Visited a Saturday evening in November. Walked in, no reservation, and seated at a table promptly. Menu offered English version of items. Waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Salad was amazing. Entree good and generous portion.

The old brewery and the old LIFA cinema around the beer garden were demolished, apartments are now being built around the beer garden. Wir waren gestern Abend bei 35 Grad im Biergarten gesessen. Ich kann die neagtiven Bewertungen hier gar nicht nachvollziehen. Sehr, sehr schneller und freundlicher Service, obwohl der Biergarten voll war. Kühle Getränke.. Auch das Essen war sehr lecker und kam sehr schnell. Wir hatten: Schlemmersalat, Schnitzel und Saure Leber bestellt. Es gibt überhaupt nichts auszusetzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Noch nie im Leben sind wir so schlecht bedient worden. Da fragt man sich echt, wie es diese Absteige geschafft hat, so lange zu überleben. Kronenbier ist das ekligste Bier 🍺 weit und breit. Da trinkt man lieber Cola. Und die Schnitzel waren so schlecht. Das kann jede Kneipe besser. Der Laden ist genau so schlecht, wie das Stadtbild von Offenburg. Nie wieder gehen wir dahin.

One of the waiters wasn't very friendly. Left a bad impression on our group. Very un-relaxed because we had stood up for a group photo. He probably thought we wanted to cheat the bill. The food was adequate. Fries were delicious, the large mixed salad was very simple. Selection of vegan dishes poor.

We were here for the first time in 2 years, and to be honest, a bit shocked. The beer garden is still beautiful and the staff is great. Despite the beer garden being full, everything arrived quickly. But honestly the food was simply bad. The schnitzel was as thin as the beer mat, the fries were ok. The portions are puny, previously the large portion also came with a decent portion of side dishes, now it's a plate meal, 2 schnitzels with side dishes, all on one plate. Aside from that, many people at the other tables didn't finish their food, which doesn't surprise me. The food used to be really good. Nowadays, unfortunately, it's just expensive and the quality is like in a canteen. It's a shame, I hope it gets a little better, we always enjoyed coming.

Wollte dort eigentlich mit einem Freund abends auf ein Bier hingehen, dann kam aber einiges dazwischen. Weil ich aber spät Abend s dann doch noch Lust auf ein Schnitzel hatte, bin ich kurzerhand alleine hin. Eigentlich war die Küche gerade dabei zu schließen, aber Abdul hat es mir doch noch ermöglicht, mein Schnitzel mit Pommes und Salat zu bekommen und der Abend war gerettet. Super lecker wars natürlich auch wie immer, aber an dem Abend hat's besonders gut geschmeckt. Danke!

An die Pächter des Gasthaus Brandeck Es sollte ein schöner Abend im Kreise neuer Kollegen in Ihrem so hochgelobten Gasthof werden - doch leider wurde es für mich eine erschütternde Erfahrung. Ihr Kellner nämlich, vermittelte mir beim Service ein äußerst geringschätziges Benehmen. Auch meine Kollegen am Tisch wunderten sich über das ungehörige Verhalten dieses Herrn und das sein Service mir gegenüber anders ausfiel als bei meinen Kollegen. Vielleicht war das Verhalten Ihres Angestellten meinem Äußeren geschuldet. Sei's drum - aber bedauerlicherweise musste sogar meine 8-Jährige Tochter Zeugin dieses Alltagsrassismus werden, den ich als Deutsche nicht mehr gewohnt war, aber heute, in ihrem "Gasthaus" erleben musste. Ich werde Ihr Haus nie mehr betreten!

Be careful, the restaurant was taken over by Turks so they changed everything about the quality and the service is just lousy and without any know-how or desire. TO AVOID IN ANY EMERGENCY. I knew this place several years ago and it was run by real professionals and Germans.

Unfortunately very bad service. There wasn't much going on and yet it took us about 15 minutes to get a menu and the drink order would be taken. We had to ask three times for a drinking bowl for our dog until a bucket of water was put in front of us. The food came incomplete (schnitzel with fries and salad), we had to point out that the salad hadn't come yet, even though other tables had already received their food in between. Fries were tasty, schnitzel dry, salad okay. We were not asked whether the food was tasty. Neither when clearing away nor when paying. Nobody said goodbye even though we went through three waitresses. It's a shame, it used to be really nice to eat here, but under these circumstances we won't be coming back.

Agréable Biergarten un peu à l'écart du centre d'offenbourg. Ce n'est pas de la grande gastronomie mais l'endroit n'est pas fait pour cela. Les plats correspondent aux standards de ce type de lieu. Bonnes bières pression. Service sympa mais uniquement dans la langue de Goethe.

Came here for a dinner on a business trip. Couldnt believe how utterly beautiful the dinner was. The pancake soup as a starter was delicious, the main (Cordon Bleu) was the best I ever had, and the huge salad plate was so tasty. The service was faultless, the owner (manager) made us feel at home, and went above and beyond to organise a taxi for us on a very busy night. Full five stars and can't wait to visit again. Thank you!

The AfD regulars' table takes place in the Brandeck inn. Unfortunately, this completely destroys the ambience. Anyone who gives quasi-Nazis space to develop is complicit.

Really nice atmosphere and food. I had the schnitzel which was very very delicious and also a Kronen beer which was equally nice. The whole Biergarten atmosphere as well as the food was very nice. We were lucky with the weather, so it was quite pleasant sitting in the Garten drinking beer and having delicious food. The starter salad was a nice touch and it had a delicious vinaigrette. The main course as well as the fries was super nice. Very nice experience. Can definitely recommend

Pork schnitzel Viennese style perfect, fries and salad very good. We didn't need gravy with it. Sour kidneys unfortunately over-seasoned with cloves and maybe also juniper(?), gravy doesn't belong on sour kidneys either, it's a shame about the good kidneys, hence only 4 stars. The vanilla ice cream with hot raspberries was a craft set, the raspberries were extra and a huge mess because there was no room for the raspberries in the ice cream bowl.

Ich bin fast jede Woche hier und bin überrascht von dem Preis zu der guten Qualität des Essens. Das Preis- /Leistungsverhältnis ist top und das Gasthaus macht auch visuell einen netten Eindruck. Da ich Schüler in Offenburg bin, sind meine meisten besuche in der Mittagspause. Leider muss man länger auf das Essen warten, weswegen es mir zeitlich manchmal nicht in den Unterricht reicht.

Ich war zu einer Weihnachtsfeier da und es hat uns gut gefallen im Sommer soll noch ein super Biergarten zur Verfügung stehen

Sehr gutes Essen und absolut nette Bedienung, obwohl es voll war. Wir waren erneut hier essen und waren wieder begeistert. Wir haben ein Schnitzel mit Champignonsoße und ein Rumpsteak mit Kräuterbutter und Röstzwiebeln gegessen. Beides wurde mit einem leckeren Beilagensalat serviert. Unser Kellner war auch super nett und aufmerksam. Weiter so. Wir kommen wieder! :-)

War schon oft dort, um ein Schnitzel mit Spätzle und Soße zu Essen. Sehr lecker. Vorallem der Preis mit Schülerrabatt (5,50€) ist mehr als gut. Die Servicemitarbeiterin, die mich öfters bediente, ist ziemlich unfreundlich... Deshalb ein Stern Abzug. Ansonsten ein nettes Gasthaus.

Waren gestern da,hatten ein Familientreffen. Eindeutige Meinung,wir hatten einen wunderschönen Abend. Die Stimmung war hervorragend,dazu beigetragen hat das gute Essen,die lockere Atmosphäre im Lokal und die super freundliche Bedienung. Wir kommen wieder.

Qualität der Speisen variiert stark. Einmal sehr gut beim nächsten mal eher durchwachsen. Schöne Gartenwirtschaft.

Bier war lecker und kalt im Steinkrug und wurde von freundlichem Personal zackig serviert. Essen war auch super und ließ auch nicht lange auf sich warten.
