I've known this snack bar since 2002. The gyros are still as good as they used to be, but unfortunately the service is no longer as good as it was with the old owners. When I asked if I could omit the fries from the gratinated gyros with Metaxa sauce, I was told that since it was a change it would cost €1 more. But unfortunately the portion is also much smaller than the previous owners. It's a real shame.

A little tip - since the food isn't nearly convincing, you should at least convince a little with friendliness!!! Before I spend another cent there, I'd rather be hungry. Called there for the first time today and had to hang up otherwise I would have freaked out. It's actually a shame. Junior is really nice, but senior is an unfriendly, arrogant person!! Now I understand why the neighborhood talks so badly about this shop.

The new owner is very unfriendly and the food has also become much worse. Plus the portion of gyros now costs 13€. Always a very good Greek but absolutely not recommended with this owner! Let's not even talk about the portion size, these stiropor fries bowls half full of gyros for over €10 are already underground compared to the Leimbachgrill, Zeus or Hellas which deliver significantly more food for the money.

The sausage had definitely been on the grill longer than was good for it. Last but not least, friendliness depends not only on giving cutlery, but also on other behavior. But so be it, you have your attitude and I have my quality standards. Since the two aren't compatible, we'll all just go our separate ways.

It was almost impossible to place an order over the phone alone. Already excited that delivery should be made in Barmen's city center. very unfriendly, not customer oriented. arrogant about everything. not recommended.

If I could give a rating without stars I wouldn't give a single star. You call and the conversation immediately started in a completely unfriendly manner. I wanted to order the Thursday offer where each pizza costs €8. I select 1 pizza and only want 2 less ingredients as stated. The conversation then became as unfriendly as I have ever experienced and I was told that it would not be part of the offer if I wanted 2 LESS ingredients as it says on the menu. After this unfriendly manner, I said that I would like to leave the order and they simply hung up on me without saying goodbye. Such behavior is quite poaching to customers. The owner's answer was also insulting...!!! That's what you call customer-friendly 🤣🤣

The food was very bad today, the calamari was really hard, there were pieces of plastic in the tiramisu and the salad was probably bad

You have to give one star to be able to write a review. I would rather give this without a star. First of all, the description is incorrect - dining on site is NOT possible. However, we were not informed of this in the “Local”. Only when we asked where we could sit were we told rather bluntly. In fact, it's like what you see on Google Earth - propped up, blocked with boxes. The only positive thing was that we didn't have to take our order and pay. Under no circumstances would I order and have it delivered there based on this impression.

12.2023 the first time I ordered there after about 45 minutes the food was hot and very tasty and had a gyro plate. I can only recommend full marks. PS friendly supplier.

I ordered by phone at 6:53 p.m.... Now it's 9:30 p.m. and still nothing has been delivered... No idea why, there was no call saying the food wasn't coming or anything like that. If your driver can't find the address, he or she could have at least called to ask where it is! Also ich bestelle grundsätzlich nach Bewertungen vom Internet und bei Gyros muss man echt die Bude finden die es genauso macht wie man es mag. Aber hier einfach Top mega lecker! Eine winzigkeit hab ich allerdings zu meckern. Beim Gureknsalat hätte ich Dill im Dressing erwartet aber ansonsten auch lecker Metaxa Gyros war einfach super lecker.

Seit über 14 Jahren mein Mensch für Gyros.

Der Lieferant war nett, daher der eine Stern… ansonsten war das Essen eine Katastrophe. Die Pommes waren kalt und labberig. Die Sauce bestand nur aus Fett. Das Schnitzel sollte überbacken sein…. Der Käse klebte an der Alufolie und das Essen war kalt, da es auf einem Plastikteller serviert wurde. Einziger positiver Punkt: die Pizza war lecker! Lösung am Telefon: Nächstes essen gratis. Leider wird es kein Nächstes Essen geben.

Ich verstehe die negativen Kommentare nicht. Das Essen ist so gut, die Pizza besonders.Das Personal ist immer nett und freundlich zu mir.

Der Besitzer hat sich vor ein paar Jahren geändert seitdem war ich lange nicht mehr bis vor ein paar Tagen. Habe klassisch Gyros und Pommes genommen. Lecker komme gerne wieder hier her. Donnerstag ist Gyrostag finde ich als Aktion super. Man kann hier auch endlich etwas zum liefern bestellen.

Die 2 Sterne gibt es für schnelle Lieferung. Der Rest...? Keinen Stern wert. Der Fahrer war sehr nett jedoch der Chef sowas von unfreundlich weil man etwas nachfragt. Das Essen war jetzt auch nicht der knaller. Das Gyros sehr trocken und durchwachsen. Die Soße für Nuggets wurde vergessen und die Kräuterbutter war bei den warmen Gerichten gelagert. Sie war also flüssig als sie bei uns ankam. Auch auf Gefahr dass nun Beleidigungen seitens des Besitzer prasseln, ich kann diese Imbissbude nicht empfehlen.

Vom Geschmack und der Qualität her ist es einfach bombe in dem Geschäft. Die Lieferzeit ist manchmal etwas zu lang ,aber das kann man in Kauf nehmen. Egal ob am Telefon,im Laden selber oder die Fahrer sind sehr freundlich

Habe 2 verschiedene Gyrosgerichte bestellt. Beide haben super geschmeckt! Die Lieferung hat weniger als erwartet gedauert, daher meiner Meinung nach Preis/Leistung Verhältnis stimmt. Hier bestelle ich definitiv nochmal!
