A truly wonderful evening at Nagaya. The ambiance is tranquil, elegant, and understated – the perfect setting for the cuisine. You immediately feel focused on what truly matters: the ingredients, precision, and flavor. The menu was outstanding. Each course was meticulously crafted, executed with exceptional skill, and bursting with flavor. The fish and sushi dishes, in particular, showcased superior quality and understated elegance. Everything felt thoughtful, harmonious, and free of any unnecessary gimmicks. A menu that fully deserves its Michelin star. The wine list is very well curated and offers a compelling selection, as do the sake options. The facilities were impeccably clean and well-maintained, even during our visit with a larger group. The service was solid and professional, though not exceptional at every moment. Overall, however, it was attentive and appropriate for the restaurant's caliber. All in all, a truly remarkable experience with excellent cuisine, a distinctive style, and high standards. A clear recommendation for anyone who appreciates fine Japanese cuisine at a Michelin-starred level.
