Do you eat everything fresh (no convenience - they also advertise Thuringian cuisine on the homepage) and you see ready-made croquettes and fries in the photos? And since when have schnitzels and co. Thuringian cuisine? Of the almost 60 dishes on the menu, only 1 is “Thuringian cuisine”. It is very questionable whether I can then advertise with “Thuringian cuisine”? What is also very nice is the mold on the walls in the guest room (next room towards the mountain). It was very nice to look at. Also the cobwebs in the children's play area and at the bowling alley. But what is not possible is a wood stove as heating in the middle of the entrance area. This is not secured! Small children could touch the window, which could result in serious burns. I see an urgent need to catch up here. Conclusion: If you would like to go there without a dog but with a child, you are welcome. Before doing so, you should check whether there is enough immunization and how quickly the emergency doctor will be there in the event of a burn. As for the food. It is questionable whether fried spaghetti as decoration is already a cultural asset. And if the dining room looks so run down, I don't want to know what the kitchen looks like.
