The food was excellent, the service competent, friendly and humorous. I find the fact that the room was essentially left as an old economy and friendly supplemented with sunny colors to be good and appealing. We'd be happy to come back when we're in the area.

Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with the "old" Rosengarten. The food was abysmally bad. There was constant shouting and bickering coming from the kitchen. It's a shame about this once-thriving restaurant.

Ellwangen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany Great location. But iced coffee in a plastic cup and plastic spoon... doesn't work at all!! Wheat and drinks, food is also normal. Too bad it was the last iced coffee here.

Sonnenhof 1We went for a white sausage breakfast on Father's Day. The food was lovingly served with fresh Obazda (traditional German sausage), and we even got a schnapps. A wonderful family, thank you very much, we'd love to come back.
