My wife and I went for dinner just before a rain shower caught us, and we were really lucky. The atmosphere was great, and as the rain fell gently, the server brought us our drinks right next to our table. Perfectly prepared and delicious! A short time later, the food arrived, superbly presented, and full of flavor. We will definitely be back and want to try it at different times of day and in different weather. Great location and good food, but the service, phew... Completely disorganized and chaotic. We were a large group, and everything was mixed up. The impatient waitress didn't know what kind of beer she was holding and simply placed various wine glasses with different wines in the middle of the table, apparently not wanting to take care of the guests.

I was there yesterday with a friend. The staff was arrogant and condescending, and I felt "guilty" for even trying to order anything. I skipped the food and went somewhere else. The music was loud and simply not good for a restaurant; conversation was impossible. We left quickly. It felt like we were interrupting a private event hosted by the staff. It was pretty moody there. I strongly recommend teamwork and self-reflection for everyone. Bye! PS: And there was a lot of smoking going on under the roof (although it's outside), unbearable. That's even possible...

A lovely place for lunch, even if the waitresses weren't having a great day. The tarte flambée with truffle and spinach was delicious, and the dessert was also super tasty 😋

Didn't live up to my expectations. I think some of the staff weren't in a very good mood, and the music was too loud for me.

I had the burger and my friends Schnitzel. The food was very good. What impressed me was the impeccable service. Very Berlin style but still kinda polite, and despite being alone for the whole restaurant, our waiter really attended to everyone. Sitting directly at the river also has its charm and the rough building is one of its kind. Be aware of lots of spiders and mosquitoes though, that close to water and being built by wood. (Not on the tables but among the beams)

Please make a reservation, otherwise you might be out of luck. The atmosphere is great, simply rustic; I like it. The service is young, sharp, and friendly. The food was delicious.

We also had to wait an hour for our food despite asking. I would have at least liked to have been informed or proactively addressed when such long waits occur due to an event. Otherwise, I think the seating is very pleasant. The food (breakfast) was okay. I would come back.

I have never experience such an ugly service in my life….I also work in a Gastronomy and the people who work in this restaurant need to find another job, specially the half Man who serves us was really disrespectful! The ambient was good and the food was good too….However, the service and the waiting was like forever….If only I could give 0star on service I would do it! Never again!

What a shame... The food was amazing, very delicious. We reserved a table because we had a special meeting with our friends after the Camino de Santiago. Unfortunately, we were deeply disappointed by the waiter. He was very rude, and we felt very unwelcome. With a bill of €270, we would have gladly paid €300. Unfortunately, he took our payment so fussily that we couldn't even tip because the waiter practically stomped off. He also didn't ask if we wanted to pay separately. There were five of us. We left feeling very uncomfortable and felt like we were really badly served. You could say we're traumatized. We would love to eat there more often because it was so delicious... But unfortunately, we won't be doing that again.

We had spiders falling on us during our meal. Large ones, was very unpleasant. Food was mediocre at best. I remember it being better, wondering if they changed ownership because i remember it being much nicer. But i could have cooked a better meal at home. I usually come here to take friends visiting berlin, as the scenery is nice but i think that was the last time for me.

⚠️ Be very careful if you decide to visit this place. My mother and her friend, both over 60, visited this venue early in the evening today. The restaurant was half empty, with plenty of free tables. As they stood at the entrance, the doorman – at least half their age – looked at them and very rudely asked whether they had a reservation. They replied “no,” and instead of explaining politely, he almost shouted at them that they were not allowed to enter and very aggressively sent them away. Surprised by this, they checked online afterwards and saw that the restaurant was indeed accepting reservations and that many tables were available. They made a reservation, received confirmation, and decided to return, thinking perhaps this was a new rule. My mother has visited this restaurant many times in the past, so she tried to give the benefit of the doubt. When they came back with their reservation, the same doorman saw them again and immediately became hostile. He shouted that he had already told them they could not enter and refused to even look at their confirmation. When my mother showed him the reservation proof, he completely lost control, screaming in front of other customers, calling her a liar, and accusing them of trying to trick him. All of this happened in public, humiliating two women old enough to be his own mother. When my mother asked to speak with the management to understand the reason for such unacceptable behavior, he shouted that he was the management. This level of unprofessional and hostile behavior is beyond shocking and absolutely unacceptable—especially toward two older women who simply wanted to enjoy a glass of wine on a Wednesday evening. No customer deserves such treatment, and certainly not women of their age, treated with such disrespect and cruelty. We will not leave this matter unresolved. I expect to hear from the management within three days with an explanation of how such behavior was possible and what measures will be taken. Otherwise, I will take every legal step available under German law to ensure that no employee of this establishment can ever treat customers in such a way again.

Small café by the water in the afternoon, superb setting

The website says "brunch," but they don't have brunch. They have two different sandwiches with a poached egg. That's all! The waiters seem apathetic. Everything takes forever. The location right on the water is nice, but that's about it.

The ambiance and the view of the canal are very nice. The drinks also arrived very quickly and were average. The service and staff, however, left a lot to be desired. From ordering to serving the food at our table, it took about an hour. We were here on a Sunday afternoon. There weren't many customers in the restaurant. About four tables were occupied. We ordered Egg Royale and a pancake. The Egg Royale, as you can see from the photo, was more bad than good. The pancakes were not only dry but unfortunately had a Styrofoam taste. The vanilla ice cream that accompanied the pancakes was unfortunately sold out. Overall: The location is very nice, and they could do a world of better with it than what it currently is.

The bartender was completely in party mode. The music was way too loud. Despite requests to turn it down, it ended up being turned up even louder. The venue itself was beautiful. The focus was on ensuring the staff had fun, not the customers.

A beautiful, enchanted place. Far from the big city, yet right in the heart of it all. Small and large meals, delicious drinks, all in a place that can only be found here. Even if the journey seems far, just drive there, or like us, walk.

The food was very poor for the price. Nothing special, it was just okay. I could have cooked something better at home. The crème brûlée was not fresh and cold, which is unacceptable for 8 euros. We wouldn't have gotten the food we wanted to take away if we hadn't asked the waitress again to bring it to us; we probably would have left without it. The atmosphere was mediocre at best. By the way, if you don't like spiders, you shouldn't visit this restaurant. The floor squeaks, and the tables and chairs are unstable and crooked. All in all, we were very disappointed.

Unfortunately, it was truly disappointing. We had to wait 30 minutes, only to be told that unfortunately, there wouldn't be any food for the next two hours. We had already ordered drinks. We then had to leave without food, feeling bad.

We made a special reservation, looked forward to it for a week, and then we were told there would be no grill (and thus practically no food) because of a wedding. No information anywhere beforehand. Great.

How bad must the food and service be that I'm giving it one star despite this lovely spot. Unfortunately, zero stars isn't possible!

The restaurant has a rather rustic decor and is surprisingly quiet for its proximity to the street, overlooking the canal and the Spree. Unfortunately, it's not charmingly rustic, but rather a dilapidated wooden shack, so rain poured through the roof onto the tables, chairs, food, and you. The bathrooms have seen better days and smell like a club. I had a flammemkuchen (Flammkuchen), as the prices for the other dishes were very high, and the portions were surprisingly small (mini burgers). Unfortunately, that one was more like a topping on a biscuit. The dough was too hard, the topping too cheesey. At least, I'm used to it differently. The service struggled with German, but another waiter was shouting the whole time because his skirt was probably too tight. 🌈 That spoils the ambiance. All in all, I wouldn't recommend it as a restaurant. Perhaps just as a beer garden.

WONDERFUL Delicious drinks and fresh, tasty food, very friendly and uncomplicated service and, of course, the unique location!

It used to be better. The grill wouldn't work, so the selection was very limited and mediocre. Some servers were in a good mood, while others wandered around with grumpy faces. The ambiance was very nice, and for me, that was the only reason to come.

There is a wonderful place with a sea view near the seaside. All the staff provided amazing service and fulfilled all our needs. The food and alcoholic drinks were brilliant.

Dry chicken, tiramisu with cream instead of mascarpone and cream then whipped until it almost had the consistency of butter. The weather was very cold and wet, so we wanted something warm to drink. We were able to order warm drinks from the first lady, but after she had finished work, we could only get something warm after discussion and an annoyed look on her face; we weren't even offered milk. The outdoor area is very dilapidated and not suitable for all weather conditions. We would have expected more for the flat rate, and customer service can be improved in other ways. If you don't want to make money, you've come to the right place.

The food is unfortunately an absolute disaster. Half of the items on the menu were missing. The truffle pasta we ordered at the end was an unsalted, overcooked pasta mush in a creamy sauce, which we immediately returned. As an alternative, we were given a grilled vegetable plate, which was just as bad, although you couldn't really go wrong. Everything was completely oversalted and grilled black. We had a nice seat by the water, but had to move because so many large spiders were rappelling above us that we could no longer eat our meal in peace. The staff were mediocre. A couple of people were very friendly, but we ended up with someone who had no appreciation for service at all.

I was there yesterday for my birthday – unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The "truffle tagliatelle" turned out to be overcooked spaghetti in a cream sauce with truffle essence – no trace of real truffles or tagliatelle. The burger tasted okay, but the quality wasn't even close to worth the money. Another highlight: Over the course of the evening, large spiders suddenly appeared under the wooden roof where we were sitting – some even fell from the ceiling. The staff also left a lot to be desired: The waitress with long brown hair was so unfriendly that even by Berlin standards (which isn't exactly a hotbed of service anyway), it reached a new low. The only exception: the friendly person at the entrance – at least. I used to enjoy visiting this place, but unfortunately, nothing of that remains these days. And as if that weren't enough, on Saturday nights you'll be bombarded with the background noise of the surrounding clubs – if you don't have noise-cancelling headphones with you, you'd better go somewhere else to eat.

Wonderful! We made reservations weeks in advance for friends and family, and then on the day of brunch, unfortunately, only a third of the dishes on the menu remained. But no problem, as long as there's something... After 45 minutes of asking, we were told it would be a while. After 60 minutes, and with no prospect of anything to eat, we left. Even the service team's apologies were of limited help. But the place is lovely ;-)

The setting is very nice and original. The Flammenkueches are delicious. However, even though I had a reservation, I got a poorly located table. Everyone was walking around me, and the floor was moving a lot. Unpleasant. As for the service, it's the bare minimum. I didn't order dessert and didn't hang around. I asked for another table because some were free. No one tried to accommodate me. I understand there are other reservations, but some remained empty... Oh, and the grill menu wasn't available... So, limited selection.

Worst restaurant I’ve ever been in! First they take 45 min to bring a Beer and then we waited for another 30 min to bring the food, and they just brought 1 only plate, leaving the others 4 from us looking and waiting for our food. Already 1.5 h and the found still not arrived! Incredible….

We went to the Freischwimmer restaurant/bistro last week (Saturday, July 5th). The ambiance is really nice, and you can passively enjoy the music from the adjacent club. The food was OK but nothing special, and mine arrived cold. The service was abysmally bad. All the waitresses were a bunch of arrogant, young things who really couldn't do anything. It's actually entertaining to watch five tables go in two hours, and everyone shakes their heads at each one. It's worth a visit if you want to see really bad and bitchy service staff who start sweating after just six tables. We would have liked to have contacted the management directly (Mr. Walter), but we couldn't find anyone to do this.

We were there with a somewhat larger group and received a friendly welcome from the service, which was unfortunately the only truly positive aspect of the evening. The rest of the experience was, quite frankly, a disaster. The service was unfortunately unable to clear away used or no longer needed glasses or champagne coolers, or to provide sufficient cutlery and glasses for all guests in the group. But things really got problematic with the food: Of the eight people, only two received their food at the same time, after waiting for over an hour. One dish was already cold and differed significantly from the menu description. The remaining dishes didn't arrive for another hour. This shouldn't happen in restaurants, especially not at these prices. The vegan and vegetarian dishes in particular are completely overpriced for what is ultimately served. Overall, unfortunately, very disappointing.

The location itself is very nice, just at the water. However, the waiters were very rude, let us wait around 10min until we were seated. Then came to get our order for the starters, and only came back one hour later to tell us that the kitchen was now closed and we could only order Flammkuchen as a main, did not even say sorry. The food was very average as well, we wouldn‘t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I went to the restaurant with friends and was bitterly disappointed. The service was unfriendly and patronizing. I've never experienced anything like it in my entire life. The food...honestly, you can get much better food elsewhere for that price. I'll never go there again.

Despite the atmospheric location, unfortunately, I cannot recommend it! There's a complete lack of attention to the customer! The first two dishes we ordered weren't on the menu, nor was the beer we ordered, so the communication was pretty careless! "Sicilian" fennel salad.😬...you can go wrong with such a simple dish! Poorly cut, with hard pieces that don't belong there. There's no dill in it, just the green part of the fennel. It's not good olive oil, it's watery from the orange juice... ...such a shame! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it!

It could have been a great evening, could have been, if... the service hadn't been the service. Sorry, but I chose the wrong job. And the food sounds great on the menu. But for a dollop of "beef tartar" with an egg yolk on top, €15.00. It might have been okay if, yes, if the mustard caviar hadn't been sold out, and if the egg white chips had been served right away and not upon request, because it's on the menu. If the tarte flambée hadn't been a biscuit topped with baked cheddar, and if the truffle pasta hadn't been three shredded linguine in cheese soup, yes... then it could have been a lovely evening. So, one star is a bit of a flattery.

We made a reservation for a Sunday brunch buffet. Only after arriving and asking did we learn that 1) there was no buffet and 2) even the à la carte menu offered barely half of the dishes. After ordering, it took about 45 minutes for the rather small portions to be served: overcooked poached eggs served on two ready-made toasties, with a tiny slice of salmon and a small, unloving green salad, all for €15... The best things were actually the Freischwimmer lemonade and the seating by the water. The service was also unfortunately overwhelm. So, overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

It's become a sad place! Years ago, it was my magical spot by the water... Seven of us came for "brunch" today. But they don't even serve brunch here anymore, just "last egg dishes." There were two toastie halves with scrambled eggs for 11 euros, and my latte macchiato just didn't arrive. All seven of us looked at the sad egg portions for 11-15 euros. No brunch. After two inquiries, there was still no coffee, so I trotted to the bar and asked a third time. Yeah, after 45 minutes, a latte macchiato arrived - it was hot and hold on tight, "delicious." The place deserves better management. I won't be back until I read some convincingly positive reviews here. Sad...

We came without a reservation and were sitter in a few minutes. The place is very nice, right on the water. Vibe is romantic and summary. I loved it. We ordered the vegetarian dish and a steak. Both dishes were very generous and delicious. The service was good. I will definitely come back.

Well, the food tasted great, but some of the side dishes were forgotten (schnitzel without cranberry sauce). The service was attentive, but we ordered as a group of 20 people and 6 of us had to wait 2.5 hours for our food, while the others had already finished their food. They "only" had to wait 1.5 hours. The chef can't be blamed for this; he was there alone, but the owner has to do something. This obviously needs to be improved.

The blonde waitress was very rude and unhelpful. Since we'd been seated there, at least 15 customers left because of the poor service. There were only three of us at the table, and she didn't have much to do. She was very rude and didn't want to serve everyone. I'd like to send this message to the owners of the restaurant, because it truly is a magical place, and if the service is good, it could be a huge success. Best regards.

Interesting location on the water.

A cool yet relaxed location right on the Spree River. We had a delicious buffet. The fish sandwiches were particularly delicious – something I wouldn't have expected, coming from Hamburg in Berlin.

Basically, it was very nice. However, we sat outside in a corner surrounded by walls on three sides. It was also quite cramped for our group size (10 people), and we had a reservation. The food, which was impressive for some, unfortunately arrived very late. While my food was already there, others had to wait another 20 minutes.

I had a review here from a little while ago and it was great. 4 stars was my old review but it absolutely tanked today. Terrible service. Terrible staff. Terrible time. I got to the restaurant at 11 and was hoping to have a lovely brunch in the sun. After ordering our drinks and meals, we got our aperol spritz in around 10 mins., and then sat waiting ignored. Over 45mins of waiting and customers who arrived after us received their meals so I asked if our food was coming and the waitress recoiled physically, of course she said. 15 mins later and then they told us there was a mistake and food hadn’t been ordered. No apology, no offer for compensation, no effort made at all even after ruining our day and meal. Waste of my time. Terrible service from the two waitresses who genuinely ignored most customers but especially us. Disappointment after really enjoying the restaurant in the past.

Nice location, the menu sounds nice but the food is really not tasty (bad tartar, dry burger, plastic pulpo with a weird puré…and mains were served before appetizer…) too bad!

Super netter Ort am Spreeufer, tolles Personal, Küche zum Teilen und Weiterempfehlen. Am gleichen Ort gibt es Tretboote zum Ausleihen. Lohnt sich defninitv!

This is a shabby, not chic, place by the water (canal). We arrived and were greeted with: we have a table, but drinks only. OK, we take it, in the hottest day of June, not near water. Drinks were OK, overpriced beer. Once a table near the water cleared, we were not allowed to relocate, it was allegedly reserved. This made us not wanting to order another drink here. They treat guests, as if this is a Michelin Star restaurant. Would not visit again. The men's room (toilettes) have interesting design, upcycled beer barrels.

So the place is nice. The location by the river is cool. While the serving personnel were very friendly, they were unprofessional and unfortunately the experience was not good at all. They have a sign for you to wait, and not get in however it takes forever for someone to pick you up. I was surprised ad some other people who patiently waited there in the sun while nobody came to greet them. The orders were mixed up, there were plenty of delays (like 50min to an hour to get a coffee) , we ordered 4 iced coffees and 1 iced latte and got 5 lattes. A cola took forever to arrived, while a beer never arrived. The food portions were VERY small for the eggs benedict, the other dishes looked good (I didn't eat them). The bun on the egg benedict was impossible to cut with the knife. To be honest I'm giving a 2 star to be super generous. And mainly becuase of the location of the place.

Sehr schöne Location direkt am Wasser. Sehr Urig durch viel altes (Schiffs-)Holz. Das sind aber auch die zwei einzigen Pluspunkte! Negativ war für uns, dass die Wiener Schnitzel so gut wie nicht gewürzt waren und in der Fritteuse zubereitet wurden. (Für knapp 30€ pro Schnitzel ein Unding!!!) Der ,,warme“ Kartoffelsalat bestand aus Kartoffelklumpen, ca 3x2 cm und Pampe. Die Pommes waren ok, wurden aber so lang vor den Schnitzeln serviert, dass wir sie aufgegessen hatten, als das Fleisch kam. Der Versuch, ein zweites Getränk zu bestellen, dauerte ca 15 min bis zum Erfolg. Dann bekam ich eine Flasche Bier ohne Glas neben meinen Teller geknallt. Auf meine Nachfrage, ob es kein Glas dazu gebe, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Gäste halt danach fragen müssen, wenn sie eines wollen…. Noch anzufügen ist, dass die Holzklappstühle wahnsinnig unbequem sind. Ich werde nicht mehr ins Freischwimmer gehen

The meal I chose was very good. My companion had tarte flambée, which, strangely enough, was topped with cheese. The service wasn't outstanding. There were a few incidents that definitely shouldn't have happened. As guests, we felt like a burden, but occasionally we were served well. The drinks weren't served as they should have been (e.g., Lillet Wildberry without berries). The location itself is very nice. The setting on the water is outstanding.

A very nice location right on the water. Very rustic thanks to lots of old (ship's) wood. But those are the only two positives! The only negatives for us were that the Wiener Schnitzel was almost unseasoned and cooked in a deep fryer. (For almost €30 per schnitzel, ridiculous!!!) The "warm" potato salad consisted of potato lumps, about 3x2 cm, and mush. The fries were okay, but were served so long before the schnitzels that we had finished them by the time the meat arrived. It took about 15 minutes to successfully order a second drink. Then I was given a bottle of beer slammed down next to my plate without a glass. When I asked if there was no glass, I was told that guests would just have to ask if they wanted one... I should also add that the wooden folding chairs are incredibly uncomfortable. I won't be going to Freischwimmer again.

Unfortunately, the service was completely abysmal. Additionally, it's unacceptable that there are big black spiders hanging everywhere, snaking down on guests. Sometimes they even get stuck in their hair or glasses. It's a shame. Otherwise, the location is really nice.

I wish I could give zero stars. I work in the event and catering industry myself – if this were my place, I'd be completely ashamed and replace the entire staff. Hence a Google review, even though that's not usually my style. I was looking for a restaurant by the water for my birthday and wanted to eat outside of the foodie bubble. The menu looked wild but okay, and the ambiance was praised, so I thought I'd go for it. Here's a bullet point summary of a completely botched (excuse the language) birthday meal: - Upon greeting, the service checked my reservation; mentioning my birthday was ignored. No smile. - I specifically wanted a nice table by the water without a roof; we were given two to choose from, both with roofs. No smiles - The table I chose was in a covered corner. When I sat down, I had cobwebs in my hair and a dead spider fell on me. - Server came, we asked for two more minutes to place our order. No smiles. - Nothing for a long time. - An hour after arriving, our order was taken. - Ten minutes later, someone came and said they were out of iced tea and asked if my partner wanted something else. - My partner's drink came immediately. - My drink arrived 10 minutes later in a glass that belonged in a student dorm. - Server number 4 came and said they were out of iced tea and asked if my partner wanted something else. She apparently didn't see his drink, which was in front of him (huh?) No smile - Nothing for a long time - Server comes and takes a chair where our things were lying because she urgently needed it, touches our things without asking, and piles them on the remaining chair (there were empty chairs all around us). No smile - Food arrived: "Truffle pasta" and asparagus. The kitchen should be extremely ashamed of both dishes. My partner hadn't eaten anything all day and forced himself to eat the pasta; I had to send the asparagus back. I had given the server feedback. No apology, no smile - Asparagus looked like it had fallen off a truck. Hollandaise was decomposed. Chives were two days old. Potatoes probably even older. (Brown spots, for real?) Two different types of ham (Parma ham from the Metro bulk pack - should have been suspicious of Parma ham with asparagus). Pasta was a soft mush. Everything tasted like oyster mushrooms. The sauce was a wild mix of béchamel and cream or something. Blended in some kind of glass truffle, if that. The color was an absolutely hideous gray. Photos don't do justice to the nonexistent quality. I don't need to mention that both dishes were substandard in terms of taste. We left immediately after eating. The waitress, who came to our table four times (e.g., to take a chair) and was literally standing behind us at the bar, asked where we were sitting. No smile.

Great location, but unfortunately, extremely poor service. We had to wait over two hours for our food, and no effort was made to compensate for it or anything like that. You generally had to actively call for attention (e.g., for repeat orders). Unfortunately, due to the extremely poor service, this will be our last visit, which is a real shame!

Absolutely terrible. We just wanted something to eat, but weren't allowed to sit down, even though there were plenty of seats. You could still reserve tables online. Not recommended. Also, the lady at the entrance was very unfriendly.

The place is great, and the music amazing. The food is just ok. The bad part is the service, the waiter took forever to take our orders and was very disrespectful. Probably because they lack people and only one person or maybe two can take your orders. Not a great experience overall.

We planned a lunch break here for our event tour, and after an incredibly friendly and uncomplicated phone call, we had a table for 10 people. Since we only had an hour for lunch, we were able to order food in advance and fully enjoy the hour without having to wait long for our food. The atmosphere right on the water is incredibly pleasant, and the service was very friendly. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in Berlin.

Food was cold, service was okay, ambience not so good, expensive

Great location right on the water – really nice to sit and relax. The food was okay, but nothing special. Unfortunately, the service was a bit disappointing: inattentive and at times lackluster.

We were shown to our seats and asked for drinks, ordered... after 20 minutes, we still hadn't received any. Food was supposed to be ordered. We were there during brunch time, and there wasn't much choice of main courses, so we opted for Eggs Benedict, which they forgot to tell us was out. It wasn't exactly prepared at 11:30 a.m. on a Sunday, and other dishes hadn't impressed us. Since we had ordered drinks, we decided against the food and continued waiting for the drinks, which didn't arrive after another 10 minutes. Conclusion: Waiting more than 30 minutes for our drinks and being told when ordering food that the main ingredient (eggs) wasn't there was simply no way we could have left. A shame, great atmosphere, but no service. They should consider self-service.

Esta es la primera vez que quiero dar una reseña, sin ninguna calificación! Desafortunadamente esto no es posible entripadviso, así que la calificación de una estrella solo se da para compartir mi opinión. Visité Berlín con mi esposa a mediados de junio de 2025 , el Freischwimmer nos lo recomendó un colega. Llegamos al restaurante mucho antes de nuestra reserva, 40 minutos antes de lo previsto. El restaurante estaba muy ocupado, tan ocupado que el personal no tuvo tiempo de atendernos hasta 10 minutos después de la llegada. Cuando finalmente nos dieron la bienvenida, el camarero nos informó que la cocina había “implosionado” lamentablemente! Así que después de esto en formación, elegimos dejar el restaurante para encontrar recursos más confiables para nuestra cena. ¡Para hacerlo simple y llanamente! Demasiado Señor y demasiado ruidoso, demasiado poco y sin excusas - a los propietarios: hágase cargo de su negocio - y no tome más personas en que usted y sus chefs pueden manejar - o si no simplemente dejar el negocio!

Unfortunately, despite the good location, it was a disappointing experience. The staff were half-hearted but friendly. The food: generally quite sparing with spices. Drinks: wine too warm. Appetizers: ceviche and tartare: slightly fishy and far too sour. The tartare was unfortunately underseasoned, not traditionally dressed, and much too coarsely chopped. Main course: burger and ox-shredded roll, unfortunately far too dry. The buns were fried on both sides until they were rusks. The fries were unfortunately cold. The ox-shredded roll was topped with cold, undefined pieces; I personally know it differently.

Located right next to the cooling watercourse in a shabby-chic style, you can enjoy delicious dishes and cocktails at somewhat higher prices. Some are covered, but there are also open spaces. Everyone is super friendly and fast. Across the street is a small open-air club, where there's always music. Always a pleasure to come back.

The food was good, and above all, delicious. The atmosphere has a beach bar feel to it—you either like it or you don't ;-) The service was a bit slow at first; it took too long to order drinks. But then the service got going and started asking for them :-D

A diamond in the rough! Great setting...on the Spree River, opposite the Club der Visionäre and the Badeschiff (bathing ship). Before or after dinner, you can treat yourself to a short rowboat or pedal boat ride 😃 Aside from that, it's a great location for open-air celebrations 😉

I guess the burger is good... it's not exactly mind-blowing food, but that's not what I was expecting. The location, right on and in the water, is really cool. The drinks are great, and the service is very friendly and attentive. I'd love to come back. Typical Berlin.

Freischwimmer is an absolute gem! The location right by the water is stunning – relaxed, stylish, and full of character. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. A special shout-out to the incredibly friendly and attentive service – we felt genuinely welcome. We had a lovely afternoon here and will definitely be coming back!

The location and atmosphere are very nice. The food is average. The service was terrible. Unfriendly and disorganized, we felt unwelcome. It's a shame because the place has so much potential.

Very nice ambiance and view. Unfortunately, the atmosphere among the staff was rather unpleasant – the manager or head waiter shouted loudly at a service employee in the entrance area upon our arrival – which doesn't reflect well on the working conditions... Unfortunately, the quality of the food was well below expectations, especially in terms of value for money – the tarte flambée was completely covered in cheddar cheese like an American pizza, as was the truffle pasta with mushrooms and a lot of cream, with no truffle flavor. The waiters themselves were very nice, but overall, the experience left a somewhat unpleasant aftertaste.

Super unfriendly person on door- we clearly had a reservation and even tables free she still said is full and didnt let us in. I mean we were 2 people - not a table of 20 where we couldn’t be place at.
