Leckere Cocktails, schönes Lokal, lediglich die Bedienung hätte aufmerksamer sein können

Wir waren am Sonntag zu sechst dort zum Abendessen. Wir wollten draußen zusammensitzen und fragten, ob wir die Tische zusammenstellen könnten. Die Bedienung meinte jedoch: „Ich arbeite heute allein, Tische können nicht zusammengestellt werden.“ Das ist inakzeptabel. Warum ist sie sonntags um 13:30 Uhr allein, wenn die meisten Leute frei haben? Außerdem ist es unser Stammrestaurant. Leider mussten wir woanders hingehen. Unser Urlaub war ruiniert.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, gut für eine gechillte Mahlzeit oder auch entspannt als Bar mit Außensitzplätzen an der schönen Juliuspromenade in Würzburg. Innen auch sehr hübsch und barmäßig eingerichtet. Wenn man keinen großen Hunger hat, kann man sich auch einfach ein paar Tapas zu einem Drink gönnen. Sehr freundliche und hübsche Bedienung. Leckeres essen mit viel Auswahl auch für Leute, die glutenfreies, vegetarisches Essen wie ich brauchen. -> Auf Nachfrage haben sie auch eine sehr gut gemachte Allergiker-Karte, wo alle relevanten Inhaltsstoffe genau aufgeschlüsselt sind. Das lobe ich sehr und würde mir das in viel mehr Orten wünschen! Alles in Allem ein sehr gelungenes Restaurant mit Barflair in dem man entspannt einen Abend mit Freunden oder Familir verbringen kann. Sehr empfehlenswert! 😊😉👍👍

Gerade noch ganz knapp vier anstatt nur drei Punkte. Super Service, ohne Frage. Das Essen ist von guter Qualität, jedoch verdient auch dies kein sehr gut. Und nun der Hammer: Der Laden ist eigentlich zwischenzeitlich abgerockt. Besonders der Zustand der Terrasse verbreitet alles andere als Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Am besten jedoch: am Rand der Terrasse hängt ein Regendach, das so ausschaut, als würde hier einem jeden Moment der Himmel auf den Kopf fallen. Sechs (6) Schrauben wären zu lösen um diesen üblen Schandfleck zu beseitigen. Ein Hinweis darauf bringt lediglich eine Antwort a la "Ja, hab ich schon häufig gesagt, aber keine Angst, das ist sehr fest." Wenn die Küche in einem ähnlichen ungepflegten Zustand ist, na dann "Gute Nacht Mattes". Trotz allem: Gerade noch 4 Sterne, aber klar mit der Tendenz nach unten.

Personal Top, Cocktails schmecken Herrvorgend. Nun leider das Essen war nichts von Qualität. Pasta sehr trocken und Tapas sind einfach billiges Zeug.

Leider ausschließlich frittierte TK- und Fertigware. Selbst das Brot war günstiges (nicht sehr frisches) Aufbackbaguette. Service war okay, die Küche aber ein wenig langsam. Einige am Tisch hatten ihr Essen schon halb auf, als die anderen anfangen konnten.

Ausgezeichneter Ort, gute Lage und toller Service.

Tapas waren miserabel. Manche fertig, manche fast fertig gekauft.. abgesehen von der Qualität und dem somit viel zu hohen Preis (für normalen tapas wäre es ja annehmbar), hatten die vegetarische und Fisch Tapas platte mehr mit einem Hotelfrühstück zu tun als mit Tapas. 6 von den gesamt 10 Tapas (5 pro Platte) hatten die gleichen mayo also basis, 2 Sonnenblumenöl. Auf der Fisch Platte war neben verschieden in Teig ummantelten Garnelen als einziger richtiger Fisch Räucherlachs. Vegetarisch gab es mir frischkäse gefüllte pepperoni eins zu eins wie aus dem Supermarkt, fertig Tomatensauce (schmeckt wie die vom fertig pizza Teig) und ähnliche Leckereien die 20€ pro Platte auf ein Mal dreist erscheinen lassen. Würde nur wieder kommen um mir billig schlechten Alkohol rein zu kippen aber dann vorher woanders was essen.

Unfreundlich und respektlos. Schon beim Reinkommen wurden wir so unangenehm behandelt, dass uns sofort die Lust aufs Essen vergangen ist. So ein Service ist absolut inakzeptabel. Nie wieder.

Die nettesten Bedienungen die ich je hatte. Ich komme regelmäßig seit 2016 und finde alles Top 👌 Die Musik könnte etwas besser sein. Etwas moderner, etwas mehr PEPP.

Stammgast seit 2018. Super Bedienung, sehr höflich ,freundlich fragen auch öfter ob man was braucht und ob alles passt. Sehr hübsche gepflegte Mädels. Das einzige was ich ändern würde, ist die Musik man fühlt sich bisschen wie im Fahrstuhl.

Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht von meinem Besuch und kann den Service in keiner Weise weiterempfehlen. Schon zu Beginn mussten wir ungewöhnlich lange auf unser Essen warten, ohne dass es eine Erklärung oder Entschuldigung dafür gab. Als die Speisen dann endlich serviert wurden, waren sie leider nur noch lauwarm bis kalt, was den Genuss natürlich stark beeinträchtigt hat. Besonders negativ ist uns auch aufgefallen, dass unsere Teller selbst nach über einer Stunde nicht abgeräumt wurden. Der Tisch blieb die ganze Zeit voll stehen, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich unangenehm gemacht hat. Noch ärgerlicher war jedoch, dass wir mehrfach darum bitten mussten, bezahlen zu dürfen, aber lange Zeit einfach niemand reagiert hat. Man hatte das Gefühl, komplett ignoriert zu werden. Die junge Bedienung war zudem sehr unfreundlich und wirkte wenig interessiert daran, sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit, die man eigentlich erwarten würde, haben hier leider komplett gefehlt. Insgesamt war das ein sehr enttäuschender Besuch mit schlechtem Service und unzureichender Qualität beim Essen. So stellt man sich einen Restaurantbesuch definitiv nicht vor.

Die nette Bedienung die meint keine Cocktails machen zu können macht sie immer mit Abstand am besten :)

Wir waren gestern gegen 18 Uhr dort. Die Atmosphäre war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Leider muss ich sagen, dass mein bestelltes Steak (200 g, medium) für 27,90 € nach der ersten Reklamation (weil es durchgebraten war) zurück in die Küche gebracht wurde. Als es dann wieder an meinen Tisch kam, war es leider nur noch durchgebraten, da es zuvor einfach wieder auf den Grill gelegt und erneut serviert worden war. Die Bedienung fragte erneut nach, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Ich sagte ihr: „So etwas ist niemals medium.“ Daraufhin holte ich die Chefin persönlich. Sie kümmerte sich darum, entschuldigte sich aber, dass ich ein neues Steak bekäme, da es in der Küche ohnehin schon den ganzen Tag über schwierig sei, weil ständig etwas vergessen werde. Kurzum, mein Steak wurde neu zubereitet, kam aber aus Mitleid ein drittes Mal. Ich bin mir aufgrund meiner Erfahrung (ich koche selbst) auch fast sicher, dass es keine 200 g wog. Die Tomatensuppe und die Ofenkartoffeln waren ebenfalls eher mittelmäßig. Als Entschädigung gab es leider nur einen Fantasy-Cocktail (5,90 €) gratis. Leider kein weiterer Besuch!

Der Service, trotz das nur eine Dame da war, war fix. Sie hatte alles im Blick und hatte sogar die Zeit empfehlungen auszusprechen. Das Essen, wir hatten Tapas, sind zwar gefühlt eingedeutscht, aber mega lecker. Eine riesige Auswahl und hungrig geht man hier definitiv nicht weg. Die Cocktails sind ebenfalls spitze und nur zu empfehlen

Pres-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Essen war lecker und Service sehr gut. Immer wieder gern, wenn wir nicht so weit wohnen würden.

Waren zum Abendessen da und wollten nur Tapas essen. 5 bis 6 Tapas pro Person, wenn man Hunger hat und keine weiteren Vorspeisen bestellt, sind schon zu empfehlen. Was soll ich sagen die vegetarische Tapas waren im einiges besser und geschmackvoller als die mit Fleisch. Die Chorizo in Soße muss man mögen.. oder auch nicht. Hier scheiden sich die Geister. Was sonst noch… Service OK, freundlich und nicht aufdringlich. Das Ambiente ist zwar nett gemacht, hat uns aber nicht abgeholt.

Ich komme immer da hin um Enes zu sehen, und natürlich das leckere Essen auszuprobieren

Wir waren am Samstag im Restaurant und haben den Service ganz anders erlebt, als es in einigen Rezensionen beschrieben wird. Unsere Bedienung war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Sie hat sich mehrfach erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist, und wir haben uns wirklich gut betreut gefühlt. Auch die angebliche Lautstärke an der Theke können wir überhaupt nicht bestätigen. Während unseres Aufenthalts war die Atmosphäre angenehm und der Umgangston völlig normal und respektvoll. Gerade deshalb hat uns die Kritik in anderen Bewertungen überrascht. Unsere Erfahrung war durchweg positiv – sowohl beim Service als auch beim gesamten Aufenthalt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und freuen uns auch schon auf’s nächste Mal.

Ich war mit einer Freundin am Samstag im Fuego und wir hatten einen super Abend. Gutes Essen, nettes Ambiente und eine super nette Bedienung. Umso mehr bin ich heute aus allen Wolken gefallen, als meine Freundin erzählt hat, dass es negative Bewertungen gab über die Bedienung. Voll frech! Wir saßen zwar zwei Tische weiter, aber wir haben mitbekommen, dass die Servicekraft voll bemüht war und lediglich (sehr nett und bemüht) bei einer Tenniegruppe nach dem Ausweiss gefragt hat. Aber nochmal! Voll nett und bemüht. Ich bin sprachlos, was es für Leite gibt!!!

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant, ein einzigartiger und stilvoller Ort, und eine dort arbeitende junge Frau, die so schön ist wie eine Prinzessin.

Tolle Atmosphäre, ich habe jeden Moment genossen. Es wurde auch Afro-Musik gespielt, was in Deutschland nicht so üblich ist. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

War heute mit meiner Frau dort beim Mittagessen. Preis Leistung völlig in Ordnung. Der einzigste Punkt, die Bedienung sehr aufdringlich egal ob Getränke oder Essensauswahl. Positiv hat mich überrascht, dass die Besitzer es endlich mal geschafft haben, neue Speisekarten zu bedrucken, da sah es letzten Monat noch anders aus. Also wer gut Essen möchte für gutes Geld, dem empfehle ich tatsächlich dieses Restaurant.

Wir waren zu zweit für einen gemütlichen Abend zum Essen da. Leider hat das mit spanischen Essen nichts zu tun. Wir hatten eine kalte und eine warme Platte. Die uns zusammen gestellt wurde. Schinken war so dick geschnitten das man es fast nicht kauen konnte. Die gefüllten Peperoni waren so hart ungenießbar. Dann hatten wir, ich glaube es war Salami in einer Soße ohne Geschmack. Aubergine mit Käse überbacken ohne Geschmack. Ich kann leider keine von den 10 Tapas empfehlen. Das Aioli sehr süß, mit komischen Beigeschmack. Konnte man nur stehen lassen. Leider totaler Reinfall. Da gibt es in der Ecke wesentlich bessere Spanische Restaurants

Ein authentisches Lokal! Keine Restaurantkette, sondern wirklich mit persönlichem Charme! Die Speisekarte ist vielseitig, hier findet jeder etwas nach seinem Geschmack. Besonders die Tapas-Auswahl ist super. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und gemütlich, besonders die beheizte Terrasse ist in den kälteren Monaten ein echtes Highlight.

Wir waren am Abend im Fuego, nachdem ein Freund unbedingt dorthin wollte. Ich hatte schon von früheren Besuchen ein schlechtes Gefühl – und leider hat sich daran nichts geändert. Ich wollte einen Wein trinken. Der war so „lecker“, dass ich danach keinen weiteren mehr wollte. Auch die Tapas konnten nicht überzeugen. Der Service? Nun ja … welchen Service? Leider war keiner wirklich vorhanden. Dabei könnte man aus dem Laden bestimmt viel machen, wenn man sich etwas Mühe geben würde. Freundlichkeit, Service und etwas mehr Qualität – das wäre zwar nicht zu viel verlangt, würde das Ganze aber deutlich aufwerten. Ach ja und es sinkte nach Kanal, da irgendwo etwas gesäubert wurde. Geht nicht. Macht man nach Ladenschluss.

Wir waren gestern mit unserer Frauenrunde hier und wurden sehr freundlich und lieb bedient. Das Essen war schnell da und ist absolut zu empfehlen. Wir würden wieder kommen

Very nice tapas bar. Friendly and competent service. The food is delicious.

I've been here several times and never had any problems. The service and atmosphere were also good. But this time, for the first time, I ordered a Caesar salad with turkey strips, and the meat wasn't cooked through! Unfortunately, the only alternatives they could offer were new turkey strips to take away (or a free new drink), and there was no discount or refund.

The menus are dirty, old, and broken. A restaurant can have this as an open presentation for guests.

The seafood in the paella was overcooked and therefore a bit dry. The second person ordered squid tubes. They took a little longer, but the waitress informed us and said we'd get a free dessert or coffee. Then the squid took a while, and a free salad arrived from the kitchen. The squid was delicious. We were then given a free coffee and two cocktails as an apology for the wait. Great service.

The tapas were good, but unfortunately, some of them were a bit cold. We mentioned this, and the service was great...👍We'd love to come back.

The waitress only received a tip for taking the checkout at closing time (a young, dark-haired girl) and unfortunately seemed uncustomer-friendly, to put it mildly. This will be my last visit to this restaurant.

Preferably zero everywhere ⭐️ Three of us ate nachos with dips and Caesar salad with remoulade that evening. We all struggled with nausea during the night. Food poisoning... Hygiene seems to be a non-starter here! Service was very friendly, but understandably overwhelmed. Being alone on a Sunday evening made perfect sense during Kiliani's busy schedule. You should cut corners elsewhere, but not in your restaurant! DEFINITELY NEVER AGAIN

The staff were very friendly. There were six of us there with our dog, and we had no problems at all. The food and service were really good. We personally found the music a bit too loud in places and the main street was a bit too busy, but of course, there's nothing we can do about that :) We would definitely come back and recommend it!

I've loved Fuego for 20 years... Friendly staff and a great, successful mix of food and drinks

Such a great shop! Cool, yet cozy atmosphere. Reasonable prices for good food and drinks. Xenia's prompt, competent, and friendly service is particularly noteworthy. We're missing a shop like this in Berlin, sigh.

The main course was OK, except for the salad which came out of a bag. I wouldn't want to be served that at home, and certainly not in a restaurant. Overall, I was more than disappointed. The empty plates weren't cleared away, no one asked if anything else could be brought, and I never saw the tomato soup I had ordered an hour earlier. I complained once, and the waitress said it would take a while because there were a lot of orders. She couldn't say how long - we were the only ones in the dining room, a few tables outside were already occupied, but it was far from full. When I asked for the bill and said I didn't need the soup anymore because I wanted to leave, the waitress started arguing with me, saying that they couldn't cancel the soup anymore, and that if I didn't pay for it now, she would have to pay for it out of her own pocket, and after all, it wasn't her fault. After I made it clear to her that I certainly wasn't paying for anything I didn't receive and that she would have to sort it out with the kitchen staff, I still had to go back to her and pay at the cash register. She didn't come back to our table, where there were other guests who hadn't received their food yet either, even though they had ordered it before our soup. I won't go there again and can't recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely no longer recommended; they don't cater to customer requests. There were three of us there for breakfast and we ordered cheese instead of salami. We still got salami... Cheese in scrambled eggs doesn't seem to be an option either, even for an extra charge. Unfriendly staff, who, even if it was their own fault, only offer "compensation" after paying... It used to be really cheap and still good. Today, unfortunately, it's just overpriced for the service, and the service isn't great.

A very cozy atmosphere invites you to linger. The menu is very diverse and appealing. The food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Very nice restaurant/bar. On cooler evenings, you can sit on the terrace and enjoy cocktails with friends, as they have heaters and "fire towers." Prices are reasonable. The food is delicious. For me, it's more of a place to chat with friends, drink coffee, or have cocktails. The Mai Tai here is highly recommended. If you want to get tipsy quickly, this is the place to go. They also offer cocktails to go, one of my favorites. So you can also sit by the Main River. The wait times for food and cocktails are a bit long when it's busy.

The cup was dirty, I asked for a new one, and 10 minutes later I was given the same cup with it roughly wiped over it.

Pretty bad service and high prices

We had ordered tapas. The food had little to do with Spanish tapas. The sauces were from a jar, as was the aioli, the shrimp were tough, the mushrooms were too thickly breaded, and nothing was homemade, which was a shame. Unfortunately, the best part of the meal was the baguette.

Great cocktails at great prices. Cozy atmosphere and good food. We'll be back.

The food wasn't bad, but it was neither special nor sufficient for the horrendous prices. The portions didn't really fill anyone up and the food lacked spices. The service, although quick, was quite unfriendly and not very welcoming or hospitable. Overall, it's not really recommended and there are much better restaurants in Würzburg

Seriously: If you want a good breakfast, come here. Great ambience, great service and everything is right on the plate. And happy hour prices until 12, which are really good. Breakfast is served until 5 p.m. We'll try the other food soon. Whenever we are in Würzburg, we will always like to go here. Only recommended. Thanks! Lg

We were there on New Year's Eve and had reserved a table. It was free on time and we were served straight away. The staff was friendly, the food was very good and the atmosphere was good too. Unfortunately we were not asked a second time if we would like something to drink. It wasn't even possible because the waitress assigned to us didn't come to us anymore. We then proactively approached another operator and the problem was solved. Otherwise I only have to complain about the Cuba Libre, which tasted too strongly of Havana. It was a spontaneous decision to go to the restaurant. Haven't regretted it. Drinks and food arrived quickly. Portions were decent as was the taste. It was a good idea and I would definitely visit the restaurant again.

So the cappuccino cannot be drunk by normal people

Feuerschnitzel was tasty. The sauce on the schnitzel made a huge difference. So, I recommend Feuerschnitzel than Weiner Art Schnitzel. It would have tasted even better with a squeeze of lemon and I wish it was added along with the take-out package. But still, quite happy with both the schnitzels and french fries!

We were here for breakfast. We liked everything very much. The young woman named Ivanna was very friendly and brought our order very quickly. The prices are fair and the food was very tasty🤤

Since you don't go out for Mexican food every day, we chose this restaurant. We ordered the tapas as a daily platter so that everyone could try them all. For “dessert” there were toquitos, which is like naccos. All very tasty. Plus very tasty cocktails. And everything is not too expensive. Highly recommended.

You can eat really well in Würzburg. This restaurant is definitely not one of them. The service was completely overwhelmed and the food was expensive and unseasoned. The enchiladas are served with frozen vegetables, some of which are not even cooked properly.

We are brought in to sit at a table for 15 minutes without being served while EIGHT of the waiters stand behind the counter and chat. left after 15 minutes. not recommended

Store not recommended. Service is not great. It takes a long time until you can order and until the drinks arrive. Location is very questionable and has a main station flare.

So I have a bad review for you here. I'm sorry. But that was too much of a good thing. We came on November 29th, 2024 as a larger group (30 people). Of course, we ordered in advance and even communicated our food wishes in advance - about 14 days. That worked. BUT - Two tapas dishes were "out" and the "production" of the dishes only started 1 hour after we arrived. We really felt like we waited forever. Specifically, we had to wait 90 to 110 minutes. Sorry, that was bad service. The ladies in the restaurant do a great job. Thanks for that. However, there appear to be organizational deficits behind the scenes. Plus loud, stupid canned music. That only gives 2 stars for service and ambience. The food was good. You can say that. 4 stars for that. Overall 3

A beautiful restaurant, although it was very crowded in the evening, we got a wonderful place with a couch. Our drinks came quite quickly, were very tasty and, by today's standards, very inexpensive. Our meal took a while, but we expected that. When it arrived we were able to eat more than enough of the portions. The waitress was also extremely friendly to us and asked us at very regular intervals whether we were satisfied. Unfortunately, our lovely evening was disrupted by a blonde, fat woman when she came into the restaurant and screamed like hell at one of the waiters that she couldn't be serious, apparently she wasn't happy with the seat assigned to her. Luckily, a blonde-haired lady arrived and accompanied her out again in a friendly and quick manner. People like that should really stay at home. Once again a lot of respect to the whole team, you are great and you can tell what a warm team you are, we would love to come back.

Our second time at Fuego. Thought we'd give it another try. We won't be back. Service was friendly but our drinks took forever. Ordered a few different tapas dishes and they were just so-so. Nothing terribly wrong, just not an experience we would repeat again.

The place is top quality and I love the terrace. It is one of my mandatory stops every week when I go to Wüzburg. The staff is very friendly and very professional, the food is very good and the prices are in line with the quality of the place, both for the quality of the food and for the human value. On the other hand, I love that the names of the dishes are in Spanish because it is my native language and it is nice to see something in your language when you live far from home. 100% recommended

Went there for breakfast on my birthday! At breakfast for 2 people you only get 1 roll per person! (and 2 packs of small packaged pumpernickel) Unfortunately, the ratio to the sausage, cheese and spread that comes with it doesn't fit at all! If you order more rolls, you can pay really well at 1.50 euros per piece! Disappointing that you actually save on bread with a breakfast for 36 euros!!! For a single breakfast, 2 rolls are served, for a double breakfast, only 1 for each person! I'm really very disappointed! I think it shouldn't fail because of a bun at that price! Too bad

The food was okay, but tasted like it came from the freezer, nothing special. The salad, on the other hand, was good. The service was friendly, but the atmosphere was unfortunately too dark.

We only drank coffee - but the breakfast plates looked great! 👍😋
