Had a snack salad and once again it was really delicious!!😉

Absolutely recommended!!! We each ate meat from the hot stone. Awesome, so delicious 😋 😋 😋 We are already looking forward to our next stay in the Black Forest and will be happy to come back. Anyone who would like to go there, be sure to reserve in advance. Otherwise you have little or no chance of getting a table.

The Flößer Schänke is one of our favorite restaurants! Friendly service and super delicious food! We recommend the Flößer Vesper salad 👍

One of our best restaurants in Germany ☺️ Very attentive service, and very good and plentiful dishes, with great attention paid to homemade food. The little salad with the Käsespätzle was great! The interior space is well arranged with its different alcoves. For the summer, the little decoration on the terrace looked super nice.

Very nice decor for this typical restaurant, with a large terrace for sunny days. Excellent salads, just like the Panna Cotta, with raspberry coulis.

The Maultauschen made from melted onions and the accompanying potato salad (vinegar) for €16.50 were very tasty. 0.33L Cola €3.60. So a total of €21.10.

Beautiful restaurant that has retained its original charm in a beautiful agricultural setting. We are currently on vacation and had a very nice evening here. From the service to the food, everything without any “complaints”. Great service, fast, nice service. Children very welcome. We'd love to come back.

The food was very good. We had a flamenkuchen which they added an extra ingredient we asked for and the Haus salad was amazing (very big and top quality). The ambience and decor is very comfy. We were waiting a while to get served, it was busy, and the 2 girls there were non stop, a great place for straightforward food and good beer.

Unfortunately, the pizza base was mostly too soft, the toppings were OK. It's better to eat pizza at an Italian restaurant. The other food tasted perfect.

Every dish we ordered was very tasty. We can recommend the restaurant.

The food was very tasty, as it was busy we had to wait a long time until our order was taken and we also had to explicitly ask if we were allowed to order. But the food and the ambience made up for it.

Just great! We always visit the Flößer-Schänke when we are here. Everyone will find something on this menu. Everything very tasty! A highlight is the meat from the hot stone. Personally, I love the Schupfnudeln with spinach, I have to eat it at least once on our short vacations - including today. Staff are always very friendly, quick - it couldn't be better. Ambience, inside and outside, very nice. In short...there is nothing to complain about!!!! 😀

After a few closures in the area, the Flößer-Schänke is undisputedly our favorite restaurant in Baiersbronn. The restaurant itself and the beer garden are attractively designed. The service is usually attentive, but it is usually very busy, so sometimes you have to wait a little bit until you can order or be served. All in all, however, you get the impression that they try to provide good service at all times and the employees are always friendly. The food was delicious, there is a lot of choice. There are also numerous local specialties on offer. I recommend reserving a table (far) in advance - even during the week. The location is very popular and highly frequented.

Absolutely delicious food, the perfect end to a long hike. Very nice and friendly service and very humane prices. Next time I'd be happy to do it again :)

At that time I was a regular at Flöerstube in Baiersbronn. The food was always really fresh and tasted great. I don't think the kitchen checked, otherwise the bistro wouldn't be there anymore. I look forward to my next visit to Baiersbronn

Nice beer garden atmosphere, tastefully decorated. Long waiting times for drinks. We had tarte flambée and pizza. Flammkuchen was more of a pizza, thick dough and overloaded with cheese. Pizza also thick dough, taste ok. Overall, waiting times were long and the restaurant was far from full.

Tip, top! The location for tourists where the locals also go! Gladly again!

Beautiful guest garden, inviting pub. Friendly, friendly and attentive service. However, if there are good visitors, waiting times must be accepted. The extensive menu should leave nothing to be desired, and the quality of the dishes on offer can only be praised. Overall, an absolute recommendation for a cozy (evening) meal in a relaxed, cozy atmosphere.

We wanted to eat here but were told a blunt NOIN. Not even 'es tut mir leit' or 'you can reserve for another day'. So a huge letdown for us in advance!!!!!!!

Service very bad. Schänke wasn't even half full. 2 waitresses plus the boss were running around, but we still had to wait over 30 minutes for a drink. Walked past me 5 times to neighboring tables because I forgot my cutlery, forgot my card...

We had a great dinner. For a spontaneous visit you have to be lucky, it's better to make a reservation. The food was very good and despite the huts being full, the food and drinks were delivered quickly. I can recommend the store with a clear conscience.

After a long hike, the perfect place to get a hearty and honest meal. The goulash soup was a poem and the homemade Maultaschen were perfect. I don't know if it was because I was very hungry, but at that moment the food was a real revelation. Incredibly delicious. The service was also very nice and the prices were absolutely right.

The venue and decoration show a lot of attention to detail and the individual areas of the restaurant are also beautifully designed. The outside area is very nice. The starters (two soups) were very tasty and you can taste that they were homemade. The only flaw is the meat, which is unfortunately brought to the table already seasoned. As a meat lover, I like the pure taste and seasoning with just a little salt or pepper after roasting. Leider wurde das Fleisch mit einer scharfen trocken Marinade vorgewürzt. Wenn man kein scharf möchte ist das leider etwas schade. No criticism, but asking briefly before serving increases the enjoyment of eating even more.

I'm torn... It's great if something is open on a holiday. Not good if the staff is overwhelmed. Not good at all. Yes, it's stressful in service, but you shouldn't let that show... And snarky comments when the guest asks for additional garlic on the pizza, that's not possible either. The pizza was ok, looked like a ready-made crust, toppings ok. Unfortunately, the many onions that were supposed to be on the menu were not there. The ambience is rustic, consistent with the location. There is a large selection, but there is little for vegetarians. Yes, there are cheese spaetzle. I can't see anymore. The most uncreative veggie dish of this time. I wouldn't go...

Food was great, we had tomato soup as a starter, which tasted very fresh and chicken soup was also very tasty. As a main course we had salami pizza, made free of charge and it tasted great. And very pleasant conversation with the waitresses

Reserved for 4 p.m., you get in trouble like a little child if you get there 5 minutes early and sit outside. Specialty: Steak on a hot stone. There wasn't any, neither normal steak nor the hot stone, they said it would take at least 1 hour. It took an hour for our ordered food to arrive. The tarte flambée was raw, the pizza was a thawed one, raw inside, even after we asked for it to be baked again. We'll never come back!

A restaurant with a difference. Especially because the ambience is simply rustic, cozy and inviting. The menu offers something for everyone...whether traditional or Italian dishes. There's nothing wrong with the food itself. The portions are generous and tasty. The service is friendly and attentive. If the beer is offered in 0.5 liters, then it should contain half a liter. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, even though I pointed it out. All in all, we have been enjoying going to the Flößerschenke for 30 years and can still recommend it to others.

With the look of the homepage and the prices, we definitely expected something different and better quality. The Maultaschen were great. The paraglider salad was very disappointing. Not enough lettuce, the tomatoes were like parchment paper and the mozzarella from the 1kg bulk package was cut into thin slices. The rump steak was, I can't put it any other way, a disaster. Way too thin and just too much fat/fiber. Given the prices, we won't go there again. The four of us left over €106. A pity...

Luckily we arrived relatively early without registering. We were kindly asked if we could sit down. Very good service and super delicious food.

At the beginning there was no friendly greeting. We had to wait for the glasses on our reserved table to be cleared away. Wiping/disinfecting the table was not carried out. Menu very detailed, something for everyone. Prices very good👍 The staff do not respond to questions about food. Cozy atmosphere 👍 Unfortunately, we didn't get more than two drinks, even though we sat right in front of the counter. To do this, white wine was poured from the carafe back into the original wine bottle, as if that were normal. Later we were asked directly if we wanted to pay... which we did. However, I would have liked to order desserts...

There are very tasty dishes in Baiersbronn in the Flösserschänke. No matter whether Maultaschen, potato salad or spaetzle, everything tastes very tasty. The salads are also highly recommended here.

Cozy atmospheric restaurant on the river. On January 1, 2024, we were vacationing in the cute town of Baiersbronn and looking for a restaurant option for dinner. I wanted to try local cuisine. When I opened the doors of Flößer-Schänke, I knew we were going to have a wonderful evening. This is a family run restaurant with very friendly service and delicious local food. Located on the river, beautiful both in winter and summer (they have a beautiful summer area along the river) The ingredients used to prepare the dishes are local and everything is made with love. I want to come back here❤️ I recommend trying: • goulash Hausgemachte Gulaschsuppe, small/large portions available •Käsespätzle mit Sahne, Käse, Zwiebeln und kleinem Blattsalat😍😍😍😍

Sehr gutes Essen! Aufmerksames Personal. Kartoffelsalat von der Oma gemacht, gibt kaum einen besseren weit und breit.

Die Zwiebelsuppe ist ein Gedicht und für 5€ absolut zu empfehlen. Auch Flammkuchen, Gulasch und Schupfnudeln konnten überzeugen und man hat gemerkt, dass hier noch selbstgekocht wird. Lange nicht mehr so häufig hausgemacht in einer Karte gelesen.

Selten so gut gegessen. Das Menü mit dem heißen Stein war einfach nur super. Das Flößer Brett kann man auch nur empfehlen. Portionen sind völlig ausreichend, Service sehr freundlich. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen. Tisch reservieren.

Sehr nettes Lokal, waren sogar 2 mal da, beim ersten Besuch waren 2 junge Damen im Service, sehr sehr nett, aufmerksam! Leider war keine Kartenzahlung möglich, der Hinweis an der Tür im Dunkeln kaum zu sehen, ärgerlich, da die Bewirtung geschäftlich abgerechnet wurde, also ist einer nach einem Weizen los, noch Bargeld aufzutreiben. Am 2 Abend war das Essen genau so gut, leider der Service ehr dürftig. Sehr nettes Lokal, aber halt mit kleinen Fehlern

Tolles gut bürgerliches Essen. Steaks selbst auf heißem Stein braten, super. Aber besser bei warmem Wetter im Außenbereich machen. Im Lokal stört es.

Man kann schön draußen sitzen. Spezialität scheint überall viel Käse zu sein. Das Baguette am Nebentisch war üppig belegt und selbst mein Flammkuchen war mit sehr viel Käse.

Wir gehen regelmäßig seit über 20 Jahren da hin Essen ,ist immer lecker 😁😋😋😋 egal was ob Salat 🥗 Baguette, Pizza, Pasta, Suppen Steak oder Ofen Kartoffeln 😋

Wer im Jahre 2023 nicht verstanden hat dass wir einen massiven Mangel an Servicekräften haben, der sollte mit seinem fehlenden Verständnis daheim bleiben! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und warten für gutes Essen gerne ein paar Minuten länger. Es war alles im Rahmen!

Schöner Garten aber, die Bedienung war furchtbar. Wir hatten nur eine Wurst Platte und was zum trinken bestellt, die Getränke kamen nach gute 20 Minuten, die Wurstplatte nach 3 mal fragen nach mehr wie 40 Minuten! Für die Rechnung mussten wir auch 3 mal die Bedienung bitten, sie kam dann nach über 30 Minuten auch nicht und wir mussten rein gehen und an der Bar bezahlen.

Essen sehr lecker, Bedienung freundlich, Preise angemessen. Haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden wieder kommen

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Lokal. Sehr gutes lokales Essen. Wir hatten die Schnecken, einen Schweizer Wurstsalat (mit gedünsteten Zwiebeln - unsererseits ein Pluspunkt) und die Käsespätzle, die wirklich übermäßig gut waren. Sehr cremig und würzig und mit leicht krosser Kruste. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, obwohl wegen Ferienzeit unterbesetzt und sehr im Stress- deshalb steht aktuell auch nicht der gesamte Gastraum zur Verfügung. Hier kommen wir sehr gerne wieder her.
