Gaststätte Krone in Langenargen

Betrifft die Gaststätte: sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Das Essen war sehr gut. Maultaschen mit Kartoffelsalat und Fleischküchle mit Kartoffelsalat. Garniert mit super leckerer, dunkler, hausmacher Soße. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Eine Gaststätte zum wohlfühlen. Tolle regionale Gerichte. Bei schönem Wetter mit Biergarten.

Wir waren zum Essen da und es war lecker. Auch das hotel sieht super aus und ich denke das wir hier auch mal buchen werden.

War mit meiner Frau heute zu Essen, hatten Maultaschen mit Kartoffelsalat, war alles sehr gut . Kann ich weiterempfehlen. Bedienung war sehr freundlich.

Kommen schon seit vielen Jahren zum essen in die Krone. Immer hervorragend und lecker. Service sehr nett und zuvorkommend bis auf heute abend. Ein jüngerer Angestellte behandelte uns sehr unfreundlich und ausfallend. (Hatten vorab einen Tisch reserviert....)dazu kam noch das wir von ihm belogen wurden. Sowas ist für Gäste gegenüber einfach nicht tragbar. Hoffe das wir bei unserem nächsten Besuch nicht von dieser Person bedient werden.

Leider ist kein Pool vorhanden. Für uns kommt der Platz nicht in Frage, weil es hier im Sommer sehr heiß werden kann.

Mittlerweile haben die Maultaschen einen asiatischen Geschmack,nicht geniessbar..Wo ist das heimische,bürgerliche Essen?Schnitzel waren zäh...Wenn ich am bodensee bin,möchte ich kein Essen,dss schmeckt,als wäre ich beim Asiaten...

Das Gasthaus ist zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Wir: 2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder sind spontan herzlich empfehlen worden...Kurztripp an den Bodensee...inklusive Frühstück 2 Doppelzimmer mit 4 Personen 👍🏻. Vielen Dank...

War mit meinen 3 Kindern da zum Essen. Hatten nicht reserviert bekamen aber promt einen Tisch👍. Nicht so wie beim Italiener ein paar Meter weiter. Service sehr aufmerksam, Küche super lecker und gut bürgerlich und alles sehr flott. Bin selber aus der Gastro und kann nur 5***** geben. 👍

Wir waren dort nur Essen. Alles sehr lecker, freundliche Bedienung, keine lange Wartezeit. Preis/Leistung super.

Ausgezeichnetes Mittagessen mit der Familie.

Hier finden wir es immer wieder sehr schön,toller Biergarten mitten im Zentrum von Langenargen wo man sehr gut essen kann zu normalen Preisen.Sehr nette und freundliche Bedienung. Man sollte auf jeden Fall für Abend reservieren.

Wir kommen schon seit Jahren an den Bodensee-Ausflugstagen hierher um zu Essen, um zu Trinken, oder auch einfach mal nur auf eine Tasse Kaffee und Kuchen. Immer, absolut immer alles einwandfrei.

Wir waren nur zum Essen da es war sehr lecker ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Betrifft Gaststätte: Ich bin alleinstehend und gehe gerne mittags Essen. Doch leider musste ich feststellen, dass man als Single, nicht nur hier, sondern auch anderswo, an einen Tisch gebeten wird, den andere Gäste sich nicht aussuchen würden. Entweder im Durchgang oder im Eck. Ich wäre gerne an den Tisch, der am Fenster steht. Keine Gäste am Tisch, um 14 Uhr. Der Kellner wies darauf hin, der wäre reserviert! Es stand kein Hinweisschild auf dem Tisch. Später kamen 2 Personen, die aber nicht reserviert hatten, die der Kellner dort Platz nehmen ließ. Warum werden einzelne Gäste si diskriminiert?

Very disappointed. I looked at the online menu with prices, ordered by phone, and was immediately charged €5 more for a meal than the menu price indicated, without any warning. Not a word about it on the phone. Absolutely unacceptable.

This review is for the restaurant: The restaurant's generous size and ambiance are positive highlights; there's a lovely beer garden and a modern restaurant that invites you to linger. Unfortunately, we found the food very disappointing. The roast beef with onions was too salty, and the requested side dish (which would have cost extra) wasn't served (but wasn't charged either), which overwhelmed the waiter. The sirloin was also unfortunately too salty, but the salad was good. Overall, the food was edible, but not enjoyable.

We spent a week on vacation in Langenargen, four of which we ate at the Krone. The food was excellent value for money, the service was delicious, and the service was quick and friendly.

This review is for the restaurant and beer garden. The restaurant is centrally located and has a nice little beer garden with shady seating. The service is professional and fast, but you have to order drinks first. Ordering them with your food isn't possible. :-) The food is of a solid standard, arrives quickly, and is decent value for money. Well-average. The clean restrooms are a plus.

Here during peak season, you'd have to be lucky to even get a table. We had the cordon bleu! Perhaps the best! The food was incredibly delicious; the cheese and ham went perfectly together.

Located in Langenargen, with a nice beer garden and excellent food both in terms of taste and appearance.

We came here for dinner, and sat inside because of the weather. They have a varied menu, even for those with a light appetite. The portions are generous and everything is handmade; it was all really delicious. Homemade Cordon Bleu, homemade spaetzle, and fried potatoes, also homemade. The fries were crispy and full of potato flavor; nothing was overcooked. Even the mushroom sauce was made entirely in-house. Everything was truly DELICIOUS and reasonably priced! We'll be back!!!

This was the first time I stayed at the Krone for a short break; otherwise, we'd always just eat out. I experienced a great deal of hospitality, a good breakfast, and a very clean room. I was completely satisfied and will be back next year for a longer stay. The location is ideal, with short walks to the harbor, train station, and town center. The Krone is right on the market square, making it perfect for a variety of activities. :-)

The service was excellent. The salad was delicious and the cheese spaetzle was very good and plentiful. Even the beer was first-class. The price was reasonable for the portion. I'd definitely go back anytime.

Nice restaurant with good food. The staff was friendly and prompt. Unfortunately, our table wasn't completely clean, and the portion seemed a bit small for the price. Otherwise, everything was good.

The restaurant is centrally located in town, and the staff is friendly and quick. But that's where the good points end. The food was below average for what one would expect for the price. Our plain schnitzel arrived on the table in less than five minutes, swimming in sauce, and still sitting heavy in our stomachs the next morning. From a gastronomic perspective, it was a disappointment.

I can't say anything about the rooms. But the restaurant is pretty bad. The service was fast, but the food was a complete flop. Vegetable Maultaschen with salad are actually ready-made Maultaschen garnished with frozen vegetables and curry sauce? But that wasn't mentioned on the menu. The salad comes with no dressing. And a Greek salad with tomatoes, onions, peppers, and olives on a bed of lettuce consists of one pepper, two halved tomatoes, and a huge pile of green salad. So, calling this a Greek salad is wrong.

We were in Langenargen for a week in 2022 and had dinner three times in the beer garden at the Hotel Krone. The food was great and the staff was always friendly. I can happily recommend it to anyone vacationing in this region.

Was there on business and would love to come back. Rooms clean modern tidy. Breakfast plentiful. Dinner delicious.

Today I was a guest at the Krone in Langenargen. The location is good, but unfortunately there is no view of Lake Constance. The atmosphere is clean and rustic, as befits an inn. The service is great, very friendly, nice and fast. The food is great. I had onion roast, which was great, with fried potatoes that were a little too dark, but good. The goulash tasted great, the meat was a bit dry. The side dishes of salad and pancake soup were great. The Wiener Schnitzel and the Spätzle were excellent, unfortunately I didn't like the mushroom sauce. But that's a matter of taste. The prices are great, I always like to come back. I can't say anything about the rooms.

We had a good meal in the restaurant. The meal, Schwabentöpfchen and rump steak with pepper cream sauce, was delicious, but for me there weren't enough vegetables (with the rump steak) as a side dish. The service was good and the employees were very friendly.

The dishes on offer give the impression that they are designed for day tourists. Simple kitchen. I go to restaurants very often. However, I have never experienced charging extra for the simplest addition changes before. It's brave to allow yourself to do this in today's difficult times for restaurateurs.

Caution !!! If canceled at short notice, the full price will be charged. We were there in June and we liked it, we ate there every day and were satisfied. The shower is very small, you can hardly move, but otherwise for 3 ☆ ok. Now we booked again for a week at the end of September, but canceled at short notice due to bad weather and had to pay the full price for services not provided. No accommodation from the hotel management, money earned quickly. Apparently it doesn't matter whether you come back.

If I had known in advance which spaetzle would be served as a side dish with the dish, I would NOT have eaten there. The chef, if he was one, has NO idea what he's going to produce!!!!! Anyone can buy spaetzle from REWE or EDEKA and then pass it on to the guest. The spaetzle had not even been tossed in butter in a pan, but had ONLY been warmed in warm water!!!!!!! He doesn't want to know how the other dishes are made there and where he buys them. He would have to be forbidden from doing this job or profession!!!!!!!!

I've eaten there several times and have never been disappointed. The food was very good and the staff was very friendly and quick, the food came super quickly, which shows a professional performance from the kitchen. I can only recommend this restaurant. Please make a reservation in advance, the staff will do their best to ensure you have a pleasant meal.

Went to eat on vacation, very high prices for little food. Had a schnitzel with fries, I left the restaurant hungry! Salad is no longer included in any dish and must therefore be ordered separately. Quality for a restaurant is not convincing, the main thing is quick and easy, I can cook frozen food myself at home. I don't have to go there anymore.

We have never been treated so badly by the staff. Despite a reservation, the table was not available. Then other people sat down at the reserved table without any response from service. We were then told to sit down with the windows open, despite the rain and wind, otherwise the waitresses behind the counter would not be able to work. Never again to this restaurant. It was really bad. Underground service. Will pass this on again and again. I assume that no one from the restaurant cares about this. Would have liked to try the food. There are other restaurants in Langenargen.

We were visiting here and had reserved a table for 4 people. This was very tightly calculated outside and we literally sat in the last corner. Facilities rather inappropriate. Food was OK but not great. The burger, however, was said to be awesome. Nice place

We were there for lunch today. A young waiter who is an apprentice there served us. His kindness stood out! The herring fillets with boiled potatoes and plenty of garnish are a dream! We will definitely come here again! Keep it up!!!!!

In the middle of the city and yet without car noise

The food didn't taste good at all, I had a Cordon Bleu which was filled with slices of cheese and not seasoned. Furthermore, the fries were fried twice and tasted opaque. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

We ate in the beer garden. The food was absolutely delicious, A1. A few centuries ago, we ate there as children when we went on vacation to Lake Constance. Nothing has changed in terms of taste, it still tastes sensationally good, but I was a bit shocked by the high prices, which you can still understand given the good taste.
