The long-haired lifeguard is unfriendly and out of place because he yelled at my child because he wanted to get a badge and he just didn't feel like working. He said we should come again in an arrogant tone which is not acceptable. My little one was totally disappointed and was crying, really loud. They immediately left.

A fantastic swimming pool. Suitable for all ages. Highly recommended for families with children from 0 years old. Our kids had a blast.

As a resident of Ramstein, I would love to be able to go to the swimming pool before work starting at 6 a.m. It's very good for positive energy throughout the day.

We happened to be nearby and unfortunately discovered that the sauna and swimming pool were showing their age.

Great indoor pool for swimming and lots of fun with children up to 12 years old. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool is currently being renovated, otherwise we would have stayed longer.

The outside is not open and looks like they have no plans of fixing it to open any time soon. The yard outside is a nice place to sunbathe or hangout. But, the pools inside are pretty cramped. The worst part being the maze in and out of the dressing rooms to get in or out. It was very odd and took me way longer than expected, also very hot inside.

Friendly staff, unclean facility…. Water is questionable. Outside pool looks that it’s been abandoned except for one small corner pool.

Unfortunately, there's a renovation backlog; only the outdoor heated pool is in operation. All other pools outside the spa have been out of service for years.

We're from Leipzig and are currently visiting relatives – today we visited the Azur for the first time and were absolutely thrilled! The pool is very clean and well-maintained, and the pools are perfect for both swimmers and non-swimmers. The kids especially loved the slide. There's also a beautiful outdoor pool, which perfectly rounds out the offerings. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. (I lost my cabin key today.) We're thinking about coming back tomorrow! There's also plenty of parking outside – great! 👌

It's getting on in years, but we still enjoy coming here. It's not your typical water park, but more for swimming and relaxing. A positive aspect is that the water temperature is good (warm), even in the large outdoor pool. And the entrance fee is absolutely fair. It's nice to still have a decent pool at a reasonable price. We'd love to come back!

The pool is very unkempt. The cabins are dirty, and many things are broken. There are no restaurants or seating for swimmers. The restaurant, which has been closed for ages, doesn't even offer seating. The lifeguards were very unfriendly and unprofessional. Somehow, it fits the overall picture.

Currently, only the indoor pool is open. The kitchen and outdoor pool are closed for renovations. The outdoor lawn is open. There are three indoor pools: a baby area with a slide, a wetsuit pool with an adjoining slide pool, and a swimming area. The water is very warm, but a bit stuffy. It wasn't very busy. The price is reasonable; a day pass costs €5.50 for adults and €4.50 for children ages 4 and up.

Very nice receptionist. Unfortunately, all the outdoor pools are broken and unusable. They probably won't be renovated, so there's no outdoor pool anymore.

We come here every now and then with our children, and we really like it. The building is a bit dated, but everything is clean, and it's never been overcrowded. We'll be back in the future.

It was so crowded on Whitsunday that we left immediately. There should be a limit on the number of visitors. Unfortunately, you only notice this after you've already paid. The noise level is beyond the pale, and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The water is too cold.

Very neglected, a lot of things damaged especially in the changing rooms: broken hooks, hangers, broken nets. Why no more kiosks? Renovation work without any noticeable progress. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. A disgrace for the city of Ramstein.

Would like to give 0 stars. Was my 1st and last visit. By far the dirtiest swimming pool I've ever been in!!! Also very low water temperature, difficult to find a shower that works, and the temperature in the changing rooms too low. The baby pool was also way too cold. A lot of inconsiderate visitors who, despite having a small baby in tow, almost ran over you and had no control over their children, so that my little one (6 months old!), for example, was deliberately sprayed with a water gun. I've been to much fuller swimming pools with him and things like that weren't an issue. This visit was definitely a horror trip and this swimming pool is absolutely not recommended!!!

The water temperature has been too cold since October, including the outdoor pool. Complaint falls on deaf ears to the manager. That's why some of my friends are now going to Kusel. If something doesn't change soon, I'll join in. It's a shame, I always like to go to the Azur.

I've been going to a class weekly for almost 3 years. But the last few weeks the water has been very cold 🥶 in the swimmers' pool. It feels like it's getting 1-2 degrees colder every week. Please, dear Azure, turn the temperature up again.

Too bad the swimming pool outside is under construction??? The children spent 4 hours between an indoor slide, an outdoor swimming pool at 31 degrees, an indoor one with massage jets and a 25 meter swimming pool. And all this at a very attractive price. We are waiting for the total renovation of the swimming pool to be even more under its spell. Too bad the bar no longer works. ... Swimming at night with water at 31 degrees and air at 1 degree is just a pleasure...

Were very disappointed... the pools were very cold. We didn't even go to the swimming pool because it was too cold. Even the hot tub was too cold. The bathroom itself was also too cold. The lights on the solar meadow were defective. The snack bar was also closed... all in all only 1 star 🌟 because nothing works. Oh yes, there are drinking and eating machines in front of the entrance to the bathroom, but I better not say anything about the prices!!! There is a deposit machine right next to it, but there are probably no 5 cent pieces in it as change, so only 20 cents come out, can you do that?! So we definitely won't come again... What a shame

Very nice pools. It always feels clean. The temperature is not too cold or too hot. People seem friendly and considerate.

NEVER AGAIN AZUR!!!! It is very, very cold in the swimming pool. An absolute no-go, especially with Kleinlind! Kiosk has been closed for a very long time. Generally a very outdated swimming pool. Arzur leisure pool We were there on Wednesdays between 6 and 7.30 p.m. but we are one because of the very loud music Went to fitness class earlier. In addition, two lanes were cordoned off and the rest of the area was packed.

Ice cold!!!!! If you would like to take an ice bath, this is the right place for you! The large swimming pool is permanently occupied by courses on almost all lanes! On the subject of cleanliness, if you don't have bathing shoes with you, you can look forward to a lot of hair, lint and sand on your feet!

Water was very cold and generally I would have liked to leave after an hour. My little daughter was cold. No pool to warm up. And no food, but since we knew that we packed more. But you could turn on the heating or make the water a little warmer 🥶

Really shocked, it used to be very nice, as previous speakers have already described, hardly any air inside, no kiosk and yes the overall options as a fun pool are very limited, there are hardly any shaded areas outside. Long walks... We also went there on the chance and were unfortunately very disappointed and left after two hours 😐

I was just there, paid entry and couldn't swim because a course took up 4 of 5 lanes. Of course there was no refund for entry...An information when paying for entry would have been very desirable and not more than fair. Because I couldn't use the service I paid for. More than OUTRAGEOUS!!!!

I have a lot of understanding about the current situation, but it is incomprehensible to me why, in the event of a sudden illness, the swimming pool is closed 3 hours earlier without announcing this in advance on the website. No wonder, there is a sign at the entrance saying that the outdoor pool is closed. The kiosk also completely closed. Price adjustment, advertising for trainees, adjustment of opening times works wonderfully on the website, why can't you write that the outside area is closed. Unnecessarily driven 35km for 2 hours. The bathroom was really great and always well attended

Today we made a special trip to the outdoor swimming pool, 40 km away, because we always really liked it. There will be a sign on site stating that the outdoor pool and the kiosk are closed. I drove again with the 2 kids in 25 degrees. Very unfortunate.

We were there for the first time today; the water temperature was optimal for my little 16-month-old. There is also enough space for swimming, splashing around and relaxing. The outdoor area is closed, but we knew that beforehand, as did the bistro. Sanitary facilities were clean. The lady at reception was also very friendly. We would love to come back 🌊

Dear parents with children...I have a question? If you throw dirty diapers under the table or on the cupboards at home, assume that this is not the case...Hence the question, why do you do that in the swimming pool?...Used sanitary napkins also just fly away down.....you want cleanliness then please do something about it and throw the garbage into the designated containers....the swimming pool should remain a swimming pool and not a landfill.

Great pool for the kids. Nice amd warm water. Only 1 outdoor pool which is lovely. Outside also has a playground.

Unfortunately, the outside area is almost completely closed and inside there is a lot of air to cut. It's a shame, more could be done if the massive service backlog were resolved. Despite all the closed pools, you pay the full entrance fee.

A nice place to spend your free time. The swimming pool is not very large, but offers many attractions such as: a jacuzzi, a swimming pool, a children's pool, an outdoor swimming pool even in winter, a slide, a sauna, a solarium and places to eat something during your stay. Very attractively priced, 1.5 hour or 3 hour options 😁 A small disadvantage is that the place is quite crowded - a lot of visitors, although it's probably a plus 🤗

Gastronomy permanently closed. No substitute for drinks or snacks!! Water inside and outside pool cold. Fun factor =0 Not recommendable. That was the last time we were here. Next time I'd rather go to Ktown.

Go woke, go broke!! Because of the horrendous eyesore of a cloth on the flagpole in front of the building, I will not go to the Azur ever again. From the dwindling number of vehicles that are there, it looks like many other people aren't returning, either. It's a shame that a great place to swim, does that. How about putting up the German flag.

Very good leisure pool for the whole family. We were guests at the Azur leisure pool in Ramstein. The bathroom also includes a sauna with a wellness area. The bathroom with sports pool and activity pool with water slide, outdoor pool, toddler pool and a whirlpool. There is an outdoor swimming pool outside in summer. The water temperature is pleasantly warm. Entrance fees are family-friendly. We really liked it there, so we definitely recommend the leisure pool.

It used to be a nice swimming/indoor pool. The showers and toilets are an imposition. Apparently the lifeguards don't care about ALL concerns, be it harassment or injuries! That was the last time yesterday!

Today we were in Azur, temperatures, options (whirlpool, outdoor pool, swimming pool) were great! Unfortunately, one star is deducted because the restaurant is unfortunately closed indefinitely and we would have liked to eat and drink something. We will definitely be back 🥰 very relaxing 👍

Swimming pool is nice. But nowhere does it say that there are no more restaurants. No possibility to eat or drink anything. Very unfortunate.

Sehr schönes Hallenbad. Gerade der Baby/Kleinkinderbereich ist sehr schön und abwechslungsteich gestaltet. Die Rutsche ist fantastisch. Das Schwimmerbecken ist mit 25 Meter länge nicht ganz so groß, aber das ist Ansichtssache. Auch der Nichtschwimmer Bereich ist mit 2 Sprudelfontänen und teilweise Unterwasserbeleuchtung schön gestaltet. Das Hallenbad im gesamten ist meines Erachtens nicht super groß, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Das komplette Bad inkl. Sanitäranlagen ist immer sehr sauber. Im Hallenbad sind mehr als ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten und Ablagefächen für die Handtücher. Ein Außenbecken ist auch vorhanden. Was ich angenehm finde, dass im Azur der Chlorgehalt sehr gut abgestimmt ist und so auch das tauchen ohne Taucherbrille super möglich ist. Eintritts/ Gruppenpreise passen auch sehr gut. Im oberen Bereich befinden sich die Saunen, da kann ich leider nichts dazu sagen. Erwähnt soll es trotzdem sein. Ebenso ist auch ein Whirlpool im Hallenbad vorhanden.

Super. Wir haben immer viel Spaß. Alle Bereiche sind immer sehr sauber, das schätze ich sehr.

Leider sieht man, dass das Bad schon in die Jahre gekommen ist. Durch die Energiekrise das Wasser auch auf Freibad Nivau. Auch keine Gastronomie mehr vor Ort. Schade.

Preis Leistung ist mehr als fair. Das Bad ist super sauber, es gibt ein Außenbecken,das auch im Winter geöffnet ist. Super warm und mit tollen Lichtspielen. Es gibt eine Rutsche und einen kleinen Whirlpool.

Die Sauberkeit in den Duschen und im Umkleidebereich ist nicht gerade das, was ich hier bevorzuge. Wir gehen hier zum planschen mit unserem Kind. Der Kinderbereich ist ganz nett und der Eintrittspreis für 2 Erwachsene plus Kind ist vollkommen i.O.

Das Schwimmbad ist in die Jahre gekommen. Wird Zeit das es renoviert wird. Das Eintrittsgeld ist es nicht wert.

Very good regular inside swimming pool. It was slightly crowded on Sunday afternoon, but still fairly usable and as enjoyable as any other public pool. The prices are affordable and service quality as one would expect.

Schönes Schwimmbad, nicht super modern aber ein Top Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr gut mit Kindern zu besuchen, da die Wege nicht zu lang sind und es einen schönen Kinderbereich gibt.

Dualar biraz daha temiz tutulabilir.

Leider hat die Leitung des Bades, es immer noch nicht geschafft, Personal für die Sauna, einzustellen. Obwohl der Personalmangel letztes Jahr schon abzusehen war. Das hat zur Folge, daß die Sauna, nur noch Freitag, Samstag und Sonntag geöffnet ist.

Ich finde es super es ist jetzt nicht das größte aber es ist sehr schön coole rutsche und essen lecker und ja ich gebe 5 sterne

In die Jahre gekommenes Schwimmbad, viele Leute machen Bilder mit dem Handy ( egal ob fremde im Bild mit drauf sind ) obwohl das doch verboten ist ( Bademeister schauen entspannt zu). Preise für das was man geboten bekommt zu Hoch .

5.5€ за душный и жаркий бассейн...уличный закрыт (то ли ремонт, то ли нет спасателей для работы)... Можно только позагорать на открытом воздухе и освежиться из уличного душа (нормальный душ внутри)
