Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal und überraschend gutes Ambiente. Gerne jederzeit wieder. Bei den Pommes Frites merkt man, dass sie nicht aus der Metro kommen, sondern selbstgemacht sind.

Die Qualität der Zutaten, ist wie erwartet gewöhnlich. Leider ist die Qualität des Personals ähnlich 'gut', Es gibt keine Priorität fü eine Mutterprachliche Bedienung. But, hey, you do you.

What a friendly and delicious burger joint. Very tasty, very nice. We will definitely come back next time we visit Cologne.

The normal burgers are very tasty, but the smashburger was a failure. The potato bun is way too thick, dry and bready; The meat is not caramelized at all because it hasn't been smashed enough and is therefore not a real smash burger. Unfortunately, absolutely “won’t and can’t”

Really very tasty burgers with lots of vegan options. Unfortunately, I had to argue several times to get the burger I chose (which cannot be veganized 1:1) vegan. You have to steadfastly argue against the argument "it's no longer the same burger" and have to rely a little on the creativity of the employee (I wanted the Köllefornia burger. In my opinion, that would have been possible with vegan cheese, other sauces and without a fried egg. The burger that was then recommended to me as veganizable was tasty but not what I would have liked). Here the employees could be a little more flexible to enable even more enjoyment...

I was here with my daughter. Food and service were great. Our special requests were easily accommodated. The team was super friendly and we really enjoyed the atmosphere

Got a great new meat burger that came with excellent service.

Really strong burger, absolutely delicious and to the point. The team was extremely relaxed and friendly, you immediately felt at home. And as if that wasn't enough, I also got a burger on the house - you don't get to experience something like that very often. All in all a great experience, I can only recommend it!

The experience today was very disappointing. For an order of two burgers and one fries to take away, I had to wait almost 1 hour on site without any indication that it would take longer. At home I discovered that they were also the wrong burgers!! The store seems to be overwhelmed by the increased orders from delivery services!

So we called early and were still allowed to wait 45 minutes on site. The food looked delicious but no service at all.

Tastes. Door on the ceiling is a highlight. Gladly again.

Always top. But please bring back the red onions on the favorite. They were world class and much better than the white ones used now.

Simply the hottest burgers in all of Cologne. I've now tried out the menu and first of all, I think the selection is really good. There really is a burger for every taste. The offer on Kyffhäuserstr. was simply awesome.

I thought the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly, but it was a little overpriced for my student budget. Still a recommended restaurant.

We asked for two burgers, one with veggie patty and the other one with meat taste patty (also veggie) and they were amazing. 9/10. They forgot to add the fries that we paid, but everyone makes a mistake. For sure, if we had said it, they would give us a solution. They were quite nice. We will go back 100%

We hadden dit restaurant ergens als tip gelezen en hoewel het 25 minuten lopen was vanaf het hotel wilden we er toch graag heen. Ter plekke bleek het meer een afhaal- en bezorgrestaurant te zijn. Maar ja, na zo'n stuk lopen, ga je niet onverricht ter zake weer weg. In de zomer zou je hier wel prima op het terras kunnen eten overigens! It's a shame that Krispiburgers advertise cream cheese (the way it used to be made and was great) - now it's mayo :'( we miss it! Everything else is great

The burgers arrive cold and soggy, they were inedible. I can't judge how the food in the store tastes. However, after placing my order, I would neither visit the store nor order again. Very, very bad service for the price.

The burgers here are really very good, the patties were juicy, the bun was toasted and the sauces were delicious. Two burgers, a drink, large fries and two sauces cost around €38. Would definitely recommend the store.

The waitress came with art supplies for the children. which made it easier for us to choose food from the menu in peace. There were many options that were gluten free. It was just mega. The burgers were delicious and filling. The fries, which are made from fresh potatoes, were very notable. The nuggets are also highly recommended. And if you're thirsty, you should definitely take the house lemon tea. He's super leggy. We will definitely come back.

Unfortunately, the vegan pattie tastes like a tasteless mush of potatoes or something. We had three different burgers and unfortunately none of us liked it. The fries were okay! It's a shame, the good reviews probably misled us 😵‍💫

Maybe let it rest in aluminum foil for a moment to make it slobbery. - Tomatoes weren't as powerful as one would like

Went there shortly after closing time, unfortunately the checkout was already “closed”. After begging for a while to see if we could at least have a few more sweet potatoes, one of the bosses simply packed us some super tasty fries for free plus three sauces. Judge good man and a good shop. Next time we'll pay something for it too 🫶🏻

The best cheeseburger I've ever eaten. The best thing about it: It's a completely normal cheeseburger without any strange extras, like the ones you know and love from American fast food chains from your childhood - only tasty and without chemicals. At €10 per piece it's a bit more expensive, but with the taste it's worth stopping by on Sundays and public holidays and spending money.

The burger is a matter of taste, I didn't like it. The fries were fried in old oil, were very full of old fat and tasted absolutely delicious. A disgrace for the price. The homemade iced tea, way too overpriced and way too sweet. I didn't like it. We asked the service if it would take longer because we had a tight schedule and trusted that it would take 10 min. In the end it was 35 minutes that we waited.

The food is very good. When we ask for ingredients to be changed, they charge us, even though the menu says that they can be changed. The place is very small, there is hardly any place to sit inside. For all these reasons, good food, but somewhat expensive in terms of service.

Freddy Schilling makes the best burgers and fries. What's more, the employees are so friendly. Where else would the employee warn you that you may have ordered too much. I'm like, "It's all good, I'll take the burger with me if necessary and eat it tomorrow." Someone actually put the guest's interests above the store's financial interests. This has become so rare. Freddy Schilling is simply delicious! The burgers are fresh, juicy and incredibly well prepared. You can feel the quality of the ingredients in every bite. The homemade sauces and side dishes are a real highlight. The service is quick and friendly, and the atmosphere in the store is relaxed and cool. An absolute must for burger lovers – everything is just right here!

Really happy that I had a really good vegan NewMeat patty on my cheeseburger and not the sad kidney bean/vegetable mush that you often find on vegetarian burgers. It was really good, fries and truffle mayo were also great.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Almost all the burgers can be gluten free and were very tasty. Also the sweet potato fries had a much better texture than most.

Great menu with lots of different burger and sandwich options. Both fries are good and salad was fresh. Definitely recommend trying all the dipping sauces including the chipotle mayo.

We ordered through Wolt today. Unfortunately the smash burger was very dry. The remaining burgers were delicious. Unfortunately the fries have been changed. The fries used to be very tasty and much larger. Now they are thin little mini fries, more like hard dry “leftovers”. What a shame! Especially for the price!

Visited Freddy Schilling again after a few years. Unfortunately not completely convinced this time. The portion was a bit smaller, especially with the goat's peter, and the taste wasn't as fantastic as before. Unfortunately, Bruno's Brenner has been removed from the map. The service is still great and the staff is very friendly. The food also came quickly.

Delicious burger. I think this place sells the best burgers in Cologne. The price is not expensive. A burger, French fries with sauce, and a drink are only 18 euros per person, so I recommend it if the quality is this good. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the texture of the bread and French fries is soft rather than crunchy, but I personally prefer the crunchy texture. But it's definitely a good burger restaurant. The restaurant is not large so there are not many seats. You can sit outside in the summer, but it may be difficult to secure a seat in the winter. The staff are not friendly. It took too long to figure out whether to take orders at the table or at the register.

Amazing food and very friendly staff.

The burgers and fries are usually delicious and the staff is friendly too. However, it is partly a matter of luck whether the food tastes good. The quality is not consistent. Finally, my burger was completely unsalted and the fries were floury and dripping with fat. There were also more fried crumbs than fries. This has happened a few times. This didn't happen before. There was also an offer to make new fries, but you shouldn't even put them out there. Nowadays you pay significantly more and I no longer find that acceptable. In fact, there is no toilet either.

High-quality food in organic quality (uncharted territory), as we still put our hands into the production ourselves. Fries were very good, the sweet potato fries were particularly well received, which rarely happens otherwise. Friendly crew, completely acceptable waiting time, reasonable price, everything was great. Seating is rare and mostly in front of the door. We were lucky, but waiting while standing seems to be normal. The journey was definitely worth it!

I've eaten A LOT of burgers in my time and the Kollefornia (play on California haha) burger I had at Freddy Schilling is one of the juiciest and tastiest I've had. Staff were friendly and even though I didnt speak a word of German, helped to point out the deals that they had. limited seating but great busy atmosphere, watching the guys in the kitchen turn the orders around quickly. If I'm ever in Cologne again, will definitely come back.

I've been coming here for years when I'm in Cologne. Especially because of the gluten-free burger bun variant - a dream in combination with the KKQ sauce. Still one of the tastiest burgers I've eaten.

Went there for the first time yesterday, tried many burger shops in Cologne, mostly nothing special, ate great burgers and great fries here, very friendly staff, TOP!

It is and always will be my number one burger joint. Bruno's distiller with extra cheese. It doesn't take me five minutes to finish it. Nowhere else am I as satisfied every time as I am here, you have to try it once!

Unfortunately not enough seating. Service takes a long time and it makes little sense to accept food by name instead of numbering the tables and doing so. Unfortunately, the portion size is also small

Although the food looked great I’ve had better tasting burgers for cheaper. Was quite a quick wait to get a table though was busy (it’s a sharing tables kind of place) and staff were friendly. Would go back but would order plain fries and a spicer burger if they do one. I ordered the hot honey chicken but had too much honey and too little heat for my tastes.

Also offer gluten-free burgers. Great importance is attached to contamination-free preparation. The burgers also taste very good. Price-wise, it's also completely okay.

Always worth a visit. Insane burgers in a manageable variety. I've been there for the third time and I'm still thrilled. The service is friendly and (depending on the company) will check afterwards whether you liked it. For those who like to experiment, the special is always worth a try. The portions are ideal for those who are very hungry and have very tasty side dishes (must be ordered separately). All sauces are homemade and delicious. The burgers are always nice and pink and never too dry. (Not for fans of the grilled to death). Drinks are quite expensive (nothing under 2EUR for 0.3 bottles)(no alcohol). Anyone who wants a quick burger will usually be disappointed. You can easily wait 15 minutes for your order. This is usually due to the 2m queue in front of the entrance door. As expected with such a popular store with only 12 seats inside and 10 seats and standing outside. All in all, an amazing shop. Only my suggestion about a horse burger was rejected. And that was serious.
