Chili’s in Ramstein-Miesenbach

I think this establishment needs to be closed for sanitary purposes. I ordered a sweet tea and inside the glass were pieces of half eaten macaroni. The waitress didn’t even look surprised or bothered. Do not recommend eating here.

Our experience was very poor. Euros weekend-everyone knew it was happening yet this establishment was under staffed, huuuuuuuuuge wait time, just an overall disaster. Poor management written all over it.

Pretty decent spot to eat. Service was slow, even tho it wasn’t busy but the food was okay and tasted as expected. The bartender also mixed me and my friends receipts somehow. We gave her the receipts with our cards on top so not sure how that happened. We ended up paying for each others meal

The atmosphere was very nice, there was a lot going on which created room for people watching. While waiting for our table the hostess was very help and continuously reminded the waiting families of their placement in line. She was very nice. The only thing I would change about this establishment was coming at a time where all the cooks were in training. I got ribs and they were so tough. The Margs were good though. I think this establishment is a hit or miss but it’s definitely one of its kind.

I don’t know if it’s just the later hours but towards the end of the night they do not be pick up the phone I had called 30 mins before I just decided to go in person it was 7:30 pm I was hoping to order so I wouldn’t have to wait for my food when I got there . I was at the counter the phone was ringing the whole time I was waiting to be attended for about 10-15 mins. Made me realize there probably wasn’t anyone standing there for the 30 mins it took me to get over there.

Wonderful to feel back in states.

Removed the option to place an online order and no one answers the phone.

Amazing food and drinks I recommend going! The food I had was a blue lagoon fizz and honey chipotle boneless wings

It’s a chilis in Germany, can’t complain at all. Service is better during the work week as the weekends are generally busier. Definitely recommend sitting at the bar if it’s just a party of 3 or less

The awesome blossom petals are amazing would get the mini burgers with the ranch is 10/10

The typical Chili’s experience here in Germany. It’s a slice of America away from America. Super nostalgic and food is as good as it could get for casual dining. El Presidente Margaritas is the choice of drink there. Have 1,2,3.. maybe 4.

Marcello helped us with our to go order this evening. He was Amazing! Gave us plenty of salsa. Which was very appreciated. Prompt and super friendly. Food was tasty and plentiful! The Mac and cheese we got to sample was yummy and greatly improved from previous recipes. It was thick noodles and cheesy! Thank you Marcello. 💗

Wold not expect any less from Chili’s

Terrible service. Waiters have unnecessary attitudes. At one point was a very respectable establishment but has goin down hill.

Living overseas, we don't get to have "American Food" too often. When we had the opportunity to go to Chili's we took it and loved our experience. Our server, An, was absolutely wonderful! According to our kids, she is 'the best waitress ever'!!! An was friendly, super attentive, and helped ensure our experience at Chili's was great. The food was good and we weren't able to finish everything. We love the bottomless chips and salsa.

Got to go and it was bomb as per use.

It’s a decent chilis, not bad but not amazing.

The Food brought me that taste of the states I was looking for, the bottomless chips are a must have & very tasty. Food was good, service was very good the waiter saw my drink was low and came with a new one without asking. I would eat here again. Price was very reasonable for what we got.

Food was decent for Chilis but my kids’ food was brought out 15 minutes ahead of ours. Our kids finished their food before we even saw our plates. If you have kids you know how they get once they’re done eating and you have food. Server was off putting. They went back on their item unavailability where they’d say they were out of something and then bring out said food to another table. Confusing experience from a service industry standpoint. Cardinal service industry sins being committed.

Marcello provided exceptional service to our family tonight at Chili’s. He was kind, fast, and refilled our drinks without us having to ask. We will definitely be returning and are grateful for his exceptional service shown tonight.

The fajitas were great. Got the trio mix.

Had a fun time with the family and the service members were fun. Made for a great experience.

We were seated fairly quickly for lunch but waited over 40 minutes for food. While we waited we went through 2 orders of chips and salsa so we weren’t even hungry anymore when our food came. One member of our party got his food way before everyone else and was finished eating by the time we all got our food. I ordered the triple dipper with burger bites, Buffalo wings and fried cheese. Instead of the usual three different dipping sauces I got three small cups of ranch. They’ve changed the recipe for the sliders and the are no where near as good. The fried cheese is a block instead of sticks or nuggets, so the breading to cheese is way off, plus they were out of marinara, so they were sort of plain. The Buffalo wing sauce was plain and way too mild. One member of our party got the new brisket quesadillas and only about half of them had brisket in it. Last, another member of our party said his chicken crispers were so salty he couldn’t eat them. He also did not like his burger bites. Very disappointing, Chili’s. You could have at least comped us for the chips for our troubles.

The jalapeño sauce has 3 chili pictures but somehow manages to not have any hint of spiciness. Great variety! BRING BACK THE QUESO BURGER PLS.

Good food at a suitable price. Large portions plus very nice staff. Only the spare ribs were far too dry. 😩

Why is the waiting for 40-50mins? While other tables empty???

Wow! Just wow! The first time I have been here.. I think people I know were keeping it a secret from me 🤷‍♀️ well I went and I was blown away, no wait time for a table great service, thank you Whitney 👍

Food good but unfortunately long wait for cocktails which eventually arrived after the main dish. Due to understaffing.

Service has definitely improved in the last few years. Wait time for seating was short, food came quick, delicious, and fresh. Waiter was polite, friendly, and very attentive to fulfill all of our needs. I applaud all staff❤️!! Me and my family will definitely be dining here again. ☺️

Make sure to just lie and say you had a reservation. They don't check and you can cut the line, like a real prick. Wait time of 30 minutes will also give you plentiful time to go to the PX, grab some food, maybe catch a movie, earn a doctorate. The world is yours with Chilis signature wait time and disregard for their own queue.

After a short wait we were able to check in with our NATO customer. The food (SpareRibs Full w fries) was very good, as were the cocktails and the beer (Bud). I had the feeling that I was treated a little more unkindly than the DoD cardholders. All in all, worth a visit if you have access to Ramstein Airbase.

Rock hard, stale hamburger bun, uncooked broccoli—definitely the worst Chili’s experience I’ve ever encountered. This place needs a deep clean and change to the cooking staff (or raised standards for what goes out).

There are not many places that serve steak in the area, but this is a nice place to come with your family for steak.

The spare ribs were cold and tasted like they had been frozen and warmed in a microwave.

Great and convenient place to have lunch or a meeting with friends.

I got the Alex burger. It was very mid range. There was two onions on the whole burger, a 1/4 inch slap of tomato, sauce. The burger itself was a good combo, but the overall flavor was super weak. It was also advertised as being spicy…it was not spicy. 4/10 on food. The service here, is absolutely amazing. The bartender who serves on Sundays is so funny and entertaining to talk to. The music is good and they had the NFL games on.

One of my favorite places to eat. Not cozy but it's a place to have good food and great cocktails.

Busy spot, but holds the same expectations/experience as a Stateside Chilis.

Margarita was ok, ordered the most expensive one and it was a little watered down and no salt on the rim. I would not order one again. Spinach queso had no spinach in it and the cheddar cheese on top just stayed in a clump making the whole thing difficult to eat. The sampler platter mini burgers were overcooked and plain. The server asked if bacon, ranch, cheddar, and onions were ok and we said yes to all of it. It came out with a small piece of cheese and nothing else. The dipping sauces were watered down. The atmosphere is definitely worn down, you can tell it’s been there awhile and not maintained very well. The bar wasn’t wiped down and behind the bar looked pretty messy. Bartender making drinks, spilling things on the floor and counter and not making much effort to clean. Not too friendly or concerned.

I was there on the 18th December and Lamar served us. He was amazing and worked hard the entire time behind the bar. However, the other servers did not give a smile or an inviting atmosphere. Lamar should teach them how to make guests happy. He is manager material!

Typical Mexicans American chain. Make reservations if possible, even during the week. Food quality was ok, and the wait time has improved since our last visit. Had the fajitas (steak and shrimp). Very small tortillas and only 4 this time. The guacamole portion was way overpriced. Chips and salsa were excellent.

Let's be honest, Chili's is Chili's when it comes to food. Pretty much tastes like every other Chili's I've been to. However, the service, for the most part, has been friendly and speedy. Except when you sit at the bar, because the servers tend to congregate in the corner and I felt like our drinks/chips were rarely refilled. Also, there are rumors that there are rats, but we haven't seen them so I can't really say one way or the other. I feel like the restaurant is clean from the diner perspective. The food is hot, servers are generally pretty attentive and the flavors are consistent with the flavors back in the US, which I think is why most of us go there anyway. A taste of chain restaurant home :)

Amazing staff, Super friendly, i loved the appetizers too. The fries were good but the burger on the other hand was very greasy. It was fine at the beginning but i couldnt finish it. Maybe it was the bacon that made me run to the toilet that much, but as my first time at chillies, i also loved the fried cheesecake and especially their caramel sauce 😍

This place can be hit or miss. I ordered a burger a few weeks back and got a hockey puck. Then said maybe it was a bad experience and tried again. The same burger was much better. Tried their sampler appetizer and that was good.

Not their best; it would take sometime for me to go have dinner there anytime soon

Had an amazing lunch with my family. Buffalo wings, baby back ribs, shrimp salad bowl and some great margaritas! Will definitely go back!

You might not get your food. I ordered a salad and my son ordered a burger. It wasn’t busy and our waitress told us that she put in his order but forgot mine. No big deal, it happens. My son’s burger and fries come out and he eats. Tables that were seating after us have already eaten and paid by this time. I’m still waiting on my order. Another twenty minutes go by and still no salad but our waitress is busy talking at the bar to a patron. I go up to the bar to cancel the salad as we are due back at the clinic for another appointment (we drove 10 hours from Italy). I ask her to take off the salad and our waitress Gabbie replies, “No worries,” and I think there was an utterance of “sorry.” Really? “No worries”?? We get up to leave and a salad comes out 1 hour after we were seated. Anyway, I had to leave hungry and without a lunch, at least she comped the drinks. Disappointing.

Too loud, waiting for food too long, food wasn't hot when served

We come here almost every Sunday after church. Ok, place for us to eat here as a family since there aren't many restaurants in Germany that serve good steak. It might not be the best, but it's definitely better than off base. The service is pretty ok as well given the busy hrs. So we are overall content with what Chili's have to offer.

Food was good. Service took pretty long to serve us but I can see that being an issue of having not enough staff. We were seated as a couple next to multiple families with crying kids which kind of ruined the atmosphere.

Wings and Margaritas are always delicious.

Atmosphere was great! They were busy we sat at the bar & enjoyed the games. Our food was cold but, the bartender Gabby took care of us.

ITS LOUD and we couldn't see for most of it but otherwise it was pretty good food great service great

Food was very good and hit the spot. Server was prompt and nice, food came out on time. Just loud in there, that warehouse ceiling. Kinda pricey.

Service was great, Justin did a great job taking care of Bar, big party of ten people and us. Favorite item was corn on the cob, like it better than I did the baby back ribs.
