I was here today (SA) with my 2 buddies at 4pm for late lunch/early dinner. We hadn't reserved a table, but were warmly welcomed and seated by the boss. The food was very, very tasty and more than plentiful. We will come again when the opportunity arises.

Super friendly service, good food, it's nice to sit inside and outside, everything works like clockwork. We'll be happy to come back - and now (October 2024) you can finally pay cashless with a card again, we've got the 5th star and we'll come back more often (I almost never have cash with me)!

I like to be outside in the beer garden in the summer and it's also good to sit inside in the cold season. The food is always good and in pleasant portions. I've never been disappointed with what I've been served. Overall, a solid and tasty meal.

We were here with almost 35 people. Eating together was not possible at all. The service already cleared away, then the last meal came (waiting for an hour and asking 4 times). Eating alone is exactly the thing if you are traveling as a group. The cordon bleu I ordered was completely missing vegetables, some were missing the side dishes or you only got the side dishes after the meat was cold... it was delicious. You have to say that, but something like that just doesn't work.

The käsespätzle had nothing to do with käsespätzle at all, friends of mine waited forever for their food and then there were side dishes missing that sometimes didn't come at all, like spaetzle and sauce

Some dishes can only be ordered with alternative solutions or are no longer in stock, sometimes served incompletely.

At the beginning of the year I went there for dinner with my mother. My mother (89) likes it there. I ordered Weißürste with pretzel. I got white sausages with a dry pretzel with the bark falling off (frozen goods?). 3 months later my mother really wanted to go there again. OK . What don't you do for mom? I ordered white sausages with pretzels. I got white sausages and dried-out BREAD. I complained immediately. . The service person's answer was: "Yes... that's just a scheduling error." And shrugged his shoulders and left. The other service staff were hanging around at the counter and loudly gossiping about the guests present, so loud that even my mother (89) noticed. Since then my mother didn't want to go there anymore

Unfortunately, some had to wait over half an hour for their first drink. After another 15 minutes the food was eaten. The staff seemed very uncoordinated. The food, however, was very good.

Unfortunately, service is NOT a priority here. Ordered drinks, then the wrong drinks came. It took 40 minutes for the right ones to arrive. Food wasn't included and we didn't want it anymore.

We ate very well here! We were lucky that Thursday was schnitzel day. That's why the portion of schnitzel was available at a very good price. Plus it tasted really good! Happy to come back!

Very nice beer garden, with delicious food. If anything, I would reconsider the vegetable side dish with the Cordon Blue. Brussels sprouts are a winter vegetable; zucchini or peppers would be more suitable here in summer. In any case, we will come back again.😊

Unfortunately, the wrong food came and, after asking for the third time, the last dish still hadn't arrived, even after waiting for over an hour. There was no request for another drink. The waitresses were friendly, but seemed overwhelmed even with eight tables occupied. Paying was also very difficult, not only is card payment not possible, but the staff also didn't want to come and collect the money. Last but not least, the cash register system went on strike.

Tuesday evening 8.30 p.m. Kitchen closed. From 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. the kitchen looks different.

**Disappointing and disgusting!** I recently ate at this restaurant and was beyond horrified. First, I found a hair in my sauce, which was bad enough. But then I discovered an insect in the bread that was visible through the peel. When I asked the shop owner about it, he immediately reacted very loudly and aggressively. Instead of apologizing or clarifying the issue, he loudly claimed that it was "something else." Through the shell we (the waitress and a few friends) were able to identify that it was an insect. The handling of complaints was completely unacceptable and the hygiene in this store appears to be completely lacking. I definitely won't visit this restaurant again and can't recommend it to anyone. It is an absolute disgrace that card payment is not possible these days!! (Even the kebab shop in my town has the option to pay by card).

The ambience is very nice, definitely an attractive location. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio leaves a lot to be desired. I was there for dinner three times in total. The first time everything was fine. The second time we ordered herring fillet with salad and boiled potatoes. However, it should be noted that the cream sauce in which it was marinated in the first portion was already sour, whereupon the waiter, upon request, served us a new portion, which was also unworthy of the price, as the condition of the cream sauce was poor improved. The third time we ordered sausage salad with fried potatoes as a side dish. My companion ordered cheese spaetzle with a green salad. Summary of the sausage salad and fried potatoes: Price around €20 for both. Unfortunately, the main component of the sausage salad consisted of mixed lettuce with various salad dressings and the sauce of the sausage salad was a mixture of mayonnaise and oil. The portion of fried potatoes was very poor, and the fried potatoes were hardly edible because they were already too brown and therefore fried for too long. Summary of the cheese spaetzle and the green salad: The cheese spaetzle were already dry and too brown, and also fried for too long. The green salad was disapproving because many of the lettuce leaves already had brown spots and were therefore inedible. Overall, the hope remains that on future visits the food on offer will match the price and ambience and be FRESHLY prepared. It borders on unreasonable for guests if the restaurant is part of a brewery, offers a beer garden and the food is comparable to a snack bar.

The food is great, the service is nice. Unfortunately no card payment possible. Tip for the operator: Paying with Bitcoin costs a fraction compared to paying by card/VISA etc. and the conversion into euros is possible immediately and automatically. Read into the topic and benefit. #studyBitcoin

We were there yesterday in the beer garden with a view of a construction fence and storage area. Service underground. The waiter arrived at some point and took the drink order, he immediately took the menu card with him even though we hadn't ordered yet... Salad plates with huge lettuce leaves, carelessly put together. Nothing to be found except green salad. Plates weren't cleared away. No one was interested in whether we wanted to drink something (at 32 degrees)... Payment by card not possible in the 21st century?! The answer was that payment should work again in August :-(

When we arrived, we were surprised to learn that card payments were not possible. So first we had the choice of going to the bank, getting cash, or going somewhere else. But we had reserved, so get money. Note to the brewery: since card payments are now unusual even in Germany, they could have pointed this out when making the reservation by telephone😉 Service, friendly and attentive. However, organizationally, something seems to be going wrong internally. One fries too many here, the wrong beer there, sauce afterwards... unfortunately we discovered by chance after we ordered that there was also rump steak and dishes outside the menu. The information either belongs on the menu or must be communicated at the table by the service. When we pointed this out: “it just takes work......” yeah. Service is work😉 Ambience in the beer garden was ok. Food was delicious, value for money was also good. What we couldn't understand was that with 4 schnitzels, two portions stood out. On one there were three schnitzels and on the other there were 2 small schnitzels which was about 50% of the 3 schnitzel portion. Actually, all schnitzels and portions should be roughly the same size. Oh, there was a ketchup bottle for several (or all?) tables. You can buy and store enough, right? The tarte flambée, schnitzel, fries and beer are great! 😋 In my review, there was actually a deduction for the home-made problems: organization, EC card payment and the ambience was made with more passion. We would like to come back, but we still see room for improvement! Maybe there's just a lack of staff...we're keeping our fingers crossed 👍

Celebrated a birthday there with about 20 people. When we arrived and got the menu it said “From April 1st, 2024 card payment is not possible” When we asked, they confirmed this and apologized for not informing us of this on the phone when we made the reservation. When we asked why this wasn't stated online, they couldn't give us a correct answer, but this was probably not planned... Food was delicious, service was nice and friendly.

There was nothing wrong with the food and service and the portions were quite large. Unfortunately the ambience isn't that great. Loveless decoration and in the beer garden behind us it looked as if bulky waste was being disposed of. What was most annoying was the male person who gave instructions to the employees with such a loud voice that we could hear every word or conversation. He probably had to make it clear that he had something to say here and that he was the boss. In any case, it wasn't comfortable. There won't be another visit. It's more comfortable somewhere else.

Food is good, traditional and plentiful at a reasonable price. The service is quite friendly, but I have the feeling that there is often a lack of overview or there is a fear of disturbing the guest, which means that you have to explicitly call the service when you place a repeat order. All in all, I can recommend the brewery. The beer garden is very nice!

We've already eaten at BrUwerk a few times, only today again and were very disappointed. Quality in terms of food and drinks. Portions are good but the taste is absolutely zero. We absolutely cannot recommend it!!! What was offered on the menu online was not available in the restaurant.

The food was OK, but nothing really special. The sausage salad is dressed with some kind of yogurt or cream sauce. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether they think that's good, in my opinion that's not possible. But what's more serious is that we received our food in parts. The fact that I first got the sausage salad and then the fried potatoes several minutes later is still tolerable, the sausage salad doesn't get cold. But we also had to wait a long time for the Brussels sprouts to go with the cordon bleu; the cordon bleu was already half eaten before it finally arrived. That can't be! And you can't tell who's on the staff and who isn't. We were standing at the entrance waiting to be seated when a person we thought was a guest walked in from outside. He then spoke to us and took care of it, but it was strange at first. And it's the same with the rest of the staff (some of whom seem quite unmotivated). No apron, no T-shirt, no name tag identifies them as staff, so you first have to see who you can talk to if you want something. All in all, the conclusion: you don't have to come here again. And on the subject of EC fees, which has already been mentioned here: This is not even legal and has been BANNED since 2018! In our case there was a notice that EC card payments were not possible at the moment.

Attention: EC FEE (2.50€) Delicious home-style food with generous portions. If you can't manage the large portions, you can buy bowls for a fee (€1 per bowl) and have to pour the food yourself at the table. Unfortunately, we were not informed about the EC fee; it was only discovered when we looked at the bill. The place resembles a brewery with large beer barrels. Tables were beautifully decorated for winter.

Ich habe heute Sauerbraten im Brauwerk gegessen. Die Sauce war eine "Wasserpampe" wie man am Bild unschwer erkennen kann. Nicht noch einmal! Am Fachpersonal wird hier deutlich gespart. Bedienung war eine Schülerin die mit 3 anderen Mädels gelangweilt am Tisch sitzt und auf dem Handy herum tippt.....

Das Essen war super, aber leider ließ der Service zu wünschen übrig. Ich glaube, dass dort alles Anfänger oder Aushilfskräfte beschäftigt waren. Wahrscheinlich muss man sich in der heutigen Zeit daran gewöhnen…

Gutes Bier. Am Essen und am Personal muss noch etwas gefeilt werden. Trotz allem ein gelungener Abend.

Wir waren mit einer kleinen Gruppe zu fünft zum Essen im Garten. Dies geht in der Sommersaison ausschliesslich mit Reservierung. Der Grund dieses Restaurant zu probieren, war der stylische Eindruck den wir beim Vorbeifahren immer mal wieder hatten. Zum Positiven - genügend Parkplätze, eigentlich schöner Biergarten. Nicht so toll. Der Service wurde von verschiedenen Personen durchgeführt. Es entstand der Eindruck, dass mit unerfahrenen Mitarbeitern gearbeitet wird. Das Essen war einfach Massenware - ok - aber auf keinen Fall besser. Preis/Leistung ist nicht gegeben. Da es in der Stadt genügend Alternativen gibt, wird das wohl erstmal unser letzter Besuch gewesen sein.

Wirklich leckeres Essen, die Kinder haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt, wir kommen sicher wieder.

Very nice location. Eating inside a german brewery it is an experience worth a try ! You literally see the beer going through the pipes while enjoying your Schnitzel. And the typical german food is really tasty.

Seit der neue Wirt drauf ist, ein top Brauhaus Restaurant! Sowohl Schnitzel,Haxe oder Steaks hervorragend 👍

Sehr voll und vor allem laut - selbst an einem Dienstag. Das Essen war lecker, die Getränke auch allerdings war die Servicekraft am Zapfhahn offensichtlich überfordert und hat gerade das Bier seltsam eingeschenkt (über mehrere Gläser mit Eiswürfeln). Es hat dann auch lange gedauert. Pommes mit Ketchup bestellt - Ketchup gab es dann aber keinen - das ist ein Problem, das man einfach hätte lösen könnte, aber offensichtlich nicht wollte. Die Bedienung selbst war nett und engagiert, konnte aber die Fehler in der Organisation nicht ausgleichen.

Leider haben wir eine total unfreundliche Bedingung erwischt, die leider null Freundlichkeit ausstrahlen konnte und zum Teil unfreundlich war. Essen war top, sehr lecker.

An heißen Tagen weht eine angenehme Brise durch den Biergarten. Man könnte glatt einziehen.

Ich hatte ein tolles essen ,die beiden würste waren hammer gewürzt und das Fleisch sehr zart. Auch beim zweiten mal waren die Schnitzel TOP.

Essen und Ambiente ist super...der Service gut aber wenn man bezahlen möchte wartet man gefühlt ewig...zu wenig Personal das abkassieren darf.

Ich war zum ersten Mal in der Gaststätte und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.. Der Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Speisen waren sehr lecker. Hier komm ich wieder.

Sehr gutes Essen. Ich hatte Haxensülze mit Vinaigrette, Salat und Bratkartoffeln und meine Ehefrau Spargel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden wieder kommen. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam.
