An extremely recommended restaurant with warm Düsseldorf charm. A service that serves decisively and quickly. A kitchen that is second to none. Simply wonderful, delicious and just wow. Definitely not my last visit. Anyone who misses coming here in Düsseldorf can no longer be helped.

It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the restaurant from Holliday Inn Express. The dining atmosphere of the restaurant is very good. As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by beautiful service staff. After ordering a glass of authentic German dark beer, I ordered schnitzel, chicken salad plate and limited edition German sausages with my colleagues. These restaurants are very delicious and go well with wine. The overall dining experience is very good. This is a German restaurant worth recommending.

The staff was very polite and the owners were very friendly and open! We wanted a local experience and we experienced it in this restaurant. The food was extremely well prepared and was very delightful in taste!

We were in the mood for schnitzel and actually came across this restaurant within walking distance of our stay. We decided to have something to eat here and (hopefully) avoid the hustle and bustle of the center. That worked! The staff received us kindly, and we were able to stay here without a reservation. We ate a delicious schnitzel with mushroom sauce, served with a salad and drank a nice cold beer! The price-quality ratio is also top.

Excellent typical little warm corner where you can enjoy healthy and local dishes and drink a good glass of wine!

Great restaurant, we immediately felt at home. The staff was super friendly and took great care. Schnitzel with chanterelles was really good and I've rarely eaten such delicious fried potatoes.

I've known the Brehmstube since 1980, it's a place to feel good, you meet nice people and can have a pleasant conversation, the food is still of good, fresh quality and very tasty, the service is competent, very friendly and accommodating, very I like to visit this restaurant, Monika Doll

Highly recommended!! We spontaneously decided to have something to eat there and the staff gave us a really friendly welcome, even without a reservation! We ate a Jägerschnitzel and a Cordon Bleu. I really have to say, we haven't eaten something so delicious in a restaurant/pub for a long time! Kudos to the chef. :) Price-performance ratio is also great! If we are in Düsseldorf again, we will definitely come back! :)

We were out foraging with a group (a manager, several technical experts and two important doctors). After a small detour, Mr. Google guided us past the ARAG brewery to the Brehmstube, where we were warmly greeted by the waiter Oliver (name changed by the editor). After initial communication problems - Oliver had spoken to us about Düsseldorfer Platt - it turned out that he also spoke a classic standard language: Swabian. The first thing we drank was a “beer” with the somewhat Asian name Füch-Schen and a clearly recognizable cat bear on the glasses. Probably from Nepal or Bhutan🌏. There doesn't seem to be any contact with the nearby ARAG brewery ☹️. There were different things to eat, for example schnitzel with fried potatoes with and without eggs and without anchovies and always without fries, unless requested. In any case, we have reserved for the next time, in 2 years. Good luck!

The Brehmstube was almost empty yesterday because of the bad weather. Two friendly waiters held out and had many boring hours ahead. That didn't detract from your commitment. I couldn't rate the food because I only had one glass of cola, but I'm sure it will be fine, as you can almost certainly conclude from the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the place. It's a nice place around the corner where every Düsseltaler can feel in good hands (residents of other parts of the city and non-residents are also welcome). Speaking of thalers: I still owe you two euros See you later!

Rustic traditional restaurant with a guest room, bar, lounge and kitchen. Many regular guests, including international guests from the surrounding hotels, especially during trade fairs. People meet here to be private, even if prominent guests are sometimes on site. Very pleasant. The pub lives not only from landlord Uwe, but above all from the permanent staff Stefan and Nina, who have a great handle on customer service even on turbulent evenings. You feel very welcome here.

Nice traditional german food. Perfecr for late dinner. Nina and Stefan are the best!

Stayed in a hotel nearby. Food was good - we were a group of 8 people. We got a place at short notice - some of the schnitzel were great, but two of them were very hard and stringy. Therefore deducting a star. Still, all in all, great - the waiter was great - always ready to have fun. He kept an eye on our glasses ;-) very attentively. We'd love to come back next time we're in the area.

Paniertes schnitzeschnitzel in pfeffersauce habe ich gegessen. Für mich war die sauce etwas zu salzig. Kellner sehr aufmerksam und lustig

Der Koch scheint ein Genie seines Werkes zu sein.Sehr sehr grosses Lob.Es hat uns allen 4 Frauen sehr lecker geschmeckt.Auch der Service war sehr aufmerksam und lustig.Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team.

Einfach sehr herzlich, sehr lecker und frisch. Bin über längere Zeit da gewesen und hab vieles aus der Karte probiert. Alles wird frisch gekocht. Es schmeckt sehr sehr gut. Um leere Gläser braucht man sich nicht sorgen, diese werden stets mit einem lockerem Spruch der Mitarbeiter ohne Aufforderung neu serviert. Wirklich sehr gemütliches und tolles Lokal.

Zeer gezellige buurtkroeg met ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. De man die ons bediende voelde heel goed aan wat de sfeer was en was zeer vriendelijk, toegankelijk en grappig. Samen met de vrouw die ons bediende hebben we een geweldige maaltijd gegeten. Eenvoudig maar lekker eten. Top. Gastvrij en een aanrader.

Very nice environment and staff, the food is great at quality and taste for given price. I've orderered Jaëgerschnitzel with salad and fries included, Füchschen Alt and later also ordered Konig Pilsener Radler, with cost at about 22,80€ in total.

Oktoberfest Wochen, ein muss. Auch eine tolle Auswahl Bier ua. Festbier oder Füchschen Alt

A local place with great beer and food. I went late after a long day of traveling and the cook was still willing to put me together a plate. The hospitality was above and beyond.

Sehr schöne Kneipe mit einer Kundschaft wie "Ich und Du". Service freundlich, schnell und aufmerksam. Essen gut bürgerlich. Ein schöner Abend, wenn man mitmacht, ist gesichert. Kleine Karte, aber gutbürgerliche und gut

Eine gut besuchte Speisegaststätte. Obwohl schon in die Jahre gekommen, fühlten wir uns gleich wohl. Der Wirt sehr nett, freundlich und genau so, wie man sich einen Wirt von früher vorstellt. Die Servicekraft eine sehr freundliche junge Frau die auf jeden einzelnen Gast einging. Das Essen, Jägerschnitzel und Currywurst, war richtig lecker. Wir würden wieder hingehen

Das Leben kann so ehrlich sein! Stefan und Nina (Lieblingskollegin) die Besten am Zapfhahn und in der Tellerjongliage. Die Küche (sehr) gut bürgerlich. Füchschen Alt läuft auch - Musik Classic Rock! Like it very much - auch beim zweiten Tag hintereinander!

Tolles Düsseldorfer Original. Super nette Bedienung und Wirt. Gute bürgerliche Küche. Sind immer zur Messe hier und wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Als Kneipe sicher gut. Als Restaurant okay. Sehr leckere, frische Bratkartoffeln. Saucen dafür ganz klar Fertigessen. Alles in allem 3,5, also aufgerundet 4 Sterne. Passt schon.

Super nettes Personal ich komme immer wieder

Restaurant finde ich etwas hoch gegriffen. Eher Kneipenflair, gemütlich rustikal. Karte sehr einfach, Leider wenig Auswahl und schwer für Vegetarier. Der Wirt ist aber sehr nett und macht Laune, Klarer Pluspunkt.

Heerlijk gegeten tijdens ons verblijf in het Mercure hotel in Dusseldorf! Op ongeveer 7 minuten lopen van het hotel. Heerlijke schnizels en de uiensoep is ook aan te bevelen! De bediening is super vriendelijk, echt een aanrader!

Auf Grund der Nähe zu dem gerade stattfindenden Kassierer Konzert sind wir in diese urige Kneipe eingekehrt. Das Essen mundete sehr und das Füchschen Bier schmeckte äußerst deliziös! Gerne wieder!

Ursprünglich wollten wir nur auf ein Kassierer Konzert gehen. Da wir wir mit dem Vollgasexpress gefahren sind, und zu früh ankamen, haben wir diese ganz vorzügliche Lokalität entdeckt um eine vernünftige grundlage zu uns zu nehmen.Bedienung super, Bier super, alles super. Prost!

Ganz hervorragend. Als spontaner Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg zu einer Tanzlustbarkeit entpuppt sich das Restaurant Brehmstube als sehr einladendes Etablissement mit Essen auf höchstem Niveau. Auch das Bier schmeckt nach Bier und macht betrunken.

Spitzen Kneipe, trotz plötzlichem überrennen der Kneipe, wegen eines in der Nähe stattfindenden Konzertes, professionell mit dem Ansturm umgegangen. Angetrunkene Gäste wurden nett gebeten ihr eigenes Bier außerhalb zu verzehren. "Raus mit den Flaschen, sonst fliegt ihr!" Immer wieder gerne wenn ich in Düsseldorf bin
