A great idea. Delicious local ice cream is delivered right to the spot in a self-constructed gem. The two extremely approachable operators always take time for a friendly chat and, through their donations, help make these difficult times more bearable. A beautiful day can end perfectly here. Delicious food, great music, and the ladies wearing pretty dirndls. This is how I imagine a restaurant/beer garden in Bavaria.

SagerecksteigWe were there as a small group and shared a bread board. We were given more bread for free. The view is simply wonderful and the service very friendly, although self-service is always welcome at a hut like this!

Seestraße 2We were there for lunch in September 2025. We got a classic cheeseburger and one with pulled beef. Absolutely delicious. The buns were incredibly fluffy. The meat melted in your mouth! We highly recommend it!
