Lahori Masala in Netphen

We ordered through Lieferando. After almost 2.5 hours, the food finally arrived. It was still warm, but it only arrived after we called, almost two hours later. I ordered a pasta dish, but added a note saying "without mushrooms" because I can't tolerate them. The dish came with mushrooms. For a minimum order of €40, we really expected more. It's a shame.

I've ordered twice in total. The starters so far have all been delicious. The main course in the first order was quite good. Today's main course was unfortunately inedible and was literally swimming in oil. I don't generally have anything against fatty food. Besides, Indian food is often very rich, but this was not okay! I've attached a picture. The actual sauce and meat were 50% and oil was 50%. You can see it quite clearly in the photo, I think. I have no idea if it was the dish's fault, but I can't really imagine it. Who would voluntarily eat something that is half pure oil? I tried to skim off as much of the oil as possible and throw it away. It didn't work very well. Also, the naan is too soft and thick for me. I was happy to have discovered a good alternative Indian delivery service, but after today's order, I'll be crossing the restaurant off my list for now.

I've been an occasional customer for about two years. I've always received freshly prepared food, and the service has always been very friendly and polite, yet unobtrusive. If you specifically request the original spice, you'll fortunately not be disappointed.

Haven't eaten this well in a long time! The best curry, super tasty naan, and a really good vegan selection! You can order almost all curries vegan :) So delicious and very generous portions. And very friendly service ❤️ we'll be back.

Good pizzas. The food is highly recommended. Unfortunately, they don't serve alcohol here, not even outside. That's surprising for a beer garden.

We always enjoy eating here! No matter whether on site or take away. The employees are always friendly and accommodating, everything is quick and pickup is always on time. The own app works great. We also think the alcohol-free concept is really great. Veggie & vegan friendly 🌱 Very child friendly! Indoor play area and a playhouse on the terrace 😊 We have tried the diverse menu up and down and have always been impressed. Really an enrichment for Netphen!

The food was very good. Well-seasoned but not too spicy. The side dishes were also good. Casual bread and basmati rice. The service was fast and attentive. The prices are fair! Unfortunately, almost every seat was taken that evening, and it got very loud at times. That's perfectly acceptable, but not when large groups aren't considerate.

Nice and friendly waiters. The food was delicious. The price-performance ratio is definitely very good when you compare the prices, as you'll pay €10 for a kebab with a 0.33 liter can of Coke. Plenty of vegetarian options. Wait times are short.

Ein tolles Restaurant. Bodenständig, ohne Schnick Schnack und sehr basic. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Speisen überragend lecker. Es gibt fast alle Speisen auch als vegane Variante so dass die Auswahl für Veganer riesig ist.

We were impressed by the very large selection of dishes that were freshly and deliciously prepared - portions were so generous that even good eaters were more than satisfied 😊. Just something different in terms of food and drinks, we were pleasantly surprised. We also particularly liked the very friendly and attentive service - you also get excellent advice when choosing dishes. We'd love to go there again!

The Indian food is super tasty and meets the standards of other purely Indian restaurants. Can really recommend. Ordering via the app is really uncomplicated. The employees are all very nice.

We had our favorite meal (chicken, vegetables with mango) delivered last night and were very disappointed. The sauce from the dish was way too sweet. What happened? New chef in the kitchen? We are now skeptical and that's why we think it's a shame, we've always enjoyed eating there and have also ordered what has been good so far.

First Indian restaurant in Siegen that offers authentic Biryani. It was extremely tasty. Quantity was a bit less for 18 euros, expected a bit more rice. Raita should be offered with the biryani and shouldn't be purchased separate.

Went to this restaurant for the first time today, never had Indian food before, first impression, simple but attractively furnished, friendly staff member who answered our questions about the menu, we ate Tikka Massala and Chicken Tikka normally, Basmati rice like I did I don't know it but it's delicious, the meat is soft and not too dry, the sauce is delicious, we enjoyed it!!!

It’s great to see an authentic Asian Pakistani and Indian Shop here. The dishes were tasty and ambience is really good for family.

Unseren Geschmack hat es nicht getroffen. Das mit scharf betitelte Curry war nicht scharf und insgesamt waren beide Currys leider eher fad. Appetitlich sah alles aus. Ich bin mir sicher viele deutsche Gaumen denen authentisches indisches Essen zu scharf/gut gewürzt wäre finden hier wonach sie suchen. Wir nicht.

Sehr leckeres indisches Essen. Nettes Personal. Gerne wenn ich wieder hier in der Heimat bin komme ich vorbei.

Das Personal war super freundlich und auch das Essen war Klassse. Wir hatten je eine Poertion vom Mittagstisch und die hat uns auch voll genügt. Wir werden dort auf jeden Fall öfters zum Essen hingehen.

Sehr schönes Ambiente auch für Familie geeignet und das Essen war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Die Auswahl ist sehr groß und auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, da die Portionen sehr groß sind...

Dezember 2023: Wir waren wieder dort, das Restaurant war überraschender Weise leer! Diesmal waren wir nicht mehr so begeistert. Der Grillteller war trocken, Zwiebeln alle verbrannt, beim Tandoori war es ähnlich! Auf Sonderwünsche konnte nicht eingegagen werden. Die Portionen waren subjektiv kleiner. Es war unser 3ter Besuch. Wir werden wahrscheinlich nochmal wieder kommen und hoffen das es nur ein Ausrutscher war! ----------- Wir haben uns überraschen lassen und wurden nicht enttäuscht, die Gerichte waren stimmig und angenehm würzig. Der Service war freundlich. Wir werden wieder kommen Für Rollstuhlfahrer gibt es eine Rampe

essen wirklich klasse , indisch konnten wir probieren. das essen kam sogar bis ins Hotelzimmer und hat super geschmeckt !

Lecker Indische Küche. Waren positiv überrascht. Preislich etwas teurer.

Wir waren erst sehr skeptisch, weil die Speisekarte pakistanisches, indisches, türkisches und italienisches Essen enthält und sowas normalerweise kein gutes Zeichen ist, wenn eine Karte so groß ist. Aber das indische Essen, das wir gegessen haben, war sehr lecker, der Service war sehr gut und freundlich. Und als ich am Ende mein Essen habe einpacken lassen, bei dem fast kein Reis mehr Dabei war, zusätzlich noch mal zwei volle Portionen Reis mit dazu eingepackt. Davon war ich sehr positiv überrascht. Über das Ambiente. Innen kann ich leider nicht urteilen, wir saßen draußen. Dennoch würde ich das Restaurant jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Dieses Lokal erweitert den Horizont in der Netphen’er Gastro Landschaft erheblich. Wir haben hier jetzt ca. das zehnte mal was zu essen bestellt, mal per App oder auch mal herkömmliche mit dem Telefon. Es ist immer pünktlich und warm geliefert worden. Die Currys sind alle zu empfehlen, die Portionen sind auch ordentlich. Mir ist aber aufgefallen das mal mehr Fleisch und mal etwas weniger Fleisch im Gericht ist. Wenn sich das noch verbessert gibt es sechs Sterne!

Essen ist gut und lecker. Die Portionsgrößen waren auch genau richtig. Der Service war gut. Da das Wetter entsprechend war, konnten wir draußen sitzen.

Optisch sehr schönes Restaurant. Eine sehr beruhigende und schöne Atmosphäre. Das Essen einfach Top, mit Liebe gemacht :) Ein großes Lob an das Personal, sehr freundlich. Immer gerne wieder:)

Leckeres Essen und netter Service. Die vegane Auswahl ist fantastisch und auf der Karte ist klar gekennzeichnet welche Gerichte/Getränke/Brote etc vegan sind.

Tolles Essen! Sehr gute Qualität! Wir kommen sehr gerne immer wieder ins Lahori Masala, obwohl wir von weiter wegkommen. Ich kann, einen Besuch dort nur empfehlen. Im Sommer kann man auch sehr schön draußen sitzen.

Heute war ich zum ersten Mal dort und es war definitiv nicht das letzte Mal. Alle waren sehr sehr freundlich und das Essen war mega lecker. Das Hähnchen war sehr zart, viel Gemüse, Reis und Naan-Brot dazu, sehr lecker gewürzt und die Schärfe konnte ich mir aussuchen. Wirklich empfehlenswert. Erwähnenswert ist auch die Auswahl an Getränken, hier hat man viel Auswahl und Getränke, die es sonst nicht gibt auf einer Karte. Vielen Dank an das Team!
