Five Guys NEVER disappoints! Always fresh and tasty.

I know it’s expensive and we don’t go often but this was the last. The patty is just more than 1/2 the size it was last time we went. Two burgers only $29.20, pay the price for the portion and toppings, skip the $5 drink. Usually it covers the bun and the condiments are falling off. What is expected for that price. The 5-Guy standard is not being checked. Get back to it!!!! Definitely much slower service than last time.

Extremely Disappointing Visit Paid $41 for two burgers, small fries, and one drink — and the experience was awful from start to finish. The restaurant was filthy, and we had to clean our own table just to sit down. The drink machine had no ice, sprayed Coke everywhere, and the drink had a film and soapy taste. When I tried Sprite instead, a brown substance appeared in the cup. The cashier’s only response was, “Try something else.” After waiting over 15 minutes for food, a manager finally showed up to help. Not long after eating, I began feeling very sick. For the price and reputation, this was completely unacceptable.

Dropping sixty bucks for burnt burgers and sodas which didn’t even have proper syrup or carbonation was very very disappointing

Good, freshly prepared burgers. Definitely recommended. While there's a bit of a wait and it's not cheap, the taste and quality are top-notch.

Very average and very expensive for what you're buying. The burgers come with free toppings such as lettuce, tomato, pickles, condiments, etc; however, the price of a burger and fries is going to cost you about $20 and if you get a regular drink it will be over. You know what you're buying with five guys but I just don't see the food outweighing the cost. Their only saving grace is that they are generous with fries. Overall average and a bit expensive so if you want five guys then fine but I wouldn't recommend it otherwise.

Food and Shake was amazing, but it was so dirty inside. The floors covered in peanut shells, spilled soda and every single table was sticky and not wiped down. I told the young lady behind the counter that the floors are really dirty and she just shrugged her shoulders and said "Oh ok". I don't know but cleanliness should be a top priority and it's just flat out embarrassing. I should've taken more pictures but it was really bad. I don't think I can come back, even just for takeout.

Good, but i thought it was expensive in the states...wow. Cheeseburger (no bacon), smallest order of fries, and no drink - $20

Best burgers 🍔 ever, I love the sautéed onions and fresh mushrooms, the meat is top-notch and the fries haven't been better anywhere. Great service, and we'll be back! Shakes 5 stars

If you walk in and the floor is sticky, you should just leave. We had two hamburgers that were definitely not fresh. They were so dry, and the fries we ordered with them were soggy and completely oversalted. That's unacceptable.

It's good for fast food and convenience. I usually order for 3 people, 3 hotdogs, fries, a drink and a shake.

I’m giving it three because the food is good and this review isn’t about food. Wife went in to buy gift cards and was told they haven’t sold them since December. That’s funny since the store advertises on a door and sign in the store.

Friendly accommodating Night Staff!!! After a long exhausting day at work I needed food badly but it was after 9!!! I raced into 5 guys doors at 9:28 two minutes before they closed. (Jerk move, I know but I was STARVING). The staff paused their end of day checks fired up the grill one last time and served me one of the juicest bacon burgers I've had in a long time...w/ the Cajun fries! They saved my night and were all so kind about it, so I had to write a review and get their names. Special shoutout to the night crew... Nelly Harshit Yeliz Farhat ...Thank you 🙏🏿

Superlatives. Smiley crew. Fast service. Unlimited free peanuts!!! Also there is a soda machine I guess Fanta with plenty of different tastes and varieties, free refill. Burgers are tasty .

Edited Jan 9, 2025. Best burgers around. But the past few times I've been here, I've been shorted on fries. It's a FiveGuys thing to throw an extra scoop in the bag. I mean, if we pay €7.50 for a regular fry, I shouldn't look in my bag and see a level cup of fries. I bring this up on occasion and usually accept the excuse "yah I put extra fries in there". But today I took my burgers out and showed the worker the level cup... yet again. So I appreciated her putting a scoop of fries in there for me upon request but I can't imagine all the other customers who don't say anything because either they don't know or because they just accept it.

Good burgers, and just like most Five Guys, you get extra fries. Unfortunately, the prices do not feel worth it. I go very sparingly.

I was greeted at the entrance by (2) works cleaning. Found out one was the General Manager (Ketlyn-way to lead by example). Excellent service, staff was attentive and friendly, and facility was nice and clean. Way to set the standard ladies!!

I have always enjoyed my time here at Five Guys. From the burgers to even catering to my odd request of supplying condiment cups for my private event. Good home away from home <3

I’m not impressed. I might be wrong but their double cheese burger is the same size as Burger King’s double cheeseburger for 3 times the price. Five Guys is expensive.

A couple of my friends and I showed up an hour before closing and the staff was still very welcoming. Food was great and we did not feel rushed.

On the pricey side but still good, wish they would let you do two bottom buns for the grilled cheese so you didn't have to deal with the sesame seeds from the top bun.

It is a military base, I advise you not to go there unless you are a soldier from Germany or the USA. There is an identity check before entering and I am probably on S status because of that. Otherwise the reception staff were friendly!

Typical fast food restaurant. Hamburgers are way overpriced! Cajun fries are just red, not seasoned well except with way too much salt. For the money, go to a sit down restaurant and enjoy a better hamburger.

Despite the late hour, they welcomed me with warm smiles and made sure I felt right at home. Their dedication to customer service truly sets them apart. Even though it was late, the quality of the food didn't falter one bit. It's evident that they take pride in using fresh ingredients and crafting each meal with care. Five Guys (as all of their establishments do) have amazing food, their fries is their signature menu item, and the burgers, despite being a little too greasy, are pretty delicious. Overall, this fast food chain is a great addition to provide for variety of foods for members serving overseas, tho prices are a little too high. Not sure if that is due to having to pay German taxes vs US taxes, but nonetheless, for a DOD installation located business, its kinda crazy how much a burger, fries and a milkshake can cost you here.

Food is great, service is pretty impersonal and you wait 10 min or so. Tables dirty, costs for food are pretty outrageous, but great burgers and fries. Additional visit here had same condition of tables and floors, pretty dirty.

The manager there is totally unfriendly and unprofessional, he talks to the staff as if they were his slaves, so I'm not surprised that the staff is so unfriendly when you have a manager breathing down your neck like Tyrone

We went there 3 times cause my husband wanted a shake and since we were there we ordered fries. Fries were dry and not fresh at all. But what bothered me the most that you can’t wash your hands cause the sink in the restroom never works. Also the place is dirty and they never seem to clean the tables. I had to bring my own wipes for that. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Since PF Chang has closed there are limited options to dine but this place needs some serious improvement

I just wanted a fresh juicy burger like the one I had a year ago. It was a busy day & parking was more full then a horderers home, so I decide let's go to five guys, hoping for the same expensive experience. Waited 15min, it's taking longer then usual & not many people here. Got my bag, double checked it (trust issues). I open the wrapping up & noticed it looks dry, so I take a bite and taste burnt burger. I was so disappointed in the new employees burning food, my soul left my body as I write in silence writing this review. So much has changed in 1 year. Please retrain employees to not burn food. I will not be coming back ever agian.

Old French fries when they are supposed to be fresh every day, overpriced

I was at 5 guys for the first time today around 12 o'clock I didn't have no idea what to order the lady wearing a black shirt was very helpful and friendly I didn't have no clue what to order so she made a nice recommendation specially because I'm allergic to so many things.i wish I'd know her name to thank her,of she was my employee I would gave her a raise she deserve it.THANKS LADY IN THE BLACK SHIRT I will always come back when she is there.

Service very unfriendly, apparently a bit too much fat got into my respiratory tract... after what felt like 40 minutes the order was taken, after another 30 minutes I got the food, this was also wrong and I didn't pay attention to my allergen even though I mentioned it separately. .... After another 20 minutes of discussion I noticed that some people had lost hops and malt, so I gave up and left the shop

The patties were dry AF and the restaurant was dirty as hell After Asking if someone could clean up our table we were told that it is to bussy right now and got asked if we want to have a red towel to clean it up by ourself. I were in a lot of five guys but this experience was the worst i've ever had in my life.

I guess I had way too high expectations for this place. Burger was ok, same for French fries. Took forever even though not many people there. Worst part? Spent $40 for only 2 burgers, 1 french fry and 2 soft frinks.

Go here if you want the full american experience of burger fries and a shake. It will give you heartburn and make you fail your pt test, but it sure does taste good. It will break the bank though so breakout the cash.

The burger is delicious, everything I was craving from the US. The fries are really good, not as greasy as stateside, which I prefer. But it’s very expensive. And I don’t think we get our moneys worth, since the bags are not filled with fries. I had the milkshake as well, just as good. Just hate the paper straws. People were very friendly and service was quick!

Today around 12.30 its was busy and everything was clean and my order was really fast ..I didn't had to wait that much ..amazing burger well cooked not dry loved the milkshake..and what makes me to give 5 star was the service what the manager at the store gave to me and others friends that was with me.. excellent job.

There was 4 us, all first timers here at 5 guys, we went in and I noticed right away the place was clean, no smell residue, floor and tables were clean too. There was a line but we did not wait long, the crew was very patient with us, since we didn't know what to order yet. Food was good I ordered, hamburger and you can actually choose what to put in them, I had lettuce, tomato and onion on mine. My husband was please with his hotdog, he thinks he is a hotdog expert and it passed his taste.

No pictures to share, but I can say that this is an excellent burger and the keto option is not bad at all. Delicious, actually. The staff at the counter and the folks in the kitchen are all very friendly, the restaurant is clean and orderly, and the overall atmosphere is positively charged and welcoming. I rarely eat on base - boring! - but when I do, this is a wonderfully delicious and casual option.
