It was our first time there and we were very satisfied. As soon as it opened, there were many customers ready to "storm" the restaurant. We had a nice table, not too loud, and we could easily have a conversation. The food was fresh and delicious. The mussels and pizza were excellent. We'd gladly come again.

The pizzeria "Franco Ristorante Riviera" is somewhat hidden at the entrance/exit of Netphen-Dreistiefenbach. The restaurant has been open since 1989 and continues to delight anyone who enjoys Italian cuisine. It's also suitable for larger family celebrations. The Patitucci family is friendly, helpful, and very attentive. Otherwise, you might not have much luck with the service. The food is delicious, freshly prepared, and the value for money is good. When the weather is nice, the outdoor seating is highly recommended. After the meal, enjoy a delicious Marsala or Grappa.

We've been there twice now, and it's become our new regular Italian restaurant. Very friendly and welcoming, and the food is excellent. Absolutely top-notch value for money.

The food was delicious and the service was friendly and quick. At the tables in the middle of the room you feel like you're on display, but the tables in the niches are very private.

Pizza was good...antipasti was more expensive than the rest of the meal, and we weren't even asked how many people we wanted it for. It was assumed that each of the seven people wanted it, although only three ate it. Since there was a lot left over, they asked if they didn't like it. The three people did, but the rest didn't want it at all. Everyone had to pay a portion, so as not to be rude to the other three people. Far too expensive for us!!! Unfortunately, we won't be going back.

A very nice and cozy restaurant with superb, authentic Italian cuisine. The food is authentic, refined, and very tasty. We were last there on Boxing Day, and among other things, we had homemade pasta made from a Calabrian recipe. It was simply delicious! The outdoor area under a grapevine-covered arbor immediately conjures up a holiday feeling. The owners are extremely warm and friendly. Parking is available directly at the restaurant, so it's highly recommended.

We were at the Franco Restaurant Pizzeria Riviera and really loved it! The atmosphere is super cozy, you immediately feel at home. A big plus point: There are parking spaces right in front of the building and in the surrounding area, so you don't have to search for long. This saves a lot of stress and makes the visit even more pleasant. The employees are really nice, attentive and looked after us really well. Food: Simply great! Everything was super tasty and freshly prepared - you can tell that the cooking here is made with heart. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back. Absolutely recommended! 😊

Lasagna was very tasty, recommended. Service okay, it's better to emphasize what you want. It's packed in the evening, so if you want something quiet to eat you have to look elsewhere.

After our civil wedding, we ate and celebrated with our family in the restaurant. The Patitucci family made our day perfect! All guests were enthusiastic about the food, service and location. Our table was beautifully decorated with attention to detail. All the dishes arrived at the same time and were delicious. We are grateful to have chosen this restaurant for our celebration! Short version: Good, but not great and quite expensive Italian restaurant In my opinion, a nice restaurant with a fairly large beer garden/outdoor area, which is overgrown with vines and very atmospheric right next to a small stream. I have a mixed conclusion about the service. Our first waiter was very efficient, I didn't find him rude but certainly not warm either. Short, but okay for me. For example, at the beginning of October I no longer think it was a given that we were thrown outside without comment. During the course of the evening we had three more waiters who were all friendly and accommodating. Food was good, but a little too salty (both the pasta and the pizza). I especially liked the pizza base. But here is also my biggest point of criticism and that is the price. I think €13 for the cheapest pizza (on the menu) is quite steep. My wife then asked for a Margherita pizza and got it and it was 8€. But as I said, I still think it's quite expensive at the moment.

Zweiter Versuch - aber wieder eine Enttäuschung. Service ist unempathatisch und wirkt genervt von Kunden. Das Essigdressing zum Salat mit Putenstreifen war ungenießbar: viel zu viel Essig, kaum Öl. Die Putenstreifen waren eiskalt und nicht gut angebraten.

Alles was das Herz begehrt und wer gern romantisch mag, der ist im Außenbereich sehr gut aufgehoben.

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern (5 und 7 Jahre) zum Essen und mussten eine Stunde auf das Essen warten. Das Essen schmeckte gut. Beim Bezahlen haben wir freundlich auf die lange Wartezeit hingewiesen. Der Chef kam dann hinter uns her, als wir bei den Fahrrädern waren und meinte, wir sollten doch lieber zu Mac Donalds gehen und nicht wieder kommen. In diese Pizzeria gehen wir auf jeden Fall nicht noch einmal. So schlecht bin ich noch nie in einem Restaurant behandelt worden.

Parkplätze sind nur wenige vorhanden. Ich musste weiter oben in der Straße parken. Die Speisekarte bietet sehr wenig Auswahl. Man bekommt als Karte ein Foliertes A4 Blatt. Wir haben uns für die Hausgemachte Lasagne entschieden. Serviert wurde eine kleine Schüssel mit 2 mini nudelplatten gefüllt mit viel Soße. Der Käse der das ganze bedeckte war jedoch ganz gut. Komisch war auch das brot zum essen gereicht wurde. 3 pizza Brötchen für 2 Personen die Lasagne bestellt haben Leider nicht zu empfehlen. War unser erster und letzter Besuch.

Wenn du diese Pizzeria betrittst, ahnst du nicht, welchen Gaumenschmaus dir diese Küche bereitet. Wenn du den großen Gastraum betrittst, ahnst du nicht, was sich im hinteren Bereich für ein fantastischer Weingarten versteckt. Kommen, sehen und genießen - das ist hier das richtige Motto!!! Obendrein gibts eine wunderbare Bedienung, nette und sehr freundliche Menschen und eine Pizza , sowie Nudelgerichte zum Dahinschmelzen.... 🍕 Was du jetzt machen sollst??? HINGEHEN 😅😅

Leider viel viel zu teuer. Pizza 13€ Nudel quattri formagi 14,70€. Das ist unverschämt. Und geschmacklich nur Mittelmass. Dann lieber zu da Pino

War zum ersten mal dort. Super lecker gegessen. Nette Bedienung. Sehr professionell! Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und werden wieder kommen. Es empfiehlt sich aber vorher anzufragen, ob ein ein Tisch frei ist. Sehr gut besuchte Restaurant.

Leckere Vorspeisen und sehr gute Pizza

Wir waren bisher mit dem Service und der Qualität der Speisen immer zufrieden. Heute wurden wir leider derbe enttäuscht. Wir bekamen eine nicht bestellte Vorspeise zuviel, dafür kam die fehlende erst nach mehrfacher Nachfrage und dann zeitgleich zum Hauptgang. Das Angebot, die Nudeln so lange warmzuhalten war zwar pragmatisch, trug aber nicht unbedingt zur Qualität des Essens bei. Dass die von uns auch verzehrte wenn auch nicht bestellte Vorspeise berechnet wurde, war sicher zu erwarten; die Entschuldigung des Chefs aber eher schmallippig. Zur Qualität der Speisen: die Nudeln mit Ricotta waren, wenn man das Warmhalten berücksichtigt, noch okay, wenn auch entsprechend weich. Der Pizzateig war ohne Rand und flach, also offensichtlich auch kein Steinofen, die Lasagne hatte 8 (!) Nudellagen unter einer dicken Käse-Bechamelschicht, was das Hackfleisch entsprechend schwinden ließ. Über den Eisbergsalat mit geschwärzten Oliven wurde ein günstiges (Oliven?-)Öl und ein Übermaß an Essig ergossen. Das Steak war über well-done. Wurde aber auch nicht gefragt, wie es gewünscht wird. Das Ganze für deutlich über 120€ für 4 Personen. Inflation und gestiegene Personalkosten hin oder her. Das wäre inklusive des Umgangs mit Fehlern von Seiten des Restaurants besser möglich gewesen. Daher auch unser letzter Besuch…

Lecker typisch italienische Pizza👍. Solche Pizzabäcker sind Grund, dass man Pizzen nur beim Italiener isst.

Die Speisekarte ist sehr einfallsreich und kreativ, das Essen war sehr lecker. Auch das Ambiente passt. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Biergarten!

Tolle Gerichte. Ich hatte Nudeln mit Spargel und es war ein Traum. Super netter Service, die Qualität und die Frische ist hervorragend. Dafür zahle ich auch gerne mal etwas mehr. Danke für den schönen Abend.

Das Essen war bisher immer sehr gut, wobei die Preise der gehobenen Gastronomie sehr nahekommen. Der Kellner der mich bei meinen Besuchen immer wieder bedient hat, stand beinahe jedesmal kurz davor, von mir standesgemäß geohrfeigt zu werden. Seine Überheblichkeit und unhöfliche Art und Weise, werden ihm eines Tages zum Verhängnis werden. Ich habe sie dennoch mit 3 Sternen bewertet, da mir ihr Essen immer sehr geschmeckt hat.

Grossartiges Essen bei großartigen Menschen

Hier stimmt die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen! Es wird wirklich authentische italienische Küche "alla Mamma" geboten. Wer seine Lieblingspizza nicht auf der Karte findet, sollte einfach nachfragen... Lediglich die Sitzgelegenheiten könnten etwas großzügiger sein. Andererseits, was kann der Inhaber für meine Leibesfülle?

Das Essen lag etwa im oberen Mittelfeld, ebenso wie die Bedienung und das Ambiente. Doch leider lagen die Preise unserer Meinung nach etwas darüber, daher nur 3 Sterne. Sorry.
