You come up there and are served willingly. You have to reserve in advance. We wanted to rest and have a drink, but that was too much to ask. We then got a corner table and had a drink because my partner assured us that we would leave straight away. I don't think they need us The star is for the beautiful view

We came across this restaurant by chance as holidaymakers. We reserved upon request. The service was very, very friendly. The food was excellent and very tasty. Requests were addressed. Highly recommend the restaurant 👍.

The terrace offers a nice view and the service is okay. However, we were disappointed with the food. The meatloaf with gratinated, tasteless cheese was extremely salty, the homemade spaetzle was unsalted and the sauce was tasteless. Too bad.

We came across the restaurant by chance. And what can I say? We were completely satisfied. The food, I had a rump steak with salad, my sweetheart had herring with potatoes, was very, very good. The service was friendly, attentive but not intrusive. Exactly how you want it. I don't really want to talk about the ambience because the terrace is an absolute dream. In summary, we can say that we felt really comfortable (South German for excellent). If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come back.

Very good food and great service

I was there 2-3 times in 2022/2023 and was completely satisfied. Now in July 2024 I spontaneously stopped by to finally enjoy the terrace on a wonderful summer evening with one or two cool drinks. Although there were still empty tables, I was turned away by the waitress because she was too stressed about serving dinner to the other guests. At least I was offered to take a drink with me and sit on the bench in front of the restaurant.

The view was the best! We had the roast pork, meat was chewy and super thin slices! Without telling us beforehand, we only got 1 small dumpling and a small bowl of spaetzle as a replacement. The children would have liked to eat fries, but the restaurant doesn't sell them. When we wanted to pay, we were left sitting there and then went in to pay ourselves. Unfortunately I cannot give a recommendation for this restaurant.

Everything was great, the food is always delicious, no matter what you eat. Whether warm or cold, everything is perfect. The service is excellent. And the rooms are very nice, especially in winter when the fireplace is on. And my grandson loves the gluten-free spaetzle.

well-intentioned 3 stars the friendly service and the view - would have earned a full 4-5 rating! We came because of the reviews, so it was a bit disappointing in the end for us... we expected more from the food! the sun terrace is beautiful everything very clean... but the food was very INEXPENSIVE, large portions... but very bland and neutral for our taste... hence the 3 star rating The food has no recognizable features... The potato dumplings taste neutral - we know it differently in Bavaria! , the Viennese-style schnitzel with the fried potatoes (hardly any or no roasted flavors - even the bacon in it is neutral), the breading and the baking of the schnitzel is more canteen-like (sorry, I don't know how to describe it any other way), the spicy fillet in the pot... as I said The approach was very good but then it totally weakened... Everything we had was very good but somehow not fully seasoned and I'm not just talking about salt and pepper here... scores particularly well with the terrace and the view It's definitely worth it... Conclusion: Since we ate tasteless almost everywhere in the area - regarding the view and the service - you can still come back, you'll definitely be full... if you prefer simple and tasteless! A pity.....

We ate there twice during our short vacation because we were very happy with everything. The food was very tasty, the service was extremely friendly and welcoming and also took the time to exchange a few words with us! We were totally overwhelmed by the view of the mountains and Lake Constance. Really great atmosphere! Very well furnished with a lot of attention to detail! Outstanding cheese spaetzle with a great view of Lake Constance and beyond and also into the Allgäu Alps. In terms of price, you have to dig a little deeper into your pockets here, but you also get good quality from the table and hospitality is also very important here.

We went there for dinner four weeks ago with a large group. The employee was very nice and accommodating. The food offered is OK. Yesterday I wanted to visit the restaurant again with a friend at 5 p.m. for coffee and apple strudel. The boss herself came rushing towards us like a fury after my friend asked if there was a sunny spot somewhere. We are a restaurant, we are here to eat food and not coffee, and we don't have cake anyway. She repeated this three times in a cheeky and impudent tone. At most we could just sit at the front of the restaurant. The chef and another employee were already sitting there, talking at an unreasonable volume. The boss sat down next to the men and didn't look at us anymore. We then preferred to go to a very nice, cozy café.

Ich denke es ist das beste bayerische Gasthaus im Ort Scheidegg.

Wir waren mit 18 Personen unterwegs und haben die Wasserfälle in Scheidegg besucht. Da gefühlt 130% der Gruppe Hunger verspürten, suchten wir spontan unter Google nach einer Lokalität in nächster Nähe. Die Lokalität ist ein klein wenig versteckt, denn man fährt eine schmale auffahrt, die es in sich hat, hoch und wird mit einem herrlichen Panorama belohnt. Wir hatten Schmuddel-Wetter, dennoch hat man eine schöne Aussicht. Die Bedienung Susi war sehr nett, und das Essen war wirklich hervorragend. Es gibt wahrlich nicht viele Lokalitäten, welche ohne Salz- und Pfefferstreuer am Tisch auskommen. Hier wurde man überzeugt, denn das Essen war auf den Punkt gebracht. Man hat weder nach Salt oder Pfeffer verlangt, alles war harmonisch mit dem Gaumen abgestimmt und das ist ein Lob wehrt. Das kleine highlight war jedoch der Roboter Leni, welcher Susi assistierte. Sei es vollgepackt mit Essen oder mit dreckigem Geschirr, Leni half der Susi wo es nur ging und jeder Gast bestaunte dieses schicke Ding. Diese Lokalität werden wir öfter aufsuchen, das steht schon mal fest; nächste Woche zum Beispiel, da sind Ferien und das passt hervorragend zusammen. Wer nach einer gut bürgerlichen und deutschen Küche, inkl. rustikalem und modernem Ambiente, sucht, der ist hier mehr als gut aufgehoben. Wünsche euch einen guten Appetit.

Sehr toller Abend mit meinem Sohn und eine Bedingung die auf Zack war und gute Laune versprühte. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Das Highlight für meine Sohnemann war der Bedienungsroboter Leni.

Sind seit Jahren Gäste, super leckeres Essen. Sehr nettes Personal. Sensationeller Ausblick. Was wir sehr gut finden ist, das auf Regionalität sehr großen Wert gelegt wird. Eine Reservierung ist immer von Vorteil, das es immer gut besucht ist, hat natürlich auch seinen guten Grund.

Noch ein richtiger Gasthof. Rustikales und gemütliches Ambiente. Service freundlich und flott 👍🏽. Große Auswahl an saisonellen und landestypischen Gerichten. War lecker! Es empfiehlt sich Plätze zu reservieren - Lokal ist gut besucht.

Ein sehr schönes Panorama-Lokal, wir sind nicht enttäuscht worden. Auf der Sonnenterrasse hat man einen hervorragenden Blick auf die umgebende Bergwelt. Das Essen passte zum Ambiente und hat uns gut geschmeckt. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Sehr schöner Ausblick im Biergarten. Das essen war top und reichlich. Bedienung sehr freundlich und locker drauf. Sehr gerne wieder.

Restaurant mit wunderschönem Ausblick, egal auf welcher Seite. Dazu sehr leckeres Essen mit großen gut bürgerlichen Portionen. Sehr liebe und zuvorkommend Wirtsleute und auch die Bedingungen super drauf. Nur zu empfehlen und immer wieder gerne 🤗

Schöne Terrasse, der Ausblick traumhaft. Schnelle freundliche Bedienung, unsere Gerichte lecker, den heutigen Preisen entsprechend. Wir wollten gerne nochmal mit Bekannten dort essen, leider war kein Terrassenplatz frei. Im Innenraum etliche Tische frei, einige mit Reservierung. Man sagte uns, es sei alles reserviert. Von Freunden, die zufällig ca15 Minuten später dort waren, hörten wir, daß sie ohne Probleme einen Tisch ohne Anmeldung bekommen haben. Da fragt man sich warum? Auf jeden Fall denke ich, dass ich dort nicht als Gast willkommen bin.

Very good food with an incredibly beautiful view

Die Wirtschaft wirkt schon etwas älter aber die Aussicht ist wirklich sehr schön. Das Personel ist sehr freundlich! Wenn man vorab anruft ist Glutenfrei auch möglich. Der Bergbauernteller ist auch sehr köstlich und groß, + es gibt KEINEN Aufpreis für Glutenfrei!😊 Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Ich war hier drei mal hintereinander Essen und es war immer Super. Beim letzten Mal hat sich der Chef zum Feierabend noch zu uns gesetzt und wir haben uns über Gott und die Welt unterhalten. Wo findet man so was noch. Ich bin von diesem Restaurant begeistert und kann es nur empfehlen. Und wenn ich das nächste Mal wieder in der Nähe bin werde ich es bestimmt auch wieder besuchen. Sind zufällig auf dieses Restaurant gestoßen und spontan zum Mittagessen rein. Sehr schönes Restaurant mit wunderbarer Lage und Ausblick. Das Essen ist solide Kost. Deftig, reichlich und lecker. Preise sind auch ok. Speisen sind regional übliche Gerichte. Kein Schnickschnack. Ordentlich was auf die Gabel.

Mega lecker, so habe ich mir ein Schweinebraten mit einen riesen Kloss und Rotkohl vorgestellt.

Très bon accueil. Un service parfait. Du bon vin, de bons plats faits maison et bien servis. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. On nous trouvé une table très rapidement alors que nous n'avions pas réservé et cela avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Le personnel a tout fait pour s'adapter à notre allemand parfois laborieux. Bref, adresse à recommander et ne pas oublier

Meine Mama und ich haben gestern Abend das Abendessen im Fünfländerblick genießen dürfen. Der Fischteller war mega lecker 😋 Die Bedienung ist super nett, der Service top und die Aussicht gigantisch! Sehr empfehlenswert!
