The lady on the phone responded to my very spontaneous call in a very friendly manner. The upper area was reserved for us. So we were able to experience a quiet and relaxed end to a trip to Frankfurt with our primary school kids, 20 kids. Everyone enjoyed the food. Thank you for that.

I've been here every time I've visited Frankfurt. When you want good, tasty and funky junk food, this is the place for you.

It's conveniently located in front of the station, there are many options, easy to order, the store is spacious and clean, and you can enjoy a variety of things to suit your tastes.

A cool concept with fries as the basis, the respective side dishes are fresh and delicious. Personally, the price was a bit too high for a bowl of fries, but it was definitely worth the try.

As always, the food was simply delicious. Service is prompt and friendly and the ambience in the restaurant is always an eye-catcher.

The fries are good - but nothing more. There are many variations, but what I've been able to try so far has all been consistent in terms of taste.

No matter whether in Karlsruhe or here in Frankfurt, the Frittenwerk never lets you down, no matter how hungry you are. As the name suggests, you mainly get French fries in a variety of different creations and at a reasonable price/performance ratio. The "main course" they call themselves is always successful, well done, not too greasy and slightly crispy :) For me, every dish always includes falafel, highly recommended. The menu also includes currywurst and falafel balls, as well as desserts. The staff at both locations is very friendly and accommodating. Even if things have to go quickly, they are also competent and well-rehearsed; I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my order. Always my pleasure :) P.S. It's best not to order an extra dip for the fries with toppings - the topping that comes on top is more than sufficient. Unless, of course, you want to experiment with the creations yourself.

I've been to the Frittenwerk on Kaiserstrasse several times and I'm thrilled! The fries are fresh and tasty, and the selection of toppings is great. I would particularly like to highlight the courteous staff - you rarely find such friendly service! A real role model for other shops. Absolutely recommended!

First stop every time I visit frankfurt

Miss SALLY attended to me, she is very kind and honest, I had dropped a bill and I hadn't noticed, she asked me and gave it to me, she also has a fantastic command, great charisma, she helped me with the order since I didn't understand the letter, I hope so served in many places I was so satisfied that I returned at night to eat

Great food, nice service and chic decor. You can order at the terminal or in person. The food is fresh and the fries are also super fried. Unfortunately I find the music too loud. Coupled with the noises of the guests and the preparation a bit overloaded. I also think the wooden cutlery needs improvement. Sure it serves the purpose but reusable would be more sustainable. Conclusion: A visit is worth it. Getting out of the train station across the street was also quick, making it perfect for a short stay.

There is no customer service and the culture of customer service with a smile does not exist. Why would I pay in a place if I do not find good service? They need to go to an Arab country to learn what real customer service is and racism to the extreme. Because I am African, I was thrown out of the restaurants. Ignorant and bad manners. Friends, not only did I get good advice, yes it's just fries, but the choice makes it really difficult. Today I was offered Currywurst Special by the nice lady at the checkout and oh my god! It's sooooo delicious! Service 1+, it also tastes really tasty, preparation was also very quick. And even though it's on Kaiserstrasse, sitting outside and inside is very relaxed. I can recommend

Interesting experience if you’re looking for a byte to eat. Nothing amazing but still good enough. Maybe a bit pricey for what you get. If you’re up for something different, give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

A great place to bridge longer transfers and waiting times. Rarely too busy, quick conditions. Accessible via the underground passage almost directly from the station hall. Unfortunately, both cubicles in the men's room were closed.

The worst poutine I've ever eaten! Dear Frittenwerk, please make your way to the east of Canada and eat original poutine for yourself! Best in Montreal. What you offer has absolutely nothing to do with the original. The only thing that would come close to the original, at least according to the description, would be the Quebec style. Even the fries you offer were only half-cooked, at least when I visited! And far from crispy. The sauce should be real gravy and not some vegan or vegetarian nonsense! By the way, I tried to eat the pulled pork style. What a disappointment! No cheese! Flabby fries and the pulled pork looked like it came from a can! Only bad! The base of poutine is always fries, gravy and cheese! The toppings then vary. A real Canadian would never go in here. Pity for my money! I would have preferred to eat a kebab instead. ADDENDUM: As an educational trip, I recommend the Frittenwerk bosses to “La Banquise” in Montreal!

I was recently at Frittenwerk in Frankfurt and was really impressed! The Istanbul Fries were amazing – crispy, spicy and simply delicious. The atmosphere was super relaxed and the staff was friendly. Absolutely recommended if you're in the city and want some really good fries!

Super super delicious! Currywurst has always been very popular in my family. We've lived in the States for 15+ years now and are always looking for a good currywurst when we fly back to Germany. Good portion, fries are crispy and the sausage is soft but still a bit crunchy. For two (very hungry) people we paid around €30 (with drinks).

Super lovely staff, food super delicious with the toppings, the churros are awesome, risk of addiction. It is clean and especially the toilets are clean... I would love to come back... 🙂

Every time I'm in Frankfurt I come here. The service is always really nice and everything goes quickly. I have always eaten the Currywurst special vegan. Super delicious! Today I tried the vegan Istanbul Street Fries. Wow!! So incredibly delicious! You have to try it if you like delicious fries combined with something fresh and light and spicy sauces. Definitely again next time!
