Had a good steak, doneness was perfect. But too expensive and the attempt to offer all guests something to eat generalizes the menu very much. A bit too expensive for so little authenticity.

The restaurant is very nicely decorated and you feel very comfortable. The food is very good and the portions aren't exactly small either. Big compliments to the kitchen. The entire team is very friendly and accommodating. Here you can really pamper yourself.

Das Restaurant ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Das Essen ist qualitativ, wie geschmacklich sehr gut. Großes Lob an die Küche. Die Portionen sind auch nicht gerade klein. Es war auch überall alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das gesamte Team war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier ist ein tolles Team am Start. Hier kann man sich verwöhnen lassen.

Catastrophic as soon as we picked up the food - our very entertaining stay at the Wilder Mann continued like a red thread. There was no real agreement between colleagues, there was only a drinks menu at the table. My partner picked up the menu himself after 10 minutes. During this time there were 2 different waiters at the table twice to take drinks 🤯🥴 Dinner ordered, creamy tomato soup with herbs and crème fraiche, my partner schnitzel. What I got was indefinable - tomato pieces so big in a 'creamy tomato soup', the cheese didn't fit at all and a soup that thick in consistency was not edible. The soup went back and the kitchen couldn't offer an alternative, which was good because I had lost my appetite. The crowning glory came with the bill, which came with €38 for 2 drinks and schnitzel - and it turned out again that the service staff had billed incorrectly... My conclusion: urgently speak to the chef about what he means by creamy tomato soup and to the service team, who spent most of the evening having private conversations loudly with their cell phones to their ears. Thank God you rarely experience something like that!!

We had reserved as a group, but unfortunately something went wrong with the reservation. The owner apologized several times and got us a new location (in Ulm, which was overcrowded due to the marathon). There's no better way to forget a mishap! Thank you very much!

The two of us were lucky enough to get a free spot in the evening. The service is super motivated, extremely friendly and fast. To eat: - Salad with smoked salmon: a very tasty mix of different salads, very tasty dressing and not too sparingly prepared salmon florets with a creamy, mild garlic dip. Decorated with fine herbal flowers! -Bergkäsespatzen: As an Oberallgäu resident, I am the harshest critic. These are not Allgäuer Kässpatzen, but the style is so different and tasty that it is sooooooo delicious. Something different. Lovingly garnished with saffron, they are a real treat. Conclusion: For the price you get the best taste, lovely service and a great ambience. We'll be back 👍

I had dinner there today, I had a tarte flambée pizza, it tasted very good, I wasn't very hungry so it was perfect. I thought it was okay for the price, we sat outside and the weather was great. Staff was very friendly & I can highly recommend going there.

We were passing through and were a bit unlucky with the weather. 11 degrees and constant rain, the heated terrace where you could smoke was just right and enjoy a white wine. We had already eaten elsewhere, but the dishes that were served looked very good. The wine was delicious, the price was okay and the staff were attentive and funny.

We made a reservation a week ago and were contacted again on the day of the reservation asking whether we would prefer a place on the heated terrace given the great weather. That's what I call service. It was a great evening!

I had a Maultaschen Pfännle and it was fantastic. Add a cellar beer and dinner couldn't have been better. If it happens, I'll come by again

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Restaurant Wildermann and was not disappointed. I chose the cordon bleu and was not disappointed from the first bite to the last. The filling was perfectly balanced and the crust was wonderfully crispy. Furthermore, the service was extremely friendly and attentive. I can only warmly recommend this restaurant and am already looking forward to my next visit!

Last night we had dinner at “Wilden Mann” with a group of 30 people. Everything was very good. Starting with the reservation: our wishes were taken into account, suggestions were made and communication was always very warm and quick. Our evening was very successful! Without exception, everyone was extremely satisfied with their meal (the meat from the onion roast was very soft and fried to perfection, the Swabian plate and the filled dumplings were also very well received!), no long waiting times between courses (we had 3), excellent Service that left nothing to be desired. The restaurant itself is also very comfortable and has a local feel. We had a very nice evening and will definitely come back again. Thank you!

The Wilde Mann is a great location if you want something to drink, but the tarte flambée and various other things are also legendary. Just great! The service is top! Very attentive and super friendly waiters. There are always parties with great DJs and a cool theme! So if you also want to celebrate, this is the right place. The inner courtyard is heated in winter, so you can sit outside comfortably in winter. A clear recommendation from me.

A really quaint and cozy restaurant, the food is really tasty and the portions are good. The waiters (were eating at lunchtime, it was quite empty, 2 other tables were occupied) were nice, but when you asked questions you felt like you were disturbing them, which was a real shame. Otherwise really recommended and praise to the kitchen 😊.

Sehr angenehmes Restaurant mit guter Schwäbisch/Badischer/Elsässischer Küche. Die Küche ist gut und das Service ist super. Auch im Winter kann man beheizt auf der Terasse sitzen. Leider nur ist dort auch Rauchen erlaubt, was dann wirkt wie rauchen in Räumen. Daher kleine Abzüge, ansonsten 5 Sterne.

Eine schöne Location in der Stadtmitte von Ulm.

Beliebte und gutbesuchte, schöne Location im Fischer- und Gerberviertel in Ulm, mit schönem Ambiente! Im Sommer ist es dort am besten, da ist die Außengastro offen und man sitzt sehr schön mit Blick auf die romantische Szenerie der alten Gerberhäuser an der Blau.

It’s been quite long after I have gotten a good service from the restaurants. But today the service from this restaurant has given a big impression. It was so kind and so pleasant for us and it gave a really comfort during our dining. Thanks again for your warm welcome and good table/seat arrangement for our family. Absolutely served dishes were really nice. A recommendation of mushroom source with Schnitchel was really delightful to my son.

We dined twice during our stay in Ulm and the traditional german food was simply delicious!

Super Vorspeise -Datteln im Speckmantel mit Honig Senf Sauce. Super Hauptspeise -Steak oder Maultasche, einfach hervorragend. Wenn Aufgrund von Personalmangel die Chefs bedienen ist der Servis außerordentlich.

War hier zum Mittagessen! Der Service und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr gut. Ich habe einen Schweizer Wurstsalat bestellt, dieser war sehr schön und schmackhaft hergerichtet und der Preis für die Größe der Portion angemessen.

Obwohl schon 30 Jahre in Ulm, waren wir gestern zum ersten mal im Wilden Mann. Den Außenbereich kannten wir freilich schon. Zunächst muss man eine schmale, steile Treppe hinauf. Dann findet man allerdings den Tresen sehr schnell und wird auch geschwind zu seinem reservierten Platz begleitet. Wir hatten Glück und konnten auf der schönen überdachten Terrasse im ersten OG sitzen, wo man sogar Rauchen darf. Hervorragend drauf ist das Service-Team. Bestellungen werden schnell aufgenommen und serviert. Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken ist sehr gut, die Portionen wirklich groß und alles schmeckt gut. Insgesamt besteht die Gaststätte aus einer Vielzahl von gemütlichen Räumen die über einen schmalen, langen Flur miteinander verbunden sind. Den Gast stört das nicht, für das Servicepersonal ist das bestimmt eine körperliche Herausforderung, die sie aber super gemeistert haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir sind gerade für einen Kurztripp in Ulm. Gestern sind wir nachmittags am wilden Mann vorbei gelaufen und wollten dann auch direkt einen Tisch reservieren. Der Herr von der Bar war schon ein wenig besorgt keinen Tisch zu bekommen, da kamen gleich 2 weitere Kollegen und sie gaben uns noch einen Platz. Abends wurden wir direkt begrüßt, vom selben Kellner der uns noch einen Tisch verschaffte. Toller Service, unfassbar gutes Essen und ein schönes Ambiente! Einfach klasse und nochmal großes Dank an das tolle Personal!

Super Service. Portionsgröße und Qualität für den Preis unverhältnismäßig beim Cordon Bleu hatte man das Gefühl es ist ein fertig Produkt und die Pommes waren gut aber sehr überschaubar hatte gerade Mal eine Lage ca 15 bis 20 stück auf dem Teller

Große Wirtschaft im Fischerviertel von Ulm. Unser Essen - Flammkuchen und Maultaschenpfännle hat ganz hervorragend geschmeckt und die Portionen sind ausreichend.

Das Essen war hervorragend und die Bedienungen unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam! Trotz, dass das Gasthaus komplett voll war hatten die Bedienungen immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und haben sich un die Wünsche der Gäste gekümmert. Wir können den Wilden Mann sehr Empfehlen!

Wir waren an einem Sonntagabend hier zum Essen und sind sehr zufrieden gewesen. Die Bestellung wurde schnell aufgenommen und alles kam zeitnah, obwohl viel los war. Der Service ist sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Great spot in a busy part of the historic old city of Ulm. A good array of outdoor seating, some covered. Good atmosphere and helpful wait staff whi speak English quite well.

Das einzige Restaurant oder Club der dort am Samstag weit über 24:00 Uhr geöffnet hat. Die Mitarbeiter sind echt freundlich und zuvorkommend. Macht echt Laune sich da niederzulassen. 👍😁 Clubbetrieb ist innen, weil 24:00 Uhr der Platz vor der Tür geräumt wird. Die Leute wollen schlafen das ist vollkommen richtig.

Я заказывал себе фирменный стейк Вилде Ман, а жена взяла мясо с грибами под соусом. Стейк был резиновым, а мясо с грибами под соусом умудрились приготовить сухим и твёрдым. Троечку за еду ставлю исключительно за картошку, которая подаётся в виде гарнира к мясу - вот она была вкусной. Мы сидели на террасе во время дождя, и было очень атмосферно и красиво. Но зонты на террасе уже местами прохудились и приходилось всё время подстраиваться, чтобы не капало за шиворот :)

Der Wilde Mann hat eine gute Lage direkt mitten im Fischerviertel und erfreut sich daher sicher seiner Laufkundschaft bzw. Stammgäste. Wir waren als mittelgroße Gruppe beim Wilden Mann zum Abendessen. Sitzplätze hat es drinnen und draußen. Die Gaststätte kann über 2 Möglichkeiten besucht werden, aber Beide sind mit Stufen. Nur im Sommer gibt es auch draußen vor der Tür Sitzplätze die barrierefrei sind. Der Service war für uns nett und kompetent. Die Tomatensuppe mit 6 € war geschmacklos und leider ohne Brot / Brötchen etc. Die anderen Gerichte waren ohne Beanstandungen. Ein Essen war zum Mitnehmen gedacht und sollte zum Schluss bestellt werden. Leider war das Fleisch für dieses Gericht aus, bis wir es bestellen wollten. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis entspricht der heutigen Zeit mit ca 25 € pro Person.

Eine super schöne, toll eingerichtete und traditionelle Gaststätte mit hervorragenden Gerichten zu einem fairen Preis! Hier wird Hausmannskost auf höchstem Niveau gekocht und ein exzellenter Service an den Tag gelegt. Große Portionen, das Maultaschen-Pfännle sowie die Käsespätzle sind sehr zu empfehlen!

Bodenständiges einfaches Restaurant in einem wunderschönen alten Fachwerkhaus, sehr schöner Gastgarten. Speisen eher einfach, aber in Ordnung, gilt auch für die Getränke. Das Service eher ein wenig seltsam, wir wurden von einer nicht sehr freundlichen jungen Dame mit Sonnenbrille betreut, die sich eher verhaltensoriginell zeigte.

Essen war ausgezeichnet. Bisher zwar nur geschäftlich dort gewesen, werde aber sicherlich auch privat demnächst mal hingehen.

Schöner Aussenplatz, freundliches Personal, gutes Essen! Würden es jedem empfehlen, für den kleinen und geossen Hunger.
