Unfortunately, the visit to the restaurant was a bitter disappointment. The schnitzel was served with a "cream sauce" that was more like a packet of gravy. The jacket potato with the salad was cold. The service also left a lot to be desired.

The place is disgusting. The floor is sticky. The menus are covered in food and are sticky. The kids menu was falling apart. Under the table next to us had food and something spilled on the floor. They wiped the table but the floor still had a puddle under it. The place stinks like gross old good. Honestly, I feel like I’m ready sick from being at this place and I haven’t even gotten my food.

This place has quality control issues. Calimari overdone, left in fryer too long. Pasta sat under heat lamp too long, sauces absorbed into pasta on some dishes, some parts cold. Also, get German-style service where they just take your order and never come back until you’re ready for the check.

Extremely delicious! I've been there several times, and EVERYTHING tastes super! You feel like you're in Italy with every bite! The staff is very attentive, friendly, and competent. I celebrated my children's communion there 15 years ago, and everything was perfect down to the smallest detail!

I have a complaint about your employee's rude and unlawful behavior. Dear Sir or Madam, Today I filled up with diesel at your gas station. The amount was €40.20, which I paid entirely in €1 and €2 coins. These are legal tender and must be accepted without reservation. However, with the utmost impudence, your employee refused to accept the money. He claimed that it was against the law to pay such amounts with small coins – a completely false and unfounded statement. I explained to him that I had no other means of payment. Nevertheless, he ordered me to leave the gas station and even threatened to call the police if I didn't find "other" money. Such disrespectful and degrading behavior is absolutely unacceptable. After all, it was another customer behind me who paid the amount while he accepted my coins. I felt humiliated and treated like a second-class citizen. I demand a written apology and an official statement regarding this incident. I also expect you to properly inform your employees about the validity and acceptance of legal tender.
