Wirklich leckeres Essen, aber zu teuer und leider keine besonders große Auswahl an vegetarischen Gerichten. Man sitzt draußen sehr schön und das Personal ist sehr nett.

Ich nehme gemischte Eindrücke von der Garage du Pont mit. Wir waren zu zweit an einem frühen Freitagabend dort. Es gab noch genug Platz auch ohne Reservierung. Die Atmosphäre ist eher in Richtung großer Raum, was den baulichen Gegebenheiten geschuldet sein mag, so ganz mochte ich das offene mit Tischen nah bei mir nicht. Die Bedienung kam schnell, um die Karten auszugeben, und dann auch recht schnell, um die Getränkebestellung aufzunehmen. Dabei auffällig war, dass sie nicht genau wusste, was auf der Karte steht. Auch der Wunsch nach Wein zum Essen wurde bei dieser Bestellung abgelehnt, man sollte ihn dann später bestellen. Merkwürdig. Die Essensauswahl ist gut und überschaubar, was für die Küche spricht, die sich nicht überlastet. Wir hatten zwei Vorspeisen, zwei Hauptgerichte und zwei Dessert sowie als Getränke zwei Aperitif, zwei Wein und eine Flasche Wasser. Reden wir also gleich über das Geld: wir haben 120 € bezahlt, das ist für die Qualität der Speisen völlig in Ordnung. Der Service blieb leider weiterhin zwischen unaufmerksam und uninteressiert, hier war insbesondere auffällig, dass auch weiterhin überhaupt keine Kenntnis der Karte bestand. Wir fühlten uns nicht so richtig willkommen und als Gäste wertgeschätzt. Die Speisen waren sehr gut, hier gibt es überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln. Insgesamt eine Empfehlung, doch beim Service ist Luft nach oben.

Die Garage du Pont besticht durch die urige Atmosphäre und das freundliches Personal. Die gemütliche Einrichtung und der einladende Außenbereich mit schattigen Tischen laden zum Verweilen ein. Das Essen ist köstlich, besonders empfehlenswert sind Donnerstags die Currywurst u. die Nachspeisen. Der Service ist zuvorkommend u. persönlich. Ein echter Geheimtipp für alle, die entspannt essen möchten!

Hier kann man gut essen gehen. Ein angenehmes Ambiente, guten Wein und leckere Speisen. Wir hatten die Currywurst (Donnerstag). Etwas klein aber lecker. Sehr gut waren die scharfen Zwiebeln. Wir kommen gern immer wieder. :

Labbrige, lauwarme Currywurst in Discountersauce, die mit Jalapenion und rohen Zwiebeln aufgemotzt war für €10,00, Chapeau! Pommes frites waren warm, dafür kross und nicht zu salzig. Flammkuchen €11,00 war fetttriefend vom Käse. Käse?! Auf Flammkuchen? Da erwarte ich etwas Crème Fraiche (oder Schmand), etwas Belag, fertig. Kaffee für €3,00 der halbe Becher, zwar happig aber im Geschmack ok. Servicelady war zauberhaft und witzig. Den angebotenen Drive-in Service sollte man nicht wörtlich nehmen, dafür steht weder Durchfahrt, noch Platz zum Wenden, noch Parkmöglichkeit zur Verfügung.

Restauration mit tollem Ambiente, leckerem Essen und aufmerksamem Service. Liegt zudem nahe Schloss Babelsberg, Glienicke Brücke und weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten der wunderschönen Stadt Potsdam mit viel Tradition und Geschichte

Sehr gute Küche, nach den ein Sterne Küchen in Potsdam, folgt die Garage du Pont.Das Niveau hält schon lange an.

Nettes Ambiente, gutes Essen, winziger, schlecht platzierter Tisch (an einem Durchgang - permanent kalte Zugluft durch Ein-/Ausgang - wir hatte extra reserviert, um nicht an einem "Resteplatz" geparkt zu werden), unpersönlich arrogante Bedienung, die nicht einmal Augenkontakt für nötig hielt. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Der Bärlauchflammkuchen war total lecker und Extrawünsche wurden super angenommen. Auch der Kellner war aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder! :)

Der Flammkuchen Elsass ist mit sehr breiten Speckstreifen und außerdem mit Käse. Ich empfehle daher denn Flammkuchen Elsass nicht.

Extrem lecker! Tolle Karte, immer saisonale raffinierte Gerichte! Und super aufmerksamer Kellner, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihm! 😍

Hier wollte ich schon immer mal anhalten. Heute, bei bestem Wetter konnte ich hier einkehren. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Lekker Kaltgetränk und was feines für den Gaumen. Tolles Ambiente. Biker sind willkommen. Das ist nicht überall so. Vielen Dank.

Man fühlte sich gestern mit den ersten Sonnenstrahlen wie im Urlaub 🍹🍸es liegt direkt an der Straße, aber das störte gar nicht. Freundliche Bedienung, leckere Cocktails und wohlfühl Atmosphäre. Wir kommen wieder?

Schön gelegenes Restaurant in der Berliner Vorstadt. Tolles Ambiente mit außergewöhnlich guter Küche. Besonders zu empfehlen sind die sommerlichen AfterWork Partys.

Richtig nette Kneipe mit super Essen Direkt an der Glienicker Brücke gelegen, ist dieses Lokal urig und gemütlich. Die Flammkuchen sind perfekt, der mit Ziegenkäse, Äpfeln und Walnuss ein Genuss. Ebenso die Salate oder die Jakobsmuscheln. Es gibt Donnerstags Currywurst. Besonders freundlich ist die Bedienung. Rundum empfehlenswert!

Leider hat die Qualität hier massiv nachgelassen. Wir waren früher gerne hier, aber die Küche hat sich spürbar verschlechtert. Die Bouillabaisse war eine absolute Enttäuschung: Anstatt feiner Fischnoten bestand sie gefühlt nur aus einer künstlichen Brühe mit Karotten und Sellerie – das hat mit dem Original wenig zu tun. Auch die Currywurst beim zweiten Besuch war schlichtweg eine Peinlichkeit für das Haus. Sehr schade, wir hatten das Restaurant deutlich besser in Erinnerung.

Eine alte Tankstelle bewahrt seine DNA, bietet aber leckeres, einfaches Essen und Getränke aller Art in stylish-automotivem Ambiente. Hierhin verirren sich gerne mal Oldtimer, Vespas und solche, die Benzin im Blut, Hunger und Durst haben . Das macht Spaß!

Wir kamen um lecker zu Speisen. Ambiente Top & einmalig! Der Service war gut, auch wenn zu Anfang nicht gleich die Bestellung aufgenommen war. Das Essen (vielleicht hatten wir zu hohe Erwartungen) war leider nur gut! Wenn du ein Steak bestellst und es überraschend einen Salat dazugekommen, freust du dich. Aber wenn der Salat viel besser war als das Fleisch, dann passt was nicht. Das gefühlt 75% auf der Karte nur Flamkuchen war, hatte uns auch überrascht. So musste man schon das Steak bestellen. Nicht das ich falsch verstanden werde, alles war gut, aber nicht für den Preis, der war nämlich sehr gut (wenn 1 von 2 Flamkuchen ist und du troztdem 100€ bezahlst)! Unsere Kritik soll bitte zum Nachdenken anregen, unsere Bewertung ist trotzdem positiv!

Wir waren gestern bei euch zum Essen. Currywurst Pommes und Flammkuchen mit Lachs. Soooo lecker! Sehr freundliches Personal, schönes Ambiente. Wie kommen gerne wieder. Ich habe diese Location ausgesucht, weil viele Filmszenen aus „Jerks“ hier gespielt haben.

Top Lage, nur ein paar Schritte von der Glienicker Brücke entfernt. Französische Küche mit top Gerichten, hochwertig zubereitet. Sehr aufmerksamer Service. Man kann auch draußen sitzen.

Sat outside in 24 degrees. Wonderful. Beautiful ambiance, best tarte flambée we've ever eaten, worth every cent. Non-alcoholic Hugo was surprisingly delicious. Service was polite and respectful, water was served at the table. Jesus would have loved it. We'll be back.

We love going to Garage Dupont and are frequent visitors. The food is delicious and the service is very friendly. There are nice seating areas inside and outside.

I went there with my family for dinner and drinks; both the food we ordered, as well as the lemonade and coffee, were delicious. The service was extremely friendly and open, and the prices were average. Highly recommended!

We visited here for the first time in April 2025, looking for a slightly different restaurant – and we found it. Cool ambiance, everything that fits with the history of this place. Seasonal dishes, currently all about wild garlic, beautifully presented. The wild garlic soup was a bit thin for my taste, but it wasn't labeled as a "cream soup," so it was all good. Lots of wines by the glass, which makes it easy to try different things. It's also nice to see that they offer a variety of German wines, courtesy of Günther Jauch (even though I'm no longer a fan of GJ since he started advertising for a foreign online pharmacy – the other way around would be like not drinking German wine anymore). And one request: If seltzer is the only water, please replace it; they offer regional and significantly better waters. The service was generally good, but could have been a bit more proactive in some places (no bread with the soup). Conclusion: We'd love to come back.

Delicious steak with vegetables and fries and a tasty salad, relaxed atmosphere, comfortable food and a pleasant stay not far from the Glienicke Bridge.

It looked appealing at first glance. However, half an hour before the kitchen closed (according to the website), we were rudely turned away by a waitress eating pasta at the counter, who told us they only had salad and tarte flambée left unless we had a reservation. It would have been less off-putting if a large group at the table hadn't been ordering all sorts of things from the menu at that exact moment. We probably won't be back...

Absolutely, perfect location +if you want to eat really tasty and affordable food in Potsdam. Attention: there is even parking for guests, wonderful.

We were extremely satisfied with our visit. The ambiance was outstanding and the food was of high quality. In addition, special offers are offered daily. The staff is dynamic, friendly, and attentive, which is why we can give it an unconditional recommendation. There are a few parking spaces available on-site, and the Glienicke Bridge is in the immediate vicinity.

What a lovely and original restaurant. We were invited to a private party and had a wonderful evening with delicious food, delicious wine and very friendly service. The ambience of these former gas stations from the 1950s gives the whole thing a nostalgic touch, which works brilliantly in combination with modern style. We will definitely stop by again on our next visit to Potsdam.

We ate there with seven people. The food was very tasty. Thursdays are currywurst day. Very good service, everyone very friendly. Is close to many Potsdam/Berlin attractions: Glienicke Bridge, Glienicke Castle and Hunting Lodge, Jungfernsee, Glienicke Park etc.

Local 200 meters from the Bridge of Spies, location of some films, and real place of exchange of secret agents between East and West during the Cold War. Very nice, apparently a former service station, the interior is nice and soft, the food is excellent, the waiters are discreet and kind.

The four of us had dinner in the garage today and we were all satisfied. The entrecote was ok and, along with the salad and some vegetables and fries, it was also sufficiently sized. We celebrated our wedding with 33 guests in the magical wine lounge, which is located on the upper floor. Here we also had a large terrace all to ourselves. A week before the event, the restaurant manager called Sammy again and went through all the details with me because she didn't want to leave anything to chance. The team lovingly prepared the room for us and set the table festively. Our spontaneous wish to decorate a little ourselves was also received with a lot of goodwill and made possible. Even on the day of the wedding, our every wish was met and made possible. We were spontaneously able to welcome two more guests - no problem for the garage team. We and our guests also messed up the schedule that had been set in advance because we were very hungry - no problem here either, as the food was served earlier. Everyone agreed: the food was great! Also definitely worth mentioning are the creative and extremely tasty cocktails from Chriss, the Garage bartender. He surprised us throughout the evening with cocktails like the Pralinchen, Martini Pornstar, Daiquiris and others! Our thanks for this super relaxed celebration go to the garage team, especially Jette, Max, Sammy and Chriss!

We came for the currywurst and were surprised by the “lavender praline”. Unexpected but great with many facets, we found one of the best drinks in the city in the Berlin suburb. Recommendation and thumbs up - as well as for the currywurst.

Mega delicious food and nice service! The food came quite quickly and the dessert was amazing 🤩. Only the parking situation is really difficult. There are far too few parking spaces and there is hardly any parking in the area. Otherwise we would love to come back! 😊

It was a lovely pit stop after a long and beautiful day. The staff was very welcoming despite a busy terrace. The food choices are very interesting, and I say that in the best possible way. The whole concept of the place is well curated and maintained.

We were spontaneously in the garage recently and had the pleasure of being seated close to the counter. This meant we had the pleasure of ordering our drinks directly from the bartender. The garage is highly recommended. Be it for eating or just drinking. The dishes on offer are outstanding, for example the tarte flambée. But you can also get delicious cocktails at the bar. The bartender obviously enjoys fulfilling it, even if you express a special cocktail request. The location is divided into two, events such as after-work parties take place at the back and the restaurant is at the front. Very rustic and comfortably furnished.

On Sunday I stopped by this restaurant with my partner to have something to eat and a few drinks. We ordered a great schnitzel and very good drinks. We were also served extremely politely and courteously. The bartender in the house recommended great drinks to our taste, which were convincing. After the evening we left the restaurant feeling full and feeling good and will definitely come back.

An absolute highlight in Potsdam! The Garage du Pont impresses with a unique atmosphere that immediately invites you to stay longer. The dishes are not only excellently presented, but also tasteful at the highest level. The team is incredibly friendly and attentive, you immediately feel welcome.
