Very cozy atmosphere, friendly service staff and fantastic food. Reasonable prices. Absolutely recommended

Ate with partner, typical German dishes, prepared well and efficiently. It was newly decorated after the 2021 floods. The staff works hard and is friendly. I ordered a schnitzel and partner geschnetzeltes. It is served with a tasty salad. We didn't make a reservation and were lucky, people after us were turned away because it was full (with many locals!).

Were there as a couple on September 20th, 2024 in the evening and at lunchtime on September 21st, 2024, and had an excellent meal twice. Friday evening I had a rump steak with onions, fried potatoes and salad - tender meat, on point medium, great fried potatoes with bacon and nicely fried onions. My wife raved about the garden salad - really mixed, varied and fresh salad - with fried turkey strips - with a clear note of rosemary - and fresh mushrooms. Top seasoned and with delicious vinaigrette. Because of the great experience, we also went there for lunch on Saturday and were not disappointed. I had the grill plate with onions and fried potatoes, my wife had the senior plate with turkey, salad and fried potatoes. Top! Small surcharge of €1 each for the fried potatoes instead of fries! Excellent price-performance ratio. Beautiful terrace on the babbling Erft, large and cozy interior, very appealing. Everything was clean, including the toilets. Big praise to the staff: very quick, attentive and very empathetic even under the greatest stress... Phew, I don't usually write so much, this was a very special experience. Highly recommended 👍😉

This restaurant is worth the wait! Set in a picturesque outlet mall, I walked by this restaurant a few times hoping an outdoor table opened up and finally I was in luck. Many tables opened up at that moment and within two minutes they were all filled again. The waitress was unbelievable with the service. She got all the tables cleared, menus passed out, orders taken and drinks served quickly. I ordered the spaetzle with chanterelles which came with a side salad. The sauce complimented the dish. They also have kolsch, a crisp cold beer, on tap. I would make the trip back to Bad Münstereifel just to eat at this restaurant again.

Tables were full of crumbs, food was very salty, but the schnitzel was perfectly fine. All in all, the ambience and the dirty tables were what bothered us the most.

5 stars in all respects. Very cozy and the food was really great. I would particularly like to mention the service here. I had my 2 1/2 year old son with me and, without mentioning it, they served him cold drinks. This also means that possible needs have already been addressed in advance. Great. I would like to thank you. If we are in the area again, this is our restaurant of choice!

We ate there a few times and it was always delicious. We have some good eaters and the side dishes, such as fries or croquettes, are limited. Unfortunately, it all looks very lost on the plate. A small set would be a visually appealing decoration. Service is always friendly, only one slightly older lady (possibly the boss) often seems annoyed and is not always very polite to the guests, which is a shame. Conclusion: you get a very tasty meal for around €20 including a drink.

Waited 20-25 minutes at the counter for a free seat. Service walked past four times. No space was offered. Guests who came later were given priority.

It was full, the waitress rudely said that we could wait for a table that would soon be available. We waited at the counter for 15 minutes and the vacant table was given to other people who had just come in...

After the flood, the renovation was really nice and elaborate, and it turned out well! The food and the young waitress (Asian woman) are also very satisfactory... only the boss has been quite ignorant lately, as we have noticed over the last 3 visits, although we have never been rude to her, but for us this creates the atmosphere Pretty uncomfortable, maybe we'll try it again, but feeling like we're just being tolerated as a guest is pretty uncomfortable

Good food and good prices! Two hardworking ladies serving a full restaurant fast and friendly. The restaurant is open on Mondays as well, although it shows closed on G-maps.

I can't rate the food because I wasn't there. But those present thought it was good. I would like to thank you very much for the kindness of the employees and the boss! My child left the jacket there, I was called (number in the jacket 😅) and they sent it to me insured. Really great!!! The rating is for the service!!!

Food was good, we can recommend the mustard schnitzel. We sat outside and were served friendly. Nice view in the evening sun.

Really excellent food. The meat (pork medallions) were of really excellent quality and perfectly fried. The knife almost went through the flesh alone, that's how it has to be. Very friendly service too. There might have been a bit more vegetarian options on offer and I would have chosen the ambience differently, but that's an individual preference and doesn't change the perfect visit. I'd be happy to do it again.

First impression was actually quite nice and the food, some of which was carried past us, looked quite good. Unfortunately our dishes were a disaster. Starting with the salad dressing... The schnitzels with the carelessly added side dish were inedible and equivalent to poor frozen dishes. Instead of asking why we didn't like it, we immediately reacted stubbornly. When I read through the reviews here, the boss's statement (?) that something like this hasn't happened to her in 30 years and that everyone else likes the food isn't entirely true! Things can go wrong for everyone, but you should also be able to deal with criticism.

Food was really tasty. But the service leaves something to be desired. We weren't even seated and she already asked what we wanted to drink, after ordering the food was on the table within 7 minutes. And we had to wait another 45 minutes for coffee.

We had not yet entered and the menu was already there and we were asked what we wanted to drink. The food arrived within 10 minutes. I didn't find the staff very friendly. We had to wait a long time for coffee. When we wanted to pay, it took a long time and we finally went to the cash register, there was no one behind the bar. We paid and off they went again.

Yesterday we had dinner at Erftblick. The service was very nice and polite. The furnishings are nice, only the decoration looks like it was found in Rudi's Resterampe. But taste is debatable. Now I'm coming to dinner. We didn't have to wait long for it, which surprised me. I had duck with croquettes and red cabbage. It wasn't particularly beautifully presented. The red cabbage came in a stainless steel bowl with a 1970s handle. The taste of the duck was okay, but I've had better. But you noticed that the duck had been warmed up again. My daughter had pork tenderloin with mushrooms. The pork fillet was so dry and tough. From the look of it, it looked as if it had already been fried well and then just put it back in the pan to warm up. The tastiest thing for her were the croquettes. On the drive home, the food was extremely heavy on our stomachs. At home we both had to use the toilet and stopped eating. After that we were fine again. I wouldn't eat there again

Very friendly and the food is really good. Unfortunately a bit tight but I understand that every spot has to be exploited.

God knows we're not big foodies, we're usually kebab shop visitors, but every now and then we go out to eat. And I have to say, we were pleasantly surprised. Really delicious food, nice service. Prices, okay, not exactly cheap, but within reason. Portions not too big and not too small, for normal eaters. Gladly again...

We've stood in front of it many times and this time we went inside. The atmosphere was very tense, you weren't greeted in a friendly manner and the air was very difficult. Once a spot was found, we let our eyes wander. The placemat, which we then put away, was extremely dirty. The menu then gave us the rest. Fat fingers and leftover food everywhere. Our decision to leave the restaurant followed immediately.

A nice restaurant with comfortable seats, bright inside and perfectly renovated, that also applies to the clean toilets. The schnitzel is nicely flattened and fried in the pan, with hunter's sauce and fresh mushrooms. The vegetable plate with fresh vegetables, not frozen (see pictures) The attentive, hard-working waitress rounds off the overall picture positively. A clear recommendation

Restaurant Erftblick -> !!! Nie wieder !!! Nach einem Besuch auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt habe ich mich auf ein gutes Essen gefreut und im Restaurant Erftblick den Sauerbraten mit Rotkohl und Klößen bestellt. Als das Essen kam, war ich erschrocken. Der Saubraten war so zäh, dass ich das Fleischstück kaum schneiden konnte und erst recht nicht essen!!! Daraufhin habe ich mein Essen beanstandet und die Bedienung gebeten, es selber zu versuchen. Die Bedienung hat mir Recht gegeben und mir versprochen, dass ich ein neues Gericht erhalte. Nach kurzer Zeit bekam ich einen neuen Teller mit Sauerbraten, Rotkohl und Klößen gebracht. Aber das Fleischstück war genauso zäh wie beim ersten Essen!!! Jetzt hatte ich keine Lust mehr und habe die Klöße und den Rotkohl gegessen und bin enttäuscht nach Hause gegangen!!! Ich bin immer noch entsetzt, dass man mir nach der Beanstandung erneut ein zähes Stück Sauerbraten serviert hat. Das einzig Positive war das gemütliche Ambiente und die nette Bedienung, der die Situation selber sehr peinlich war. Nur deshalb habe ich überhaupt einen Stern vergeben!!!

Jetzt waren wir hier zum zweiten Mal auf Einladung einer sehr guten Bekannten aus Bad Münstereifel. Und es war wieder ein sehr schönes Erlebnis mit ausgezeichnetem Essen. Diesmal habe ich die Leber Berliner Art probiert, es war eine hervorragende Qualität die ich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Essen selbst war gut. Der Service ließ allerdings echt zu wünschen übrig. Ist ärgerlich, wenn die Kellnerin ständig im Tunnelblick am Tisch vorbei läuft und man noch nicht mal ansatzweise die Chance hat, Getränke zu bestellen.

Ein Restaurant mittlerer Art & Güte. Das Essen war okay, der Beilagen Salat auch. So ein bisschen 80'er Jahre Style. Das Schnitzel wirkte nach näherer Betrachtung stark nach einem Convenience Produkt. Geschmacklich aber einwandfrei. War okay.

Toll was man hier nach der Flut wieder auf die Beine gestellt hat. Eine tolle und sehr saubere Location. Die Bedienung hat trotz Stress ein Lächeln auf den Lippen & freundlich; das Essen war klasse. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir kommen seit Jahren nach Wanderungen ins Erftblick. Hier ist alles prima, ob Essen, Personal und auch Sauberkeit. Leider konnten wir nicht in der Pandemiezeit dort einkehren und dann die Flut. Aber jetut ist alles wieder OK und wir kommen in dieser Woche wieder. LG 2 Essenerinnen

Unser Besuch war ganz spontan und wir hatten keine Reservierung, was aber zum Glück kein Problem war. Da das Restaurant sich im Bereich der Fußgängerzone befindet, kann man nicht direkt vor Ort parken. Allerdings befinden sich einige Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wir haben hervorragend gegessen. Die Bratkartoffeln waren hervorragend! Aus unserer Sicht sehr zu empfehlen.
