Tolles, sehr ruhig gelegenes, Hotel. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Ein ganz tolles Essen, serviert von ganz tollen, netten Menschen.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal im Gasthaus Staude und sind begeistert. Schon die Lage mitten im Schwarzwald ist wunderschön, und die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist warm, gemütlich und sehr einladend. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Herz gearbeitet wird. Wir hatten ein Wiener Schnitzel und ein Rahmschnitzel vom Kalb. Beide Gerichte waren hervorragend zubereitet, perfekt auf den Punkt und geschmacklich ausgezeichnet. Dazu freundlicher, aufmerksamer Service und eine angenehme, entspannte Stimmung. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass hier nicht nur das Essen überzeugt, sondern das gesamte Erlebnis. Man fühlt sich willkommen und kann für ein paar Stunden einfach den Alltag vergessen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir waren hier auf der durchreise mit dem Fahrrad auf einen Kaffee. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Sie hatten sogar Haferdrink da. ☺️

Vergessen Sie die Restaurants im Stadtzentrum, die sind nicht besonders gut. Dieser Ort ist ein wahrer Geheimtipp! Der Schwarzwälder Eintopf, frisch vom Feld, ist hervorragend. Das Fleisch ist butterzart und einfach köstlich. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, besonders gegenüber Fremden. Es lohnt sich, den Weg in den Wald zu dieser Oase der Ruhe und Stille zu finden.

Waren zum Muttertag essen, da kann ich nur sagen WOW was für ein Hochgenuss an Speisen, da kann manch Sternekoch nicht mithalten, das Personal sowas von freundlich und zuvorkommend, hab ich noch selten erlebt. ein ganz grosses Kompliment an das gesamte Staude Team.

Geheimtipp... Restaurant Staude phillipinische Mitarbeiter, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Typisch regionale Schwarzwälder Speisekarte. Alle bestellten Gerichte waren sehr lecker.

Waren hier schon mehrfach im Rahmen unseres Familienurlaubs auf einem benachbarten Ferienbauernhofs zum Essen und immer zufrieden. Der Service ist fix und kinderfreundlich.

Das neue Familienzimmer ist traumhaft. Das Frühstücksbuffet läßt keinen Wunsch offen. Ein Stück der selbstgemachten Kuchen oder Torten am Nachmittag sind die perfekte Vorbereitung für einen großartiges Abendessen. Das Team sowie die Besitzer sind fantastisch, stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle sind sehr wellcoming!! Es ist schön so eine tolle Familientradition weiter zu erhalten. Wir kommen bald wieder. Wir wünschen Familie Fleig und ihrem Team weiterhin viel Erfolg.

Ich kann nur das Restaurant bewerten, das wirklich sehr gut war. Der Service war hervorragend, ebenso das Essen. Die Preise sind allerdings gehoben. Wir waren zu dritt und haben über 100 € bezahlt. Das Cordon Bleau und die Kasspatzen waren großartig. Auch die Getränkeauswahl war gut. Die Begrüßung der Küche, eine Kartoffelsuppe, war ebenfalls sehr lecker. Draußen gibt es außerdem einen netten kleinen Spielplatz.

Moderne Schwarzwälder und Schwäbische Küche, feines Wirtshaus mit leicht rustikaler, historischer Aura. Ambiente authentisch und gemütlich, gut gepflegt. Die Speisekarte konzentriert sich auf ein durchdachtes, bodenständiges Angebot. Qualitativ kommt das Essen schon auf Augenhöhe mit einer Sterneküche. Sie wollen Dir etwas bieten, das merkt man auch am Service. Das Personal arbeitet stets schnell und aufmerksam. Sie sind von innen heraus freundlich und den Gästen höflich zugewandt. Wunderbare Lage, wandern und einkehren, ggf. hier übernachten und lecker frühstücken, echt traumhaft. Neulich waren wir wieder da, super Salat, das beste Cordon Bleu und Schnitzel seit langem, starke Pommes, Espresso wie er sein soll. Das nächste Mal dann Rostbraten und Wild ... Am Wochenende sollten Sie unbedingt reservieren. Ich war hier oft als Kind und freue mich zu sehen, wie gut die Staude dasteht.

Sehr schönes Gasthaus, sehr nettes Personal und das Essen war sehr gut. Ich war mit der Familie auf der Durchfahrt und haben da spontan gehalten. Ich für mich persönlich habe schon lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen. Sogar für die Kinder ( 11 und 12) gab es ein drei Gänge Menü die waren begeistert auch meine Frau und unser ältester Sohn ( 17) waren sehr zufrieden.

Kellner besaß schlechte Sprachkenntnisse. Das Essen war sehr gut. Der Wunsch war die Pilze in der Soße weg zu lassen und zusätzlich einen Beilagensalat zu servieren. Dieser steht in der Karte unter Vorspeisen. Wir haben gesagt das wir den Salat bezahlen möchten, er möge den aber gleichzeitig mit dem Reh (ohne die Champions) servieren. Der Salat kam dann als Vorspeise und die Pilze könne man nicht weg lassen. Wir haben die Pilze dann selbst raus gepickt. Meiner Meinung nach hätte dies in der Küche sehr wohl raus genommen werden können. Aber gut. Es ist ihr Restaurant und damit ihre Regel. Ich bewerte nur sachlich und subjektiv.

Das Frühstück ist einfach unschlagbar! Ganzes Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank wir kommen wieder!!

Schönes Gasthaus, tolle Lage. Ruhig, schöner Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.

Wunderschöne Lage, sehr saubere und gepflegte Anlage. Freundliches Personal. Das Essen war jedoch sehr enttäuschend. Ich hatte hausgemachte Küche erwartet, serviert bekam aber Fast-Food-Rösti mit Feldsalat und gebratener Putenbrust, einem Teelöffel Kürbiskernen, einer Orangenscheibe, zwei Radieschen- und Gurkenscheiben sowie einer Cocktailtomate. Das Dressing war ölig und bestand aus Balsamico-Essig. Eher amerikanisches Diner als Schwarzwälder Küche. 🥲

Restaurant Bedienungen sehr freundlich, vor allem zu den Kindern. Das Essen war sehr gut und traditionell. Das Restaurant ist sehr sehr schön ! Sehr zu empfehlen !

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Das Zimmer Nr. 5 war sehr schön, modern und sauber! Das Essen war super lecker und frisch. Ich kann den Zwiebelrostbraten empfehlen, wirklich auf den Punkt gebraten, sehr zart und lecker. Auch den Lemberger-Trollinger Rotwein können wir empfehlen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Auch hatten wir Glück und es lag Schnee, somit hatten wir eine wunderschöne Winterlandschaft. Nachts müsst ihr unbedingt rausgehen und die Stille geniessen, wir als Stadtmenschen kennen diese Ruhe und Stille gar nicht mehr! Wir haben das genossen! ;-)

A delightful place in the countryside near Triberg. We ate very well, the meat was excellent. For dessert, the Black Forest cake was a must, and we shared it because it was such a generous portion. The only downside (a waiter's oversight) was that they served us drinks after bringing our food.

We were seeking a traditional Black Forest hotel. This fitted the description perfectly. 350 years old it has been welcoming guests for all that time. The room was very large and well appointed. Very comfortable. The dining experience very good. The breakfast high quality. It’s a quiet rural location with plenty of parking and lovely walking opportunities right from the front door.

This inn, surrounded by nature in the Black Forest, is a feast for the eyes and a culinary delight. The rooms are fantastic, and the service is outstanding. Absolutely top-notch.

Impressive. Delicious, typical German-style food from the area, with excellent and well-coordinated side dishes that filled the entire table with color and flavor. The atmosphere was super calm and pleasant, and the staff was attentive. The drive there was simply spectacular, too. In short, everything adds to this delightful experience. We went because it was recommended to us, and one of the reviews called it "one of the best in the Black Forest." If there's anything better, because the entire area is simply magical. Well, I agree, and if you're nearby, I highly recommend it.

We were very pleased with the service and friendliness. We only had breakfast. But we were able to get in immediately after a quick registration, which put us in a very positive mood. We stayed there over the weekend and had a very nice room. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We had a very good meal. It may seem a bit expensive to some, but the food is worth every cent and the portions are plentiful. The breakfast is delicious and fresh, and the service is also very friendly. Incredible, authentic Black Forest experience with wonderful accommodations at affordable prices and exquisite dining. We particularly enjoyed the venison stew prepared by the owner, who also happens to be the chef. The venison was obtained locally and ethically via a nearby huntsman. A+++

Unfortunately, I can't rate the rooms, but we've stayed here twice during our vacation. The first time was more by chance, we just wanted a coffee. But I couldn't and didn't want to ignore the Black Forest gateau! The Black Forest gateau is incredibly delicious. Impressive size... like in a picture book. The Bienenstich (bee sting) was also delicious, and so was the cheesecake. Great service! The second time, we came here based on the recommendation of our holiday farm. I just wanted to eat good roast beef with onions and show my wife how delicious it can be. By chance, we actually ended up at the Staude again, which we hadn't expected. But: so delicious! Perfect! Our expectations were exceeded; even our littlest one was thrilled, even though they only serve chicken... The bread served beforehand is also great! So: great inn, great location, incredibly good food, and the perfect amenities. You feel very comfortable here. Especially with the friendly people. We'd love to come back!

My second review. We've been coming to the Staude regularly since 2018. Sometimes for an overnight stay, sometimes just for dinner. We started and ended our 2025 vacation with an overnight stay at Wilfried and Martina's neighboring farm (highly recommended, a very beautiful farm and the two are super nice, see my review of the sugar farm). Food-wise, we started and ended our vacation with "Rolf & Team" at the Staude. In short: everything was perfect again. Upon request, we were also given the "dining room with play area," which was great for our 2.5-year-old daughter, who has a lot of energy. The room was just right, the children were occupied and under our supervision, we could enjoy the evening and didn't have to worry about other guests feeling bothered by the energy of our youngest (not that she's naughty, we place a lot of importance on her upbringing, but if I had to compare her to an animal, the Tasmanian devil would fit her...). Conclusion: Many thanks to the Staude team and we will be back and recommend you to others!

We had dinner at the restaurant. All the dishes were delicious, with a wide variety of flavors. The chef was extraordinary. Typical German dishes of excellent quality. Between 25 and 30 euros per person (without wine) and with dessert.

Very friendly service and a beautiful location are a plus. Unfortunately, the quality of the Kässpatzen doesn't match the price. The good idea of ​​adding mushrooms to the dish doesn't disguise the disappointing quality, which could actually be easily achieved without great culinary skills. When you notice with every single ingredient that you've opted for the cheaper option, it can't work. For the Kässpatzen, which I cobble together in my student kitchen in 15 minutes from leftover ingredients, you'd probably have to pay €25 here.

Das vorbestellte Menü war sehr gut. Allerdings wurden wir trotz Vorbestellung und erste Gäste nicht direkt bedient. Wir haben auf die Getränkeaufnahme ca. 15 min gewartet. Andere Gäste, die nach uns kamen wurden direkt bedient. Das war für mich als Gastgeber einer 17-köpfigen Gruppe recht unangenehm.

Service war freundlich und schnell. Essen haben wir in 15 Minuten bekommen! Die Aussicht war wunderschön und Essen sehr gut! Auch wenn ins die Preise erst etwas erschreckt haben, kann ich sagen, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!! Beste Grüße aus Bochum

We were received very unfriendly by the boss because instead of 16 people there were 13 and he didn't even have the decency to say goodbye to us. We won't be coming back.

Beautiful guesthouse, great location if you're looking for peace and quiet, clean rooms, and a friendly staff who answered all our questions with a smile. A hearty breakfast and a relaxing sauna made the holiday perfect. There are lovely destinations that are easily accessible on foot or by bike. We even extended our stay by one night because it was so lovely. We'll be back!

A charming place to eat specialties, out of the way from everything, and that's what's nice about it. It's typical of what you're looking for when you want to settle into a good German Gasthof. The surroundings are also very pretty for walks. The cakes were very good, bravo!

Un hotel con annesso ristorante davvero sorprendente: zona di pace, silenzio e tutti i toni del verde. Raffinatezza, cortesia e tradizione sia al ristorante che nell'albergo. Particolare attenzione alle norme igieniche che non sempre sono presenti negli alberghi. Colazione al top con prodotti freschissimi e di qualità, sia dolce che salata. Il menù della cena a la carta comprende carne, pesce e piatti vegetariani, tutti ben bilanciati e presentati, ma con un tocco di originalità. Davvero consigliatissimo e con qualità sopra la media, con prezzi tutto sommato contenuti (compreso nel pernottamento l ingresso alle cascate e al museo di Triberg, molto carino).

!Food poisoning! The entire family had dinner at the inn on Wednesday. We had several cheese spaetzle, rolled roast and venison goulash, as well as a Black Forest cherry. Everyone who tried the cake was spitting all night long! The next day was hell and ruined our vacation. It wasn't until Saturday that everyone was fit enough again to prepare for the descent. We are sure it was food poisoning and since only those who ate the cake were affected, that must be where it came from. 4 times food poisoning in an otherwise decent restaurant is an outrage. Hygiene should be checked urgently. If you eat here, just don't order dessert from the glass display case. Reply to the host: Thank you for your feedback. It's a shame that your immediate reaction will be like this. A properly run restaurant would have apologized and assured customers that they would check everything again for safety. The fact that she is directly confrontational here confirms to us that our accusation of poor hygiene is justified. The inn has always been good, I often brought people there for the Black Forest cherry cake and chocolate. Today, however, creamy paste without any flavor. Neither cherries nor cream could be tasted. Chocolate on the outside tasted like chocolate, everything else was bad. service was friendly and nice. Price ok. but unfortunately not the iconic, delicious Black Forest cherry like it used to be. I won't take anyone there...

Absolutely recommended inn. Went here just to eat as part of a hike. Quiet terrace (a few cars now and then). There is also a cozy dining room. Reservation recommended on weekends. Super dedicated and very friendly service. ❤️ Menu also suitable for vegetarians. Rich meals. Expanded draft beer range. Very good value for money. Unfortunately we can't say anything about the hotel/accommodation.

We felt very comfortable at the Gasthaus Staude. It's a cute little hotel in the middle of nowhere, far from any main road. The rooms are beautifully renovated and have a smart TV. The breakfast wasn't huge, but there was something for everyone. They also serve truly excellent scrambled eggs. The beds are comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is fast. All in all, a great hotel

The Gasthaus Staude in Triberg is an absolute recommendation! We felt comfortable here from the first minute. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a break from everyday life. The food is excellent - traditional Black Forest dishes, lovingly prepared and very tasty. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive without being intrusive. You can tell that people work here with heart and soul. The location of the inn is also ideal for hikers and nature lovers who want to enjoy the beauty of the Black Forest. All in all, a wonderful place to take a break and indulge in culinary delights. We'll definitely be back!

Very welcoming and TOP NOTCH STAFF! Service was excellent. Extremely friendly & helpful staff. They are very attentive. The food (breakfast & dinner) was very good. We wish they had a bigger selection but it was delicious. The rooms i gave 4 stars for 2 reasons…the 1st is, hotel is not accessible for handicap and mobility issues. Noone in a wheelchair can stay. Restroom in the rooms are nice but toilets are extremely low and in a tight corner. The bed was mostly comfortable but high in the center and i felt like i was leaning all night. The room has a small refrigerator and closet and balcony which was awesome. Sitting room is not comfortable. The room is in the top floor so no head room. Everything else was great with the room. (It is up 3 flights of stairs and no elevator.) Adding a small elevator would put this Gasthaus over the top for sure! The restaurant was great and staff were top notch.
