Actually it was closed. But the landlord didn't let us go thirsty and there was also some ice cream. Super. We'll try the food on our next visit.

Ein Geheimtipp, das Essen ist gutbürgerlich und sehr lecker. Der Preis sehr gut. Der Service ist nett. Ein älteres Ehepaar darf man hier erwarten. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut, sehr zu empfehlen.

Hauptstraße 1We went to the restaurant for lunch. The service was quite firm, but nice. We placed our order and wanted to bridge the waiting time by playing cards with my son (6 years old). The service person came straight away and told us: "We're not allowed to play cards!! We're a restaurant!! It always gets so loud!!" Despite this setback, the food was very tasty. I had a goose leg that was really tender. The other dishes were all very good, even if they were very rustic. If the service had shown a little more sensitivity, it would have been an even better visit to the restaurant.

Friedrich-Engels-Straße 45Not our first stay at the Hotel Nensch. It was very nice again. The service is top, the dinner was very tasty (I had knuckle and schnitzel). Breakfast great. Friendly staff and very attentive. We would love to come back to Oybin to the Hotel Nensch. Many thanks to the Nensch team! Nico H.
