The Gasthaus Klein has been the first address for our small and large family celebrations for many years. The innkeeper family is always very friendly and accommodating, which also applies to the employees. The food is always very tasty and the portions are large. The menu is not overloaded. The ambience is typical of the Siegerland, with some contemporary applications. Access is barrier-free and there are plenty of parking spaces. There is also a beautiful beer garden. If you like good home cooking with modern elements, this is the place for you. Highly recommended.

Veal liver very tasty!!! Add salt to the mashed potatoes and fry the onion with too much pepper. A pity :(

You can feel comfortable in the Gasthaus Klein. Very warm welcome and service, nice menu with original dishes and a decent price-performance ratio. You can also sit in a wonderful beer garden.

We sat in the beautiful garden under a very old hornbeam tree. Service very nice, kitchen not fast, but every minute of waiting was worth it! Great!

We were there on Whitsunday with 15 people. I think it's good that the company practices inclusion and has hired service employees accordingly. My food was forgotten and came too quickly to have been freshly prepared. The meat was hard and dry and had probably been under the heat lamp for a long time. I brought the food back to the kitchen. Not a word from the chef or the restaurant management. They're probably doing too well. It's a shame for the nice atmosphere.

As always and even years ago... everything was very tasty and good...

We were here with a group of 15 people. The service is very unprofessional. Hot plates were passed across the table to us and drinks came incomplete after 15 minutes. A dish was forgotten and only served cold 20 minutes later. We had it returned, no apology from the restaurant. Side dishes partly cold, steaks not fried to order. With starter prices of around €10 and main courses of up to €40, a certain level of service can be expected. Salads and soups were very good. We didn't feel welcome or taken seriously. Absolutely overpriced for the quality & service, very disappointing and not recommended.

What a wonderful lunch! We had the pleasure of dining at Gasthaus Klein today and it was simply fantastic. We chose the asparagus dish and were not disappointed. The freshness and quality of the ingredients were simply outstanding. However, what really made this experience special was the warm atmosphere that made us feel at home. It didn't just feel like a business lunch, but more like a cozy get-together with family and friends. The service was exceptional and the staff was extremely attentive and friendly. I can't wait to come back and try more delicacies. An unreserved recommendation for anyone looking for a great meal in a family atmosphere!

I celebrated my 50th birthday here. I had pre-ordered food and even got my own menu printed, which made me very happy. The service was very good! However, the sauce for the main course was extremely salty, as was the meat... On our last visit, we noticed that the soup and the sauce for the goose we ordered were also oversalted... We said that every time. We were then told that the kitchen had been informed, but unfortunately this time too (for 9 people) they didn't accommodate us in terms of price...

Went to this house for the first time today and will definitely be back soon… The service 👨‍🔧 was quite quick and friendly with still room for improvement… (e.g. if a bottle of water is served, you can also pour it and not just put it in the cooler...) Unfortunately, the dishes took a while...but they were very tasty and appealing when served hot! Plate served. The trout fillet as well as the veal were cooked to perfection...Perfect 😀 😋 The price level is quite high, but the house as a whole is of a high standard and therefore justified. Until the next visit…

After a very long abstinence, we went back to the Klein Gasthof. We were given a few vouchers and wanted to have a nice evening. We then ordered a table with three people and ate there. But we realized that this is no longer what we would like. We were totally disappointed. The service wasn't good, the staff wasn't trained, the food wasn't what was on the menu and we had to wait 35 minutes for the ice cream even though only 4 tables were occupied. Then the sanitary facilities were not clean and the dining room constantly smelled of smoke. In return we had to pay €120 for two pieces of chicken and a schnitzel. This has no relation. It's a real shame, but I think we won't be visiting the Klein Gasthaus again.

The three of us had lunch at the Gasthof Klein in February and we all had 3 different dishes. At the same time the food came and it was simply... amazingly good. Food at the highest level, fully recommended. If you expect the best food at a reasonable price, you MUST go here. Of course, top friendly service. Disguised Michelin star cuisine.

We came here after a long day in the forest and had a meal with the whole team. The food and service were incredibly good, as well as really generous portions, something we rarely see in high-quality cuisine. We also had a place right by the fireplace, simply wonderful ❤️

Leider sehr enttäuscht. Wir waren mittags da, die Vorsuppe meiner Mutter war lauwarm, meine versalzen. Der Geschmack des Hauptgangs war gut,aber durch die Eiskalten Teller, traurig. Der Service war nett ,aber wirkte sehr unsicher.

Wir waren gestern am 2 ten Weihnachtstag dort.......echt Bombe ! Sehr leckerly Essen und dass mit reichlich großen Portionen. Da wird man satt und alles frisch zubereitet-klasse ..... Sehr empfehlenswert......

Wunderschönes Fachwerkhaus mit sehr gemütlichen Gasträumen und überaus freundlichen Inhabern und Mitarbeitern. Die Speisen waren einfach top. Wir waren mit der Familie dort und jeder war begeistert. Egal ob Gänsebrust, Steak oder das vegane Menü. Es war alles frisch und liebevoll zubereitet. Geschmacklich hervorragend. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Es gehört für uns als Familie immer dazu Weihnachten schön im Gasthaus klein essen zu gehen. Vor allem das legendäre Gänse Menü. So auch dieses Jahr. Was uns nur aufgefallen ist: das Essen ist dieses Jahr zum ersten Mal ungewöhnlich salzig gewesen. Im Anschluss hatte man sehr großen Durst. Daher kann ich beim Essen leider nur 3 von 5 Sternen vergeben. Schade, bei dem Preis. Aber alles andere ist weiterhin top. Wir haben schon viele schöne Stunden beim Gasthaus klein verbracht.

Sehr empfehlenswert. Klein's sind und bleiben das Restaurant in Netphen und Umgebung, wo man besonders gut Essen kann und dazu sehr gut bedient wird.

Wirklich sehr leckeres Essen, was allerdings auch den Preis widerspiegelt. Die Portionen sind sehr gut, die Zutaten frisch. Die Wartezeit war ziemlich lang, leider auch bei den Getränken.

Es hat wie immer unsere Erwartungen erfüllt.

Wir sind zu sechst nach langer Anreise eingekehrt. Es war bereits 20.30 Uhr und wird haben trotzdem ohne Probleme Essen bestellen können. Die Gerichte waren sehr lecker und reichlich! Jeder wurde mehr als satt! Bei unserem Gericht gab es als Beilage beispielsweise Kroketten - hier bekamen wir eine ganze Schüssel! (Oft bekommt man ja nur ein paar Stück) das Personal war überaus freundlich und auch der Koch kam zu uns und hat sich mit uns unterhalten. Sehr sympathisches Familienunternehmen und definitiv einen Besuch wert! Aber: viel Hunger mitbringen! ;)

Ein Top Restaurant. Guter Service und ein hervorragendes Angebot. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben am Donnerstag eine Diamantenhochzeit mit Familie gefeiert. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Die Bedienung (inklusive Eigentümerin) war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir durfen 2 Hunde im Innenbereich mitbringen. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wir waren als Wanderer mit Hund und Rucksack unterwegs und sind einfach zum Aufwärmen und Tee trinken gekommen. Obwohl Ostern und Essenszeit war, wurden wir sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend begrüßt. Alles bestens. Vielen Dank, das ist wahre Gastlichkeit.

Schönes Ambiente in einem alten Fachwerkhaus. Essen gut und reichlich. Freundliches und nettes Personal. Wir waren zufrieden und kommen sicherlich irgendwann mal wieder.

Sehr guter Service Das Essen eine Gaumenfreude

Wir waren mit Freunden hier. Wir wurden höflich empfangen und zum Tisch gebracht. Die Getränke konnten wir schnell bestellen und wurden zügig serviert. So empfanden wir es ebenfalls mit dem Essen, die Vorspeise ließ nicht lange auf sich warten und nach einer angenehmen Zeit kam dann auch der hauptgang. Es gibt ein paar Kleinigkeiten die nicht weiter wild sind aber trotzdem aufgefallen sind: nicht alle Service Mitarbeitenden sind immer aufmerksam, auf dem Tisch standen leere Gläser und Porzellan obwohl zwischendurch neue Getränke gebracht wurden, die Portionen sowohl Vorspeise als auch hauptgang sind riesig und kaum zu schaffen wenn man zwei Gänge oder mehr essen möchte, die kinderessen könnten kindgerechter sein (Suppe zu heiß, zu viel Salat im Vergleich zum Rest), mein steak war nur lauwarm und die Kruste etwas zu trocken, die trüffelmayo hat sich abgesetzt.... All das sollte aber bitte nur positiv aufgenommen werden und ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau 😉 wir hatten einen schönen Abend mit sehr schmackhaften Essen. Vielen Dank dafür.

Saisonales und regionales Essen, wunderbar und köstlich zubereitet und ansehnlich serviert. Der Inhaber höchst persönlich kümmert sich um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste. Das Restaurant ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und trotz modernen Elementen trägt es den Charme des alten und mit Liebe Restaurierten Gebäudes mit langer Geschichte weiter. Auch vegane Menüs und Gerichte werden angeboten, die den nicht veganen Gerichte in nichts nachstehen.

Da wir uns immer gute Restaurants, aussuchen wurden wir ,auch diesmal ___nicht___ enttäuscht. Ob, das Gasthaus, die Räumlichkeiten ,dort fühlt man sich wohl. Der Service, umsichtig ,schnell und freundlich. Das Essen geschmackvoll, jedes Gericht hatte seinen eigenen leckeren Geschmack.
