Reichsstraße 8Unfortunately, our visit to Bursa Kebab was a big disappointment. Even though the restaurant was only moderately full, we had to wait a full 20 minutes before anyone even noticed us. The waiter was extremely unfriendly and seemed to have no interest in us as guests. Instead of taking care of us, he was busy with other things and didn't have time to exchange a single friendly word. While the food was okay, the service completely ruined the experience. Waiting 20 minutes for a treatment like this? This is simply unacceptable. We definitely won't be coming back.
