Forellenhof in Saarlouis

We've been going to Olha for a long time, and it tastes soooo delicious, just like mom's.❤️ There are always changing specials, such as dishes from outside Olga's hometown. We always have fun and are always served in a friendly and courteous manner. Unfortunately, we learned that it will be closing at the end of the year. We can't understand that. Olha is such a lovely woman. It's unimaginable for us that the Forellenhof will no longer exist under this staff. What a shame, what a shame 😥 I really hope things turn around 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

A wonderful meeting place with a lovely ambiance. The food is excellent at reasonable prices. The menu is straightforward, and there's something for everyone. They have great themed days with steak; just be surprised. The service is very good and friendly. It's simply a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Coffee, beer and water. There's still some flies. Nice time at the pond. PS: Thursday is steak day.

I was there again on October 23rd after over 10 years. The half chicken with fries and salad tasted very good!

You can sit well and very comfortably. The owner is very friendly and attentive. The food was good too. I can recommend it with a clear conscience

New owner. There were 6 of us and we had 5x chicken and 1x schnitzel with fries and salad. Everything is very good. Service was very attentive and friendly. You can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Idyllic little restaurant, friendly service, small dishes that are absolutely fine. For a "fishing home" the drinks are a bit expensive but you have to be able to live on them. You still have to get used to slightly higher prices. Overall, recommended and the pond and the area invite you to linger in the beer garden. Nice, well-kept boules court right next to it.

Ambiance typical pub, like 50 years ago. The salad was no longer completely fresh and the beans and coleslaw came from a jar. Chicken very well seasoned, otherwise a bit too dry. Fries were good. I would like to highlight the location of the restaurant. Very idyllic by a large pond.

The staff was very friendly and the food was very good and plentiful. In short, the price/performance ratio was right

Gemütliche Location mit guter terrasse gleich am Weiher. Immer wieder gibt's leckere Gerichte zum leckeren Fassbier. Der Service ist immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Immer wieder gerne.

Very good.... Here you can dine comfortably with a view of the lake. Recommendation !!!!!! Half chicken, it couldn't be better!!!!!!! Landlady and service very friendly. Now I heard that it will be closed from December 1st. This makes us all very, very sad. I wish the landlady and the others all the best for the future. Gut bürgerliche, rustikale, einfache Stube mit Biergarten am idyllischen Forellenteich. Zum Hähnchenflügelessen dort eingeladen gewesen. Gute Fleischqualität, nicht zu salzig, mager oder trocken, genau wie sie sein sollen. Pommes gut gewürzt und kross. Bier vom Fass. Restliche Speisekarte ist mir nicht bekannt.

Insbesondere bei schönem Wetter sehr zu empfehlen..

Getränke kommen pünktlich, Essen kann etwas dauern. Alles in allem kein normales Restaurant, eher eine Wirtschaft mit kleiner Küche. Es kann sich lohnen, vorher anzufragen, was noch verfügbar ist.

Ort super, der Rest erbärmlich! War früher mal besser!
