Sehr gutes Bayerisches Lokal in Ingolstadt, sehr gutes und reichliches Essen, sehr nettes und freundliches Personal, kleiner schöner Biergarten, immer wieder gerne.***

Wir haben einen Männerabend dort verbracht, lecker gegessen und gut unterhalten und einfach eine wunderbare Zeit gehabt. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Cordon bleu!!! Das haben die meisten von uns gegessen und es hat uns alle mega überzeugt. Wenn wir mal wieder in Ingolstadt sind kommen wir gerne wieder hier vorbei...

Ich waren mit unserer Firma zur Jubiläumsfeier im Gasthaus Mittel. Sowohl das Essen als auch der Service war Top. Das Essen war qualitativ hochwertig und geschmacklich perfekt, das Personal aufmerksam und professionell. Auch preislich absolut fair. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Location für Firmenfeiern oder einfach nur ein gemütliches Essen.

Das Essen war hervorragend So gut habe ich in Ingolstadt und Umgebung schon lange nicht mehr gegessen Preis Leistung Top Super tolles Ambiente mit sehr netten Personal Die abwechselnden Thementage wie Schnitzeltag oder Kesselfleich usw... während der Woche ist sehr gut und auch kostengünstig. Nach mehrmaligem bestellen gleicher Essen über einen längeren Zeitraum ist die gleichbleibende Qualität beeindruckend. Für mich mein Lieblings Restaurant ❤️❤️❤️

Das Essen war bei der Abholung richtig heiß und sorgfältig in Wärmebehältern verpackt. Besonders die Chefin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. War heute hier beim Essen. Der Service war herausragend. Die Speisen aus der hauseigenen Metzgerei super lecker. Die Preise sehr angenehm. Werde sehr gerne regelmässig diesen familiären Betrieb besuchen. Einfach top

Klassisches bayerisches Gasthaus: laut, voll, urig. Hier gibt es ihn noch - den Stammtisch. Und hier gibt es noch bodenständige, ehrliche Küche: Schnitzel, Braten, Spätzle, Knödel, Soße - alles hausgemacht. Am Wochenende unbedingt vorab reservieren.

Sehr schöne bayrische Gaststätte. Wir hatten Schlachtplatte mit Kesselfleisch, Blut- und Leberwurst mit Kraut und Kartoffeln. Mega lecker oder sauguad, je nach Mundart. Und pappsatt waren wir auch.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort essen und waren rundherum zufrieden. Ist schon lange her, dass wir so gut gegessen haben. Preis/Leistung stimmt hier noch und auch die Bedienung war freundlich. Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr gute bayerische Küche, absolut akzeptable Preise und ein gemütliches Ambiente. Fahren immer wieder gerne hin. Auch der Biergarten ist sehr schön.

Ein Gasthaus der alten Art. Ein Relikt vergangener Zeit und doch sehr einladend. Spontan gesagt ein bayrische Wirtshaus mit gut bürgerlicher Küche. Wir waren schön öfters hier. Diese Rezession bezieht sich nur auf den 2.Weihnatsfeiertag 2025 Wir hatten reserviert am 2. Weihnachtsfeiertag. Das Essen war wie immer bester Qualität aber vom Geschmack dieses mal ein bischen fade. Kritik: Es war die reinste Massenabfertigung schlimmer ging nimmer. Es wurde jedes Plätzchen ausgenutzt um ja alle unter zu bringen. Die Kellner kamen kaum durch. Es war sehr, sehr laut und von gemütlichem Essen und Trinken womöglich noch ein Getränk nachbestellen waren wir weit entfernt Die Kellnerinnen konnten einem schon leid tun, die Gäste übrigens auch. Wir haben gegessen und waren nach 40 Minuten wieder draußen... ich verstehe, dass man Geld verdienen muss aber das war für mich kein schönes Weihnachtsessen. Wir waren 5 Personen.

Wir haben Essen zum Abholen für ca. 20 Personen bestellt und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Hirsch war besonders lecker und schön zart, die Schnitzel kamen heiß an und waren sehr gut gewürzt. Der Kontakt mit der Chefin am Telefon war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder – klare Empfehlung!

Als waschechter Bayer hab ich schon einiges an Wirtschaften erlebt, aber das hier beim Mittel schlägt's im positiven Sinne dem Fass den Boden aus! Ich hab tatsächlich noch nie so hervorragend gegessen wie hier! Ich liebe Schäufele und hier findet man Perfektion. Die Gans durfte ich probieren und auch die geht nicht besser, saftig super gewürzt und das Blaukraut dazu ist eine Wucht. Auch die Bedienungen und die Chefin sind superfreundlich. Ich komme gerne wieder, bitte weiter so!

Sehr enttäuschend. Wir kamen ca. 10 Minuten zu früh und wurden trotz –2 °C gebeten, draußen zu warten. Drinnen wirkte der starke Essensgeruch unangenehm. Die Sitzplätze waren extrem eng. Auf Getränke warteten wir 15 Minuten, die Bestellaufnahme dauerte 42 Minuten. Mein Putenschnitzel war sehr klein, geschmacklich fad und dick paniert. Die Pommes waren nicht richtig durchgegart und wirkten wie günstige Discounterware. Das Wiener Schnitzel für ein Kind war deutlich größer, was wir nicht nachvollziehen konnten. Insgesamt kleine Portionen bei hohem Preisniveau. Positiv: sauberes WC. Fazit: Wirkte unprofessionell und chaotisch, lange Wartezeiten. Für uns keine Empfehlung.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sehr leckeres Kesselfleisch – super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Die Portion war richtig groß und das Brot knusprig sowie frisch. Absolut empfehlenswert, ich kommen gerne wieder!

Delicious, high-quality Bavarian food, all homemade. We ordered takeout for several people to celebrate a birthday and received more than enough, all of excellent quality, at a very fair price. The interior is classic, Bavarian, and cozy, though the service seemed a bit overwhelmed. It was lunchtime, however, and the restaurant was quite busy. All in all, highly recommended!

The staff was extremely unfriendly. My whole family and I went there for dinner at 8:30, and from the very beginning, we were given strange looks and served in a very unfriendly manner. The waitress was unfriendly and at times disrespectful. She brought two of our six plates a good eight minutes early without putting cutlery on the table, and we only received it after asking for it. Furthermore, two of our orders were served incorrectly, and the Wiener Schnitzel wasn't very tender. It wasn't what you'd expect from a Bavarian inn. A real shame.

I've known this inn since I was a child, thanks to my father, Manfred Seehütter. The food has always been good. The staff and owners are friendly, always willing to listen. The style of the restaurant has always remained the same, becoming more modern with each generation. Whenever I'm in Ingolstadt, I always eat there. 100% recommended.

We ended up here while passing through. The welcome was good. We asked for a table and were immediately offered several options. We ordered two soups as starters. Both soups were delicious. They were truly homemade, and you could taste it. Spicy and aromatic. The price was €3.90 👍🏼 For the main course, my wife ordered roast pork with dumplings, and I ordered the cold farmer's platter. The roast pork with dumplings and red cabbage was fantastic, tender as butter, and the sauce was homemade. The portion was also very good. My farmer's platter was huge. 4 slices of cheese, 4 slices of boiled and 4 slices of raw ham, aspic, peppercorns, horseradish, mustard, bacon, gherkins, 3 slices of bread, and butter. The bread was also fantastic. However, considering the amount of sausage, there could have been 1-2 more slices. Everything was really, really good and highly recommended. We also learned that this inn has its own butcher shop. No wonder everything was so delicious 🤤 Then we shared dessert and, with a drink each, the bill came to €45!!! You can't really say that. 🔝 We didn't finish everything and were allowed to pack up the leftovers. They gave us aluminum foil and a thermal container. An absolute insider tip in our opinion. We haven't had such delicious and affordable food in a long time. We'll be back next year, thank you 😄👍🏼

I'm sorry, but I have to complain. If I order a regular schnitzel, I expect a regular schnitzel, not a children's schnitzel! And no, it wasn't a bit smaller, or the others pounded better and therefore bigger. It was only half the size of the others. Both servers passed it on to the other one to inspect. It wasn't clarified. It was simply ignored until the bill came. Can't they just bring another piece or reduce the bill? Bad, very bad service. I wonder what the point of asking is, I'm fine with everything!? What a shame! Furthermore, if you're asking whether you want fries or potato salad, you should also mention that a change will cost extra! And please be a bit more friendly! You work in the service department! This only goes out to the blonde lady; the other lady was very, very nice and friendly. All the best.

On the way back from Lake Garda, we stopped in Ingolstadt... always at this inn. Very good and delicious food, a knowledgeable and friendly staff, and a cook who is so very nice. The nice thing is that they have an in-house butcher shop, where we highly recommend the liver sausage and the pepper bites... so folks... go there and enjoy a lovely evening. The food is great, very tasty, plentiful, and attractively presented. The waitress seemed grumpy at first, and it wasn't possible to change my order? I don't really understand. I'll eat there again, though; everyone has bad days sometimes.

We had lunch at this typical Bavarian restaurant with three of us. The food was excellent, the staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere was quiet. We were really satisfied! The prices were also fair.

We visited the restaurant both on a Saturday evening in the beer garden and on a Sunday lunchtime inside, and were impressed every time. The staff was always extremely friendly and attentive, making you feel immediately welcome. Both the beer garden and the inn invite you to linger. The restaurant also impressed us with its culinary offerings: We tried the Schäuferl (pork shoulder), the roast pork, and the Sauerbraten (sauerbraten), all of which were excellently prepared and the portions were generous. An all-round successful visit, one we will certainly repeat soon!

Today, four people were at Mittl's from 6:30 p.m. The beer garden was unfortunately completely full due to a birthday. The very friendly waitress then pointed out that there was still space in the restaurant, which we gladly accepted. I can only say that it was completely worth it again. I've known the inn for 38 years, since my daughter's baptism. We've been there many times and are still thrilled, and will soon be celebrating my sister-in-law's milestone birthday there. We had a really nice conversation with the new manager. A very nice Bavarian inn, with hosts who live and breathe Bavarian culture. The food and drinks are excellent value for money. An absolute must for anyone who loves real Bavarian cuisine! The food was excellent - from the crispy Schäuferle to the tender onion roast, everything prepared perfectly. The service was warm and attentive, just as you would expect in a traditional pub. Plus a freshly tapped beer in a rustic atmosphere – it couldn’t be better! I'll definitely come back.

Eating lunch again. As always, a nice, personal Bavarian atmosphere, friendly service (including the host). But I feel like the food is getting less :( A Schäuferl used to be hard to completely conquer, that's why you order something like that) this time it was quite dry and not particularly much. Unfortunately also with ready-made sauce (that doesn't happen to me often in traditional restaurants anymore). Three hours later, the Schäuferlesser had to buy something to eat somewhere else. At least the spaetzle was homemade.
