right, and the quality of the ingredients is excellent. I recommend this restaurant!

Unfortunately, you can't get fewer stars when it comes to food. Fish dry and fries limp. Plastic plates!! I haven't eaten so badly in a long time.

Gosch in Warnemünde is highly recommended.

Larger portions than other Gosch restaurants

After visiting Gosch around fifty times over the last few holidays, we have also been able to follow the development of the restaurant. It is noticeable that the price-performance ratio is no longer suitable. Sure, prices have risen everywhere, but here the portions have also shrunk and that is reflected in the number of visitors. It's a bit exhausted at the moment. We always enjoy going there, for how long...who knows.

Service wasn't that friendly. It all depends on the service. There were also ladies who came along who didn't roll their eyes in a rude way. Food was delicious. They are dog lovers and therefore still recommended

The food was tasty but unfortunately not hot enough because the plates were cold. Maybe it would be better if they were preheated. In terms of price, the quality of the food is okay, but the drink prices for Cola, Fanta and Co are very sporty at 0.4l for €4.90 each, and for four people it's almost €20 so that everyone has a drink, which is very expensive. If you go for €3 - I'm still talking about a simple drink - that's fine too. The service at the bar was very nice, but some of the service staff were noticeably stressed, which isn't nice. Das habe ich wirklich noch nicht erlebt. Mit meiner Frau und unseren Kindern wollten wir im Restaurant an einem 8er Tisch Platz nehmen, als uns zwei Service-Kräfte mitteilten, das würde bei Gosch zu viert nicht gehen. Ein Rausschmiss aller erster Güte. Profit geht vor Gastfreundschaft.

The best Gosch is still on Sylt. It was ok here. Portions could be larger but it was tasty.

Fischimbiss mit Selbstbedienung am Alten Strom. Durchschnittliches Essen - man wird satt- zu moderaten Preisen. Der Sitzplatz im Aussenbereich eignet sich wunderbar um bei einem Glas Wein die Menschen zu beobachten.

The food was delicious👍😊 but I was very surprised that when you pay by card you are asked if you would like to tip .... for what?? Just for the 2 minute food order?🤔

Schönes Restaurant am Alten Strom mit Außenbereich. Der Fisch wird frisch zubereitet, man kann der Küche bei der Zubereitung zuschauen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

I liked it, casual but pleasant atmosphere. Finally very good and reasonably priced, fresh fish eaten in all variations. Self-service, table is cleared after the meal, fast, friendly service. I'll be happy to come back on my next visit to Warnemünde 😉🐟

I liked it. Due to the good weather, it was obviously quite full, but there were still friendly staff at the food/drinks stand. Fish/fish rolls etc fresh and tasty

For an American-style fish restaurant, Gosch is ok. It was my first time at Gosch and I always thought it was a good fish restaurant. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. The food was edible, but some of it was sold out. Self-service doesn't make the service any better. Don't know what the management wants to achieve with such a restaurant in a good location? If you want to eat good fish in Warnemünde, you will find many better offers there. Pesto from a jar and sticky fries were not convincing. It would be nice to sharpen something up here.

Also, ich war ziemlich enttäuscht über diesen Laden. Allein, dass man das Essen selber holen muss. Essen war okay aber der Service, na ja. Dann wunderten sich die Angestellten, dass der Laden nicht läuft. Wenn man lustlose Gesichter sieht, wie bei den Angestellten, schmeckt das Essen gleich weniger gut. Wenn ich essen gehe, möchte ich bedient werden und mich nicht selbst um mein Essen kümmern.

Food top, service as usual, clean, tight. Recommended!

I can only recommend Golsch Warnemünde. From the delicious food (I had the delicious pike perch with shrimp and fried potatoes) to the perfect service (thanks Martin and Justine), it was simply a harmonious experience. However, my absolute recommendation are the excellent salmon crackers, which are simply a standout (and yes, both the Bismarck herring roll and the fried herring were also great)

Gosch in Warnemünde. I find the prices very exorbitant for a self-service restaurant. Today we wanted to try a recommendation and wanted to order the mussel in white wine and they had actually just run out. During the evening business, an employee cleaned the wine bottles on the upper shelves and climbed up the chairs. Sunday around 7:30 p.m. We then went somewhere else.

My favorite location in Warnemünde. With delicious food and delicious wine you can have a full view of the Alter Strom. The prices have risen like everywhere else, but you can still get by well with it.

Cool atmosphere, delicious fish food and a well-chilled glass of wine. Gladly again.

No service, self-service. Eating out. For example, crab roll is dry, not even a dollop of sauce on it, which is common elsewhere. Too expensive for that too.

When we are in Warnemünde (always 10 - 14 days), we regularly go to Gosch several times. We accept the ambience of a self-service restaurant. The quality and the price-performance ratio are generally ok. Today, however, I had a critical experience. Our order took an exceptionally long time. We were already asked by the next table, whose guests had arrived after us and who had already had their food. I went to the order counter to ask. An employee spoke to me from the serving counter, i.e. from the kitchen, one line further. Whether I wanted to wait/ask. After clarifying the order, the employee told me that the time was appropriate and therefore probably not open to criticism... So they wanted to force a conversation or discussion about the order time on me! Nothing like this has ever happened to me! This is a completely inappropriate and presumptuous response. This employee seems unaware of where his salary ultimately comes from. Conclusion: no longer there for the time being! I don't know if there might be a connection. During our current stay we noticed posters and writings critical of tourism. Furthermore, we encountered unfriendly and frustrated staff several times. What's going on here?

Always a pleasure, not only on Sylt, but also in Warnemünde. In 2024 it will again be the place of choice for delicious fish and wine and the top place to watch tourists passing by.

After having been expelled from the nearby Peter Pane we found amazingly tasty lunch here. Nice herrings, delicious shrimps and kids friendly menu. It was very clean inside, no long wait despite the peak hour (Peter Pane!!!:)) and friendly people working there.

Very fresh and delicious seafood in large portions, highly recommended for those who like the original flavor of seafood!

Incredibly tasty, but with self-service

We were very disappointed with the food Over-seasoned and salty and the tuna was almost raw. The vegetables were just warmed up and overcooked.

Fried fish with fried potatoes are a disaster there. Everything was drowned in fat. Carelessly arranged on the plate. I took 2 bites and left it. Then you have to get your own food and drinks. Hire twice. Never Gosch again.

We have been to Gosch in Warnemünde many times and are always impressed by the quality and value for money.

Price performance is unbeatable and the food is also of a high standard, unfortunately the side salad wasn't as fresh as you would like, but one point is deducted for that, the staff is very friendly.

It's not Gosch Sylt. More like a canteen.

Very nice fish restaurant at the Alter Strom and the marina in Warnemünde. The ambience, especially in the outdoor area, is great and the restaurant is attractively decorated. The food tasted very good and was of high quality. Unfortunately, the game fish plate had already cooled down a bit too much. The Thai penne is highly recommended. Reduced service at a self-service restaurant is to be expected. But the few employees did a very good job. Dishes were cleared away very quickly and tables were constantly cleaned. The ordering process was quick and uncomplicated. The service was very friendly. All in all we had a nice dinner there.

Friendly, tasty, good and fast. This is what you can find at Gosch at the “Alten Strom” in Warnemünde! Highly recommended! Our absolute favorites are Holstein potato soup with salmon and grilled crayfish meat with Asian sauce!

I'm not a fan of Gosch at all... North Sea food quality at Gosch prices... but there is apparently still a group of people who think they have to show off here and don't care about the mediocre quality at exorbitant prices. I don't have a problem with that...unfortunately the price and performance weren't right here again...we've had enough of the group for a long time now.

Chic Mickie McD of the worst kind. Rarely eaten worse. 1. Thai Penne - with cream sauce, since when is there cream sauce in Thai cuisine? 2. Children's dish Pasta with tomato sauce tastes like warmed ketchup. The court was definitely under red lights for half the day. 3. Gosch Bowl - just sour. It's a shame, it was much better a few years ago. Steep curve downwards.

It's just Gosch. Order, pay and wait until it beeps. Good location. And with a glass of wine 🍷 you can sit longer.

Today I was with friends at Gosch in Warnemünde. I've never really been a fan of Gosch and today I was really disappointed again. The pike perch fillet was quite good, but the shrimp were all fried to death. You had to do something to be able to bite them at all. Totally hard and absolutely dry. I really can't recommend it.

Man wird vom Pesonal nicht begrüßt, wird aber gleich ermahnt ...erstmal guten Tag, das fällt bei 1 Woche Urlaub langsam auf. Personal macht seinen Job, das wars aber auch.Essen wie überall überteuert, aber man kann sich auch mal ein Gericht teilen.Wir kennen Gosch aus den 90 ern, die Zeiten ändern sich.

A beautiful place with a wonderful view.

The staff will have adapted to the guest over time, not really motivated and sometimes snotty. The fish was good, but the bread roll that came with it was clearly not fresh, but rather very sticky. Then it's better to go to a cutter in the harbor.

A typical Gosch as we know it. You can particularly enjoy the outdoor area. Toilets are very clean.

Very nice restaurant (with self-service) to linger and eat. The food was very tasty, we visited the restaurant several times. The idea behind self-service is simple. Despite ordering yourself at the counter, employees clear things away for you. We recommend.
