GOSCH Warnemünde

The mussels were a bit sandy and the sauce was too spicy! Although the spiciness was described, and I do enjoy spicy food, this level of spiciness didn't suit the mussels.

Good quality and a pleasant atmosphere. A bit pricey for the quantity and quality of the food, but still recommendable.

Everything was delicious. The fish was fresh. The price was okay. The service? Well, so-so.

We're Gosch fans, but unfortunately, we've noticed a decline in quality, even in Warnemünde. My Thai noodles were okay, but the crayfish were overcooked. The pike-perch fillet with shrimp that my husband ordered was also rather meager. The fillet was broken apart; only three-quarters of it ended up on his plate. Our last meals in Travemünde and Grömitz were excellent, and we hope that continues. Bremerhaven, by the way, was a huge disappointment.

My wife and I always enjoy coming back; the food was delicious, we felt very comfortable, the staff was excellent and attentive, the kitchen was quick and tasty – highly recommended, everyone should go!

Since we had a direct comparison with Gosch Bansin shortly afterward, we were quite shocked by the portion sizes being only half the usual amount. This is very disappointing and uncharacteristic of Gosch!

Food, service, atmosphere, typical Gosch... Toilets spacious, clean, ambiance also appropriate for the location and there was music from the eighties, "Come in Eileen"...

Delicious fried fish and a lovely warm place to sit.

You sit right next to the old power line. The very friendly staff quickly cleans the tables when a new guest changes. The value for money is excellent.

We eat here all the time! A must-have for us! Today, the waitress forced us to pay 50 cents to use the restroom because my little daughter needed to go to the bathroom and we just wanted to use the restroom today... It was just plain cheeky, considering we've spent so much money with you in the past.

I like Gosch. Even though it's self-service. It's great that the dishes are cleared. This way, everyone who arrives has a tidy table. And you're not constantly asked if you'd like to order something else. And I find the quality, preparation, and taste good and delicious.

Very nice, near the river, both inside and out. You have to get used to the self-service. But inside, it has a cool feel. Great pumpkin soup, fish soup, potato soup, shrimp and oysters. Top-notch cuisine and reasonable portions. Delicious rice pudding for dessert. Many thanks also for the friendly service of the motivated staff.

The food is now awful! The staff is very unfriendly and incompetent. They don't know whether the "Coke" has sweetener or not, or which oyster they're selling. I've never experienced someone being so rude and impertinent while charging so much for ready-made food.

The drinks were good, and the ladies in the outside area were great. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the food, because we didn't get anything. When we asked after 35 minutes, we were told the food was in the works. After 55 minutes and another question, the chef verbally lashed out and refunded our money. The restaurant manager didn't really respond either. Sorry, we don't have to put ourselves through that; there are plenty of other great restaurants (without self-service). We won't be going back for a while. TOO BAD...WE LEFT HUNGRY!!!!

As always, the food and drinks are delicious. It's always lovely to sit here on the terrace; you always get to chat with other people. It's great to watch the ferries, cruise ships, and sailing ships come and go.

We usually like going there. But yesterday, on the opening day of Warnemünde Week, a gang of sleazy Berlin guys with an XXL jukebox was there, and you couldn't hear anything except the Ballermann music. When several guests complained, they said they'd been coming for 10 years, which was fine and had been agreed upon with the manager. Electricity for the jukebox was provided by the house via a cable reel. I don't know... we've been coming for 10 years or more, several times a year, but apparently it doesn't matter, even though we always spend a lot of money. Because of the rude manner of the service, who was obviously a groupie of the Berlin guys, we've had no time for that for the time being.

Stopped in here for a quick bite on our way through the harbor. Atmosphere Actually a nice restaurant, geared toward large crowds with an outdoor area right on the harbor. We were lucky and got a table right away. Service There's no such thing here; everything is self-pickup, sometimes with a line to order. Food Not bad, but not outstanding either. Unfortunately, the fish skin wasn't fried crispy, and the fried potatoes were too thick and not crispy either. I would have expected more. For a quick meal, cozy is different, but maybe it's the wrong place for that.

The portions are getting a bit smaller over time, but everything is still delicious, as you'd expect from Gosch. The staff is very friendly, but unfortunately, you have to order food and drinks separately, which means you have to wait in line twice.

We go to Gosch regularly 😊 but so far, no one has come close to the Gosch at the Red Cliff. Nevertheless, we would come back again and again.

The food is super delicious. We were there with our children and grandchildren. For children, there are boats filled with chicken or fish nuggets, along with fries and a drink. A bit expensive, but the delicious food makes up for it. The staff is also very friendly.

We went out to eat with friends on Saturday, never again, a plate with six mussels on a cheap salad with two slices of baguette for 29 euros is really amazing, the staff when ordering the food were so unfriendly that it couldn't have been worse, only the two ladies serving the drinks were very friendly, we certainly won't be coming back.

What happened to the curry coconut soup? We've been coming to Warmünde for many years and look forward to the wonderfully fruity soup. This year, unfortunately, we had a rude awakening: the soup had a completely different taste. Now it's been downgraded to a run-of-the-mill, slightly spicy soup that, unfortunately, no longer has anything special about it. The garlic baguette was also poorly made, not properly toasted, and had practically no garlicky flavor. We're truly disappointed; we probably won't be going to Gosch again. What a shame...

Everyone knows the place and its atmosphere. I think it's good value for money. Everything is always fresh and flavorful. The seating is comfortable both inside and outside.

I have visited Gosch on Sylt several times and am glad that Warnemünde can also live up to these expectations. At least the Warnemünde team clearly scores with the service and friendliness, the same applies to the speed of the preparation of the food.. there is still room for improvement when it comes to the implementation on the plate.

Mehrere Besuche bei diversen Gosch Restaurants haben uns in Warnemünde dazu bewogen, dort essen zu gehen. Leider eine derbe Fehlentscheidung. Die Speisen auf unsere beiden Fischtellern waren nur lauwarm und unterdurchschnittlich vom Geschmack. Ein reklamierter Teller wurde erneut angereicht. Die beiden Schollen hatten eine Konsistenz wie ein Fischbrei und waren eher widerlich zu essen. Die unterdurchschnittliche Zubereitung und der dürftige Geschmack unseres Essens rechtfertigte in keiner Weise den Preis. Der Rosewein ist interessant zu trinken und schwierig zu definieren, um was es sich hierbei für ein Wein handelt. Speisen und Getränke können andere Restaurants besser. Beim Abräumen der Teller blieb unsere Anmerkung zu dem schlechten Essen zur Kenntnis genommen und ohne weitere Reaktion. Wir hatten es nicht anders erwartet. Gosch spielt für unsere zukünftigen Restaurantbesuche keine Rolle mehr.

Wir haben bei Gosh einen bestimmten Qualitätsstandard vorausgesetzt und sind deshalb hier eingekehrt und wurden enttäuscht. Insbesondere das Personal bei der Essenbestellung ist ohne Ambitionen und schnippisch. Die Wand hängt voller Schilder mit Speisen, die jedoch nicht alle vorrätig sind. Zum Beispiel haben wir dort noch nie Austern bekommen (sie hätten keine bekommen). Dann sollten die Schilder bitte entfernt werden. Die Weinauswahl ist sehr übersichtlich und der Pinot Grigio nicht trinkbar. Die Speisen waren gerade noch okay, rechtfertigen aber nicht die Preise.

I've visited Gosch several times now and haven't been able to order oysters, even though they're on the menu. “We've been out since this morning” is the standard sentence. Or nice: “I’ve already sold 200”. That pleases me. If I feel like oysters in the morning and get some, I'll write about how they taste. The famous oysters. At Gosch. 😅🔆⛵️

We were there for the second time today and noticed that the prices have risen again and the portions have become smaller. A Lister fish soup now costs almost €10, while grilled crayfish meat costs €17. There is also a slice of bread each. The quality of the food is good, what bothers us is that, on the one hand, a white wine spritzer made from sparkling tap water comes out of the machine, you can see it because you get food and drinks in self-service and, on the other hand, when you pay by card you are informed about the tipping function. The question is: for what? When it comes to the sauces and dressings, I miss the handwriting of a cook based on individual taste; everything tastes the same everywhere.

Sorry, in this form Gosch is no longer a restaurant for me, but a better fast food place! Given the prices, I get better service in Warnemünde, in real restaurants. The only thing missing is that you have to hand the dishes into collection containers yourself!

We ate a roll with fried fish. Fish was okay. Unfortunately there were no onions with the fried fish. Very unfortunate. They're actually part of it. Everything is getting more and more expensive and the quality is getting worse.

My goodness – we love coming here! Not only can you prepare the fish wonderfully - the fried potatoes are also simply a poem!
