Wir wurden von einem stilvollen Ambiente und einer sehr freundlichen Servicekraft herzlich begrüßt. Die Speisekarte ist reichhaltig. Wir hatten ein Eintopf- und ein Fischgericht, begleitet von einem knackigen Salat. Schön große Portionen und sehr lecker. Auch wegen der günstigen Preise werden wir sicherlich noch häufiger dort einkehren. Top - Danke.

Absolute recommendation on the island of Rügen! A very charming restaurant with very friendly and arranged staff. We had the fried fish with the house-made fried potatoes and the pork schnitzel gratinated with seasoned meat and also the house-made fried potatoes. Absolute madness! Had dinner here on two evenings. It was very tasty both times. The waiter and waitresses were very nice, attentive and always had a funny saying on their lips. Orders were taken quickly. Drinks brought to the table quickly. The food is freshly prepared and is very tasty. You can't complain about the price either. Be sure to reserve a table in advance, as it is only a small restaurant and the seats are very popular.

I wanted to eat here. I was looking forward to the halibut, fried in egg, that I had seen on the plate by the door that afternoon. At 6 p.m. I approached the restaurant, there was a woman smoking outside, just in front of the entrance. I thought it was a guest. When I wanted to pass she actually shouted in my ear: 'hello'!! And I'm surprised: oh I thought you were a guest standing outside smoking. Yes, well, she said. I would like to eat here, I said. “We don't have room for anyone alone.” That's what she said. I was perplexed. Really, I thought I didn't hear it right. I turned around and left. I have never experienced something so rude. Too sad for words.

The food is excellent and the service is very friendly. Since the restaurant is very busy, you have to expect to have to wait for a seat. Reservations definitely make sense here. Real home cooking, and the portions were large, really something to eat. And the prices are totally ok!

We put the “Black Bear” on our “We definitely have to go there!” list. Everything is just right here. There is something for every taste here and if you want, you can also choose from different GDR dishes so that you can say once again “it wasn’t all bad”! Fish and chips were on the daily menu, well, I think the fried fish with fried potatoes would have been nothing different, except that there were more potatoes on it, for the same price. For me, fish & chips came with fries (=chips). I got 2 potatoes halved, which were probably fried in the pan, and 2 fried fish fillets. The obligatory anti-Green slogan is available for free at the door. The younger waiter, on the other hand, was very friendly, but apparently had nothing to say. 1-2 more vegetarian dishes would also be very nice.

We went to the Black Bear on a recommendation. Very friendly reception. The drink order came quickly. As a starter there was fish soup. Simply outstanding. I think many people could get enough from that alone, the portion isn't that small. The main course was halibut with mustard sauce and potatoes. The side salad is also delicious. What can I say: The food is absolutely amazing. My friend had sour meat, basically in brawn with fried potatoes as a side dish. Also very, very good. Here the chef himself cooks authentic food with a lot of love. Highly recommended👍

The asparagus was completely raw... of course we criticized this... No excuse.....except... We cook the asparagus more and more tightly... Sorry....I know the difference between solid and raw.... When I got my plate back after about 20 minutes... my partner was finished eating... Great....🤢still nothing and no accommodation whatsoever when clearing away... At home in the holiday apartment we also discovered... that my cyclist was charged 6.50 euros without alcohol instead of 4.70 euros... Shame about the money and the messed up evening...

There were four of us, we called spontaneously to reserve a table, then everything went very smoothly. The service was friendly, drinks and food were great, had different dishes and everyone was very satisfied. Later we asked for a nightcap, preferably Sambuca. Since it wasn't available at the time, we followed the boss's recommendation. With the bill we then had a pleasant chat and started our journey home satisfied. Thank you, we'll be back. Actually a very fine little restaurant with delicious food. I can understand that the store is very busy. We were back after 25 minutes as discussed. But all the tables were occupied and no one had any food yet. Still not bad. Just go somewhere else. But when I went back into the restaurant afterwards to order a table, the waitress asked why we didn't show up. Loudly and in front of all guests. Despite all my business and vacation trips, I have never experienced such arrogance. It's one thing to advertise that it's easier to get guests than waitresses. To annoy guests and insult others in a stupid, cheeky way. Even if the food tastes good, I would rather cook it myself than set foot in there again!

Good traditional cuisine in a restaurant that is just as traditional, …the chef and his wife are in the kitchen…. Result: A traditional goulash puree and a breaded fish accompanied by fried potatoes….the 2 dishes were excellent as was the service provided by 2 very friendly young men.

We got a table at short notice on May 1st. Highly recommend the fish soup. There was a lot of fish in there and it tasted delicious. The Mecklenburg rolled roast too. We also had a fish stew which was also delicious but was actually just fish soup except for a few mussels.

Best restaurant and worth a visit every time! The cod fillet in mustard sauce is a dream and so is the schnitzel for children. I would particularly like to highlight the delicious side salad and the Wernesgrüner on tap. Great children's play area and nice service!

The service is so nice and friendly, our dog was greeted just as warmly as we were. The starter salad was delicious and well balanced and the Wiener Schnitzel was simply an absolute hit. The meat was top quality and so juicy and tender. Always my pleasure!!!

Reserved by phone. Reception was nice. Unfortunately it smelled a bit like grease/fryer. Unfortunately, there is only one vegetarian main course on the current menu. I ordered this with high hopes. Service for drinks was friendly and quick. When it was delivered, the sight of the food in terms of serving was very positive. After the first bite, I noticed that the potato pancakes were apparently in the deep fryer together with the fried fish. Too bad. Otherwise the taste was quite nice, just quite greasy. My husband was happy with his meal, but that was it. So we urgently need to work on the quality of the food so that the price-performance ratio is right again.

Das Essen war sehr frisch und megalecker zubereitet. Einfach alles ein Genuss! Ein tolles Team, vielen Dank und immer wieder gerne.

Wir waren zu Silvester im Zum Schwarzen Bären. Uns empfingen ein wohlische, gemütlich Atmosphäre. Die Bedienung nahm uns trotz vollem Haus, herzlichen in Empfang. Karte und Getränke kämmen schnell an den Platz. Vorspeise folgt wenig später. Sie wahr reichlich und super lecker. Die Hauptgänge waren top, lecker, reichhaltig und einfach super. Ich kann jedem einen Besuch von ganzem Herzen empfehlen.

Zum Schwarzen Bären ist ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Die Bedienung ist sehr aufmerksam und lustig. Das Essen war der Hammer. Die Portionen sind sehr groß und wahnsinnig lecker. Ich hatte die halbe Ente und mein Mann das Wild Gulasch. Es war so lecker, dass wir gern die Teller abgeleckt hätten. Die Preise sind absolut angemessen. Schade, dass es unser letzter Tag in Lauterbach war, sonst wären wir noch öfter dort Essen gegangen. Aber im März '24 kommen wir wieder und werden dort Essen gehen. Es ist ratsam, dort zu reservieren.

Es passt einfach super, der Mann ist in der Küche und zaubert exzellente Speisen und die die Frau versteht es, die Gäste auf eine wunderbare Art zu bedienen, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Eine gemütliche Gaststätte mit wirklich gutem, reichhaltigen Essen zu akzeptablen Preisen. Unter der Woche außerhalb der Saison kann man auch das Glück haben dort direkt (kostenlos) zu parken. Kein Restaurant welches nur darauf aus ist dem Touristen das Geld abzunehmen und sollte ich noch einmal dort in der Nähe einen Aufenthalt planen wird dieses Restaurant definitiv wieder besucht. Zusätzlich ist der freundliche Service positiv zu erwähnen.
