Very tasty 😋 But unfortunately the meat was cold 🫤 Otherwise, the XL doner kebab plate was ready quickly and was almost impossible to finish, even for two people. 15 euros, 100% good value for money

It was a 60th birthday party. Conclusion: This restaurant is one of the best🏆 Down-to-earth German cuisine freshly prepared by a master of his craft. The hall was festively decorated and the tables were beautifully set. The friendly service was diligent and prompt. For me, the number one restaurant on Fehmarn for celebrations. ‼️A la carte is unfortunately only open for lunch, with reservations required two days in advance‼️

Small baked goat cheese salad 12.50!! Truly outrageous. A handful of arugula, 5 mini goat cheese balls, 1/2 beetroot ball, 2 slices of baguette, 3 walnut halves, and no dressing. A great example of how people who don't eat meat can once again handle the bulk of the mixed costs.

Disappointing. On July 20, 2025, I was at the SAMOA restaurant with my family. 1. There was no indication that SAMOA is a self-service restaurant. - I checked the website again (as of July 22, 2025) and couldn't find any mention of self-service. I would have appreciated this. - There was no sign at the entrance explaining how it works here, e.g., "(...) this is how it works here (...)" - After 20 minutes in the order queue, the "romantic dinner" promised on the website was gone... - The price didn't reflect the necessary effort on our part. Conclusion: Everyone has a different opinion about self-service. Dear SAMOA team, please inform customers about your concept in advance (via the website) and on-site (e.g., with a sign). ``` 2. Unprofessional handling of the wrong product. After the pager alerted me to pick up my order, I arrived to find that instead of the ordered "giant currywurst," a "Samoa Burger" was waiting for our son. After politely pointing this out to the food service manager, I was met with frustrated incomprehension and no interest in quickly checking the situation with the cashier to find a solution. Conclusion: Mistakes happen, no problem. How you handle them makes all the difference. A shame.
