Definitely the best scoop ice cream around! The taste is really on another level with unusual varieties. Unfortunately, the staff is often annoyed and somewhat unfriendly.

The ice cream tasted very good, the service was okay and the permanent sign saying "no card payment possible today" was impossible.

Really very unfriendly service/staff. Neither “hello” nor “thank you” is said, child-unfriendly and stroppy. We were put aside because we apparently ordered too slowly. It said "NEXT" and that was it. There were only two other vacationers behind us. A holidaymaker with ice cream in her hand pointed us to another ice cream parlor; the same thing had happened to her here before.

Ice cream is always possible... and it tastes good there. Unfortunately, the girls behind it probably sell as they please... Ball costs €2... yesterday the size of the ball was completely okay, today it's much smaller by far. Same saleswoman. But today friends of hers were standing in front of the shop. I guess I was disturbing you. So we quickly got back to the shop and chatted. I'll buy my next ice cream somewhere else 🤨

We've gotten ice cream on 3 days now...you can have a bad day sometimes, but not that often....No hello, no goodbye and a face like 7 days of rain. We'll be buying somewhere else from now on, unfortunately the ice cream was still good...it's a shame

Had ice cream to take away, it was delicious and plentiful. 2 euros per scoop, like almost everywhere here.

Hazelnut tasted rancid, stracciatella also tasted strange - I won't buy ice cream there again.

The ice cream tastes ok, but what is generally no longer acceptable is the exorbitant prices. €2 for a scoop of ice cream is way over the limit. There seems to be an agreement in Bansin, because that's how much a ball costs everywhere here. For comparison, here (250,000 inhabitants) very good homemade ice cream costs €1.30-€1.50. Therefore, no one needs to come to me with supposedly increased ingredient prices etc.

Ice cream is always good - good ice cream parlor We were here every day and tried all the variations. From our point of view, it tastes the best ice cream in Bansin. In terms of price, at €2 per ball, the pain threshold is slowly being reached, but the balls were large for the price. The varied varieties are great, whether eggnog stracciatella or lemon cheesecake. Overall, very tasty and always worth a try.

I have never experienced such unfriendly staff. Stupid and totally outrageous!!!

Unfortunately we noticed too late that there was no price tag. Well, not so wild. But for 2*3 scoops of ice cream for 12 euros we had to swallow... if we wanted to go quickly again. The strawberry, banana, chocolate and mint varieties tasted good. Vanilla and straciatella were not convincing.

Were in Bansin for the third time. The ice cream is always delicious and the service is very friendly and the price is ok too. Unfortunately, I cannot understand some of the reviews because of their alleged unfriendliness. We had no problems. There is a saying: As you call into the forest, it rings out.

As a married couple, we went on a short vacation to Bansin with a good friend at the beginning of September 2023. Even though the town is very crowded, the Baltic Sea resort is always worth a trip. One has to look with concern at bicycle traffic, which has increased enormously. Mutual consideration is simply necessary here, but this is felt to be decreasing. When you walk through the Bad, you increasingly notice that there is no shortage of Italian restaurants, which in itself doesn't mean anything. But you can also take this as a sign that the local restaurants are on the decline and when you see how difficult it is to get local staff, then you have to be a little worried. We stayed in the Seetelhotel and had an “ice cream parlor” practically on our doorstep. And you have to give it to the Italians, they can make great ice cream. The variations were always different and the taste was simply tempting and a delight. The price of €1.80 per ball was ok for us. The point of sale fits into the shopping street and is not that noticeable at first. In any case, anyone who appreciates good ice cream here should try it once. The service was always very friendly and didn't let themselves be disturbed even when there was a large crowd.

Unfortunately, the ice cream doesn't taste good at all for the price, and it's already melting when it comes over the counter because the saleswoman is very slow.

The guests probably think that they not only pay for the ice cream, but also that the saleswomen buy it and that they have to be particularly served. The girls are doing a good job. The ice cream is great. Always my pleasure.

Very good ice cream. For me, this is the best ice cream I've ever tasted when it comes to the "Malaga" variety. Only the opening times are not taken very seriously.

Lecker Eis aber sehr unfreundliches Personal am Straßenverkauf, ein Augenverdrehen bei den Kunden vor uns fand ich unmöglich.Ich weiß nicht ob man sich das in der heutigen Zeit noch leisten kann!

1,50 Euro pro Kugel sind hier mehr als in Ordnung. Kugelgröße ist dafür in meinen Augen sehr fair! Meine Haselnusskugel hatte kleine Schokoladenstücke/Streifen eingepflegt - sehr lecker! Kartenzahlung wäre möglich gewesen.

Leider sehr unfreundliches Personal. Eisqualität ok, auch preislich in Ordnung. Beim Personal ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Sehr mit sich selbst beschäftigt und dann auch noch pampig. Geht gar nicht

Mit 1,50€ pro Kugel, die auch noch eine passable Größe aufweisen, weit und breit mit Abstand die günstigste Eisdiele. Und wer sich hier in den Bewertungen auf das, sicher ausschließlich polnische, Personal einschießt: wenn die den Job nicht machen würden, gäbe es die Location nicht. So und jetzt lecker.

Eine der besseren Eisdielen in den Dreikaiserbädern. Qualitativ gut und fairer Preis für auch ausgefallene Sorten. Zu empfehlen sind die Sorten Toffee-Krokant, Banane und Mozart.

Eines der besten Eis, cremig, viel Auswahl. Pistazien war der Hammer, Danke!

Die getesteten veganen Sorten, waren lecker und haben uns überzeugt. Keine Geschmacksexplosion, aber empfehlenswert. Toll, dass auf verschiedene Ernährungsformen und/oder Unverträglichkeiten direkt auf dem Schild der Sorte hingewiesen wird. Sehr fairer Kugelpreis (1,50€).

Eis ist Super. Die Bedienung hinterm Tresen geht gar nicht. Unfreundlich, versteht nicht was man will . Meiner Meinung nach sollte man sowas rausschmeißen. Nie wieder. Lieber woanders kaufen. Wo Höflichkeit an erster Stelle steht.

Eis ist zu jeder Jahreszeit gut. Hatte 3 Geschmacksrichtungen, 2 waren richtig lecker, die dritte ging so. Was aber gar nicht geht ist das unfreundliche, gelangweilte Mädel hinter der Eistheke. So was unfreundliches gehört nicht dort hin. Da bereut man jeden Cent den man dort ausgibt, und günstig ist es nicht!!!! Sicher arbeitet man hier unter dem Motto, sind eh alle Touristen, die fahren wieder, egal....., schade!

Leckeres Eis und super Sorten, viel besser als das Standardeis bei den Restaurants ringsherum.

Der Name steht für außergewöhnliche Eissorten. „Tahiti Lemon“ der Burner der Saison und jeden Cent wert.

Lecker ist das Eis schon, dafür gibt es auch die zwei Sterne. Allerdings scheint die Verkäuferin "schlimm überlastet" zu sein, wenn sich mehr als zwei Personen vor ihrem Laden befinden. Dazu kommt eine Unfreundlichkeit und Frechheit. Sie war sehr genervt, als ich die Eissorte "Erdbeer" verlangte. Diese stand bereits abgefüllt hinter ihr, hatte allerdings noch nicht selbstständig den Weg in die Auslage nach vorn gefunden. Sie behaupetet einfach, es würde keine mehr geben. Auf meine Frage, was denn dann da hinten stehe, reagierte sie garnicht. Sie bediente einfach den nächsten Gast und das auch nicht gerade freundlich.

1,30€ für eine winzige Kugel Eis - zwar lecker, aber wirklich überteuert! Dazu kam, dass die Verkäuferin sichtlich genervt war, dass wir sie am späten Abend noch „gestört“ haben!

Tolles Eis, sehr lecker!!🍧🍨 Viele verschiedene Sorten!! Sollte eigentlich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei sein!! Werden bestimmt wiederkommen!!

Leckeres Eis, aber jeden Tag andere Öffnungszeiten

Haben in den letzten Tagen fast jede Eissorte gekostet und unsere eigene Rangfolge erstellt. Leider gingen diese Sorten seit Montagabend zur Neige und Nachschub war bis gestern auch nicht zu haben. Am Mittwoch nachmittag waren nur noch 8 versch. Sorten zu haben. Da ist noch Luft nach oben. Die dunklen Sorten sind die Besten.

Eine sehr gute Eisdiele mit super Eissorten. Preislich in Ordnung, denn hier schmeckt man das Handwerk. Die Sorten sind der absolute Wahnsinn, egal ob die Schoko VIC mit 80% dunkler Schokolade, Mango Maracuja oder Tahiti Lemon mit Basilikum, welches mein absoluter Favorit war. Ich habe ncoh nie ein solch leckeres Zitrus-Eis gegessen, geschmacklich einfach einzigartig. Hier kann ich getrost jeden hin empfehlen, der Preis von 1,60€ für die Premium Sorten ist mehr als gerechtfertigt. Da kann Mövenpick mal einpacken. Einfach genial.

Mal etwas anderes, leckere Eiswaffeln mit Gold, oder mit Schoko. Wer es exklusiv mag und extravagant ist hier genau richtig. Sieht auch schön aus. @world_of_mama_74

Leckeres Eis, sehr zu empfehlen. Auch ganz tolle Sorten, die es nicht überall gibt.

Das Eis ist Lecker und es gibt Sorten die anderen Eisdielen im Umfeld nicht haben, deswegen sind diese auch etwas teurer als die anderen.
