Empfehlenswerte, familienfreundliche Gaststätte mit guter Küche und sehr gutem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Alles tipptopp sauber inkl. Sanitärbereich. Waren 8 Personen inkl. Kindern.

Sehr schönes Lokal mit leckere deutschem und jugoslawischem Essen. Wir waren am Sonntag Abend da, das Steak Angebot war sehr groß und wurde auf Wunsch perfekt rare/medium/durch serviert. Sehr freundliches familiäres Personal. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten die Balkan-Platte für 2 Personen. Geiles Essen und super Qualität. Komme Safe wieder!

Die letzten Jahre regelmäßig zum Mittagessen gekommen. Leider seit Betreiberwechsel oder Kochwechsel geschmacklich und preislich deutlich nachgelassen. Portionen wurden auch immer kleiner. Aus mindestens 3 Mittagessen pro Woche, wurden nur noch 2 Mal im Monat.

Das Essen ist beste bürgerliche Küche - vom Feinsten. Der Andrang an Schnitzeltagen ist einerseits gerechtfertigt, andererseits wird ihm durch einen verstärkten Service nicht Rechnung getragen. Schade. Aber am schlimmsten ist der grosse Nebenraum. Lombard- Effekt as it's best. Kennt ihr die Situation wo der Lärmpegel der sprechende Gäste fast unerträglich laut ist. Alle im Raum sind gezwungen lauter zu werden und sich fast gegenseitig anzuschreien weil man sich nicht mehr hören kann. Es wäre dringend Nötig hier die Raumakustik zu verbessern. Das herrvoragende Esserlebnis wird in diesem Raum extrem durch das dynamisch schlechter werdende Ambiente negativ beeinflusst. Nochmal Küche top - der Nebenraum eine Katastrophe.

Essen war gut, Service nicht freundlich, keine Nachfrage ob man noch was trinken möchte. Akustisch viel zu laut und schwer sich zu unterhalten wenn der Raum voll ist.

Waren schon paar mal dort. Service ist schnell und nett. Essen schmeckt sehr gut und gerade bei der Balkan Platte bekommt man auch mal richtige Portionen für faires Geld. Ambiente ist sehr einladend und gemütlich. Sehr empfehlenswert!👍🏼

Ein rundum hervorragendes Restaurant! Besonders hervorzuheben sind die außergewöhnliche Flexibilität und der erstklassige Service. Auf individuelle Wünsche wurde jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert eingegangen, sodass man sich als Gast wirklich willkommen fühlt.

Wir haben dieses Restaurant im Oktober 2025 an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Abenden besucht. Wir waren mit der Familie in Ulm und wohnten in einer möblierten Ferienwohnung in der Nähe, daher beschlossen wir, dort vorbeizuschauen. Am ersten Abend hatten wir ein so leckeres und angenehmes Essen, dass wir gleich am zweiten Abend wiederkamen! Die Speisekarte war zwar nur auf Deutsch, aber die Angestellten bemühten sich, Englisch zu sprechen. Alle waren sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant war voll, was darauf hindeutet, dass es sehr beliebt ist. Es gibt eine Auswahl an traditionellen deutschen Gerichten, die alle köstlich waren. Meine Kinder (6 und 8 Jahre alt) waren begeistert von der Flädlesuppe – dünnen Pfannkuchen in klarer Brühe – und bestellten sogar Nachschlag. Wir würden dieses Restaurant auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen, wenn wir wieder in Ulm sind. Vielen Dank für das leckere Essen!

Ich habe neben vorherigen Besuchen auch Catering für eine größere Gruppe beim Blauflesch bestellt und das Essen wurde von allen Gästen ausnahmslos gelobt :) Chef und Personal sind alle super nett und die Abwicklung inklusive Menüabsprache mit Sonderwünschen liefen problemlos und sehr flexibel ab. Lieferung kam dann auch pünklich wie vereinbart an, also top Service insgesamt. Ich komme immer gerne wieder :)

We were here with the whole family and were absolutely thrilled! The waitress was exceptionally friendly and attentive, the food was simply superb – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Blauflesch is THE institution in Ulm's western district. I wish there were more places like this. Excellent food, locally sourced ingredients, prepared with love—the portions are as large as they were in 1973. The service is second to none. My absolute favorite restaurant.

They serve vegan food, which is delicious. The service is super good and also very humorous. It's easy to have a good conversation, and everyone seems to enjoy their work. Whoever plays the music here after you're drunk has excellent taste in music. Just stop by when you're in Ulm and fill your stomach with food and drinks.

I was there with some friends and was very disappointed by the service and the quality of the food. I spoke to the manager, who said she was sorry, but the chef wasn't there today and that things would be better next time. Everyone at my table said there wouldn't be a next time. To pay, we had to stand in line at the checkout like at Aldi. It's a shame; years ago, everything was great.

We wanted to celebrate a housekeeper's anniversary. Her wish was to do it at "Blauflesch." I've rarely been so embarrassed in front of someone I wanted to please. The service was practically nonexistent. If I wanted to order something, like another drink or dessert, I had to go to the counter and place my order there every time. The height of unbearableness, however, was the food. We all found it almost inedible. I had a cordon bleu. It was almost certainly frozen. It arrived so quickly after ordering that it could only have been prepared in a deep fryer. On top of that, the fat was rancid, so I couldn't eat it. The whole evening was unacceptable.

Delicious food – they serve excellent German and Balkan cuisine, it tastes great, and no one goes home hungry. Nevertheless, the prices are moderate – so it's a very good selection and very good value for money. Highly recommended A++++

The food was okay but the lady behind the bar was very unfriendly, the young girl serving was friendly, if I treat people like that in my business or work I will be fired

Until now, it's been our trusted place for family celebrations. My parents celebrated their wedding there, and every Christmas dinner, etc. I strongly advise against it since the new owners took over. Our 2024 Christmas dinner was disastrous...very unfriendly staff...I was yelled at when I asked for missing cutlery, we kept getting the wrong drinks, the food arrived over half an hour late (there were nine of us), everything tasted of old, disgusting grease, and the ingredients tasted like canned food. Never again!

Selling frozen schnitzel is completely unacceptable. The price is unreasonable: 18.90 for the chef's schnitzel and frozen goods. When Vlado was still cooking, the meat was fresh and all the dishes were absolutely excellent; you couldn't complain. Drinks only available upon request at the counter. Not attentive. You also had to ask for a second drink if you could get something else. It was really bad there. Unfriendly staff, angry looks after complaints. I was really disappointed. I won't go there again.

The food here is excellent, the decor is very pleasant and the room is bright. The staff are very friendly, laugh with the guests and have a good sense of humor.

We were there with 8 people. Nice, spacious ambiance with attentive and friendly service. The food (Swabian cuisine) was delicious. One small criticism: if you have long legs, the wooden tables are very uncomfortable.

We are absolutely thrilled and happy that we, as a small family (husband, wife, father-in-law), were able to spend time together in such a wonderful restaurant and celebrate life together with such delicious food. The ambience deserves special praise. Here, tradition has been visibly refreshed and revitalized, with modern touches, innovatively combining electronics (television) with paradisiacal loops from nature. It is simply a feel-good atmosphere to enjoy in a convivial atmosphere. Many thanks to the wonderful team who work so hard behind all of this and who make your stay that ultimate feeling of being pampered as a guest. Friendly staff, delicious food and reasonable prices

The new owner puts a lot of effort into it, which is also evident in the good food. The beer garden directly in the street parking lot is unusual. The interior is very nice.

Definitely a clear improvement compared to the previous owner. The dishes are beautifully presented and the food is always extremely tasty. I've been there three times now and loved it every time. The interior now appears brighter and friendlier than before - a pleasant atmosphere that invites you to linger. The service is professional and attentive. For me, this restaurant is one of the places I will visit regularly. I particularly like the successful combination of German and Serbian cuisine – a great selection for every taste!

Four of us were here recently. We were thrilled. The whole environment, the cleanliness, and especially the food deserve many stars. The service was so patient and nice when changing orders, everything was great - great. 👍👍

The service was friendly and the food was delicious. I'm deducting one star because my Schwabenpfännle (swallow pan) was piled high with cranberries, which I don't think should be there. Update 03/23/25: Another star deducted because the prices for the dishes on the website are no longer up-to-date and are about €2 higher when eaten. Even though the food is still incredibly delicious, it annoys me.

We had a wonderful wedding day at Blau Flesch. We would like to thank the entire team from the bottom of our hearts. We had reserved a table online, including the reason for the reservation. Unfortunately, the manager didn't pass on the fact that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We were disappointed that no preparations were made. The entire Blau Flesch team saved the evening. With a delicious meal, warm service and a beautiful bouquet of roses. The management is very lucky to have such employees, a rare case and worth its weight in gold. Management should also work more with the team and pass on information, which is also how our customer service works.

I wanted to have lunch today and took a seat in the modernly furnished next room. Unfortunately, I waited in vain for the hospitality. When no one came after 15 minutes, I unfortunately had to miss out on a good lunch.

Was there on January 10, 2025 for our 39th wedding anniversary, the reception was very nice. I made a reservation via email and asked for a comfortable place, which is what happened. When making the reservation, I pointed out that it was our wedding anniversary and that they might be able to prepare something, but the agency didn't pass that on!!! The service then pulled out all the stops and got my wife a bouquet of flowers as an apology A TEL reservation is better Were very satisfied, will come again.

Very disappointed, table reservation was brought forward from 12 to 11.30 without our knowledge, so we only had 1 hour 15 minutes. Everything had to happen quickly, quickly. Service wasn't particularly friendly, we had the impression that they wanted to get rid of it quickly. Once and never again...

Blauflesch is finally fun again. For years I was happy to be a regular guest, but my former boss, Claudia, took away my desire to visit with her demonstrative displeasure and bad mood. But it was good for a long time, thanks for that! Since the change of operator, things have been looking up again. The dining room is spruced up, the lunch table is good. So far I've only tried the Kässpätzle on the menu - great! The side salad is also tasty. The service is quick, friendly and I was extremely grateful for my positive feedback. Now also in writing. But I'll leave some room for the stars for later reviews when I've tried more of the menu.

I had planned a dinner with my family. A table for eight is a wonderful way to enjoy a meal and each other's company. The food was delicious and highly praised. And the desserts are to die for and the perfect end to a meal. It's understandable that you feel pleasantly full after such an experience.

Unfortunately, the incredibly bad service ruined the good food. On Thursday, November 7th, 2024, we ordered a schnitzel from the lunch menu several times in a larger group. Unfortunately, the lunch menu was only available online. The food was impeccable and very tasty. Unfortunately, we were really ripped off when it came to the bill. Despite the fact that several people had ordered a meal from the daily menu, the service staff argued wildly and didn't want to hear anything more about it. It was not possible to pay at the table, so each person who paid individually had to pay around 16 euros for their meal instead of around 10 euros for the daily menu, despite the fact that others could pay at the table. Unfortunately, the disastrous service ruined any dining experience. We can't recommend it more.

We have had our regulars' table here for years. But what the new landlord delivers is just sad. Me and a colleague had schnitzel with spaetzle and gravy. The schnitzels tasted like old fat. The spaetzle was overcooked. But the gravy was the last thing. Maggi sends greetings. The waitresses stood around and played on their cell phones. But the kicker is that we had to come to the checkout to pay. That doesn't work at all. Zero chance against the predecessor. Will never eat here again.

Although the restaurant has improved a lot visually, unfortunately you have to make significant compromises when it comes to food! Apart from the orbitant beer price for GoldOchsen beers, you miss the real Balkan cuisine! The kpl food has reached a degree of consistency of 90%. Pure frozen food!! The service is a disaster! Toilets are renovated and clean++ Several adjoining rooms for groups.

10/12/24 So I have to say I'm more than disappointed after the new opening. Although there is super friendly service, the prices as well as the names of the dishes are almost identical, but the number of portions is not, rather half of that before the owners. My quality requirements were also not met. I had a house plate for 19.80 on which there was a small salad with ayvar, a small schnitzel maximum 150 g, 3 cevapcici and about a maximum of 100 grilled lamb. Plus about 100g of rice and 100g of homade fries 🍟 < they were quite ok

Hello everyone , I ordered food to pick up today. So when I came to pick it up at the agreed time, the waiter I spoke to on the phone told me. Food sold out! I told him I called and ordered the food to be picked up because I had a long journey! Answer: I can't do anything! What is the food pre-ordered for?! The waiter didn't offer me any other choice... then I started cursing in Croatian! Is it still okay? There is still a lot of room for improvement

Price performance is okay and would be worth 4 stars. -2 stars for the fact that food tokens are no longer taken at lunchtime and, according to the waitress, they will never be taken again. We used to eat lunch here several times a week (since 2011). Nowadays only when there is no other alternative. This is not due to the quality but rather because the new operator seems to have no interest in his regular lunch guests or they are not important enough to him to continue taking food brands. As a result, we have no interest in ever visiting this restaurant in the evening again. We can only hope that one day we will be important enough again and I can adjust my rating.

It used to be much better and is very expandable. A good cook can improve things if he does his job right. But definitely not like last time. And with ready-made salad these days it won't work in the long run. Just like the cooking levels for meat and rice.

Im Rahmen einer Geburtstagsfeier, haben mehr als 30 Gäste einen wunderschönen Abend in den Räumlichkeiten der Gaststätte „Blauflesch“ verbracht. Alle Gäste waren in höchstem Maße zufrieden. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Qualität, große Portionen und die Anrichtung der Speisen, einfach toll. Der Service war sehr nett, aufmerksam und schnell. Ein großes Kompliment an die neuen Pächter. Endlich wieder ein Lokal zum gerne verweilen. Man fühlt sich als Gast einfach willkommen. Das Lokal bietet gut bürgerliche schwäbische Küche an. Die Speisekarte ist sehr umfangreich (Fleisch, Fisch vegetarisch Gerichte, Desserts und verschieden Salate) . Im Hauptbereich ist die Gaststätte mit sehr viel Holz und rustikalen Möbeln ausgestattet. Der Nebenraum ist stilistisch modern eingerichtet. Man kann hier guten Gewissens alle Feierlichkeiten abhalten. Die Toiletten sind neu und modern gestaltet. Lokal ist sehr empfehlenswert.
