Gaststätte Werther Stübchen in Bad Münstereifel

The menu listed king prawns, but for the same price we received small frozen prawns. When we asked if they were still the same, they said yes, which was clearly a lie. I just went back to give it another chance, but then the food arrived and ingredients were missing, making the dish inedible.

We received a very warm welcome, and the food we ordered was delicious. When we arrived at our room, we were truly surprised. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and modern. We are completely satisfied.

Unfriendly service. We wanted to have lunch. We politely asked if we could come back later because there were no tables available. The server snapped at us, saying it was pointless. We won't be trying again.

I recently dined there with my wife, our two children, and my in-laws. Taste-wise, there was absolutely nothing to complain about – the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the overall impression suffered considerably. The service seemed quite rushed and not particularly friendly, so we didn't feel very welcome from the start. Our table was at the very back in a very dark corner, right next to the entrance to the kitchen and the restrooms. This was anything but pleasant. In addition, the room was very warm and stuffy. Whether the air conditioning was working was impossible to tell, at least not that day. It's a shame, because the food had the potential to make the evening enjoyable. Overall, for our next visit, we would hope for a more relaxed atmosphere, friendlier service, and a better table.

Das Cafe ist zur Zeit geschlossen. Heino wohnt zwar nicht mehr im Gebäude und hat eigentlich nichts mehr mit dem Cafe zu tun. Es sind aber einige Erinnerungsstücke im Cafe.
