This was our first time here. The service was super nice and friendly. Drinks arrived relatively quickly. The food was hot, the portions were very generous, and everything tasted delicious. We'd love to come back.

Idyllic, romantic, delicious—a wonderful hidden spot in Leipzig, very quaint and quiet. Great staff and simply delicious food. There's something for everyone here...we'll definitely be back.

The location, ambiance, and service were all wonderful, but the salmon on asparagus with hollandaise sauce from a tetra pack was a real challenge for the palate. Do you really need that?

What can I say, the salmon was very good! I bit into a stock cube with the pasta – damn delicious! The service is good. Fast, friendly and accommodating. PLEASE NOTE! VISA credit or debit cards are not accepted.

We had lunch at the Gasthof Plaussig on February 9, 2025. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptionally pleasant and friendly. Our orders arrived very quickly. We definitely recommend it, and we'll be happy to return.

We were there for lunch with our family on Christmas Day. It was delicious, as always 😋. The food came quickly, too. The girls had their hands ✋️ full. And there was no lack of friendliness at all. Quite the opposite. Everything was wonderful. All the tables were occupied. We've already booked for Christmas 2025. And we'll gladly stop by from time to time. Oh, come in. Very satisfied and highly recommended. Thumbs up.

Very hardworking and friendly waitress. The food was good, home-style cooking and we all enjoyed it very much! This won't be the last time we eat there!!! I would recommend making a reservation; it was very busy for a Wednesday evening at 6 p.m. Given the beautiful, rustic ambiance, delicious food and drinks, and very friendly service, I'm not surprised!

We once again had a family celebration in the inn. Preparation was uncomplicated. We had a drinks reception in the lounge in the guest garden, then we went to the parlor for dinner and then everyone spread out between the dining room and the lounge. That was absolutely top and more than plentiful. I can only recommend it, but it also has a lot to do with Susi's personality. Warmth and friendliness mixed with professionalism.

This inn has existed since 1888 and is simply beautiful. It has been family-owned for years and there is always something new on offer. The outside area has become magical. Enough space to sit. Food is great, the chef is great, service is friendly, price/performance 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻......we'll be back. Thank you🙏🏻

We were very positively surprised. The restaurant is located a little outside of Leipzig, so we thought it wouldn't be too crowded. But luckily we made a reservation. The place was full, right down to the last table. And that on a Wednesday. In my opinion and as has been confirmed, completely rightly so. Very friendly staff. Our food was also very, very tasty. So definitely a recommendation.

Very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. The food is good and we definitely go back from time to time, especially since it is one of the few places where you can still get German cuisine in the north of Leipzig. The dishes are beautifully prepared and taste good.

Very nice staff, clear menu with mostly German home cooking. Portions are ok, prices are too high for the location and facilities. Dogs allowed. You can do it, reservation recommended if you come with =<4 people.

A beautiful country inn with down-to-earth cuisine. We've been there several times and we've always enjoyed it very much. The service from Ms. Schwarz and her team is very friendly and competent. Anyone who visits Plaussig can warmly recommend the inn.

It's very nice and friendly there. When it's really busy, it's a little louder and ordering drinks takes a little longer, but that's complaining at a high level. It is highly recommended.

We were there for lunch today with a larger group and we were all completely satisfied!!! More than satisfied! Super tasty food, quick and very friendly service. Everything the way you want it. We will be back definitely!!! Easter at the latest... :-)

Es war eine solide, gute Küche - der Service ist freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Gegessen habe ich ein Rührei, vegetarisch mit Pilzen und Salat....

Ein Besuch im Biergarten des Gasthof Plaußig ist immer schön. Das Essen ist hausgemacht und schmeckt. Der Service freundlich und schnell.

Das Restaurant ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Es gibt auch einen schönen Freisitz, der zum Verweilen einlädt. Die Speisekarte war recht umfangreich und es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Es gab auch eine Extrakarte mit saisonalen Gerichten. Das Essen schmeckte gut und die Portionen waren groß genug zum Sattwerden. Bei der Bedienung fehlte augenscheinlich noch etwas System, sonst hätten sie auch mehr Getränke verkaufen können. Es sollten keine leeren Gläser auf den Tischen stehen. Alles in Allem war es schön.

Super Service, sehr schönes Ambiente. Essen war sehr gut. Ausgezeichnete gutbürgerliche Küche. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.
