We were more or less stranded there and it was the best thing that could have happened to us. Great food, decent portions at fair prices and super friendly service. We felt completely comfortable.

Unfortunately disappointing. Menus that fall apart or stick to them. An XXL burger prepared without love. My wife had a dish from the operator's country of origin. Just slapped it on the plate. Absolutely terrible. The taste is subterranean and unsophisticated. A shop right at the harbor. You can do something with it. We won't be coming back.

The plaice was fresh and very tasty. The fried potatoes were also delicious. Price performance is absolutely fine for today's times. The service was very friendly and I can recommend the restaurant.

October 23, 2024 Food good. Large portions, but they also cost accordingly. Service very friendly, attentive and in a good mood. Ambiance: A distinction must be made here: 1. In the winter garden there is a very nice view through large glass panes until sunset. When it gets darker outside, the outdated LED ceiling lighting unfortunately creates a garage atmosphere due to its color rendering quality :( 2. There are significantly fewer spaces in the building. The atmosphere here is much more pleasant when it is dark outside. We will happily eat there again. Tip: Bring your hunger!

Very tasty food, both fish dish and burger, nice and quick service. Nice, casual atmosphere. Just 5 minutes walk from the motorhome parking in the marina. Just the thing for an uncomplicated holiday evening. 👍

We had dinner here this evening. It was really really tasty. Requests for changes to the supplements were promptly fulfilled. The service was very nice and in a good mood. We'd love to come back and eat our way through the menu even further :-) I can fully recommend this restaurant!!

Very tasty food! Had a really tasty, large, creamy smoked fish soup. And a slightly spicy cucumber salad. It's really worth making a reservation. The staff is friendly and copes really well with the staff shortage. The only thing is that it is a little cooler on the closed terrace. And maybe you should wear something warmer.

The restaurant is located directly at Lauterbach harbor. We had dinner here twice and were not disappointed both times. I would classify the few negative reviews as malicious, as there are neither canned mushrooms nor stuck-together meat here. Everything is freshly prepared. Requests are addressed immediately. The cucumber salad is excellent. The innkeepers always have a funny saying on their lips. It's best to reserve a place in advance as the restaurant is busy. We felt very comfortable. See you next year.

October 2023 Steakhouse plate great meat with real steak...the waitress asked how you would like the meat...it was very good (photo) September 2024 “Steakhouse plate” Meat fried through and firm...steak was a 1 cm thin "minute steak" (you weren't asked how you wanted the meat)...other than through, the thin slice doesn't work...it's a shame (photo) Price was the same as last year In my opinion it doesn't justify a short hit on the house...more damage control was probably not possible...a shame We're avoiding this place from now on...and unfortunately we can't give a positive recommendation.

We came across this nice restaurant once by chance (in the late afternoon) and the second time a little later in the evening with a reservation. We were super satisfied both times. Very nice and funny service. On the first visit there was fish and on the second visit there was steak and the Pakistani dish - chicken curry with peas and rice. I really liked a small portion of mussels as a starter. Mjamjam..... It was delicious. Thank you

We went here for a spontaneous dinner and weren't up for it to sit outside: When we arrived we asked for a free table, but there was one was offered in the winter garden. Just as we were sitting down, the service came came up to us again and offered us a place outside. Great :-) Here you have a great view of the sea. The food was very tasty. We'll be back!

Beautifully located at the port of Lauterbach, a little away from the hustle and bustle. After At the back there is a winter garden and a small terrace with a view of the playground and the Baltic Sea. Very funny children's card. My fish pan was very tasty. Service very (child-)friendly.

We were there for dinner. Nice ambience. Full restaurant so very long waiting time to order. Even drinks only came after about 30 minutes. The food was well prepared. The taste was very good except for the one turkey steak.

In principle, quite good. It's probably designed for tourists. Fish is tasty but fillet with bones. The chef likes oriental, the seasoning shows it. In my meal, the turkey tasted old and the beef was stringy and dry. It didn't suit my taste, but it's individual. Still a nice restaurant. Service is super nice and ambitious.

Wine too warm. Espresso too cold. Fish platter (recommendation of the house) some dry and unseasoned pieces of fish, boneless from the deep fryer on a large amount of fatty fried potatoes and salad (that was O.K.) for 2 people and € 60!!!

During our vacation this year we visited the restaurant 3 times. On our last visit we were served by a seemingly haphazard waiter. After 40 minutes our order was taken and after 80 minutes we still had no food. While other guests who came after us were sometimes served faster. Our neighboring table with 4 people e.g. B. had drinks and food after just 10 minutes while we apparently weren't in the waiter's favor. The food and service were much better three years ago. We will avoid the restaurant for the rest of our vacation. Too bad.

Not only the taste, but also the consistency is nowhere near what you would expect. A pity! The beef fillet had more of the consistency of a sirloin steak, the desired degree of doneness of medium-rare was more like well done and the "steak knife" with a pronounced wave cut tears the meat instead of cutting it cleanly. Food was really great here. Praise to the kitchen. Despite the full house, we had the food at the table quite quickly and hot. The very nice waitress quickly got a small mistake with the drinks under control with her manner. This ship won't sink so quickly with her. We could only smile at their cool, spontaneous sayings. We had the steakhouse plate for just under €22 and were very disappointed. The turkey and beef steak were totally dry and tough. The fried potatoes were limp and the salad was completely unimaginative. NEVER AGAIN!!

Lovely location by the sea. We got a nice table outside, with a seaview. The XL burger was indeed gigantic, and salmon in teriyaki ok. The service was excellent, adaptive and responsive staff.

I've never had my food so quickly. We went there to have a steak and a burger. The steak was really great and the burger with curly fries was very, very tasty. Can only be recommended. We were there at 6pm and out again at 6:56pm. Incredibly delicious and can only be recommended. I would also recommend making a reservation there, otherwise it looks bad.

Very nice location at the harbor. Food rich and very tasty. Cozy and great even in average weather. Unfortunately, parking spaces are not available at the restaurant. There is a paid parking space near the restaurant.

The food was delicious, as was our waitress 🤗 She brought us a small snack plate for our little daughter (bread and a bit of fruit) without us asking her. Found that very thoughtful 🤗 All in all we were very satisfied 👍🏼

The plate with half a zander fillet and a dollop of spinach and the 4 rösti corners was quite manageable and you would actually expect a little more given the prices. In my opinion, a small corner of lettuce doesn't do any harm with dishes like this, especially since the plate would have space for it. Luckily I'm not a big eater otherwise I would have left really hungry. But the service was nice and the ingredients also made a fresh impression. But my wife's steak was also not what you would expect for the price. So all in all it wasn't worth the trip we made because we knew it differently from earlier times. But back then it was still run by the two owners alone. Maybe something has changed since then 😞
