Update: still slow and overwhelmed. 5.20 euros for a fries without anything with a 15+ min wait. Old comment: much hyped, but not much more than simple fries in every stall.

The food is ok. But.......service has to be informed twice that something was forgotten (water, mayo). In addition, if an XL portion is ordered, no children's portion may arrive. The photo shows everything. With the queue at the checkout, complaining about it was pointless. Well, not a recommendation. There is no love for food here.

5***** De Luxe and so clean that there is no better. The service was excellent and we were helped straight away because we only had cash and didn't know how to use the terminal. Nice atmosphere in the shop, but unfortunately the food isn't worth the money by any stretch of the imagination. Unfortunately, the fries are really bland and hardly salted, this vegan stuff to top it with is hardly edible even for vegans. The pulled pork is disgusting, I had to put it away from the fries...Sorry, but I can't give it more points for that.

As always very tasty, but this time I got the wrong drink, the garlic fries were normal fries and the mayo was completely missing. But you didn't get the feeling that the staff enjoyed working there (except the young lady).

“Normal” fries and currywurst were great. Unfortunately the sweet potato turned out soggy with the sauce. We didn't like the ketchup and mayo. I think the prices are excessive, you can get “real food” elsewhere for that money. Visiting the toilet turns into an adventure. Conclusion: once and not again

Drinks were warm, french fries were okayish, sauce was not that good. It is a self service place. Funny thing, the machine you use to order asks if you want to leave a tip after you put in your order... Amazing.

We had to wait 20 minutes standing to be able to pick up the food. You could see how bad the mood was among the staff behind the counter. The work processes seem chaotic. The food wasn't good. Only the 5 tiny falafel balls were delicious and crispy. It was difficult for us to eat for hours in the stomach.

Update: Sweet potato fries are available again and, as always, they are soooo delicious! There are no more sweet potato fries?? Why 😭😭😭 They were always so delicious!! Please return to the range

We ordered food and only half of it was delivered. You called and asked for a solution and were told to contact the supplier, we called the supplier and they said that the issue had to be clarified by the frit factory. It is moved from right to left and is the end of the song. We haven't received any food yet and haven't gotten the money back!!!!! On the second call in Frittenwerk was told that they couldn't help! This is absolutely unacceptable!! And what about the churros? They were old, had been reheated and were soaked in fat - the whole packaging was messed up! THANKS FOR THE CRAPY LUNCH

I ordered tijuana fries and found out the sour cream was vegan - in the past it was regular sour cream but i hadnt been there in a year or so. I think both options should be available for purchase - I’m not vegan and probably allergic to the vegan option because i felt really nauseous for a while after and threw my food up hours later.

I've been going there for ages. There is a wide selection and there should be something for every taste. 😊 Currywurst special + organic apple spritzer cost around €12. The chicken and sauce on top of my fries were cold, which in turn made my fries soggy and cold as well. But the Crispy chicken was nice, and I saw some cute ducks. Would still not recommend.

My visit to the Frittenwerk was entirely positive and exceeded my expectations. The ambience is inviting and the food was excellent - a real treat for the taste buds. I would particularly like to highlight the service, especially a young, Turkish-looking employee with curly hair. His friendly and positive behavior at the counter made my stay particularly pleasant. Such customer service is commendable and contributes significantly to the feel-good atmosphere. I will definitely be returning and can only recommend Frittenwerk to anyone who values ​​good cuisine and first-class service.

Fast process and good setup. The quality and taste was “typical Frittenwerk”. You know what you're getting and you'll definitely get enough for a relatively normal price in the middle of the city.

Fries were half cold, currywurst lukewarm, sauce pungently hot and sweet, not recommended. Use of the toilet only with a door code on the receipt, how should you wash your hands before eating?

The Frittenwerk on Schadowstrasse is very centrally located and has a large selection of different chip dishes. The service was very friendly and the food was ready quickly. The price-performance ratio is also okay. The fries were very tasty and there is definitely something for everyone. The interior is very nicely decorated and has a nice atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit.

This is a very nice shop, my very first time here and it's a 10/10. The music is good and the workers are very nice, the design inside is also very nice. The food is fantastic especially the garlic fries with chicken shawarma and Tijuana street fries are also great.

Wir waren zu 4t dort. Mein Mann, die Kinder (3 und 6) und ich. Wir hatten 2x die TIJUANA STREET FRIES für je 8,70 €, 2x normale Hausfritte mit Ketchup und Mayo und 3 Softgetränke. Insgesamt für fast 44 €, was ansich schon eine Frechheit ist. Unsere Tijuana Street Fries waren nicht wirklich voll, also die Schale hatte weniger Pommes für den Preis als die Hausfritten der Kinder. Hinzu kommt, dass die Toppings überhaupt keinen Geschmack hatten, die Tomaten schmeckten nach nichts, die Guacamole ebenso. Man konnte nicht sagen, ob sie vielleicht schon um war. Insgesamt waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Preis-Leistung echt mies. Nochmal gehen wir da so schnell nicht wieder hin. Schade.

We ordered chili cheese fries twice. What we got were fries with chili con carne and sour cream. And once fries, also with chili con carne with mozzarella (mozzarella was the only thing that was ordered). We then drove it back to the hotel, which was 20 minutes away. That's why we only noticed it then. Since neither of us are chili con carne fans, the whole thing was unfortunately a bit disappointing. Since the atmosphere was very relaxed and the employees were nice, and I don't want to lower the rating too much, the stars are still given. (For those who like chili con carne, it's definitely worth a try.)

Cash payment was not possible, even though 2 employees were hanging around and making the orders later. I have experienced live that the portion of fries is very limited. The employee was in the process of determining the portion of fries until the other employee informed him that this was too much, even though it was very little according to the employee. When I mentioned this, the employee told me that 250g was a portion. Then why wasn’t the portion weighed afterwards? Or are you here in the bazaar? Never again!!! I knew it was true that FrittenWerk had little in portions. I then went next door to FrittenPiet and enjoyed my fries. For 3.70 you get an XXL that is twice as big as your portion...

Modern furnishings but too much, it almost overwhelms you when you look towards the counter. The price-performance ratio is really great! The profit margin when you add ingredients must be enormous... €20 per bowl?! And in the end it's no longer there... We wanted to try something new, we did, but I don't have to have it again. You can get food quickly, but there is no service... similar to McDonald's... Price performance... hmmm...

The food was very good. Not perfect, but very good. Also for my vegetarian wife. Unfortunately, the restaurant is a bit small, especially in relation to the number of guests on the day we were there. However, the service was still very quick and professional. We would come again if we are in town again.
