Delicious, high-quality Bavarian food, all homemade. We ordered takeout for several people to celebrate a birthday and received more than enough, all of excellent quality, at a very fair price. The interior is classic, Bavarian, and cozy, though the service seemed a bit overwhelmed. It was lunchtime, however, and the restaurant was quite busy. All in all, highly recommended!

The staff was extremely unfriendly. My whole family and I went there for dinner at 8:30, and from the very beginning, we were given strange looks and served in a very unfriendly manner. The waitress was unfriendly and at times disrespectful. She brought two of our six plates a good eight minutes early without putting cutlery on the table, and we only received it after asking for it. Furthermore, two of our orders were served incorrectly, and the Wiener Schnitzel wasn't very tender. It wasn't what you'd expect from a Bavarian inn. A real shame.

I've known this inn since I was a child, thanks to my father, Manfred Seehütter. The food has always been good. The staff and owners are friendly, always willing to listen. The style of the restaurant has always remained the same, becoming more modern with each generation. Whenever I'm in Ingolstadt, I always eat there. 100% recommended.

We ended up here while passing through. The welcome was good. We asked for a table and were immediately offered several options. We ordered two soups as starters. Both soups were delicious. They were truly homemade, and you could taste it. Spicy and aromatic. The price was €3.90 👍🏼 For the main course, my wife ordered roast pork with dumplings, and I ordered the cold farmer's platter. The roast pork with dumplings and red cabbage was fantastic, tender as butter, and the sauce was homemade. The portion was also very good. My farmer's platter was huge. 4 slices of cheese, 4 slices of boiled and 4 slices of raw ham, aspic, peppercorns, horseradish, mustard, bacon, gherkins, 3 slices of bread, and butter. The bread was also fantastic. However, considering the amount of sausage, there could have been 1-2 more slices. Everything was really, really good and highly recommended. We also learned that this inn has its own butcher shop. No wonder everything was so delicious 🤤 Then we shared dessert and, with a drink each, the bill came to €45!!! You can't really say that. 🔝 We didn't finish everything and were allowed to pack up the leftovers. They gave us aluminum foil and a thermal container. An absolute insider tip in our opinion. We haven't had such delicious and affordable food in a long time. We'll be back next year, thank you 😄👍🏼

I'm sorry, but I have to complain. If I order a regular schnitzel, I expect a regular schnitzel, not a children's schnitzel! And no, it wasn't a bit smaller, or the others pounded better and therefore bigger. It was only half the size of the others. Both servers passed it on to the other one to inspect. It wasn't clarified. It was simply ignored until the bill came. Can't they just bring another piece or reduce the bill? Bad, very bad service. I wonder what the point of asking is, I'm fine with everything!? What a shame! Furthermore, if you're asking whether you want fries or potato salad, you should also mention that a change will cost extra! And please be a bit more friendly! You work in the service department! This only goes out to the blonde lady; the other lady was very, very nice and friendly. All the best.

The nice thing is that they have an in-house butcher shop, where we highly recommend the liver sausage and the pepper bites... so folks... go there and enjoy a lovely evening. We visited the restaurant both on a Saturday evening in the beer garden and on a Sunday lunchtime inside, and were impressed every time. The staff was always extremely friendly and attentive, making you feel immediately welcome. Both the beer garden and the inn invite you to linger. The restaurant also impressed us with its culinary offerings: We tried the Schäuferl (pork shoulder), the roast pork, and the Sauerbraten (sauerbraten), all of which were excellently prepared and the portions were generous. An all-round successful visit, one we will certainly repeat soon!

Today, four people were at Mittl's from 6:30 p.m. The beer garden was unfortunately completely full due to a birthday. The very friendly waitress then pointed out that there was still space in the restaurant, which we gladly accepted. I can only say that it was completely worth it again. I've known the inn for 38 years, since my daughter's baptism. We've been there many times and are still thrilled, and will soon be celebrating my sister-in-law's milestone birthday there. We had a really nice conversation with the new manager. A very nice Bavarian inn, with hosts who live and breathe Bavarian culture. The food and drinks are excellent value for money. Eating lunch again. As always, a nice, personal Bavarian atmosphere, friendly service (including the host). But I feel like the food is getting less :( A Schäuferl used to be hard to completely conquer, that's why you order something like that) this time it was quite dry and not particularly much. Unfortunately also with ready-made sauce (that doesn't happen to me often in traditional restaurants anymore). Three hours later, the Schäuferlesser had to buy something to eat somewhere else. At least the spaetzle was homemade.

This week I celebrated my 70th birthday with 70 guests at Gasthaus Mittl and was more than thrilled with everything. All guests really enjoyed the food - the portions were huge - and the price/performance ratio and the quality of the food were more than adequate. It's worth it for everyone to go to Ringsee and see for yourself the good quality there. The service - throughout the evening - was also super fast and good. Wiggerl and his wife Conny, as well as his parents, are a great family of restaurateurs and original Bavarians from Ringsee - the "King Ludwig regulars' table" is also known across borders. The food was incredibly tasty and the on-site team was super hard-working and friendly. We visit the inn regularly, whether privately, for business or as part of a club. It's always worth a visit! You will always be warmly welcomed and pampered by the innkeepers, whether junior or senior, which is no longer a given these days!! You can also visit the inn with a larger group without hesitation; every effort is made to ensure that you can eat together without delay. If you want fresh and traditional cooking, then this is the place for you. We will continue to visit and recommend you. And always buy your fresh homemade white sausages in stock!!!
