Franziskaner am Markt in Löningen

Bin zum 3 Mal zur Übernachtung dort gewesen.Das Frühstück ist gut und das Zimmer beim ersten Besuch war top.Beim zweiten Mal war es auch in Ordnung nun habe Zimmer Nr.10 gehabt und hatte Fenster aus Glasbausteinen und das Dachfenster ließ sich nicht öffnen.Auf meine E Mail nach dem Check in wurde nicht geantwortet.Und es war auch niemand im Haus zu finden Herzlichen Dank

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 9 Personen zum Grünkohlessen im Franziskaner. Sehr zu empfehlen. Das Gericht war richtig lecker gekocht, danke! Auch die Bedienung war aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Very friendly staff ☺️👍👍👍 (they even made breakfast for us early, even though it wasn't breakfast time yet, as we had to leave early.) which is certainly not something you can take for granted these days. Lovely decor. We'd love to come back 😊

We went there for a meal and had the Wiener Schnitzel and the bacon cheeseburger. Both were really delicious, and the service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is also charming. We'll be back. Thank you :)

1H waiting, first food delivered was wrong, the 200g chicken for 20€(~2€ at the store), sauces and stuff was not special or nice. The bacon burger was really tasty but 1H waiting on a 20€ burger is not competitive pricing. There are many others that do burgers in 10-15min. Kind regards

Feels like a stopgap solution I can only rate the rooms in this review. I only saw the staff one morning, but the staff member was nice and polite. I was there for a total of one week. The room was a minor disaster. Nothing was really intact; it was somehow worn out and forgotten. Lamps didn't work, cupboards had handles falling off, windowsills corroded by moisture. Every night in the hotel, a foul smell emanated from the bathroom. There aren't nearly enough electrical outlets. There are two in the entire room, neither of which are logical or useful. Some investment might be needed to keep up. Not recommended.

The food was excellent and the service was really friendly. Despite a large group with lots of children, they accommodated quickly and well. Tables were moved around and the children were provided with art supplies. The restaurant feels clean and stylish. Located in the heart of Löningen with plenty of parking, this restaurant is highly recommended. 5⭐️

We were there with eight people for dinner on Boxing Day (1:15 p.m.), we still had to wait for our table. It was then 2:30 p.m. before we could eat. But we still enjoyed the dishes very much

There's no Franziskaner at the Franziskaner. But they still serve delicious, fresh beer in a cozy, rustic atmosphere. The menu is concise and offers great dishes. We had the Danish schnitzel with salmon. Top quality and highly recommended. The service was very attentive and, to top it off, not overly intrusive. We'd be happy to come back and highly recommend it.

We stayed here overnight today. Very large and clean rooms. We arrived on a rest day and had to look for the key box because the hotel has two entrances. But it worked well. Breakfast was ok, the staff was super nice. The disadvantage was the floor in the hallway, you can hear every step. This hotel is not for late risers. We were woken up at 6:30 by the stomping in the hallway. Can be recommended. Location is great.

It is a really beautiful hotel, located in the middle of Löningen's old town. The rooms were already furnished and very clean. The staff was extremely accommodating and I really felt like a guest and can only warmly recommend this hotel to everyone. I will definitely come back again, thanks for the hospitality 🤠❤️

It was just delicious for eating

The restaurant is in the city center. It was very hot that day and the restaurant was pleasantly cool. The atmosphere was very rustic. The restaurant was clean and so were the toilets. There were lots of benches to sit on and a lot of it was made of wood. The service was very friendly. The food tasted very good. There is classic German cuisine here

I have to say... it has a touch of decadence when you call on a Sunday to place an order outside the house and the answer you get is: we're not doing that today... pure luxury! Respect!

We had ordered an asparagus menu for several people (ordered in advance). The asparagus soup was great - nice and creamy, not watery. The main menu, especially the asparagus, and the dessert were also very tasty. There were two young men waiting tables. “Our” waiter was very nice, although we had to spend a long time ordering drinks because the store was a bit busier. Price-performance was great.

Wir haben mit der Familie draußen gegessen. Essen und Bedienung war gut. Wir haben uns gefreut das wir draußen den warmen Sommerabend genießen konnten. Mit der Freude war es nach 30 Minuten dann Schluss . Da fing das hirnloses Rasen der Autos an. Viele Autos fuhren mit überhöhter Geschwindigkeit direkt an den Gästen vorbei. Da wurde auch keine Rücksicht auf Fahrrad fahrende Familien genommen. Meine Empfehlung macht ab 18:00 Uhr vor dem Kino die Straße dicht. Man muss aus einem Marktplatz kein Avus Rennkurs machen.
