Gaststätte Zum Sonnenhof in Ellwangen (Jagst)

Hello, we spent the weekend with you! The food was good and the price/performance ratio was perfect!

We went for a traditional Bavarian white sausage breakfast on Father's Day. The food was lovingly served with fresh Obazda cheese spread, and we even got a little schnapps. A wonderful family, thank you so much, we'd love to come back.

It's a restaurant at the campsite. The salad was excellent.

A great family-run restaurant. Everyone was very friendly and hard-working. The food was good, as was the atmosphere. We were very satisfied and would gladly come back if we're ever in the area!

We waited 1.5 hours for three currywursts with fries, and they weren't even tasty. Since we sat on a bench outside, the staff said we were sitting too far away and we had to get the food ourselves. The staff were extremely rude and annoyed. After 1.5 hours, the food finally arrived, and we didn't receive an apology, just a few stupid looks. Never coming here again!

A cozy beer garden at the Sonnenhof campsite. We had a breaded schnitzel (definitely butcher-quality) with fries and salad (various types, all really good!!!), what can I say, it was absolutely delicious :) The service was very attentive and friendly, and the price/performance ratio was perfectly reasonable….Thank you

We have been a long-term camper here since 2006 and have always been very happy with everything about it since then. Only recommended.

Great prices. Beer costs 2 euros. Where else can you find that?

We had the impression that the waitress wasn't interested. They were also not recognizable as such. Waited half an hour for a coffee and water, it probably would have taken even longer if you hadn't asked.

Ein schöner Ort , auch super für Kinder.

So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt !!! Wir waren mit unserem Sohn ( 6 Jahre ) unterwegs und wollten noch was Essen gehn, wir waren in der nähe von Pfahlheim deshalb haben wir uns entschieden im Sonnenhof einzukehren . Als wir hin gekommen sind haben wir zu der Bedienung schon gesagt das wir gerne noch essen möchten .... Das hatte sie auch wahr genommen und wir warteten und warteten nach ca . 30 Min fragte ich nochmal höflichst nach ob ich denn jetzt eine Karte bekommen könnte um Essen zu bestellen . Die Bedienung sagte : Sie müsste erst schauen wo die Karte ist, sie hätten nur eine 😰 Mittlerweile sind 45 Min vergangen wir haben geschaut was wir essen möchten und dann haben wir wieder gewartet ..... Die Bedienung und der Chef des Hauses ignorierten uns und gingen ständig an unserem Tisch vorbei . Nach mehrmaligem Aufrufen ENDSCHULGEN SIE BITTE . Kam endlich der Chef und wir dachten wir können endlich Bestellen aber da haben wir uns zu früh gefreut er sagte zu uns er müsse nun erst einen Tisch abräumen . Chef und Bedienung gingen wieder weg ... Über eine Stunde war vorbei wir hatten noch immer keine Bestellung gemacht . In der Wirtschaft waren ca. 10 Leute 😤 ... Mein Sohn könnte nicht mehr länger Warten und ich auch nicht 😱 Ich bin rein hab meine Getränke bezahlt und bin gegangen . Ich habe so etwas noch nie erlebt . Kann so etwas nicht verstehen wie man so mit Gästen umgehen kann . Wahnsinn

Super freundliche Gastleute, sehr leckeres Essen, dazu noch dieser idyllische See, was will man mehr!
