Reserved a table at 11 a.m. for 6 p.m. The daily special was knuckles. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were immediately told that people might be seated at our table. When we asked if they still had knuckles available, the answer was no, if they hadn't reserved any, then there aren't any. Nobody on the phone said that you had to reserve the daily special. Ordered a grill plate; it was good, but it was thrown together so carelessly that I wished I had gotten up again. There are guests at the next table, did you reserve knuckles? Yes, two. But we ordered and got five, probably locals. There were two of us. The Asian waitress served us, and no, I have no prejudices! Go to Fliegl, better food and, above all, friendly waitresses.

An inn where everything is absolutely perfect. That's something you can't say so often these days. We've been going to Lake Chiemsee for almost 30 years. There are several inns there. But the Bräu in Hart is the best for my husband and me. Everything is just perfect there. Very friendly service, a friendly manager, first-class cleanliness (even in the restroom), and excellent value for money. The food is all simply fantastic. This may sound like I'm sycophant, but it's true. We're already looking forward to August, when we'll be visiting the Bräu more often. Give it a try, folks.

Four of us ate here on Shrove Monday and were impressed by the value for money. Just under €85 for 4 meals with salad and 4 drinks. The portion sizes are definitely intended to fill you up. A rustic, Bavarian and authentic restaurant with super friendly and personable service to feel good and enjoy. It's a shame that we didn't discover this inn much earlier. We can only recommend it, would be happy to come back and are already looking forward to the next stop on our next holiday.

We had lunch here, and first of all: the service staff are very friendly and quick. Unfortunately there was a hair in the starter salad, but apart from that it tasted good. The taste of the cordon bleu was okay, but the fried potatoes didn't quite suit my taste. However, there is nothing to complain about in terms of price.

It is a rustic inn with typical Bavarian cuisine. There is also salad or pasta for vegetarians. There is also fish. It tastes really good like at mother's at home😄

There were four of us in the restaurant, the food was excellent and we were really impressed by the quality of the dishes. Each of us found something tasty on the menu and the portion sizes were just right. There is also a special praise for the price-performance ratio; for under 100 euros, the four of us ate and drank wonderfully. Toilet was very clean and well maintained. Overall, we can only recommend the restaurant and would be happy to come back!

The inn offers a wonderful and very cozy atmosphere both outside and inside. Very friendly and attentive service and delicious home-made food. Something for everyone! Also large selection of drinks with different beers. We're always happy to come back!

Contrary to some reviews, we couldn't find anything wrong with the food. There were four of us and we ate and drank well for under €100. We were treated kindly. In other words, the service was good. The portions were plentiful and tasted very good. The business was very busy, and not just with tourists. A reservation is recommended. What should also be noted is that the toilet is cleaned regularly and was therefore clean, which is not the case everywhere. If we're in the area again, we'd love to come by again.

Today we would have gone for dinner with 4 people at 8:15 p.m. Only 3 dishes were offered. Schnitzel with potato salad, goulash or cheese spaetzle. When I asked whether it would still be possible to at least get fries with the schnitzel, the answer was no. The reason: “You had a stressful day today” I worked as a managing director in the catering industry for three years. This kind of behavior is not acceptable! If we had done something like that, we could have closed our shop! It was 8:15 p.m. not 10 p.m.! A completely normal time to eat. But if it is necessary, leave it alone! Once and never again!

Actually a great beer garden atmosphere. Now for facts: the pork loin is not a loin but probably a back. In my opinion the portions are far too small. We were still hungry afterwards. The spaetzle was completely overcooked. At the end, when we wanted to pay, we were told that no card was accepted. Every small kebab shop takes cards. Of course it's stupid if you don't have enough cash with you. I'm ignoring the hair in the salad. In my opinion totally unprofessional and not worth visiting.

Actually a nice place with good food and fair prices. BUT: to all operators - stay away. worst pay. choleric boss. exploitation. Dubious, absolutely disproportionate distribution of tips. The service MUST after their strenuous work - by the way, mostly alone! nor the local wipe. clean toilets. and ...and... the catering industry shouldn't be surprised if no one is willing to do this drudgery for starvation wages anymore. eat fine. the rest doesn't even deserve 1 star!

Wir haben dort zu Abend gegessen 1 x Schweinshaxe mit Knödel dazu ein Beilagensalat 1 x Gordon Bleu mit Bratkartoffeln und dazu ein Augustiner Bier Alles super lecker frisch und gut gewürzt. Besonders die Soße echt Toll Bedienung nett und freundlich keine Wartezeiten Wir haben gleich wieder einen Tisch reserviert für den Sonntag 👍

Good beer 🍺, nice chestnut beer garden, not that expensive

I like coming to eat in the cozy inn with the beautiful beer garden and the generally really good cuisine. Unfortunately, today I got pork loin instead of pork loin at the Allgäu plate. It tasted good, but the price wasn't reduced because they apparently thought it wouldn't be noticed. Since I was in a hurry, I didn't complain to the friendly waitress, but I was very annoyed afterwards. Hence my mistake, but in principle it shouldn't happen! If pork fillet is not available, this should be communicated to the guest and not hope that they will not notice the poor quality of the meat!

We ate so deliciously - on three evenings in a row. And the service was great every time.

Very attentive and friendly service. The food was extremely tasty and the waiting time was very short. We were very positively surprised and would love to come back on our next vacation. Many praise the price/performance ratio here in the reviews. I think that €3 for a really good soup and almost €8 for a large portion of fries/schnitzel is simply not enough. We paid €45 for 4 drinks, 2 starters and 2 main courses. Of course you can round up your tip generously and we certainly don't complain about cheap prices, but you could have added a significant amount for each dish and it would have been appropriate and the price/performance ratio would still have been right. The best inn far and wide! The great location is perfectly rounded off by the excellent cuisine and the fantastic service. Of course, the beer served there speaks for itself. A place for socializing and relaxation.

Wir waren gleich zweimal hier essen, da es uns super gefallen hat. Das Essen schmeckt hervorragend, die Gaststube ist gemütlich, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Preise sind spitze, findet man so kaum noch. Wir kommen jederzeit gern wieder! Macht weiter so !

If there were zero stars I would have given them! We had ordered a drink and waited 45 minutes for it. When no drinks came, we asked. We were then loudly informed that the waitress was alone, and the chef then became insulting with “what isn't the old one checking?” We took our things and left... We haven't experienced such outrageousness in a long time! no recommendation !!!

urige Wirtschaft mit netter und prompter Bedienung, Der Biergarten unter Kastanien ist klassisch und lädt zum Relaxen ein. Das Essen ist super und bezahlbar! Im alten Sudhaus ist Platz für grössere Feiern. Wir waren schon oft da und sind immer wieder positiv überrascht. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Das Essen war sehr gut, aber es dauerte....bis man "plaziert " wurde, bestellen konnte und dann, nach gefühlter Ewigkeit, auch was bekam. Für die Menge (wir empfanden das als Snack, obwohl wir eine Hauptmahlzeit bestellt hatten), wars völlig überteuert.

Wir kommen bereits seit mehreren Jahren hierher. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, das Essen sehr schmackhaft. Der Biergarten sehr gemütlich. Lokalität also ohne Einschränkung. Allerdings gebe ich in diesem Jahr nur 2 Sterne. Begründung: Der Inhaber hatte aufgrund von Corona Personalmangel - verständlich. Aber das er sich dazu mit "jetzt müssen wir auch schon auf Kanaken zurückgreifen" äußert, geht gar nicht. Ob wir aufgrund dieser Äußerung nochmals kommen ist fraglich.

Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis noch. Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Personal freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Sehr gerne wieder.
