Unfortunately, we didn't eat anything, but the location is amazing 🤗 and the food looked really good, too. The staff was friendly. It's a small, cozy restaurant.

A beautiful ambiance with super friendly staff. Small, quaint, but definitely worth a visit. The food there is 100% homemade. Unfortunately, you're full after one portion, so you can't try everything. Huge compliments to the entire staff!!!

Some of the food wasn't warm enough, and the portions were very small. The pre-ordered lactose-free food wasn't lactose-free, but nobody cared. If someone has an allergy and mentions it when ordering, a restaurant like this should accommodate that.

A truly fantastic restaurant. Delicious food and excellent service. The interior is very small, so reservations are recommended. If the weather is nice, you can also sit outside. It's definitely good value for money.

Nice little restaurant right on a small waterway with tables right along the edge. Very tasty Currywurst as well as good lager. We also trued the fish/chips & it was very good as well. Would recommend.

Small, quaint restaurant. The fish and chips were delicious, but I don't understand the (sometimes readable) criticism about the portion sizes. We felt very comfortable, received friendly service, and would definitely eat there again.

In perfect weather, a spot by the water. For the first time in a long time, a juicy and fresh fried fish sandwich (real fish fillet) has been served. You sit right on the busy street, but you have something to look at! Not exactly cheap, but quality has its price 😉

When we got here it was packed, but they had a cozy spot in the corner for us. The wait staff was very friendly and happily engaged us in English (as I obviously struggled with my German). Food was hot, crispy, and absolutely DELICIOUS! Due to the late hour, we were the last to leave but felt welcome to stay longer if we wanted. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Good food, beautiful ambience and we didn’t have to wait long

It’s a cute small restaurant, serving fried fish and fries! It’s a bit pricey but the quality is good. Unfortunately the salt content is quite high, so you’re pressured to drink a lot… Service was alright: if you can’t finish your meal they’re not willing to pack the rest for you :(

Very tasty fish sandwich, friendly service. Fair prices. Clean restrooms, accessible on the first floor via a steep spiral staircase. Historic building: second building in the Speicherstadt: first an office, then a fire station. Nice shady seating by the canal. Trash was piled up to the right of the entrance, which somewhat spoiled the impression – trash should be placed out of sight of guests.

A cozy spot that invites you to enjoy a fish meal. Going down a narrow spiral staircase to the restroom is a bit of an adventure. Food and drinks must be ordered at the bar (self-service)...

An institution for delicious food. We felt completely at home, despite the relatively busy counter. Friendly and attentive staff.

The Fleetschlösschen scores highly with its beautiful location and fantastic view, and the building itself is truly worth seeing. However, I was disappointed with the food. The currywurst certainly doesn't justify the €16 price tag. They serve only a small wire basket of fries, which also dictates the portion size. The sausage itself was unspectacular in taste and seemed rather unloved. There's no service outside; instead, you get a pager and have to pick up your food yourself. For this price, I expect considerably more. On a positive note, the fish dishes were well-received by others in our group. Those who come for the view will certainly enjoy themselves, but there are better culinary options in Hamburg.

A very nice little restaurant with a few outdoor seats under umbrellas. The service couldn't have been better! We sat outside because it was full and you can't make reservations on Fridays, but someone opened the umbrella and brought us a blanket when it got cold. The food, fried fish and fish and chips, was also very tasty and, to be honest, the portions weren't small like some people here have said. Highly recommended!

It's very nice inside, and it would actually be nice outside, but the traffic intersection is quite distracting. The quality and selection of food at Daniel Wischer am Rathaus are much better. That's understandable, though, given the size of the restaurant. But it's absolutely fine for a quick bite.

Although it's located right next to a busy intersection, the interior is still stylish, and the open kitchen is a real eye-catcher. The fish and chips were top-notch (both visually and taste-wise). The staff were super friendly, even though they were very busy, and they didn't let it get them down. I had no complaints and would recommend the restaurant.

The best fish & chips I've ever eaten! The portion is absolutely fantastic for the price; you get real fish, not just breaded fish. A definite recommendation, plus a fantastic atmosphere right in the heart of the Speicherstadt.

Outstanding service (thanks Mo!) We had a fantastic team dinner at Fleetschlösschen. Yes, it's small at the Schlösschen 😉 but the food was delicious and the service was truly excellent! Even though it was packed (inside and out), the service team remained in a good mood, kept an eye on everything, were courteous, and, above all, genuinely friendly... Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable evening.

Nice place overlooking a city canal. They serve Hamburgers; I had the fish burger with herring. Don't think it's like McDonald's, but it's much better, even if it's cold. I gave 5 stars for the atmosphere, even though it was raining and chilly when we went. 4 for the service, because if you're outside, they let you know when it's ready and you have to go get your food. Overall, a very positive experience.

We loved this place, even though we only had fries and two beers for an aperitif (everything was delicious). We returned two days later, and the lovely and kind Asian girl remembered us. My only regret is that we didn't have the chance for lunch!

Nice atmosphere and very tasty food.

We had super delicious fried fish rolls with real fish, freshly prepared. The crab roll was worth every cent! Absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. My wife is vegetarian and absolutely loved the vegan currywurst; it tasted really delicious and had a great texture (not too dry). The main road is hardly a problem, as the trees are in between, and you can sit outside, right by the water.

We arrived at the restaurant a little after 11:10, and they took our order promptly at 11:30. As we were the first group to arrive, our fish and chips were incredibly fresh, and the dill tartar sauce was delicious. The Arctic shrimp and fish bread was acceptable, and the portions weren't large. Credit cards were accepted, and there was a restroom upstairs. The meal was limited to 90 minutes, but we didn't sit for long. The interior wasn't very large, so we were close to other customers. The outdoor seating would also be nice in good weather.

Overall, we love it here! We came here for the second time on our vacation because the atmosphere is truly wonderful and the food is truly delicious! Unfortunately, it was a bit busier today, so the portions were only half as large. For the same price, I think that's absolutely unacceptable! Just because it's a bit busier doesn't mean the portions should be the same size! Unfortunately, we were still hungry after dinner, so we decided to eat somewhere else afterward.

A delicious lunch. The fish and chips and currywurst, both very good. It's a nice spot to eat lunch by the canal and watch the people walk by.

Admittedly, the dining room is small, but if you like to snuggle up and chat with other guests, this is the place for you. The service was prompt and always had a good joke. The portions are filling; we had fish and chips, superb quality and fresh, with draft beer, and great value for money. Good, simple food, no frills. Please keep up the good work, we'll be back.

I really liked the atmosphere, very modest. The seafood was excellent. The meatballs, fish and chips, and salmon were excellent, I must say.

The food was very tasty but I found it a bit too expensive

After 20 minutes of waiting for an order of a single herring sandwich I asked the cashier if everything was OK and was told not very kindly that I had to wait. After another 5 minutes he realised that the order had never arrived in the kitchen, at which point the sandwich was prepared within a minute. No one apologised.

I've been there several times and can't say anything bad about the shop. I've tried the various fish sandwiches, and everything tastes great 👍 The sandwiches and sauces are especially delicious.

Whenever we visit the Speicherstadt, we stop here to refuel. Great service, delicious, typical Hamburg dishes at fair prices.

Since it's self-service outside, I can't rate the service. The location by the water is great, and above all, the food was excellent, along with a good glass of wine, perfect!

The staff somehow misplaced our reservation and when they found it they shrugged, blamed their manager and left us to try to find our own table. Luckily there was one table remaining outside. Then we had to line up twice more, first to place our order, and then to collect it. The staff were definitely too busy but also didn’t seem to care.

It's a truly surprising venue. It's located at the crossroads between the city's developing port area, along the river, and the historic city center. It has a beautiful outdoor area. The outside is delightful; we've always sat outside, but the interior design is equally impressive. Everything is fresh and delicious. I highly recommend the fish soup.

Fish and chips with two delicious dips for €16.90. Very tasty. It was busy, but we managed to get a seat for five people at 2 p.m. without a reservation. You can eat outside or inside. You have to order inside. Nice atmosphere, clean. Service was friendly and quick. I would go again 🙂👍

We discovered the Fleetschlösschen thanks to a recommendation from our hop-on hop-off bus driver – and it was a real stroke of luck! This historic building in the heart of the Speicherstadt (Warehouse District) has incredible charm. The combination of the old walls and the quaint, authentic decor makes the restaurant a truly relaxing place. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, and we felt welcome from the very beginning. The food was also truly delicious – freshly prepared, lovingly presented, and perfectly in keeping with the ambiance. A place that invites you to linger and enjoy. A clear recommendation for anyone visiting Hamburg who wants to experience something special, both culinary and atmospheric!

It was packed outside in the evening, so we sat inside – they also serve you at your table 😉 We shared a portion of fish and chips, and it was really tasty and very fresh – with great homemade sauces (tartar sauce and fruity curry sauce). The service isn't great, but you get a smile and some quick jokes. Highly recommended.

Terrific fish and chips. Unfortunately service was slow on this evening. One waitress doing everything who appeared new. Hopefully she will do better with time. Our food came quickly but we never got our drinks. We had to ask for them and them watched many other get served while we still waited. We thought one of the three men behind the counter would help, but no. We were basically done eating by the time drinks arrived.

I highly recommend this truly fantastic restaurant! It's cozy, small, but very comfortable. The portions are large, the prices are reasonable, but not something you'd treat yourself to every day. The staff is really super friendly. I'll be back

The food was delicious. I ordered this fish, which is traditional to Hamburg, and the waitress showed me how to eat it boneless. I think she saw me suffer a little.

Everything was good and the beer was great. The only downside was that it was a little pricey, but that's okay, it's right in the center.

The staff is rude and has nothing to do with the restaurant. They said a dish on the menu wasn't available there, but as a tourist, I showed them the menu. I saw them mocking the customers among themselves.

The food was passable... The cheapest option was €17 for a plate full of fries and little else, but being Hamburg, it should be acceptable. The WORST was the service. The two waitresses were super rude. I ordered in English, and they acted like they didn't understand or didn't want to, but they answered me rudely. The smell of Alcantara inside is complicated and could use a cleaning, but my rating is for the poor service.

For a fish&chips restaurant you would expect both ingredients to be exceptional. Fish was nice, but the chips were inedible. Dry, over fried and soaking in oil. They also missed the remoulade. Seems to me like a really bad tourist trap.

The food was excellent. Unfortunately, the stairs to the restroom were impossible for non-acrobats to climb. Why this was allowed is a mystery to me.

Surprisingly good! I was thinking this would be a typical tourist trap, but I wanted to grab a quick bite on the way to the train station. The cucumber and regular salad were okay. The fried potatoes and fried fish were really good. Given the price and the fact that it's more of a fast food joint, I highly recommend the Fleetschlösschen for a quick bite.

It's okay if you want to sit outside; it's self-service. You should make a reservation for inside. The food was very good; the portion of fish and chips was huge.

You can dine while looking out over the port of Hamburg. You can eat fish and chips or burst at an outdoor table with self-service, and the atmosphere is good and the prices are reasonable.

Fish&Chips is really delicious but the portion can be more (otherwise it is a bit too expensive to be honest). The dessert and drinks look also good.

Nos robaron nos engañaron los enpleados de ahi. Trajeron una comida frita que no era el arenque q habiamos pedido en ingles y mostrando la carta y se negaron a cambiarlo diciendo que era eso lo que pedimos. Eñ encargado fue sumamente grosero. NO VAYAN AHI nos robaron 50 euros

We were robbed by the same employees. They tricked us. After ordering in English and pointing out the menu, they brought us whatever they wanted. When we complained, an extremely rude employee told us they wouldn't change it, that it was just that, and that we had ordered it incorrectly. Taking advantage of the fact that we don't speak German, they would have smashed the plate in his face if I wasn't afraid of going to jail in a foreign country.

Make a reservation early, as there are limited seats inside. The ambiance is unique. Small menu - great quality! The wild herb salad with salmon was excellent.
