Giovanni‘s Pizza in Wiesbaden

I ordered pasta with spaghetti, which was stated to take about 45 minutes. After 1.5 hours, the driver arrived, after several calls, in which I was repeatedly assured that the driver was already on his way. Luckily, when the driver arrived, I opened the food immediately. I had waited 1.5 hours for a meal I didn't order! I then gave it back to the driver. The supervisor, whom the driver spoke to me with on the phone regarding the incorrect order, was neither competent nor friendly. One star is too many for this place!

I really enjoyed ordering from here a while ago. Unfortunately, I've had two disappointments, and today was a disaster. 1. I order food, and they call me an hour later to tell me that the driver is leaving, but the side dish I ordered is out. So, they couldn't resolve the issue immediately. They only did it after the rest of the order was ready. They kindly offered a Margherita pizza as a replacement. Since the main course was a pizza burger, it's incredibly unfortunate to eat pizza with a pizza side. But okay, I accepted it. It happens sometimes. 2. I ordered my pizza burger without onions and jalapenos. They came with it. It also happens sometimes; you just pick them out and that's it. 3. I ordered a dessert and got a different one. Instead of banana with Nutella, I got an Oreo with Nutella. 4. After the driver was supposed to be on his way, it took almost another 45 minutes for the food to arrive. The food was 95% wrong. Only the drink was what I had originally ordered. 5. The pizza burger was okay, but not as usual, with the same quality as before. All in all, it was a very bad move to simply deliver what you have to people, even though they ordered something else. And then it took forever... Unfortunately, this is definitely the last time I'll order here. I'm really sorry. But the missing side order should have been reported immediately. By the way, they first asked me if I wanted a drink instead of the side, even though the order already included a drink. I suggested just adding something like a side salad. They told me they didn't have any salads. But the menu lists several salads. After that, I accepted the pizza because there was no other option. The fact that the dessert was also wrong is really stupid. It was all very strange, and I would have preferred to save the money today.

Excellent service. On-time delivery and a drink on the house. Highly recommended.

Delicious pizza and friendly liferant

Very good pizzas. I tried three different pizzas. The pepperoni pizza was one of the best I know. Is not a restaurant to eat on site.

Ordered there for the first time and it will stay that way. Long delivery time, I didn't like the food at all, unfortunately!

I ordered a pizza with mushrooms and specifically stated twice when ordering that I didn't want salami. However, the pizza delivered contained salami. After calling again I was assured that the pizza would be replaced. Unfortunately, the pizza that was delivered again was cold and the delivery person seemed unfriendly when handing it over. Given this repeated inconvenience, I will no longer use this delivery service in the future

Ordered via Lieferando (€19.50) after about 5 minutes I got a call Sucuk they could only offer half of it and the corn would cost €3 extra, I was hungry no problem. We ordered at 12:15 a.m., after an hour and 45 minutes, my friend called and asked where she was. Instead of apologizing for the immense delay, they only made excuses, saying they only had 4 drivers and were going from their location to Nordenstadt It just takes a lot longer (that's 15-20 minutes) after a long discussion and talking too much, the man on the phone became unfriendly and said he would ask the boss for a discount, said it, at the end of the day Song she arrived at 2:20 a.m., 3€ discount that he tried to sell to us as 6€, a cold pizza that felt like rubber in the mouth and 4 lost customers. Never again!

Ordered Panini burgers and pizza via Lieferando... delivery time over 1.5 hours... baked potatoes were missing. After contacting me by phone to clarify the missing supplements, the managing director replied that the supplements were out. He didn't come up with the idea of ​​a compensation such as fries etc. Furthermore, the Panini Burger was very dry. That was the last order!

We ordered 5 pizzas and had to wait over 2 hours, although 30-45 minutes were specified... We called after about 90 minutes and were told it would be delivered in about 10 minutes. But then it took another 30 minutes. As an accommodation we were given a liter of cola on the house... The employee was very unfriendly and tried to give reasons why it was wrong instead of simply apologizing and finding an appropriate solution. That was definitely Giovanni's last pizza.

After a long wait in the hospital, we were happy that we got a delicious pizza at 12:30 a.m. Great to have a freshly prepared pizza at this time. The pizza was very well topped. The topping was delicious. The floor was really big. This is how a pizza should be. The employee was super friendly, helpful and tried to get all orders ready as quickly as possible. There were several more at this time. If we ever feel like having a pizza in Wiesbaden again, we will definitely go there again.

Unfortunately we never received our food. Apparently Giovanni's Pizza is currently closed (holiday?). However, you could order via your own homepage, received a confirmation by email and were never informed that there would be no food. There was also no availability by telephone.

I placed an order for delivery through the restaurant's website. I was quoted 45 minutes. Three hours later it is safe to assume I will not be receiving my delivery. I have not called the restaurant as the delivery was to be paid in cash. I'm not going through extra steps to get what is likely sub-par food anyhow.

I ordered at 2am. Very nice on the phone. The man on the phone said he had the best drivers. Food arrived at 3:20am. The supplier mixed up the orders and I received the wrong order. So much for the drivers. However, this was quickly resolved after a call. I ordered two Sucuk pizzas that were just disgusting. A frozen pizza tastes better than that. The dough in particular leaves a lot to be desired. First and last time.

I ordered something yesterday and it just didn't come. Nobody answers the phone either. I used to be very enthusiastic about the pizzaria, but now? Please deliver again if you order something. And it can also be ordered again on Lieferando, I loved the food and really enjoyed ordering there.

The employee at the checkout was really friendly and waited until we made our decision. He was extremely personable and talked to us very nicely and respectfully while our order was being made. We placed our order at around 10:00 p.m. and received it around 11:15 p.m. When the food finally arrived, it was unfortunately only lukewarm, but the taste was still convincing - the Nutella calzone in particular stood out. The panini burger, on the other hand, left a lot to be desired. The main problem seems to be the use of frozen burger patties, which robbed the meat of any flavor. A switch to fresh patties would certainly offer a fuller meat flavor and therefore a significantly improved taste experience. The bread of the burger and the dough of the Nutella calzone were crispy and tasty, but there is still a lot to improve when putting together the panini burger. A more flavorful sauce and the use of better quality cheese would significantly improve the burger. In our dish, the cheese was visible but almost invisible in terms of taste, which could indicate the use of an inferior product. Overall, it shows that the food has potential, but would benefit significantly from using higher quality ingredients. A revision of some recipes, particularly the Paniniburger, could greatly improve the dining experience. But the fries were a complete disaster... Also known as frozen goods at Lidl.

Pizza was very tasty. Lots of toppings with a crispy base. The pasta and the panini with chicken were very tasty and plentiful. The delivery came faster than indicated and the suppliers and the whole team are very friendly.

Ordered pizzas, delivery took a little longer than average. Taste: Nothing special. I expected more. Price: for a small pizza (26cm) 9-10 € In my opinion, the price/performance ratio doesn't fit. Wouldn't order again. There are cheaper and better alternatives in Wiesbaden.

1.30 std haben wir auf die Bestellung gewartet, die Panini cheeses waren sehr kalt und haben auch nicht geschmeckt. Es war lieblos verpackt und die Kartoffeln waren auch noch roh! Bei Tiramisu Biskuit war sehr trocken drinne. Sehr enttäuscht.

So lecker!! Und wer hollandaise statt Tomatensauce auf seiner Pizza mag, der ist hier genau richtig. Alles frische Zutaten und qualitativ Hochwertig, die auch den Preis wert sind! Ob Pizza, Nudelgerichte oder Salat. Alles schmeckt 1A. Meine Lieblings Pizzeria. Solch einen Service gibt es nirgends ausser hier! Die Jungs, die Köche, das komplette Team sind wirklich respektvoll und lieb und das gibt es heutzutage nur noch selten. Ganz großes Lob an alle!

Wer hier nur '1 Stern' gibt hat halt einen Schlaganfall oder Covid hat dafür gesorgt, dass die Geschmacksnerven kaputt sind? 😂🤡 Und wie bitte - Sich über 'ZU GROSSE' Portionen beschweren? Das können doch nur Almans sein! 😂🤣 Lieferzeit kann manchmal etwas länger sein - 60 bis 80min - aber das Essen kam bis jetzt immer heiß und lecker an. (Haben bis jetzt aber auch nur Pizza und Salate bestellt).

Wir waren dort Erstbesteller. Die Pizza Salami (mit Champions und Gorgonzola) war wirklich sehr lecker und hatte eine unglaubliche Qualität. Der Lieferant war super lieb und gab uns direkt 20 % bei der nächsten Bestellung. Großes Lob an die/den Pizzabäcker/in und dem Lieferanten! Würden dort jederzeit wieder etwas bestellen!! 😍😊🤗

Pizza Salami hat einfach zu viel Käse und wenig Salami.....für 11€ habe was anderes erwartet

Die Pizza sah gut aus. Mir hat jedoch dieses Luftige nicht gefallen. Hat sich angefühlt wie ein marschmellow Oliven wurden vergessen, obwohl dafür bezahlt. Sehr viel Käse drauf. Die Nudeln waren ok.

Wir haben heute eine Partypizza bestellt und die war überpünktlich da, war heiß und lecker. Außerdem ein riesen PLUSPUNKT: alles HALAL!!!
