Veel keuze , erg lekkere flammkuchen zowel hartig als zoet. Leuke bediening. Zeker een aanrader. Wij kozen voor de indische en met zalm en rivierkreeftjes. En als zoet eentje met marshmallows en banaan en rafeallo .

Particularly noteworthy here is the particularly extensive menu. There are so many tarte flambées to choose from that it's hard to decide. It's a shame that all you can eat isn't offered here! Each of the tarte flambées we ordered tasted excellent. The staff is super friendly and the prices are also reasonable. Two negative things stood out: Unfortunately, the restaurant is located almost directly on the highway, which is why it is quite loud, at least outside. In addition, the staff starts putting everything together at 9 p.m., even though there are still guests there and it is open until 10 p.m. It's understandable that you want to get off work on time, but it does make you feel quite compelled to pay and leave.

Very, very tasty. I can only recommend anyone who is in the mood for tarte flambée to stop by here. I particularly like the vegetarian and vegan options on the menu.

Waiting over 1 hour for 2 tarte flambées and 2 salads is definitely too long for such simple dishes. The staff feels overwhelmed and apparently has little idea about gastronomic processes. Seldom seen such an uncoordinated bunch. The tarte flambées are ok, but nothing special at all. The salads are nicely prepared and taste very bland. The ambience is too much of a wild mix, as is the selection on the menu. I have no idea how all these extremely good reviews come about.

Couldn't ask for a better Flammkuchen! The menu was honestly too big, impossible to read all the options and made it hard to decide. But what I got tasted good, nice outdoor seating, nice waiter.

The most polite and smiling people serving and making it a really pleasant experience while tasting the local delicacy. Bonus: a special corner with toys that made our kids happy.

We were there for the first time today. Very nice and hospitable people. Food was great, “wait time” was super fast. You can sit inside or outside when the weather is as nice as today. The ambience is very nice, it is very lovingly furnished. Gladly again!

My wife and I went to the Flammeria in Saarbrücken for the second time today. We haven't eaten such a good salad for a long time, great ingredients, large selection, really very, very tasty. Flammkuchen excellent, also large selection with fresh, very good quality ingredients. Price-performance ratio also excellent!! Staff and boss very nice and friendly! We come specifically from Überherrn Flammeria and I can only recommend it!

All menu items were excellent! This is a store I would like to recommend to people around me. The price was reasonable and the staff was very friendly. I plan to visit again soon. Take away is also possible.

We were there spontaneously when we went on a weekend trip to Saarbrücken. We really really liked it. The menu is a bit overwhelming because there is so much choice, but the food was really great.

It was my first time in the Flammerie and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety on offer. The food was really very good and the service was good too. The employees were very friendly, but later there were a lot of guests and there weren't enough service staff present. Since it is known that there is a shortage of staff everywhere, I don't blame anyone. I can really recommend the Flammerie.

We were on holiday and had never tried flammkuchen before so it had to be tried. We have no regrets! The food was super delicious, service and atmosphere top notch, and the price more than reasonable. We ordered 4 different small pies for 2 adults and 2 children, and finished with a small sweet pie to share. This was a fine amount for us. By the way, the homemade raspberry/lemon lemonade can be strongly recommended 😋 If you have to say the least negative thing, it is that the food took a little time to finish, on the other hand, it all came at once and was hot and delicious, so it is completely fair. The owners and staff were very nice and welcoming, try this place if you are in Saarbrücken, you won't regret it.

In this restaurant you can eat the best tarte flambée in Saarbrücken. There is a very large selection of different tarte flambées, from classic to sweet. A reservation is recommended, there was just one table available in the outdoor area today without a reservation. Unfortunately you can hear the traffic from the city highway outside.

Best tarte flambée! We went there twice in a row because it was so excellent. Thin and crispy base with the largest selection of toppings. Very nice and courteous service. Only recommended! Prices absolutely reasonable. The tarte flambée with pear and gorgonzola is my absolute favorite. Phenomenal!

Friendly staff and fantastic flammkuchen. Timing is relaxed but not at all too long. Lovely place to come for a low key dine in meal with great food. Prices appropriate. Street can be a little noisy but to be expected in the city.

Delicious tarte flambée with a huge selection from classic to vegan. Service is also very friendly.

Mixed experience. We had a reservation and got seated right away. It took about 15 minutes after we had decided to get the food order in, since there was only one lady taking order and bringing beverages to the customers. We waited an hour for the food. The Flammkuchen were quite good and the selection on the menu is HUGE. However, my bacon chili Flammkuchen didn't have any chili. It was still a new and interesting flavor combination, but after a full hour wait I really didn't want to send it back. Prices are definitely fair, with about 10€ for a "small" Flammkuchen, which is enough for a moderately hungry person.

The restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere and a very wide selection of dishes with fair prices. However, the service was very slow, we had to wait for more than an hour to get our order. Two of the Flammkuchen were delicious, the third one was okay. Would still recommend this restaurant because of its great selection.

Second time at this place and the service and hospitality was atrocious. Waited for more than an hour and half at the bar for our food with not even the slightest care from the owners or severs. Asked one of the servers where the food is and he started explaining about how they make things fresh and it's a full house, no apologies for the delay, rather just a lecture. So many tables had got their food even though they came much later than us. What kind of queue system do they have? The owner finally went into the kitchen and told the cook to prepare the meal, the cook comes out a few minutes later all flustered and she starts yelling about how things are made fresh and she only has two hands to work with. Who keeps someone waiting for more than an hour and half for food? Maybe don't allow more customers if you're over capacity, have they thought of that? What rude, uncouth and inhospitable behaviour! The only decency shown was by the old man who I presume is the owner, who later did apologise for the conduct of the cook after we spoke to him about it, trying to explain her behaviour. To think I paid for such service and food. Rush hour at an eatery is one thing, but hospitality seems to be non existent, along with proper manners, politeness and an actual service attitude.

The boss lady from the kitchen was super rude to us after a 95 minute wait for dinner. The younger man seated us at the bar table for over an hour and half before we asked how much longer it would be. Merely for this, she was so upset that she yelled at us saying she had only two hands. Nasty lady and rude service. Only the older gentleman was polite. Paying for such food and rudeness and waiting this long is our mistake. They have several vegan options but we felt they kept vegans at the “forget about them” bottom of a list.

Rude , obnoxious German lady cook. Not a friendly place. The experience was awful. First time here was alright. Second time , different story. The younger man seated us at the bar table for over an hour and half before we asked how much longer it would be. He did nothing other than lecture us on how busy they were. Then we asked the older gentleman and he went checking. Just for this, the boss lady cook was so upset that she came to our table and yelled at us saying she had only two hands. Nasty lady and rude service. Only the older gentleman was polite. Paying for such food and rudeness and waiting this long is our mistake. We came in at quarter past seven and got our order around 9 pm. They have several vegan options but we felt the inordinate delay and overall boorish and unapologetic attitude suggests they are not friendly to patrons who are vegans, non Germans , who knows.

I recommend this restaurant! The warm welcome immediately put us at ease, and the original flammekueches made with strawberries and asparagus were a real taste discovery. A culinary experience not to be missed! This restaurant is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

After I happened to end up in the Flammerie last year and it was simply a wonderful experience to enjoy the delicious tarte flambées in this lovingly designed ambience, we quickly planned our Eifel family vacation so that I could also visit this beautiful place with my family . The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Easter and my wife was happy about the large selection of vegan tarte flambées. It takes two small tarte flambées to fill up an adult. We didn't order large tarte flambées, but tried them thoroughly. The landlord and landlady are very friendly, open and relaxed and there is also a small children's play area, from which we could hardly lure our two (6y + 4y) away in the end (admittedly it was the first large amount of toys since about a week's holiday). In short: If you are in Saarbrücken or the surrounding area, a must for every lover of authentic food and stylish ambience! Thank you and would like to see more of it...

It was my first time there and I was thrilled. We were welcomed very warmly and nicely. We were also given a few tips about our order which we were happy to accept. The longer waiting time during the preparation of the food is very happy because the food is prepared with a lot of care and with very fresh ingredients. I have never experienced such a diverse selection of tarte flambée, salads and many other dishes in any other restaurant. The salad and the tarte flambée were simply delicious😋. We are excited. The largest selection and great food... We've also had the experience of being too experimental and it didn't suit our taste... but that was with a small tarte flambée in a large group of lots of tarte flambée. And tastes are different too. Absolutely recommended

Really a great discovery, the flames are delicious and the choice is just enormous, maybe even too many choices!

Our first visit here was in August 2020. 3 years later, last September we were here again and last weekend we drove almost 300 km here especially for the Flammerie 😁. The tarte flambées are great and there is a very large selection, including vegetarian and vegan. You always discover interesting, new combinations. The prices are not too expensive and really reasonable for what is on offer. We would be happy to “drop by” again soon. Card payment is of course also possible here.

First of all: super delicious food, great ambience with super nice decoration 😍 very nice and lovely staff. One star deduction because: we waited for an hour for food. My husband ordered a small tarte flambée but accidentally got a large one. We also paid for a large one...and I sat with a single drink the whole evening (for 3 hours), unfortunately no one came to ask if they wanted anything else...that can definitely be improved!

Very, very tasty tarte flambée, nice ambience, a real insider tip! The price-performance ratio is absolutely right and the restaurant is ideal for a lunch break due to its proximity to the government district. The service (the owner?) is friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely come back! Update: we recently went there again and nothing has changed. How much love and detail there is in every tarte flambée and in the ambience/decoration... You can just notice and taste it! I'm glad that this insider tip has now become a fixture in Saarbrücken's gastronomy scene.

Sehr gutes Essen und gutes Getränke Angebot. Pries sind für die Qualität echt gut... Wir waren schon oft dort und werden da auch weiterhin gerne Gast sein. Das Restaurant ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es hat dort eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Mein Tipp für Vegetarier:innen und Veganer:innen in Saarbrücken! Man wird jedes Mal freundlich begrüßt und zum Platz begleitet. Das Personal in der Flammerie ist wahnsinnig nett. Das Restaurant ist immer passend zur Jahreszeit dekoriert und hat grundsätzlich ein sehr wohliges und gemütliches Ambiente. Mit dem Essen war ich bisher immer zu 100% zufrieden. Die Karte ist zwar sehr groß, allerdings gibt es seitenweise vegetarische und vegane Flammkuchen! Die Saisonkarten sind bislang ebenfalls immer ein Highlight gewesen: Frühjahr: Spargel, Pilze, Sommer: Erdbeeren und Avocado, Herbst: Feigen, Kürbis. Es ist für jede/n etwas dabei. Alles in einem nur weiterzuempfehlen.

Riesige Auswahl an verschiedenen Flammkuchen, von einem alleine wird man aber nicht richtig satt, daher wird es dann doch etwas teurer.

Sehr gute Qualität und tolle Saucen und Salate. Fleisch ist auch sehr gut, Menge passt sehr gut.

Super für Veganer ! Bei soviel Auswahl fällt es einem schwer sich festzulegen. Immer wieder gerne, man kann sich super durchprobieren.

Soweit hat alles gut gepasst. Man musste aufs Essen etwas lange warten und finde die Preise etwas zu hoch. Aber leider ist das ja mittlerweile normal geworden. Flammkuchenpreis wie ein Pizzapreis in einer besseren Pizzeria.

Immer wieder lecker! Die Auswahl ist riesig, es gibt auch viele vegetarische und vegane Flammkuchen.

Wir hatten uns für eher traditionellere, einfache Varianten entschieden, fanden diese aber super lecker! Generell ist die Auswahl riesig und hier sollte jeder etwas finden. Der Service war äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Super dünne Flammkuchen die knusprig und lecker sind. Es gibt unfassbar viel Auswahl -ich habe mich fur den Klassiker entschieden und der war super! Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und der Preis ist top!
