Super leckeres Essen und sehr nette Mitarbeiter

Ein wunderbar familiengeführtes Hotel. Die Betreiber sind unglaublich herzlich und sympathisch. Das Essen im Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr empfehlenswert, Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Speisekarte ist sehr Fleischlastig 😁 und die Getränkekarte bietet alles für ein Abendessen. Wir hatten Soljanka als Vorspeise und als Hauptgang Wagyu Burger und Jamaika Spare-Ribs mit Süsskartoffelpommes. Essen war sehr gut, geschmacklich 1a, rundum gelungen. Jammern auf hohen Niveau - die Soljanka ohne Toastbrotscheibe, saure Sahne und extra Zitrone, dem Geschmack hat es keinen Abbruch getan, sehr lecker in der „Basisvariante“ 😎

Meine Frau und ich waren heute das 1. mal in diesem Restaurant. Das Essen war sehr gut und lecker, die Bedienung ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Hier kann man mit ruhigen Gewissen hingehen.Steak war perfekt.Ein Lob auf die Küche

Wir waren Gast im Hotel für ein verlängertes Wochenende. Frühstück und Essen im Restaurant war in Ordnung. Wir konnten problemlos für den Abend einen Tisch bestellen. Parkplätze standen kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer in dem wir untergebracht waren, machte einen stark abgewohnten Eindruck. Die Badamaturen waren unansehnlich verkalkt, wir hatten schmutzige Fenster und Duschtüren. Das Zimmer wurde an keinem Tag gereinigt. Ein besonders negativer Punkt war die Hellhörigkeit der Räume.

Hervorragende Küche. Wirklich ein gutes Steakhouse. Auch der Service stimmt und das Ambiente ist modern und trotzdem gemütlich. Man muss ein bisschen Zeit mitbringen, aber das Warten lohnt.

Wir waren im Restaurant zu Besuch und können sagen das wir rund um sehr gut versorgt waren, das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, Preisleistung Top und das Essen einfach nur der Hammer. Gerne wieder ! :D

Am Ostermontag waren wir mal wieder im Restaurant "Am Bodden" essen. Zu den Feiertagen gab es eine spezielle Osterkarte mit ausgewählten Gerichten. Wir wurden wie immer nicht enttäuscht. Wir waren öfter zum Essen dort. Und nun ist es mir ein Bedürfnis eine Bewertung hier zu lassen. Schon die Eltern meiner Freundin waren hier regelmäßig als Gast. Die Küche ist absolut empfehlenswert. Die Portionen sind groß. Das Fleisch ist auf den Punkt gebraten und der Fisch ist butterzart. Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Service ist professionell, nett und freundlich. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und ansprechend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Am Karfreitag 2026 waren wir auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant wo wir Abendessen konnten, da wir in unserem Urlaub an dem Tag länger unterwegs waren. Im Nautilus hatte man uns wieder weggeschickt, dann hatten wir das Steak & Fischrestaurant „Am Bodden“ gefunden. Die Einrichtung sehr modern und angenehm. Das Essen (Schweinemedaillion & Rippchen) waren top. Das Fleich sehr zart und auch die Rippchensoße ein Traum. Alles in allem einfach gelungen. Wie im Gespräch danach schon gesagt werte Familie Küster, man kann es nicht allen 100% recht machen. Daher lassen sie sich nicht unterkriegen. Wir waren vollstens zufrieden und es war sehr lecker. Kommen gerne wieder im nächsten Urlaub.

Wir waren seit langer Zeit in dieser gastronomischen Einrichtung weil wir nur gutes gehört haben. Der erste Eindruck war draußen die dreckige nicht gepflegte Terrasse. Dann steht auf dem Fensterbrett zum Gastraum ein Becher mit Katzenfutter. Die Sitzlounge voller Vogel Kot. Das Restaurant war toll eingerichtet. Getränke bestellt, Essen bestellt. Dann haben wir nochmal online die Speisekarte verglichen mit der aus dem Restaurant. Die Preise um 2,-€ teurer als die Preise die auf der Webseite drin sind. Die Sparrips waren gut, Hamburger Schnitzel war gut aber die Pommes waren warm gehalten, die beiden Burger ohne Pommes waren gut, aber das Burger Brot nicht ein bisschen gebacken. Dann kam die Rechnung. Der Knaller war echt, für die Burger ohne Pommes haben wir den gleichen Preis wie mit Pommes bezahlt. Dann zum Kellner: er ist schlürfend mit seinen Latschen durch das Restaurant gegangen und hatte unten am Saum eine zerrissene Hose, die etwas hochgekrempelt war damit man es nicht sieht. Und dann war auch eine Dame da die einen roten schlapper Pullover anhatte und in ihren Winterstiefeln auch schlürfend durchs Restaurant lief. Zur Eingangstür: dort ist ein Absatz den man auch mit einen roten Band bekleben könnte, damit man sieht, dass dort ein Absatz ist.

Wir wollten uns für die Mittagspause auf Arbeit einfach mal was gönnen :-) Der Mittagstisch vom Restaurant "Am Bodden" kam uns also wie gerufen. Also fix über Instagram bestellt. Und dann mittags abgeholt. Das Essen war auf die Sekunde genau fertig, gut verpackt und mit einem kleinen Salat dazu. Die Portionen waren super und es hat auch alles sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir werden es ganz bald wiederholen. Vielen Dank für eure Freundlichkeit, die unkomplizierte Bestellung und natürlich für das gute Essen. Bis bald :-)

Eine herbe Enttäuschung – keinesfalls empfehlenswert! Auch wenn wir bei einem preiswerten Hotel keine hohen Erwartungen hatten, wurden wir leider auf ganzer Linie enttäuscht. Das Haus präsentiert sich in einem völlig ungepflegten Zustand: Schmutzige Zimmer, kaputte Möbel und defekte Jalousien gehören ebenso zum traurigen Gesamtbild wie eine undichte Toilette. Alles wirkt lieblos, vernachlässigt und ohne jeglichen Stil. Besonders negativ fiel uns auch das Personal auf – unfreundlich, patzig und unangemessen gekleidet in Leggings und Badeschlappen. Jegliches Maß an Professionalität und Gastfreundschaft fehlte. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt weit entfernt von einem erholsamen Urlaub – vielmehr war es eine Zumutung. Selbst für ein günstiges Hotel sollte ein Mindeststandard gewahrt werden. Wir raten dringend von einem Besuch ab.

Ich war zum Valentinstag da zum Essen, unsere Speisen war super lecker. Die Getränke kamen sehr schnell und auch das Essen war trotz der hohen Auslastung schnell da. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und haben sich sehr viel Mühe um die Live Musik und das Dekorieren gegeben. Würde ich immer weiterempfehlen

Wir sind seit vielen Jahren Stammgäste im Restaurant am Bodden und für uns ist es jedes Mal etwas Besonderes. Für mich persönlich ist es tatsächlich das einzige Restaurant, in dem ich überhaupt ein Steak bestelle – weil es dort einfach das weltbeste Steak gibt. Die Qualität ist konstant auf höchstem Niveau, die Portionen sind großzügig und die Karte ist super vielfältig, sodass wirklich jeder etwas findet. Auch die Burger sind absolut unglaublich – riesig, kreativ und geschmacklich einfach unschlagbar. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Können und Leidenschaft gekocht wird. Das Restaurant ist sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet und hat eine richtig schöne Atmosphäre. Im Sommer ist die Terrasse besonders gemütlich und lädt zum langen Verweilen ein. Was wir auch sehr lieben, sind die Specials zu Feiertagen. Wir waren dieses Jahr am Valentinstag dort und es war alles mit so viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert und vorbereitet. Die Valentinstagskarte war hervorragend und die Gerichte waren nicht nur extrem lecker, sondern auch wunderschön angerichtet. Nicht zu vergessen, die Livemusik an dem Abend - die hat den Abend perfekt gemacht. Dieses Mal hatten wir Freunde dabei, die ebenfalls schon seit Jahren hier auf der Insel leben, das Restaurant aber noch nicht kannten. Auch sie waren total begeistert und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Der Service ist immer super freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich – man fühlt sich einfach rundum wohl. Für uns als Einheimische ist das Restaurant am Bodden seit Jahren eine absolute Empfehlung und immer wieder unsere erste Wahl, wenn wir richtig gut essen gehen möchten.

Super Lage direkt in Hafen Nähe, schöner kann man kaum sitzen! Das Personal ist toll und unglaublich freundlich. Die Ladys bringen richtig Schwung in den Laden und sorgen sofort für gute Laune. 😊 Man fühlt sich Willkommen. Ein großes Kompliment auch an den Koch – das Essen war einfach super und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Das spricht für eine richtig gute Organisation im Hintergrund. Das Team war dabei durchweg aufmerksam, herzlich und angenehm locker – professionell, aber trotzdem mit Humor. Genau die Mischung, die einen Abend noch schöner macht. Als Einheimische freut es uns besonders, so ein tolles Restaurant quasi vor der Haustür zu haben. Wir waren gestern zum Valentinstag ( 14. 02. 2026 ) im Restaurant, vom Ambiente waren wir sehr angetan, da es zum Anlass liebevoll geschmückt war. Auch von der Bedienung waren Wir anfangs sehr zufrieden, die Getränke und die Vorspeisen kamen recht zügig, auch wenn man den Überblick bei den paar Tischen sehr schnell verloren hatte. Doch auf den Hauptgang mussten Wir dann ab der Vorspeise geschlagene 1, 1/2 Stunden warten und Wir waren damit nicht alleine, andre mussten noch deutlich länger warten. Jaaaa der Besitzer steht alleine in der Küche aber nicht destrotz hätten Wir uns von der Bedienung ( Augenscheinlich die Töchter des Besitzer's ) gewünscht das da mal diesbezüglich an uns herangetreten worden wäre, da der Anschein sich verhärtete das der eine oder andere Tisch vergessen wurde. Zum Glück gab es Live Musik die sehr schön war und den Ärger etwas milderte. Als dann der Hauptgang kam ( ich hatte den Whopper Burger ) war ich sehr schnell enttäuscht, da dieser nur und ausschließlich nach BBQ Sauce geschmeckt hat und nach ein paar bissen sich ein Unwohlsein im Magen breit machte und der Frustpegel weiter stieg. Um eventuell nicht nochmal solange auf die Rechnung warten zu müssen, da die Bedienungen nicht mehr an den Tisch kamen und lieber mit dem Handy die Künstler der Live Musik filmten, entschlossen Wir uns die Rechnung am Tresen geben zu lassen. Da Wir sehr Enttäuscht waren und uns auf ein schönen romantischen Abend gefreut hatten und eigentlich noch ein Dessert und ein warm Getränk verzerren wollten, gab es von mir kein Trinkgeld, obwohl ich noch bei der Vorspeise geschwärmt habe und entschlossen war, mich am Ende nicht lumpen zu lassen. Leider war die Bedienung darüber nicht sehr erfreut und hat uns mit einem frechen Spruch und Beifall verabschiedet, was noch mehr zur Frustration beitrug. Auf Anfrage der zweiten Bedienung ob es ein Problem gibt und wir diese Frechheit schilderten, wurden Wir dann mit einem Wink aus dem Restaurant geworfen. Fazit: (verärgerte) Einheimische Gäste sind Augenscheinlich nicht erwünscht, da man anscheinend mit dem hiesigen Tourismus sein Geld verdient !!! Ob es diesbezüglich eine zweite Chance gibt ( die eigentlich jeder verdient hat ) , lass ich hiermit offen.

Wir waren nicht als Übernachtungsgäste da, sondern an Valentinstag im Restaurant zum Essen und es hat wirklich fantastisch geschmeckt! Die Nudeln müssen selbst gemacht sein, so lecker wie sie waren. Und auch der Burger war richtig super! Wir können das Restaurant auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Wir waren gestern im Restaurant essen und sind sehr zufrieden gewesen. Der Herr im Service supernett und freundlich 👍 vielen Dank auch an die Küche. Steak und Nudeln mit Garnelen waren sehr lecker. Ipanema alkoholfrei sehr erfrischend . Ambiente sehr gemütlich und manche Plätze sind schön für sich abgetrennt. Das gute für uns wir konnten zu Fuß von unserer Ferienwohnung dahin laufen!!!!

We came here for dinner again today and were once again very impressed. High praise for the kitchen. We had perfectly cooked rib eye and sirloin steak (including a free special beer to go) and a burger with buttery tender and perfectly seasoned pulled pork. The food arrived very quickly. Service was friendly and fast. The price was absolutely reasonable for the quality. We would definitely be happy to come back.

We spontaneously looked for accommodation. We got the last available double room. The room was clean, and parking and breakfast were included. The restaurant's ambiance is particularly noteworthy. The breakfast is delicious, and in the evenings, you can reserve a table for 5:00 or 7:00 p.m. and order from the menu. The food is very tasty; my only criticism is the fried potatoes. They tasted good, but weren't cooked enough. The hotel's location is great. Just a few steps from Lauterbach Harbor, where you can enjoy fish sandwiches and beer, etc., by the sea. It could probably always be better, but we felt comfortable and would recommend it.

Our room was nice and spacious, but extremely noisy. The baseboards were poorly installed (not mitered). There were two single beds with a large, uncomfortable gap between the mattresses. There was a complimentary bottle of water. Breakfast had everything you could want, including freshly fried egg dishes. It's a family business; coffee is sometimes served with a toddler in their arms, which we found very appealing. From morning to night, we received very friendly service. Kudos to them for this service, day in, day out. The food in the restaurant is great, a bit more expensive than usual, but it's justified. We would definitely book here again. Parking is available.

Today was our second time there, and the first time with our dog. Not only were we allowed into the restaurant with him, he was also immediately given a bowl of water, and they were very patient with our 6-month-old whirlwind, who was very excited about everything. That alone made us more than happy. The food was once again fantastic. Cooked to perfection, excellently seasoned, and more than plentiful. The service was truly incredibly friendly and accommodating. All in all, a very nice evening for us! Thank you very much!

Four of us spontaneously went there just for dinner and were lucky that there was still space available. A great atmosphere. Tastefully and modernly decorated. Young and very friendly staff. There's something for everyone, from spare ribs to fish or salad. I had a fish burger. I've never had one like that before, with spicy sauce. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos. But if you value elegant, tasteful decor and good food, you should eat there.

Hello to all interested parties... Finally, here's my review of this wonderful accommodation at the Küster family business. We had a super relaxing week here, a cozy, clean room combined with an exclusive restaurant. ...My heart, what more could you want... The chef still cooks here himself, and very professionally—no wonder, since he studied all over the world (including the USA and France). This was reflected in the delicious food, whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner—the thumbs go up and up for everything. And thumbs down, on the other hand, for those who are constantly dissatisfied. Not a word on site, but a bad review. If you can't handle the North German mentality, you're better off staying home. On our day of departure, a guest ripped a life-size mirror off the wall and brazenly denied it. A huge blow to the family business; to put up with something like that and still remain friendly—well, I couldn't. ...RESPECT... I have limited mobility and use a wheelchair, and everything was handled to my complete satisfaction.

A very nice hotel, and they know how to handle all kinds of steaks. The food is amazing, so if you like steaks, this is the place for you. Not to mention the burgers. Thanks for the 3 great days. We'll recommend you.

We were just there for dinner. The service was good and the food was delicious. There was hardly any wait time, and the portions were very generous. It's not exactly cheap, but definitely worth recommending.

The restaurant and service were very good. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness still needs improvement. (Especially the bathroom, which was absolutely terrible)

OMG, I've never eaten spare ribs as delicious as here 😋 We had both versions, the classic BBQ and the one with mango chili sauce... simply a dream 😋😋😋 Great quality meat, perfectly matched side dishes. We'll be back tomorrow 😍

No, we wanted to have lunch at 1 p.m. Even though there was still an hour until closing time, we were turned away. "There's plenty to eat down at the harbor." You never get a second chance to make a first impression.

The hoteliers are super friendly and personable. Location is very close to the harbor. The room is spacious. The breakfast staff is friendly! They even serve freshly cooked eggs and other items upon request. A good breakfast buffet with good German butter and oven-fresh rolls. Thank you, I'll be back.

You can sleep and have breakfast

The service was very rude, almost cheeky. We waited forever for our food, even though our children had to go to bed. When we asked when the food would be coming, we received a rude message saying that the food had just been ordered... very weak. My aunt wanted to know something about the food on the menu, and all we got was a rude message saying that everything is on the menu. We won't be back.

The beer garden was unkempt, overgrown with weeds and dead plants. The staff weren't exactly friendly. And the service was nonsensical. Never again. Not even a candle was lit. Rotten apples lay on the ground. There was no place to linger.

The room has once again been photoshopped, as in reality the small double rooms are very, very small, and the bathroom is no better. For very large people, getting into the shower and using the toilet is a challenge. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, considering the toothpaste on the radiator. Unfortunately, the shower gel and shampoo dispensers provided are empty. Well, it's fine for a two-night stay, but not recommended for a longer stay. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio isn't good...

We had a delicious meal. The service was excellent!

We ate at the restaurant twice during our stay in Lauterbach. We were extremely impressed. Just reading the menu, you can tell that someone has thought about every detail. The ambiance is surprising, even if you only look at the building from the street. The interior and decor have been meticulously crafted. We had water buffalo the first time. The steak was cooked to perfection. We've rarely eaten so well. So we went back just two days later.

Very friendly staff. The food was incredibly delicious. I had a lime fish soup with plenty of fish and shrimp, along with crunchy vegetables. 😋

We had booked the Hotel Am Bodden from July 7th to July 14th, 2025. Even the first step into the hotel was an experience. We were greeted very warmly and friendly. As we were traveling with a couple of friends, we were given two rooms on the first floor. As my husband is dependent on a walker and there is no elevator, we asked if a room on the ground floor was available, which they confirmed and it was easily swapped. The rooms left nothing to be desired. They were large and clean. The breakfast buffet also left nothing to be desired. The scrambled eggs were always freshly prepared. There was always plenty of sausage and cheese. The restaurant, which is part of the hotel and run by the owner himself, has first-class cuisine and a large selection of dishes. We ate there several times and everything was delicious. Once again, a big compliment to the manager and chef. The service staff, all family-run, were all very nice, polite and accommodating. We can only recommend the hotel. We will definitely come back.

We had dinner here. The food was good. It was freshly prepared and very well presented. The menu is very extensive.

We ate there last night on the recommendation of friends. We didn't have a reservation but were given an immediate, friendly welcome and given a table outside, which is what we wanted! We had a puppy with us and asked if they had any dog blankets. The waitress immediately came over and brought a dog blanket and a water bowl. The food was delicious, everything was hot and fresh, and we were more than full. The service was very good. One small comment: unfortunately, Ipanema wasn't as we're used to; you should ask your bartender to fix that, he's great.

Absolutely fantastic food. Excellent meat, great burgers. Great service. Everything fresh. Very friendly staff. Located very close to Lauterbach's cute harbor. I can't rate the hotel; we "only" ate. Truly great, phenomenal value for money 🥰

I had reserved a table for us in advance for my birthday during our vacation. We were absolutely thrilled. We've never been served such a delicious, perfectly cooked piece of meat. The service was excellent, and the waitress was very friendly and attentive. We sat outside and were able to spend the evening comfortably on the beautifully landscaped terrace. Highly recommended 👍🏼 If we're ever vacationing nearby again, we'll definitely come back.

We had a lovely evening here with our friends. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. The prices are perfectly reasonable for the quality of the food. We really enjoyed it and it tasted great. We'd be happy to come back.

We decided on this hotel at short notice. We had no problems checking in. We were greeted warmly, even with our dog. The food was fantastic, prepared by the owner himself. The room was on the second floor and had a good view. The bathroom was a bit dated. The breakfast service was also very nice, and they were happy to fulfill special requests like eggs. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

An absolute insider tip in Putbus! The hotel is not only beautifully and lovingly decorated, but also impresses with its warm service and a quiet, relaxed atmosphere – perfect for unwinding. The integrated steak restaurant was the highlight for us! The sirloin steak was grilled to perfection, tender, and full of flavor – simply a meat lover's dream. The side dishes were also high-quality and lovingly prepared. What was particularly nice was the combination of regional charm and fine dining. We felt completely at home and will definitely return. A clear recommendation for anyone seeking enjoyment, style, and hospitality on Rügen!

The hotel can be booked via Booking (booked over 5 months ago) and despite paying 236 euros and booking confirmation of a four-day trip, it canceled 6 days before arrival without giving any reasons and did not respond to inquiries. Only after the actual booking period was a price error pointed out via Booking and the money was refunded. As a result, it was not even possible to find alternative accommodation. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and shows how poorly the hotel keeps an eye on its reservations and payments when it flimsily cancels its guests shortly before arrival. Of course, our holiday joy was completely gone and we had to spontaneously find an expensive alternative last minute. We therefore warn that something similar could happen to other guests. Therefore you should avoid the hotel.

We were there for breakfast on May 1st. It was really tasty, lots of choice and very lovingly prepared and absolutely unbeatable price-performance ratio. We continued to come there for breakfast with the family for the next two days

We were only there to eat and we enjoyed it. When we entered, the waitress informed us that an order would take a little longer today because they were only sparsely staffed today due to vacation and a larger order that was being processed. However, in our opinion the food still came quickly. In any case, this honest and open communication is not that common. The restaurant makes a good impression and is very clean and inviting. The food was very tasty and the portions were also reasonable. The waiters were very attentive and friendly. We can only recommend it.

Nice pictures, nothing behind them, only the shower is photographed in the small room; which is also very old. The main focus seems to be on the steak restaurant. The cleanliness of the rooms falls by the wayside and renovation is generally necessary. Nevertheless, the location is very good for the small harbor, if you are on the island for a longer period of time you have a problem in the evening because restaurant guests also use the parking spaces. The best meat on the island! Great dishes, top quality for years. Excellent service – we're regulars. We've had the wild boar goulash with chanterelles twice now because it's so good, and the garpaccio is a must-try every time.

A beautiful, modern restaurant with a terrace very close to the harbor. There's a wide selection of dishes, especially steaks and burgers, and they also serve home-style cooking. Everything is delicious and well-seasoned. We booked a room for one night. The room and bathroom are minimalist in style. There's only one thin pillow, but a nice blanket. Overall, the room feels cold and not very homely. The bathroom, unfortunately, has major problems. It's tiny, the fixtures are completely calcified, and the shower even has very black edges. The baseboards are peeling off. The banister in the stairwell needs painting, and there are steps where the carpet is coming off—a major accident hazard. We asked the owner a few questions. We understand the difficult times during and after the coronavirus pandemic, and that there's a backlog of renovations. But not a lack of cleaning. We also noticed this in the restaurant's restroom. The breakfast, on the other hand, was very plentiful; there was everything you need. They ask you whether you'd like a boiled egg, fried eggs, or scrambled eggs—top-notch. We enjoyed it and went home full.

The food is great. But the cleanliness was not good at all. The waitress was great, unfortunately the service was forgettable early on. You could choose the eggs, but that didn't make up for it. Unfortunately, because the location is actually great.

The location of the hotel is good and the food is really great. Here the boss still cooks himself. This is probably his passion. Unfortunately that's about it in terms of positive aspects, the cleanliness of the rooms falls by the wayside (it's not cleaned every day). In general, there is a huge renovation backlog in the hotel, especially in the bathrooms... the outdoor areas (terrace) could also use a cleaning hand... I don't think I'll stay there again.

Stayed at the Hotel am Bodden from August 16th to 20th, 2024. No matter where, spiders and cobwebs everywhere. We can agree with many negative ones.

Very attentive and friendly, since we had mentioned when booking that we were on our honeymoon, we were surprised by this nice welcome. Breakfast is great, you are asked personally every day if you have any special requests. Restaurant is also highly recommended! 👌🏻 And in close proximity to the harbor 🤩

A hotel that is getting old, it has been partially renovated, so the floor of the rooms is laid with easy-to-clean PVC in a laminate look. The furniture is an old hotel design from the 90s, functional. The restaurant shines in a new, fashionable design and fits well with the young concept, which is also reflected in the menu. The food is original and you can find clever creations, such as warm mozzarella in a nut crust, as well as classic dishes such as Hamburg-style schnitzel with fries. Suitable for a weekend stay overnight. Be sure to visit the restaurant once, with a reservation.

By chance we went to this restaurant today and were not disappointed… Super friendly staff, fast service and the food was great… we can only recommend it… the ambience, staff and food are just TOP!!!

I can only rate the restaurant: Meat quality of the BBQ ribs and the Charolais ribeye are excellent. Despite ordering medium rare, the ribeye was unfortunately a little too medium (well). Special requests for chanterelles were gladly fulfilled. Service very good. Swedish mug good. Ragout is great. Best restaurant in Lauterbach. I'll be back.

Because a "fish and steak house" that we initially looked at with a notice "no card payment" attached to the entrance bluntly demanded assistance in tax evasion, we visited this restaurant. Everything is great: friendly welcome from the owners, a pleasant place in the garden, prompt service, good drinks and - now it comes - freshly prepared dishes in which not a single ingredient is canned! Incredibly tasty and rich. If it didn't sound so cynical: we owe this great visit to a "tax evader"
