Mega!!! I've wanted to come here for a long time, today it worked. A feel-good atmosphere - plus great service. It was nice that there were non-alcoholic aperitifs = delicious, as were all the dishes. A look into the cake counter revealed another highlight. I have to go there again 😍 A big thank you to the service team.

We used to love going there, but now we wanted to go with visitors and, as always when we stop by, we had the dog with us. Unfortunately: Dogs banned!! even on the large terrace! even if you sit there alone! We have never experienced this in a restaurant! By the way, there's nothing about it on the HP page of the "Staude". One of us had to go without food because it was too hot in the car and we didn't want to tie the dog outside for an hour! Also that it even happens on Sundays from 2 p.m or order by 1:45 p.m., nothing warm left There is food and the cake isn't served before 2 p.m., which is a shame!

Good restaurant, delicious German cuisine, nice ambience. Big disadvantage: no dogs are allowed, not even in the beer garden. Unfortunately, we didn't know this beforehand.

Wir hatten uns extra auf der HP informiert, aber da stand nichts von " Hunde verboten"! Dies ist aberleider der Fall, selbt auf der Terrasse! Da wir dies bisher kaum in einem Restaurant erlebt haben, hatten wir den Hund dabei. Da es im Auto zu heiss war und wir ihn nicht über ne Stunde anbinden wollte,verzichtete Einer von unserer Familie auf das Essen auf der schönen, schattigen, auch nicht übervollen Terrasse! Schade, da sonst Essn un Kuchen wunderbar sind!

Not only in terms of the location, but also the facilities, the service and the warmth of the entire staff, this inn tops everything in this region. The rooms: new, beautiful and well equipped. The food: Imaginatively and deliciously prepared, very well seasoned and always cooked to perfection. If anyone wants pasta al dente, they've come to the wrong place. Because a real German chef reigns supreme here, who knows how to appreciate both meat and vegetarian dishes in all their facets. And finally the service: a warmth and friendliness at all levels that is not fake. From the chef to the numerous, hard-working staff and trainees from Bali. Conclusion: a feast for the senses, especially the palate and also the soul. Provided you are lucky enough to find a spot outside on the terrace - from there you have an unobstructed view of the field, forest and meadow. Our personal recommendation: try a rump steak, perhaps with tagliatelle or spaetzle and, as a dessert, definitely red groats with vanilla sauce!

Today we were in the Staude with our friends, a total of 6 people. Everyone ate something different, from salad to meat to fish. Everyone was full of praise for the great food. Special requests were even fulfilled. Very attentive staff, friendly, fast and flexible. We were even given a second table outside. We all went home really happy because we had a wonderful evening in the Staude. By the way, we go there often and always have the same positive experiences. If you have something to complain about here, you might want to check yourself to see what's wrong.

I used to enjoy being a guest here and often here and recommended the restaurant to others. This can no longer be done. It's really a disgrace how you are treated as a guest and this is very personally by the owner. We were definitely here for the last time, because something like that doesn't work. Three times we had pasta that was far too soft and wasn't eaten. We noted this and were told that they were supposedly perfect. I really ask myself how it is possible that you still smile cheekily in a guest's face. It's okay if you are convinced of your work, but trying to sell the guest for stupid is not an option. Lost 3 customers. Congratulations.

We have been here several times and have always been very satisfied! Unfortunately the main course today was nothing! The meat was good but the pasta was unfortunately too soft and lacked the certain kick that we were used to... that can happen with a full house, but unfortunately the chef has no ability to criticize and is more likely to accept a guest who honestly expresses his opinion A taste buddy who has no idea about pasta al dente! This has nothing to do with professional dealings with customers! The rest of the service staff were super polite and extremely accommodating, as always!! but unfortunately not the boss at all!!

Very friendly and polite staff! The welcome was professional and pleasant. The breakfast was very good and extensive. The Gasthaus is in a beautiful location in the middle of the meadows! You can go out the door and immediately start a walk. Also a beautiful area for a picnic. We will be back!

Laut Einheimischen historische Einkehrmöglichkeit in guter Lage. Sehr gute Küche und freundliches Personal. Lecker angemachter Salat, mehr als ausreichende Portionen, schmackhafte Fleischgerichte und auch ein paar vegetarische Speisen. Hunde sind leider nicht erwünscht.

Nice little country inn. Super quiet location in the forest. Large room, everything very clean and tidy. The breakfast is good, sufficient and attractively presented. Free choice of drinks, individually prepared eggs. Super delicious homemade cakes for coffee. You definitely have to make a reservation for dinner - even as a hotel guest - as the evening business is really booming. The food is good but also quite expensive. The innkeepers and all the house staff are super nice and helpful. The only point of criticism: the towels are changed daily even though they are hung up neatly. After we raised this with the hotel, nothing has changed. For the sake of the environment, you should work on it. Unfortunately the sauna was out of service. We can recommend the inn without reservation and would be happy to come back.

The food and drinks leave nothing to be desired, it is always very tasty. The portions are definitely sufficient and you can always find seasonal items on the menu. The service is always attentive and friendly, and there is always a pleasant atmosphere in the inn. The chef and employees are very friendly, the atmosphere is family (small hotel). Good breakfasts. Large and modern rooms, recently renovated. You need a car to access the hotel which is quite isolated. Walks nearby. Good value for money. To recommend.

Wir sind aufgrund zahlreicher Empfehlungen dort essen gewesen, aber geschmacklich hat es nicht gepasst und für die Qualität war es zu teuer.

Immer wieder schön. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Essen top!! Preis/Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Frühstück absolut ausreichend, mit Eierservice (alle Varianten) vom Seniorchef serviert.

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal in der Staude zum Mittagessen und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Die Preise passen, die Qualität der Speisen empfanden wir als sehr gut. Auf der Speisekarte gibt es eine kleine Auswahl an vegetarischen Speisen, und wer etwas veganes möchte, ruft einfach ein paar Tage vorher an und sagt Bescheid. Die Küche lässt sich dann etwas einfallen. Ich als Veganerin war beide Male positiv überrascht, was das Küchenteam leckeres für mich gezaubert hatte und wie nett mein Essen angerichtet war. Sehr nett ist übrigens das Personal, man wird auf das freundlichste bedient. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Restaurant typique de la région avec une ambiance rustique et conviviale. Le service est sympathique cependant assez maladroit dans son exécution. Concernant le repas, l'entrée était très goûteuse mais le plat principal un peu décevant. Ce dernier trop salé et baignant dans du jus de viande. Rapport qualité/prix correct.

Aktualisierung: Letzten Sonntag waren wir mit der Familie und den Großeltern zum Mittagessen dort. Es war wie gewohnt vorzüglich. Zum Kaffee später zu Hause wollten die hochbetagten und nicht mehr mobilen Großeltern zwei Stück Kuchen mitnehmen. Dies wurde ihnen verwehrt, da kein Kuchen zum Mitnehmen verkauft wird. Das hat uns sehr verwundert und geärgert! Alte Rezension: Wir gehen regelmäßig in das Gasthaus Staude, meistens zum Mittagessen. Jedes Mal sind wir begeistert von der Sauberkeit des Lokals, vom schönen Ambiente, vom erstklassigen Service und den außergewöhnlich leckeren Speisen. Unser absolutes Lieblingslokal. Vielen Dank dem ganzen Team für unvergessliche Genußmomente und schöne Stunden in Ihrem Lokal. Absolut empfehlenswert 🤩

Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut, hat seinen Preis, aber jeden Euro wert. Auch die Bedienung war sehr angenehm.

Wir waren hier zum Essen am Sonntag. Sehr aufmerksamer Service und sehr leckeres Essen. Am Wochenende empfiehlt sich eine Reservierung gerade für Drinnen.

Fahre immer wieder einmal zum Essen hin. Einfach nur gut. Ein angenehmer kurzurlaub.

Cosy, tucked away in the serene Black Forest. Excellent spread for breakfast which is included with accommodation. Family run with four young cheerful staff from Indonesia. Highly recommended 11 rooms only so book early !

Black Forrest about 10 minute drive from Triburg out in the country. This place is immaculately clean; rooms are comfortable with little balconies; food/drinks are great, and the service is the best I have ever had. If you are ever traveling to this part of Germany I would highly suggest treating yourself to this amazing Gasthaus.

Wir sind zum Sonntag auf unserem Ausflug zufällig vorbei gefahren und eingekehrt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Ambiente hervorragend. Wir haben vorzüglich zu Mittag gegessen. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut passend. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Ich kann das Essen im Restaurant und den super Service nur empfehlen. Die negativen Bewertungen hier stammen wohl ausnahmslos von frustrierten Hundebesitzern, deren Unmut ich nicht teilen kann. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Abgelegen vom Standort, aber die Fahrt dorthin lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Das gewählte Hericht Rehgulasch war ein Gedicht, die Anrichtung sehr ansprechen und der Geschmack exzellent. Freundliches Personal und unaufdringlich schneller Service.

Besonders zu erwähnen auch ein vermeintlich "einfaches" Gericht die absolut hervorragenden Kutteln mit Bratkartoffeln, Einzig die für den Wein aufgerufenen Preise finde ich etwas zu hoch .
